A/N : This is an age regression fic, which is purely safe for work and innocent. Any hate/disrespect towards me, my work, or readers, will not be tolerated.

There were some activities that never stopped being fun despite the process of growing up. Coloring was one of those things for you, and it had always been something that you did for fun, to unwind, and you had continued to enjoy the activity regardless of how old you were. It was something that turned off your brain for a while, and let you relax, listen to music in the background, and just tune out the rest of the world. You loved the way that it was able to give you some quiet space for yourself, knowing that you often needed it. However, sometimes the activity could be more child-like, and it could be a trigger for your headspace. 

It wasn’t often that just the simple thing of coloring pushed you into your headspace, but if you were really exhausted, or upset, or if you were feeling any other emotion stronger than you normally would be, then it was a possibility that it could cause you to slip. This was why you would usually color alone if too tired or sad, just so that you didn’t run the risk of anyone walking in should you slip. You lived with your two best friends, who both knew about your littlespace after a long, awkward, conversation, because they came home once while you were small. They had luckily been incredibly accepting and loving, and had been there for you when you needed anything since that point. 

You hadn’t taken them up on it, not wanting to bother them, and still having some anxiety around it. But you made sure that they both knew just how much you appreciated the support and kindness that they consistently displayed, always making sure that you were happy, as much as possible. Jake had already had his assumptions about what was going on before he found out, but he had pushed it to the back of his mind until that one day that he had walked in. He was always the most gentle with you, always watching to make sure that everything was okay, that you were comfortable and felt safe, even in his own presence. 

Today, you weren’t feeling upset at all, and so, you were coloring at the coffee table in front of the television. There was a random show playing in the background, and you were working on a mandala coloring, switching from marker to marker every time you started on a new detail. You had been working on it for a while, and were almost finished with it. By the time you finished it, you set it to the side, tearing another of the mandala designs out of the book, since it had perforated pages. It was much easier for you to color when your page was directly on a flat surface and not just the book, and you didn’t have to worry about the markers bleeding through the paper onto the design behind it, effectively ruining it. 

You were about halfway through the next drawing when you heard the garage open, and Jake’s car pulled in seconds later. You were glad that the garage had alerted you to them being home, because your back was facing the door, and if they had just walked in behind you, it probably would’ve startled you. You didn’t acknowledge when the door did eventually open, until you heard Jake yell a loud “We’re back!”. You smiled, turning around to wave at them, returning the hello as well. Johnnie walked over to see what you were doing, hugging you before glancing down at the paper in front of you. 

“What’cha coloring?” 

You smiled, picking up the page and showing it to him. You were always incredibly proud of the colorings that you had finished, because to you, it showed a lot of patience and dedication. Johnnie smiled, telling you it looked amazing. Jake put the stuff that they had bought, probably for his next video, and walked over to also take a look. He saw the one you were working on, and the one that you had finished earlier. 

“These look amazing! I love them.” 

You smiled, the praise getting to you and causing you to blush a little bit. You couldn’t deny that you did seek their approval, and it always made you feel super happy when you got it. Not that it was hard to earn, but still, it always felt like somewhat of a reward. You weren’t overly tired or upset today, but the gentle praise and soft smiles did make you feel like you were going to eventually slip. Choosing to not say anything else, you just continued to smile and work on the page you were coloring. Johnnie sat down on the couch next to you, passing you markers every now and then, throwing an arm around you and watching the show you had turned on as well.

Jake was doing something or other in the kitchen, probably making food, and when he offered Johnnie chicken nuggets, he noticed the way you lit up and immediately put some in for you. Once they had finished cooking, he brought you over a plate at the same time that he brought the nuggets over for Johnnie. You noticed once it was sitting in front of you that all of the nuggets were cut into smaller pieces, and you had a feeling that these two were just out to get you. 

“Be careful, okay? You don’t wanna spill anything on the couch.” 

Nodding, you started eating, continuing to color between bites. It was the combination of the cut up food, the coloring, the comforting arm around your shoulders, and the babying tone that was being used when speaking to you that caused you to eventually give in to your headspace, yet staying quiet because you do still harbor a little bit of fear about it. It wasn’t until Jake and Johnnie began having a conversation, filled with cursing and inappropriate jokes, that they realized. They made a crude joke to you, and you simply just stared at them, mumbling a soft 

“Don say dat. Bad words.”

It was at this point that they simply stared back at you, completely confused at the sudden change, before snapping out of it. Jake was the first one to say anything, passing you another marker and side hugging you. 

“You’re right, honey, I’m sorry.” 

When Johnnie realized the tone of voice that was being used, he understood what was going on, and he couldn’t help but think that you were absolutely adorable. They both felt so honored that they were trusted with such a vulnerable part of your life. They both began making sure that everything around you was appropriate. Johnnie switched the channel, and Jake gently offered a different coloring book, one that had lots of cartoon characters in it. He didn’t make you take it, but he offered it to you, just in case you’d want it. Those designs would take a lot less patience to finish, thus possibly avoiding a potential meltdown. Jake easily cleaned up the dish once you finished your food, bringing you some juice to drink, and making sure that you were always wrapped up in someone’s arms, and feeling safe. 

The rest of the night went arguably the best you could’ve asked for, neither of them blinking an eye at the babyish vocabulary, or the emotional state that you had sometimes. They both knew that when you were no longer in headspace, you would probably be anxious about what had happened, and they were fully prepared to reassure you and tell you that they loved caring for you.

i mentioned before i had another starry deuce idea when i posted my first adeu art, and that idea is this!! if you count, its been... 2 weeks??? sometimes i feel like drawing ideas immediately, and sometimes i dont

i did the lineart yesterday, and let me be honest with you. i was kyaaing and sobbing as i drew it (sorry for my brother who has to deal with me in general) like!!! guys!!! theyre so tender!!!! foreheads are touching!!! insert incomprehensible noises

anyways when i woke up today i was like. they are not close enough. they should be closer. so i adjusted (now when i look back at it, they can still be even closer sighs)

now onto painting!! im pretty sure if i was streaming, you guys would be losing your minds when you see me accidentally moving the painting layer. the whole hodgepodge of color moves around (fondly remembering that time my friend on discord gasped when they saw that. tho they also paint on minimal layers too lol)

i paint on top of all the lineart and base colors (on a separate layer). sometimes i use multiply and hard light layer to get the colors for me to paint with, other times i just randomly pick and hope for the best. whenever im painting im in the constant mood of "fuck it, we ball"

all in all i had a fun time painting this!! still feel surreal i finished this in 2 days after weeks of letting it ferment lmao 突然间很冲动 <- suddenly felt motivated(?) also i have one more adeu idea! this time its a comic hehe

1- general outfits and stuff. siffrins i wanted to keep mostly similar to how i usually draw them. sleeveless top, horrible and unnecessary amount of belts,, knowing that hes maybe not as eager to change as some others might be. they are comfortable in their style and thats what matters. for isabeau i wanted to keep a familiar vibe, but still change it up. i think he would still wear clothes that are flowy-er etc etc, buuut yeayeayea. not an outfits guy really so jfkf theyre pretty simple.

2- themb!! they look different! siffrins hair is longer obv obv, and no lightless dye anymore. they tie it back usually, but he still likes it long. also some facial hair. important to me. (you may also notice lack of eyepatch,, personal hc that siffrin gets more comfortable without it after making up with bonnie some more. that he maybe depending on it a lot because he thought it would make them uncomfortable, which theyyy dont have to worry about. anymore! so less eyepatch. sometimes still though). isa on the other hand looks mooostly the same! except. ofc. bigger beard. you guys should know i love my beards by now. lawl. other than that mostly the same,, physical pain in me trying to think of a different hairstyle for him… maybe in the future but for now he gets This.

3- new cloak-thing for sif! his regular cloak is probably much more well suited for the travelling lifestyle, much less the domestic stay-at-home lifestyle, soo they changed it up! 4- finally! bonding earrings!!! yes! the designs themselves are pretty simple. squares and change symbols for the design sif made for isa, and a star with bits that go ding-ding that isa made for sif. more importantly, siffrin carved the earrings himself! it is. hard. to do that. a design that is so small. there were many failed attempts and scraped ideas but they got it done! and isa loves them very much. for isas design, the main star part is glass, and the dangling bits are carved gems (picture isabeau, panicking because this is siffrin hes making these for so it needs to be perfect. and he gets odile to help him, because despite all the teasing she is ofc very fond, and helps him out with that aspect of the design.)

Cyno wasn’t particularly interested in many things. He did enjoy Genius Invokation TCG, and perhaps the occasional blend of yogurt, rice, meat, and dried nuts, all roasted up into something delectable…

In fact, the thought of food was what had brought Cyno to his current location in the first place. He’d been hungry and had planned to eat—

What he hadn’t planned on, was the sight of [F/N] —

She was as annoyingly bright as always, and it seemed as though she’d brought company—

Now, Cyno had no problem with bright people. [F/N], however—

Well, she was the type to use that brightness to deflect. That was what irritated Cyno when it came to her...

Cyno’s eyes narrowed, and he exhaled sharply.

Was it just a him thing, then?

She was perfectly capable of making her own decisions with others, so why wasn’t she in his company?

Cyno’s eyes narrowed on the two, before finally he made his decision.

“[F/N],” he greeted, his gaze taking in her surprised expression.

The man beside her stiffened, awkwardly smiling at her, before scurrying off.

Cyno withheld the urge to smile as the man left—

What was wrong with him today?

[F/N] always had a knack for getting under his skin…

[F/N] huffed, her gaze trailing to the man’s retreating figure.

“No fun. He was actually kind of cute, you know?” She muttered, her gaze petulant.

Cyno scowled, “Is that so? By what definition ?”

[F/N] blinked up at him, her lips parted in shock.

“Huh..?” She muttered, her response unintelligible.

Cyno stepped a bit closer, leaning slightly over the table.

“For example, if he’s cute— How would you classify me?” He asked, his tone holding a slight edge.

[F/N]’s eyes widened, and to his surprise her cheeks flared with color.

“You…? You’re asking me? Gosh…You’re…you’re untouchable. Most everyone thinks you’re attractive, but no one can touch you. It’s like you live in a different world.”

Cyno’s eyes narrowed at [F/N]’s response and he extended his hand.

[F/N]’s eyes widened, and she grabbed his palm, studying it with her hands.

Cyno withheld the urge to chuckle at her response.

“Your theory was wrong. Well, partially. I only let a particular few touch me…”

[F/N] withdrew her hand, her cheeks tinged pink. “Oh…? I’m one of those few? Then does tha mean you…want to…?”

Cyno’s lips quirked upwards, “I want to teach you a lesson. You’re horrible at communication.”

[F/N] scowled, her cheeks tinged pink.

“That’s rude..! You’re the one who’s horrible at communicating… Plus, we’re in public!!”

Cyno raised a brow, “You’re the one shouting and insinuating things…”

[F/N] scowled, averting her gaze.

Cyno offered her a small nod, heading back towards the front of the line to order. He paused, briefly, glancing back at her with a small smile.

“If you are interested in that lesson, however… I’ll be staying at the base this evening.”

With that, Cyno ordered his food and returned to the base. He finished his meal, before looking over the newest list of marks. He’d finally gotten an idea of the next potential site when a knock resounded on his door.

His brow twitched and he swung the door open with a sigh.

[F/N] stood at the door, her cheeks tinged pink. Cyno examined her face closely, noticing the slight sheen to her lips.

She’d fixed herself up…

That was actually rather cute.

“So…That lesson…?” She mumbled, her gaze downcast.

That wouldn’t do…

Cyno cupped her cheek in his palm, bringing her face closer to his.

“Lesson one… Make eye contact when you’re speaking to others.”

Cyno spoke, noticing with satisfaction the way her cheeks flared at their proximity.

“That’s-! You’re-!”

She exclaimed, and Cyno smirked, before pressing his lips against her’s. He pulled her inside the room, breaking the kiss and closing the door. He glanced at her, a small smile on his face.

“Lesson two… Don’t interrupt a conversation, especially if you’re speaking to a superior…”

[F/N]’s cheeks burned and she looked down.

Cyno closed the distance between them, his eyes narrowed. “What was lesson one again?”

[F/N]’s gaze trailed to his, and crimson hues met [e/c].

“Eye contact…” She mumbled, her lips pursed into a small pout.

Cyno nodded, a smirk slipping onto his face.

“Good. Now, for lesson three… Honesty is a virtue. Will you trust me?”

[F/N]’s cheeks burned, “Yes. I’ll trust you, Cyno.”

Cyno smiled, leaning over [F/N] and pressing his lips to her cheek. His breath fanned out against her cheek as he spoke.

“Lesson four… The ability to complete a task. Strip.”

[F/N]’s eyes widened and she chuckled a bit breathlessly, before pulling off her top and unfastening her bra. She slipped off her bottoms soon after, her gaze trailing to Cyno. She was about to ask him what he was going to do, when she processed the fact that he was already naked, a familiar container in his hand.

“How on Tevyat…?”

Cyno chuckled, “It’s a bit easier when you don’t typically wear a top.”

[F/N] nodded, biting her lip.

That was fair, she supposed.

“What’s lesson number five..?”

She asked, her tone soft.

Cyno’s eyes narrowed and he caught her wrist, pulling her close to him.

“Tone control…” He responded, his tone less harsh than it had been.

[F/N]’s eyes widened and she nodded, a bit of excitement coursing through her—

Cyno wrapped a hand around her waist, pulling her towards him, before coming down on her hard—

[F/N] let out a light whimper at the force of which Cyno was pressing up against her.

She knew he was strong, but this was—!!

“Ah… Shit…” She huffed, digging her nails into Cyno’s skin. The General Mahamatra jerked forwards, his thighs pressing against her—

Shit. She could barely manage to process.

They were toned—

“Do we need a lesson on language..?”

Cyno asked, his tone raspy as he pushed himself even closer, his hips thrusting lightly against her form.

[F/N] gasped, biting back the foul word that came to mine.

“No…Keep teaching me…this one…”

She huffed, her tone higher than before.

“Manners first. Say please.” Cyno rasped, his thrusts quickening.

[F/N] keened, her cheeks flaring with warmth.

“Please…” She muttered, her voice shaky.

Cyno pushed further, adjusting his position slightly, before slowing to a more rhythmic pace.

“Good girl.” He praised, his voice deep, before thrusting harshly against her form.

[F/N] gasped, her eyes widening as a flush of heat spread throughout her form—

Cyno continued to thrust against her, and she bit her lip trying to hold in a moan—

They were still at the base.
