do you imagine colour schemes for your characters at all or any kind of visual representation of who they are?

I am not a visual person at all, so no color schemes unfortunately 😁 I've never cared about trying to replicate my characters in Artbreeder or Picrew or whatever else.

But as to not leave you hanging, I can provide you with some appearance descriptions I found in my character profiles! They're more detailed than the in-game ones, I think:

Camila: Tan skin, courtesy of the Albarzian sun, and long, dark curly hair. She has clever, big green eyes, and full lips. She's tall and lithe, showing some muscle, with a very curvy body. Looks older than she is, and keeps her hair on a bun.

Sabina: Heart shaped face and long curly hair that’s always covered by her wimple and veil. Her skin is the color of ebony, and her doe eyes are as dark as her habit. She always has a thin, but kind smile gracing her lips, and, though you wouldn’t notice it given the amount of fabric she wears, she’s a skinny girl. She’s short, and looks young.

Narcissa: Tall and languid, with a thin body and porcelain skin. She has sharper teeth than most, giving her a wolf-life appearance, and her face is a notorious one around Court, due to her strong jawline and nose and her wide, distinctive mouth. She has icy blue eyes and long, pale blonde straight hair.

Val: Short, curly brown hair. Behind the sour frown he usually hides himself in, there is a pretty boy with soft features, hazel eyes and deep tan skin. He has full lips - usually twisted in displeasure - and a strong nose. His body is langy and thin.

Calvin: He has thick eyebrows and a long nose. His hair and eyes are dark, so dark it sometimes seems as if the light does not shine on them. Calvin has a respectable beard and some sideburns (though even they are not able to hide his strong jawline) and his mouth is always twisted on a mischievous smile. His hair is short, above his ears, and his skin is olive. Though he attempts to hide his physique, he has broad shoulders and a strong body.

Harry: Tall, with a strong, muscled body due to years of horse-riding. He has a tan skin, courtesy of his mother, and his father's almond eyes, though his are a lighter shade of brown. Harry's hair is dark and curly, and he keeps it neck-length alongside a small, well taken care of beard. At first glance, Harry's ethnicity is difficult to pinpoint, with many people assuming he is Caucasian, only more tan than most and with ambiguous eyes. His nose is a little crooked, and his smile is honest and dazzlingly white.

For the people in your party:

Ajuna has umber skin, broad cheekbones and full lips. The wrinkles around her almond eyes show that she's in her late middle age. She has long, straight platinum hair. She's stocky and her body has a softness common in people who spend most of their time reading indoors. Ajuna dresses very much like a gaucho. (Which is a big inspiration for her character as well.)

Faren's facial features are sharp like a hawks. He has a long nose and slightly upturned eyes. His hair is wavy and dark, spilling down to his shoulders. Faren is tall and skinny, his clothes often fitting loosely around his bony frame. His olive skin is tan from spending much of his time in the sun. Faren is in his mid twenties, but the shadows under his eyes often make him look older. He dresses like a born noble, often wearing ruffled white shirts under an embroidered version of his green Arborist vest.

Krev is a bit younger than Ajuna but has not aged as gracefully. His red hair is receding, but he more than makes up for it with his full beard. Krev is incredibly well built, he has strong arms and a bit of a beer gut. Krev has sad blue downturned eyes, which offer a softness that offsets the rest of his appearance. Krev pays little attention to his wardrobe, his expensive jackets often stained with wine, his wrinkled shirts buttoned unevenly.

Reva has a contradicting kind of beauty. A strong jaw accompanied by soft lips, thick inviting brows with cunning eyes. She seems to be around the same age as the heir, in her early twenties. Reva has tawny brown skin, her wavy chin-length hair a few tones darker. Her postulant robes often hide how tall and athletic she is, with broad shoulders and long legs. Reva radiates warmth, but there's an unstable spark to her that makes people wonder if they'll get burnt. Reva dresses in her postulant robes, a simple long-sleeve plum colored dress that goes down to her ankles.

Reverend Dasius is a bitter looking man in his late sixties. He has pale skin and short salt and pepper hair. There is something rat-like about him, which probably has to do with his beady black eyes hiding behind heavy bags. He has thin lips often worn in a frown. His black robes have a square, jeweled, wooden frame around his shoulders, which enlarge his thin frame and give him an intimidating silhouette.

The Red Guards dress in red. (shocker) They wear comfortable hooded tunic and pants under painted wooden armour that seems to wrap around their bodies. They also wear masks on their face, intricately carved into the shapes of faces.

ROs Physical Description

Royce

His short brown-black hair is slightly tousled with the middle parted and the back cut extremely short. He has golden highlights throughout his hair that he touches up frequently. He has a petite goatee that is kept trimmed with plans on growing out a mustache eventually.  He has beige-colored skin with almond-shaped blue-gray eyes. There’s a beauty mark under his left eye towards the outer edge. He’s often seen with a ruddy blush as he gets more and more into the bottle. He has a broad athletic body type from his high school jock days and constant morning workout sessions. His face is diamond-shaped with a celestial nose and high cheekbones. His nose is slightly crooked from a football practice gone wrong when he was a teenager. His hands are slightly calloused with a few scars from his excursions as a kid. He’s often seen in what many would call party or frat boy clothes. He’s never seen without his gold-rimmed sunglasses. They’re prescription glasses as he has some vision trouble but not as bad as his brother.  He’s a big fan of pink and yellow with his clothing choices. Timmy Turner was an inside joke within his old friend group due to his love of pink and his former buck teeth.

Douglas

His brown-black hair was normally styled in an Ivy League haircut but has since grown out his hair into a disheveled mess. It falls into his eyes constantly but he pulls it back with a headband during research. There is a five-o clock on his face from when he does remember to shave. He has thin almond-shaped blue-gray eyes and beige-colored skin. He has a beauty mark under his left eye towards the outer edge.  His skin is a tad paler than usual as he doesn’t go outside as much as he did in his youth. He has a thin but slightly pudgy build. He doesn’t exercise anymore so he lost his more toned figure from his teenage years. He has a diamond-shaped face with high cheekbones and a celestial nose like his twin brother. His face is narrower compared to Royce’s though. He wears glasses with dark blue frames. He can’t really see well without them due to his severe nearsightedness. Velma was an inside joke amongst his old friends as he acted just like her when he lost his glasses. His clothing is in darker or desaturated colors though he is a fan of blue-violet. He’s often seen more comfortable clothes like sweats or pjs which is a far cry from his old extremely formal style.   

Rosette/Amanda

Her hair used to be brown-black before she dyed it pink. She had it done after she cut all ties with her family. It’s cut along her shoulders and kept in messy waves with it parted on the side. She pulls it back in a simple updo if she’s doing more manual freelance work or a more intricate style for special events. She has round almond-shaped gray hazel eyes and beige skin. She has beauty marks on her right cheekbone and neck. Her skin has been getting more tanned lately as she spends a lot of time outside due to her freelance work. She also has some minor scars along her arms and legs from the manual labor she does. She has a stocky physique from working and her more liberal eating habits. She has the same facial features as her brothers but hers look more rounder and rugged compared to theirs. She has some tattoos on her body as many have seen the wide rose tattoo sleeves on her forearms and the music notes on her left calf, but she has a secret one that she won’t let anybody see. Her outfits mainly consist of floral shirts and loose pants for ease of movement, but she has a more punk style for her music gigs at the bar. People can often spot her miles away with how bright her clothes are. Her sound beats headphones can always be found close to her person along with an old, braided friendship bracelet on her left wrist and a gem necklace around her neck.

Marianna

Her orange hair is straight with a slight wave towards the bottom. It reaches to about her waist, but most don’t see that as it’s kept in a tight bun. She only lets her hair down when she’s in the privacy of her home. She has sharp dark amber eyes that shine brighter in certain lighting, but it just looks black at night. She highlights the sharpness of her eyes using mascara and eyeshadow to make them stand out. She does this with the rest of her facial makeup as well. She does this to accentuate the sharpness of her facial other features and display a very severe and powerful image when she’s out doing town business. She has an inverted triangle-shaped face with a slightly upturned nose and full lips. She uses a light shade of lipstick to make her lips pop against her fair skin but not too much. She also has to put on a lot of sunblock with how easily her skin burns in the sun. Her nails are painted a dark red and frequently manicured. She has a very lithe and toned body due to her running regimen. Her clothing is the essence of a girl boss as she tries her best to make sure that everybody knows she means business. She likes to accessorize with pearled jewelry though she has a soft spot for a necklace that’s been passed down in her family for generations.

Edward/Edith

They have wavy copper-colored hair with Edward having a short and slightly tousled look while Edith has hers cut below her ears and parted in the middle. They have the same sharp dark amber eyes as their sister, but their bright demeanor helped soften and brighten their eyes. They also have the same inverted triangle face and upturned nose, but they didn’t have the sharp features. They have a much rounder and softer face compared to her. Their skin was fair with a very faint spattering of freckles on their nose from running around outside. They had to put sunscreen on to avoid burning in the sun but ended up with sun freckles regardless. Some classmates described them as the angel to Marianna’s devil. They would wear light makeup that covered up any blemishes that can be spotted though they didn’t like covering up their freckles. They were shorter than their sister with an athletic body from playing soccer and joining their sister in her runs. They wore very posh and formal clothing due to their overbearing mother wanting them to look their best 24/7 and to represent the family properly. They only let their freak flag free if they were going to be alone with their best friends or if their sister wouldn’t tell on them. 

Juste/Justine

Their black hair is in locs going past their shoulders, but they kept it together in either a ponytail or bun. They have some locs outside their updo to frame their cheekbones and forehead as they get a headache when they pull all it back. It is wrapped by an orange or pink patterned bandana though they get odd looks from some of the locals. They don’t like people messing with their hair as some bullies did some horrible things when they first arrived in town. Their dark brown eyes are downturned with their eye bags being covered up by makeup. Their skin is an espresso brown with a deep scar on their right cheek from an incident involving some bullies. They have a rectangular face with a strong jaw and a slightly bulbous nose. They wear metal-framed glasses with large rectangular lenses. They can see relatively well without them, but it causes a massive headache to focus on their vision. They have a very muscular build due to their frequent boxing training and intense exercise routines. They wear black business suits and clothes when they occupy Marianna on her duties and performing tasks for the Lanshires, but they add some personal flair with their ties or socks. They wear more colorful clothing during their downtime.

Lucero

Their hair is tightly curled and dyed a light blonde. The brown roots of their hair are visible when they take off their beanie which is exceedingly rare. Luz wears her hair in a big floof that ends around her neck while Lucas wears his hair with the middle parted and cut along his ears. He also has a bit of scruff on his chin that is light brown. They wear a black beanie on their head that has little pins that they switch out each day depending on their mood. Their light brown eyes are wide and round with them looking golden in certain lighting. They have a heart-shaped face with a pointed nose and slightly perked ears that make them look almost elven in appearance. They have dimples on both cheeks that appear when they smile, which is often. Their skin is almond colored with no imperfections or tattoos. They have a flexible and lean build. They took yoga and some gymnastic classes as a child and kept up with it as they grew older. Their clothing is in a pastel color scheme with bright patterns to pop out against. They wear a touch of black to offset all the colors. They also wear pins on their jackets if they can’t fit them on their beanie. They wear a golden cross necklace around their neck that they’re a tad protected of as it belonged to their deceased mother.

Ji-Min

Their raven black hair is straight and at shoulder length though it can appear greasy when they get too engrossed in their research and forget to take a shower. They pull it back into a messy ponytail to keep their hair out of their face and it’s just easier for them. [M] Ji-Min has a stubble on their face from shaving a lot. Their black eyes are monolid and slightly upturned with deep bags under their eyes from endless sleepless nights. There are little worry lines forming on their forehead from the stress of wanting to know what happened to their friend. They have two metal bar piercings on the top of their ears but they’re relatively small. Their face is long, almost oblong shaped, with a straight nose and their mouth is almost always in a frown or grimace. They have an average build. They don’t really exercise or really anything that isn’t evolved in the quest for the truth. They have a tattoo on the inside of their right forearm that serves as a permanent motivator for when they want to quit. Nobody has seen this as it’s always covered by their jacket. They wear just about anything they can grab in a moment’s notice and slip on.  The jean jacket is always a constant though, regardless of the weather or temperature. 

Doran/Deirdre

Their chestnut brown hair is kept in messy waves and has some sort of shaved component. Doran wears his in a short-undercut style with it having huge volume while Deidre has hers swept in half shaved look and reaching past her shoulders. They never pull their hair back for anything and just let go free, however they will make tiny braids when they feel like it. Doran has a growing beard though it mainly looks like scruff at the moment. They have hooded eyes that are forest green with a ring of brown around the pupil. Their face is oval shaped with a droopy nose and strong chin. They have multiple piercings on their ears with a pendant hanging from their left ear. They have an athletic and toned build from hiking and traveling. Their skin is peach color with an easy blush from their cheeks, nose, and ears. They also have freckles covering the majority of their body. They have tattoos in multiple places on their body that depicts a mural to their Irish heritage. The most eye-catching is the Celtic tree of life on their back.  However most just see the tree branches and vines peeking from their shirt collar, the Celtic knots growing from their hands, and the butterflies around their ears. Their attire is practical and is set in natural tones for their traveling lifestyle. They have bohemian clothes for their relaxing days. They carry around their backpack everywhere and have a necklace they keep tucked under their shirt. They also wear a leather bracelet that has charms from the different places they’ve been.

Paul/Palina

Their hair used to be blonde as a child but after the incident it started turning white. By now it’s mostly white giving their hair almost a platinum blonde look. Their hair is always in disheveled mess with Paul cutting his past his ears and Palina cutting hers past her shoulders. Their bangs are a tad long as it will get in their eyes. They have round light blue eyes that seem to get bigger when they’re scared or terrified. Their face is round with a buttoned nose and little crease between their eyebrows from worrying. They have minor scars on their face from the incident. Their facial expression is anxious or freaked out the majority of the time. Their skin tone is almost porcelain in color as they are compared to a doll sometimes if one ignores all the scars. They have a very thin and lean build. Almost waifish. They have more scars littering their body from the incident with the biggest and deepest one on their chest. There are some tattoos they got over the years with the most visible one being the date of their revival on their wrist. It serves as a reminder that they are alive and mark the beginning of something new. Their outfits are meant to make sure that they don’t stand out. They prefer black as it’s one of their favorite colors but will dress in brighter blues and whites if they feel safer. They also have a collection of horror theme merchandise [t-shirts, wristbands, pins etc.] that they will sometimes wear. Despite being a scaredy cat, they love horror films.

"You promised! You promised me you wouldn't get hurt!"

Namjoon's hands close around your upper arms, his broad chest and shoulders blocking your view of the injured man who struggles to hold himself upright between two of his brothers, his expression stern as his eyebrows draw down over dark eyes.

"(Y/N), why don't you take a walk-" He starts to say, tone low and serious, before you interrupt him with another shriek of your own.

"Take a walk? Are you serious, Namjoon?" Your words are harsh and angry as they spit past your lips, and you wrench your arms from his grasp, his fingers reluctantly peeling away from your skin as you focus back on the other men in the room with a dagger laced glare. "I can't just pretend this didn't happen! Look at Jungkook!"

You wave a fierce hand in the direction of said boy, growing paler by the moment, slouched between Yoongi and Hoseok, dark crimson dotting the edge of his rib cage through the fine, white material of his dress shirt.

You feel the anger start to fade, and the bitter feeling of tears begin to choke your throat as Jungkook manages a weak smile in your direction.

"Really, noona. I'm fine. It's just a-" He stops to take in a hissing breath, as the older men holding him up jostle him slightly while readjusting his weight. "It's just a scratch." He finishes lamely, voice nothing more than a whisper now.

Namjoon glances over his shoulder to Jungkook, and seeing the state he's in, gives a curt nod to the older men. "Get him outta here. The doctor's waiting for you."

You resist the urge to reach out and touch Jungkook gently as the men half carry, half drag his weakened body past you and out the door of the study, but only because you're worried about hurting him.

Yoongi-Jungkook's left arm slung around his shoulders-grunts with the effort of carrying the heavy boy, eyes dark, and barely gives you a nod as they pass you, while Hoseok-glancing across Jungkook's body to you-manages half of his normally bright smile, as if to reassure you, before they disappear from the room.

There is silence in the room, the only sound the departing footsteps, and then Jin, leaning against Namjoon's large, wooden desk on the other side of the room, lets out a heavy sigh and reaches up to push long fingers through tangled brown hair as he glances at the leader, still standing in front of you.

"Namjoon, I'm sorry. When we heard Jungkook was in trouble we tried to get back to his position as quickly as we could-" Jin's words drop off, and he glances at the other two men still left in the room, silently watching their leader with guarded expressions.

Namjoon takes in a sharp breath and pinches the bridge of his nose, stepping away from you to cross the room and stand behind his desk, palms planted flat on the oak in front of him, as he stares down at nothing, before he says firmly, "We'll discuss what went wrong tomorrow. For now-" He glances up, and the dark, warning hint of his eyes has you feeling like he's sucked the breath from your lungs. "Get out. I have some phone calls to make."

The remaining men all nod and bow their heads respectfully, Jin ghosting past you with a brief hand on your shoulder, before he leaves the study.

Taehyung and Jimin appear on either side of you, and though Jimin's large, dark eyes hold a hint of worry to them, he offers you the start of a soft smile, before his fingers close around your wrist and pull you toward the exit.

"Come on, baby girl. Let's leave Namjoon alone for now."

You allow him to pull you from the study and into the dim quiet of the hallway-darkened by the night outside-before you can manage to take a breath and feel like you are no longer drowning.

Well, not as much as before.

Taehyung's long arm slips around your waist, and a look of surprise flashes across his handsome features, as he pulls both you-and consequently Jimin-to a stop in the hall.

"You're trembling, sweetheart." He cocks his head, expression grave, eyes dark and unreadable. "Did seeing Jungkookie really get you that worked up?"

"Of course it did." You snap back, trying to soften your tone slightly, as you bite your lip and think over your next words carefully, Jimin's fingers still looped around your wrist, Taehyung's arm idly hanging from your waist. "You promised me that none of you would get hurt."

Jimin's eyes are soft as he pulls you to him and presses a gentle kiss against your forehead. "We tried, baby girl. We really did." You feel his gaze drift to that of Taehyung's over the top of your head, and you can feel the worry tense his body once more as he admits, "Kookie was just in the wrong place at the wrong time this go around."

The reminder of Jungkook-shirt crimson with blood, wide doe eyes narrowed with pain, lips sucked between his teeth-sends your body into another shivering fit, muscles tense and aching from the emotional trembling.

Jimin, still standing close to you, must feel the sudden violent shaking of your body where it comes into contact with your own, because his fingers tighten around your wrist and when you look up at him, his normally full lips are pressed into a thin line of worry.

Taehyung reads the two of you like an open book.

"C'mon, sweetheart." He says gently as he starts to pull you down the hallway once more. "Let's get you into bed."

You disappear beneath the covers, and you don't come back out.

You cannot see Jungkook-he's still with the doctor and apparently resting-and the thought of doing anything other than burrowing beneath your blankets sounds mentally and emotionally exhausting when you can think of nothing but holding back your tears while you worry for the youngest boy.

It's dark now-the deeper dark of the middle of the night-and you can tell by the soft glow outside the blankets that someone has turned on the lamps in your room.

The men have tried to leave you alone, but you know they've been flitting in and out of the room silently, checking on you periodically as they too wait and worry in silence.

"She's really upset, hyung."

Your ears perk as you hear Jimin's voice from just the other side of your cracked door, followed by a heavy sigh, and then Namjoon's deeper tone responding quietly.

"Has she eaten anything?"

You can almost imagine Jimin shaking his head. "No. She won't talk to any of us." There is a pause, and then, "What do we do?"

You pull the blanket to your chest as you wait for Namjoon's reply, and you can picture the way his brow furrows in thought when he's thinking over his words carefully. Finally he states firmly, seriously, "Get Yoongi-hyung."

There is no more conversation as the sound of footsteps fade down the hallway, and you are left alone once more, and once more, as soon as you know they no longer watch over you, your muscles-of their own accord-begin to tremble.

You reach up and swipe at your eyes with the backs of your hands as the hot tears press more insistently, breath coming in panicked, emotional gasps, filling up the cocoon you have made beneath the blankets with hot, moist air.

You feel like you're suffocating, and not because of the heavy layer of blankets over your head.

The door creaks and the pad of heavy footsteps sound, coming in a pointed direction toward the bed, and then the corner of the blanket lifts, just enough for you to get a brief glimpse of the lamplight, before the glow is swallowed up in the mass of a dark body sliding beneath the sheets beside you.

"You need to eat, you know." Yoongi mumbles gruffly as he pulls the blanket over his head, successfully trapping the two of you once more in the cave you have created.

You can barely make out the almond shape of his dark eyes and the line of the bandanna pushing back his bangs in the dim, warm atmosphere of the blanket cocoon, before he slides closer to you and pulls you against his chest, arms encircling your frame.

Instantly, the smell of his cologne in your nose makes you feel a little less crazy than you had a few moments before.

But the tears are still pooling at the corners of your eyes, and the damn trembling in your body still persists, even as you bury your face into the strong planes of Yoongi's chest.

"I can't." You whisper back, and your words choke in your throat, as if they're stuck there, held back by clogged tears. You shake your head against him. "I'm too worried."

"About Jungkook?" Yoongi asks, and when you nod, he scoffs, but in a gentle, nonjudgmental way. A way that is just purely Yoongi. "He'll be fine. He's young, unlike most of us, and his body can take a beating. This is nothing. You'll see."

His words trigger the waterfall you have been holding back and suddenly, your chest is tight, as tears cascade down your face, dampening the material of Yoongi's shirtfront.

"You promised me." You cry out, fingers twisting into his shirt, as you bite down hard on your bottom lip and taste copper, trying to quell the shaking of your body, which is now verging on violent. "You promised me that none of you would get hurt. I can't, Yoongi. I can't lose any of you." Your breath is coming in hard gasps, and you feel like you're drowning again. The thought of losing them-any of them-is like a hot knife in the middle of your chest. "I don't want to live without any of you."

Yoongi's long fingers splay out across your back, as he tucks you beneath his chin, the length of his body curled to yours, and the warmth and solidity of his muscles against your own seems to calm the trembling-if just a bit.

"Hey, baby, stop, okay?" He murmurs out, breath warm as it washes across the top of your head, lips a cool contrast as they press to the edge of your forehead. "Stop."

One of his hands comes up to the back of your head, pressing your cheek more firmly against his chest, moving evenly with his breaths, before he asks softly, "Can you hear my heartbeat?"

You force yourself to take a couple of calming breaths and listen, and the sound of his heartbeat-loud and steady and rhythmic-beneath your ear, has your own heart calming slightly as you nod against him.

Yoongi's chin rests on the top of your head, as you listen to his heart, and the shivering subsides even more, the tears drying on your cheeks. "Good. Just focus on that." His long fingers move to stroke down your back, over and over, in a comforting pattern.

Your eyes grow heavy as you realize you cannot do anything for Jungkook now. Maybe, if you sleep, they will let you see him first thing in the morning.

And so, listening to the steady pound of Yoongi's heart, you allow yourself to give into the darkness of sleep.

When you wake up the next morning, Yoongi is no longer beside you, but Hoseok is sitting in the armchair beside your bed, reading something that looks eerily similar to a Jane Austen novel.

"Good morning, sunshine!" He greets when he sees you awake, setting aside his book to jump up and give you one of his radiant smiles. You note, briefly, that his hair is tousled as if he-unlike you-didn't sleep the night before.

"Hobi." You breathe out, sitting up so suddenly your head spins, the blankets still clutched to your chest. "Can I-"

"Yes. You can see Jungkookie." He grins, finishing your sentence, eyes bright, as if he knew what you'd want to ask as soon as your eyes opened. "Namjoon's with him now."

You are out of the bed before your feet can catch up with what your brain is doing, and Hoseok catches you as you almost stumble into him.

"Okay, okay. Slow down there. Jungkook isn't going anywhere." He laughs, and takes you by the arm, dragging you from the room behind him, and even though his words state patience, the way his body bounces as he walks indicates he's just as excited as you are.

The walk down the hallway and up the stairs to the back of the house-and consequently Jungkook's room-seems to take an eternity.

Hoseok opens the door after a soft knock, and you instantly feel the breath whoosh back into your lungs, a sigh of relief leaving your lips, as you see Jungkook sitting up-propped among pillows-in the middle of the large bed.

He's still pale, but he's alive.

"Dammit, Jungkook." You exclaim breathily, unable to breathe properly with the weight of relief that is now sitting heavily on your chest as you rush toward him and take his face in your hands, inspecting him sternly. "You scared the shit out of me."

"I'm fine, noona." The younger boy manages a weak chuckle, as you continue to keep his face firmly between your palms, not wiling to let go of him, the feeling of warmth, breathing flesh making up for the agonizing twenty four hours of uncertainty before.

Jungkook grimaces slightly as your fingers dig a little bit too deep into his skin. "Really." He reaches up to pry your hands from his cheeks, lacing your fingers between his own, as you finally let yourself sit on the edge of the bed, careful not to jostle him. He tilts his head and his large doe eyes crinkle as he smiles at you. "I'm sorry I worried you. The hyungs said you were pretty upset."

"Upset is an understatement." You chide back, your fingers stroking across the smooth skin that covers his knuckles, as you glance over to Hoseok, who stands beside Namjoon's tall frame silhouetted by the window. You direct your gaze back to Jungkook, and your face softens slightly, as you free a hand to reach up and push long dark curls back from his forehead. "The thought of losing you-any of you-is enough to turn me into someone insane."

Jungkook leans into your touch, like a cat looking for affection, and manages another smile in your direction, though his big eyes have gone more serious and less jovial now. "I know, (Y/N). I'm really sorry."

"Jungkookie." Hoseok breaks the silent tension between the two of you with a bright smile that rivals sunshine as he plops down in the chair beside the bed and you wonder briefly, how many times the boys switched their vigil over their wounded brother last night. "What do you wanna eat? I'll have the kitchen make you anything you want. On the house." He winks at the younger man playfully.

You stand, as the two men begin discussing their breakfast orders, and wander to the large window to stand beside Namjoon, who has been silent since you entered, eyes brooding as he stares out at the length of garden and courtyards below you framed by the glass.

It is a rainy and gloomy sort of morning, the sky blocked out with plump, gray clouds, the window pane streaked and distorted with patterns of cold water, and your warm breath fogs the glass as you sigh, the outside world reflecting the somber feeling that has blanketed the house ever since last night.

Your eyes are drawn to Namjoon as he makes a subtle movement in the edge of your vision, reaching up to rub at one of his shoulders with idle, distracted fingers, as he continues to stare down at the courtyard in deep, solemn thought.

You remember that one. You remember it clearly. And even now, it sends a cold shiver down your spine to bring back the memory.

The mission that had gone wrong, the frantic, unhinged, uncharacteristic panic of the other six men as they had dragged their unconscious leader-bleeding profusely from a gunshot wound to the shoulder-into the foyer, dripping with rain and defeat.

The way Jungkook had cried as you'd held him and the other boys close as the doctor whisked away the still barely breathing Namjoon, the way the crimson streak of fresh blood had looked so stark and bright against the black and white tiles at your feet, the absolute cold feeling of terror settling into the pit of your stomach as trembling had overcome your body.

No, that time-and all the other times-would never go away. Ever. The memories were here to stay.

Without thinking, you reach out and place your hand over Namjoon's fingers where they still massage the sore tissue beneath his shirt, and he startles slightly, as if just now realizing you're standing beside him, as you jerk him abruptly from his thoughts.

He glances down at your fingers covering his own. "It still aches when it rains." He offers quietly, as if this is an explanation, and because you know him, it is.

"I know." You say simply, as you move to wrap your arms around his narrow waist and rest your chin on one of his broad, firm shoulders, following his distant gaze back out to the rain chilled landscape before you.

And you do know, because you know all of them-inside and out. Absolutely, incredibly, deeply.

And in just the same way, they all know you. Completely, essentially, openly.

And you wouldn't change it. Not any of it.

Because the same seven men who make you go feral with worry-day and night-are also the only seven men who can soothe those fears beyond the shadow of a doubt.

Wholly, unconditionally, perfectly.

Jeon Jungkook doesn’t get jealous.  Not because he doesn’t care, or he’s unaffected, or any other negative connotation under the sun.  He doesn’t because he’s him, too soft and sweet and silly to believe the worst in people.  (This, coming from the man who’d steered clear of dating apps and blind dates because he was worried he’d be hurt.)

Once, you’d been waiting for him to pick you - he’d been running late, dinner with his parents and younger sister - and he’d found you chatting politely to an old fling of yours.  Well, maybe not so old.  A recent fling, a friend of sorts.  Someone who’d swanned into your life during your college years and had remained there ever since, popping his head in from time to time.

Still, you’d thought your beloved boyfriend would have some sort of reaction.  Maybe a quirk of his perfectly groomed brows, a certain tightness belying his displeasure in the softly peaked bow of his mouth.  You’d spied neither after extracting yourself from the hug and waving goodbye.  Jungkook had been sunshine and sweetness, opening your door for you and stamping a kiss to your cheek.  

That night, he’d loved you how he always had, with you crying his name and making a mess of his sheets.

Another time, you’d been at a work function.  One of those ridiculous galas you loved, full of women in their highest heels and men in their swankiest watches.  (You’d worn Aquazzura that night, Jungkook with an Audemars Piguet loose around his wrist.)  

He’d stuck close to your side, far more interested in the way your dress hugged your figure, cut intimidatingly high over your thigh and revealed the swell of your ass at juuuust the right angle.  Yejin had been the only one to tear him away, insisting on shots that you knew she couldn’t handle.  Anything went if free booze was involved.

Thirty minutes later - give or take, since you hadn’t had a watch of your own on - your boyfriend had returned, flushed and adorable.  There’d been a garden of colour creeping over the expanse of his chest, peeking around the collar of his shirt and disappearing into his neatly tousled strands.  He’d giggled his way back to you, somehow completely oblivious to the man that’d found you at your table and settled himself into the spot labelled Jeon Jungkook.

The imposter had been affronted, gaze narrowed at the younger man who was a little too loose, a little too smiley.  Wholly out of place at an event like this, where people spent too much time up their own asses, noses held aloft and business cards exchanged.  

(One of the reasons you loved Jungkook so much.  He was a breath of fresh air in a world you thrived in - found humour in, at the very least - carrying you high above the clouds with the sound of his laughter.)

“Hi, baby.”  Your darling boy smothered you in kisses, traced them up and over the exposed expanse of your shoulder, nosing against your skin, utterly unbothered by the man shooting him daggers, wishing him ill from the spot he’d wrongly claimed.  

Of course, he’d thought Jungkook was making a point - claiming what was his - but that was so far from the truth you’d almost laughed when he’d spoken, voice carrying above the slightly laboured breaths of your lover.  “I guess that’s my cue to leave, huh?”

You’d smiled, nodded with a hand threaded into cornsilk curling over Jungkook’s nape.  “Looks like it.”

(Then your idiot love - your big-hearted moron, your doe-eyed baby - had come up for air, cheek resting in the palm of his hand.  “Where’s your friend?”  He’d asked, eyes so wide you couldn’t doubt the sincerity of his question.)

Such was the kind of person Jungkook was, with an unwavering belief in the goodness of others, a silver thread outlining everyone’s silhouette.  You sometimes wondered what it would take to drive him to any sort of displeasure, any sort of emotion beyond quiet melancholy (seldom seen but heavily felt, when the rare occasions rose) or easygoing amicability (his default setting).  Not that you’d ever push to see that, of course.

You were happy.  Hopelessly in love.  You wouldn’t have traded him for the world - couldn’t even fathom doing anything to hurt him.  

And yet, you discover albeit by accident - it’s really not that hard.  All it takes is a pretty girl.

“This looks incredible,”  she says, standing close, long dark hair falling in a fluid curtain down the line of her back.  It’s the loveliest shade, cool-toned beneath the boutique lights, and reflects colour like a waterfall.  You’d complimented her on it when you’d stepped into the fitting area, a handful of hangers set across the rolling rack.

Fingers smooth over embroidery, revelling in the feeling of it over your skin.  It’s a beautiful thing, black tulle that hangs to your fingertips.  Not Jungkook’s preferred style - he much prefers harnesses and so many straps it might as well be a cat’s cradle - but you think he loves it nonetheless. 

(You’d confirm, but he’s been stoically silent, seated in the plush chair tucked beside the privacy partition, normally soft gaze hard and trained on his phone.  He doesn’t seem very much in the mood to talk, hardly reacting with each outfit change.  A nod here, a smile there.  Not even the most scandalous of the options - a black corset decorated in Leavers lace - had elicited his usual enthusiasm.)  

“You think so?”  You’re not insecure about your body - know what it looks best in, which assets to play up.  Still, it’s nice to hear from someone other than your doting boyfriend, the people caught in your orbit.  

The sales associate nods, beams at you in the multiple mirrors.  A hand of her own drifts over the thin strap of the slip - an innocent gesture that dislodges wayward strands of hair from beneath.  “Of course— and I’m not just saying that because I’m trying to sell it.” 

You nod, satisfied.  Even if Jungkook doesn’t seem ecstatic, your own joy makes up for it, buyer’s delight spilling over.  “I’ll take the satin robe, the blush silk set, and this in the violet.”  

“Great choices,”  she hums, pulling back the curtain to the adjoining change room to allow you privacy.  Silence follows as you slip the delicate number off, returning it to its hanger.  You don’t expect when the brunette continues speaking - presumably to your surprisingly surly boyfriend.  “Don’t you agree?” 

“Yep.”  He’s never been a man of few words, usually so full of excitement that he rambles when he doesn’t mean to.  

It’s a dead giveaway - a confirmation that something’s wrong.

Unfortunately for you, you don’t have time to broach the subject, your purchases already paid for and a firm hand on the small of your back the moment you’ve stepped out of the dressing stall.  “Jungkookie?”  You mean it quietly, just for the two of you, but falter when he slots his fingers between yours and all but tugs you out of the boutique.  You hardly even have a chance to toss the helpful girl an apologetic smile, imposing glass swinging shut behind you.

“Men—men are fine.  I don’t have to worry about them.”  There’s a confidence you’re so proud to see, turning his words as solid as the weight that rests against your hip, sears burning heat into your bared skin.  “No other man is going to love you better than me.  But women?”  A shudder runs the length of his imposing frame, tugs his shoulders up to his ears and tingles the small of his back.  “Women are scary.”  (It’s a sentiment he’s echoed in the past.  In particular, months ago when you’d insisted he dive into the dating scene.)

Hands thread through his too-soft strands, twirl the ends around your fingers as he speaks, nearly muffled into the crook of your shoulder.  He’s being so tender, giving you all the love he has to offer as he writes his insecurities into your skin, offers them with the wet of his tongue.

“A woman might sweep you off your feet and steal you away.”

You laugh then - sound snapping past your teeth before you can tuck it away.  It filters loudly into the baies scented candle you’d lit when you’d gotten into his apartment.  

Jungkook whines in response - a terribly endearing sound that makes you roll your eyes but only with affection (always with that) - and buries his face into your tits, sucking your nipple into his mouth with complete disregard for the tulle that acts as a barrier.  Saliva stains the material, makes it stick to your hardened bud as he laves over it with his tongue - bites surprisingly gently - and tugs it just hard enough to have you keening.

“S-s’not funny,”  he huffs, palming your other breast in his broad tattooed palm.  When he continues, he bites into you like he’s got a personal vendetta against whatever lies beneath your flesh.  “She was flirting with you.”  

It’s less of a sigh of annoyance - more sensual, drowning in need.  “She was not.”

He nips at the delicate flesh again, spreads crimson marks all across the sensitive skin until it’s a mosaic beneath the fabric, his finest work painted by his second favourite brush.  “That’s what you think but she was.”  The hand previously kneading your skin drops, flat of his palm sliding easily over your bare pussy.

I have only just now realized the mistake I have made (0 . 0”) I used a nice theme that I found and connected it to the blog as a separate page for the RO’s descriptions and realized that it wasn’t mobile friendly to get to. I’ll be editing that as soon as I can and I will be putting details such as what they wear and other details in specific there but for now here is physical descriptions for all of the cast!

RO’s

Enoc Castellon Male Enoc is a rather juxtaposing person. Most would expect his appearance to be all sharp masculine angles when they hear how rough his voice is and see his height, standing at a solid 6'1(185cm), but it comes as a surprise to see that his appearance is much more calming, almost youthful. His face is decidedly soft, round cheekbones but a tapered chin gave his face a classic heart shape, his eyes are dark brown almost black and thin, nearly white sleek blonde hair usually pulled back from his temples and knotted at the base of his neck with a flimsy leather cord in a bun, deep tanned skin shows years of work in the harsh sun with evident tan lines and marks, what begins to match the roughness of his vice is the stark scarring starting at the left of their cheek, under their eye and travels down their neck into their shirt line, if exposed it shows the scarring cross their chest all the way to the opposite hip and thigh that also match the evident scarring around their wrists.

Wilorin Whitespire Player's choice (Male or Female) For being a doctor meant to be a calming presence, Wilorin has an imposing frame and usually grim expression which opposes their dedication to helping others. Broad all around with the musculature to match they stand at 6'4(193cm) and are the type to fill in a doorway, with piercing blue eyes, beige skin and long but choppy mouse brown hair defined with a widows peak, their hair is usually tossed back in some sort of ponytail or braid with pieces strewn about due to uneven layers, they do it mainly to get it out of their face but it also draws attention to the thin jagged scar trailing through their lip all the way straight down to the top of their collarbone. Their general appearance is intimidating at best, they obviously know what they are doing when using their figure to get what they want, but there is a surprising calculation to their movement in making sure they take up the least space possible and keep a steady hand, they say its from the years of practicing medicine that has made them that way.

Eowulf Rit Lechlen Female Eowulf is, like the vast majority of people, commonrace. Aidem being the most widespread ancestry in Eddath the Rit Lechlen's ancestry is strongly rooted in the heart of Gahliarch and therefore their appearance is also. While her skin tone is lighter than most it is lightly freckled and often sun kissed across the cheeks and shoulders from seafaring, Eowulf also has a noticeable wine colored birthmark along her jawline and calloused and scarred hands from work and sparring. Eowulf stands at 5'10 (177cm) and has long middle-back reaching hair in unruly waves of dark red usually let loose and wild around her features, contrasting with the storm gray of her eyes, she's been training with her families tutors her whole life leading to a strong but lean musculature and a slightly broader build from keeping her posture well placed and a daily routine of basic training regiments. Her facial features are on the softer side however, round cheeks and jaw, a grecian nose, almond shaped eyes and thin lips usually pulled into a nonchalant smile or grin, it balances out the strong presence she holds in her posture and demeanor.

Sigunn Mlane Genderfluid Sigunn is a very distinguishable figure from the rest. Standing at 5'5(165cm) they are always expressive in both their clothing and demeanor. Dark charcoal hair cut short reaching its longest at about their chin with wild curls and wide warm brown eyes, their porcelain skin makes their beauty marks on the corner of their mouth and beneath their eye on the right stand out considerably as well as the natural flush of their cheeks. Their paleness does also make the dark circles beneath their eyes from lack of sleep more noticeable as well however. Sigunn has a well defined jawline, small slight downturned nose and curved lips usually with a cattish grin. While they are always poised in how they move themselves they do not hold any real muscle definition and have softer features due to a lower body weight giving them a very thin willowy silhouette reminiscent of Gahliarch's classical paintings of fae.

Rowul Wayvir Player's choice (Male or Female) Being a part of the Vaen race, a lineage traced back through the oldest of history and said to be of divine descent, Rowul has the warm dark skin of most of their lineage with short tightly coiled black hair a button nose and full lips, there is said to be something almost ethereal about their presence, intoxicating to be around that draws attention to them. The most distinguishable part of their appearance however is the bright honey gold of their eyes, nearly animalistic with thin pupils. The most apparent piece of Vaen ancestry is not one that is seen in their general everyday appearance however, it is in their blood, no matter how diluted the Vaen lineage is in their family history, those descended from Vaen have dark amethyst blood almost black that reflects light. Rowul as a magai has not had a need to be as active as others physically, mostly being a dedicated scholar has not given as much time to do such activities, leaving their appearance more cherubesque being only 5'8(172cm) with soft downturned shoulders, rounded stomach and thighs and a friendly inviting aura.

Belos Nonbinary Belos is shorter than most Tithessian that are still seen around, standing at only 5'11(180cm) as an adult while other Tithessian stature is usually much taller than other races around them. Belos has thin feathered gray hair long enough to pull back into a ponytail with the underside of their head shaved close to the neck and their pointed ears. Their skin is pale and stony with a nearly translucent sheen to it that is enough to see most if not all of their veins beneath the skin. Belos has leathery wings that are long enough to drag on the floor when folded against their back, long pointed ears, pronounced cheekbones, sharpened fingernails and fangs all common of the Tithessian race. While eye color varies greatly between Tithessians, Belos's eyes are a dark blue surrounded by black sclera and spindling beneath the skin that webs across their cheeks. Belos has very thin features to their face with a slight upturned nose and a strong brow, their build is well muscled with broader shoulders but thinner hips giving them a well balanced appearance.

Side Characters

Koske Ichante Male Most would see his appearance as relatively average, largely containing the same general features of most Aidem that can be found on the White Cliff's. Koske stands at 5'10 (177cm) with short cropped black hair and warm honey skin almost entirely covered in dark freckles. He has a mix between a farmer and a soldier's build having grown up in the countryside and attending guard training for most of his youth giving him a strong build without it being over the top in musculature.

Jeivanni Male Jeivanni is a strange sight to behold. Though not entirely uncommon, seeing a Rohimer is always a first for someone because of their usually nomadic lifestyle. Jeivanni is from the race known as Giants for a reason, being nearly 7'5 (226cm) with an extra set of arms, Jeivanni has the common gray-blue skin tone common of the Rohimer and shoulder length wispy slate gray hair kept off their forehead by a bandana, these stony colors are offset by the light umber color of their eyes and traditional yellow paint streaked across the bridge of their nose and forehead in triangles and down their chin. Jeivanni is tall and lanky, giving them an almost awkward appearance as anytime they are on land instead of sailing on their ship they are forced to accommodate their height to that of low ceilings, though that doesn't seem to stop him from grinning smugly every chance he gets.

Beckett Female As most street children of Gahliarch, Beckett is small and hard to catch. Most often compared to that of sly fox her features are sharp and thin with dark green eyes, thick brown hair that seems entirely unmanageable with a mind of its own and tan skin, Beckett blends in easily with most of Gahliarch's capital people. Having been malnourished most of her life has left her growth stunted, only currently standing at 4'3 (129cm) with a low body weight makes her the perfect person to get into places she shouldn't, but does leave her at a disadvantage if ever caught.

Commonalities in appearance:

Long, slender features. Nose is long and straight, they have high cheekbones, they have a more slender face shape as well.

They both have a thin layer of muscle, although Hansol's is more obvious.

Personal style is academia, but they prefer dark academia. They also prefer clothes that fit their figure nicely.

They have brown almond eyes that angle upward. They look slightly golden in the sunlight.

Differences in appearance:

Although both of them have long, slender fingers, Hansol's hands are quite a bit larger. He has a bigger build, as well.

Hansol's body is Y-shaped, with broad, strong shoulders, going into a slim waist. Hanyoung has an hourglass figure.

Both have dark, silky black hair, but Hansol's is a bit fluffier and Hanyoung's hair falls to her shoulders whereas Hansol's stays short.

They are both naturally quite tall, but Hanyoung is shorter.

Hanyoung likes wearing more accesories, but they both are good with fashion. She also prefers lighter colors, and Hansol prefers darker colours.

Hansol has one ear piercing, Hanyoung has both ears pierced.
