Happy (early!) birthday @hoybero!!

The kid got to cross state lines to go see their fave close out a killer 4 band lineup. The soon-to-be legendary Boy Hero was incredible and hb got to watch from the frontlines while he removed his jacket and revealed that he was wearing the friendship bracelet hb gave him before the show. I’ll let the kid rave and scream about every cool thing he did and I’ll post the video of his entire set somewhere later for anyone who’s interested, but here’s a quick peek at how close we were….

the cheers of the crowd rung loud in your ears as everyone yelled and jumped for the third time this afternoon. you were currently attending a baseball game with your bestfriend kim taerae and you could tell he was having the time of his life. you on the other hand? not so much.

it’s not that it was boring or anything, you had your own basic understanding of baseball but you couldn’t say you had an interest in it. taerae however insisted it would be great and you would have fun, plus you guys hadn’t spent time together in a while since you both had responsibility to your college studies.

so here you were, zoning out in the crowd while your loser of a friend whooped and yelled, smiling brightly at whatever impressive thing the player just did. he settled down again, calming down and watching the game with bright and focused eyes. but as much as it was entertaining to watch him go crazy over this, you needed a break as soon as possible.

taerae’s head turned to you as you tapped his shoulder before your mouth moved to speak.

“i’ll go to the bathroom real quick, okay?”

with a nod and thumbs up from taerae, you made your way past the people in your row and found the bathroom. you took your time, using the toilet and fixing yourself in the mirror a bit. you even pulled out some oil blotting sheets and your tinted lip balm because why not? and as you finished up and were satisfied with your appearance, you made your way back to your seat beside taerae. as you settled back beside him, you realized that there was nothing going on in the field at the moment, and your eyebrows scrunched in confusion.

taerae somehow sensing your confusion started to explain.

“they’re taking a break, don't worry it’ll start back up in a few minutes.”

you let out a hum of understanding at this, and instead your eyes drifted to the big screen in the meantime. it played a variety of advertisements before the TV showed a real time camera that was pointing towards the audience. the big text in bold spelling ‘KISS CAM’ dawned on you as the camera continued to single out two random people after another. you laughed a bit, since the first few reactions were people either refusing or flat out yelling ‘THEY’RE MY SIBLING’ to the camera.

the camera finally landed on a real couple and they shared a sweet kiss to which everyone cheered at. you instinctively glanced at taerae wondering what he’d do if the camera were to land on the both of you.

just then, as your eyes drifted back to the big screen, you could see the frame focus on taerae and the girl on the other side of him, immediately you looked over at taerae beside you who’s expression went from relaxed to bewildered in a snap. he brought his hands up to communicate his reluctance, but the girl beside him perked up in a casual manner and over the noise of the crowd you were sure you heard her say that she didn’t mind.

he was floundering, his body was faced away from you and his words failed him as he tried to figure what to do.

he looked over his shoulder at you, his eyes basically screaming for help. your own eyes widened as you shrugged your shoulders, silently saying you had no idea what to do. but taerae looked so desperate, and you felt so bad from the way his fist tightly held on the edge of his shirt, the way his other hand kept coming up to adjust his glasses nervously.

so you did the only thing you could think of and the millisecond before your lips touched, you realized how bad of an idea this was.

you had spun him around, pulling him in by his shirt before planting your lips on his. he surprisingly didn’t scream bloody murder in shock, instead steadying himself by holding onto your waist and relaxing into the kiss.

it was short and sweet, you almost expected him to kiss like this. It’s not like you’ve ever wondered what kind of kisser taerae was (you totally have) but somehow the kiss felt exactly like him, and that made it quite enjoyable even if it didn’t last that long.

once you both parted, your eyes found the TV screen immediately and obviously the camera had now panned over to show you and him in place of him and that girl. people were whooping and cheering you on, even the girl that was originally supposed to do the kiss cam with taerae.

your gaze came back to focus on your best friend, who looked at you with a soft smile and admiration in his eyes. you suddenly got shy and realized that you were still holding on to his shirt so you promptly let go, smoothing it down for him and clearing your throat.

he in turn moved his hands from your waist, opting to clasp them behind his back instead. he seemed to be waiting for you to say something, as a few seconds passed of him looking at you and you pointedly avoiding eye contact with him.

seemingly realizing you weren't going to say anything, he picked up his bucket of popcorn and offered it to you with a soft smile.

"y/n, do you want some popcorn?"

you could feel the box being pushed against your fingers lightly and you finally lift your head to face taerae for the first time since the kiss. and as soon as you did it, you internally panicked.

' woah why is he looking he looking at me like that? '

you gulped and suddenly the urge to kiss him again was so strong you could vomit. looking at him again you saw a whole new perspective and were suddenly very aware of the way his hair fell, the dimple on his cheek, and the smile lines around his mouth now suddenly drove you crazy.

you politely shook your head, wringing your hands behind your back and willing yourself to focus on the game you had absolutely no interest in.

later at home, you lay on your bed in the comfort of your room silently reflecting on the days events. you think about how awkward and quiet it was when taerae drove you home.

you think about how attractive he looked driving.

suddenly your phone vibrated in your hand, and you brought it to your eye level to see a new message from the very man you were just gushing over in your head...

Everyone aka antis talk about not seeing jkk in public means they never met eachother at all for chapt2 which is laughable given how it was soo easy for them to actually make an appearance together yet they didn't, Especially jm.

See everytime jm joined jk's lives (as in the comment section) jk has always asked jm to come over, and idt they live too afar that they can't cause i know many members live nearby. They could have posted a boxing video together with their coach giggling n shit (oh how I'd do anything to see them actually be in competitive mode and do sparring or wtv as competition) cause they both do it at same centre, jk said he'd come with jm once his promotions are finished yet they never did when it was easy for them to do it.

They were together in NYC , could have easily done one live together, or jm could have joined jk's live to make an appearance together. But alas they didn't even tell anyone they met eachother in nyc cause that's them. I'm very sure had it been any other duo they would have done it but jikook are jikook.

Jk really said he was going to sleep when jm joined the live cause he was awake all night nd as he had work at 2 pm nd he was awake till 8Am when jm joined but man was like "do you want to come over? Or should i come to yours? Don't laugh tell me, I'll really go if you say yes" believe i have never seen him being this insistent over anything. I was like boyy you have work in afternoon so you're supposed to atleast take some sleep before that but jk said nahh I'm UP. Kind of reminded me of that time when he was like"I'm upset, in soo upset, in very upset" he only stopped after asking jm to say sorry to him lol. Jk definitely wouldn't have offered to go to jm's home even clean up there and do a live together at his or jm's home if they weren't in touch with eachother. If you're talking to eachother after some time u don't offer this. Cause things could have easily gone AWKWARD on that live if they did one spontaneously. U need to be in touch with ur frnd to get that fluency and comfort to try it.

So jm doens't even had to do anything he just had to type"yes come over" and boom we all would have gotten that jikook live but jimin said you ain't getting shit fellas.

Again they could have done a live wheb they went to japan, i mean i get that they were busy but being in japan also gives you sense of protection cause fans over there are very careful. So no one would have chased them (the way it kinda happens in other countries ).

That time when jm went to jk's b'day with hobi jm could have easily posted a pic of jikook or jihopekook but he didn't , he rather cropped the heck out of that picture.

My point is it was really easy for jikook to make a public appearances, if they wanted they could have easily done it. I'd say it was mostly jm. If it was about us they would have done it but it's upto them and they chose not to is what I'm saying.

Plus these are the ones that we know of I'm sure there's some of other times where they met too. Ppl always ignore the fact that jm told jk he'd meet him after the promotions and i bet he did. I know alot are hung on that "did you eat ramen by jk" to which jm said "No" which mind u he actually said it after coming back from US so jm was basically still busy with his work. I remember well how he told us that taeyang has been asking him to come to his house for that meal which they promised during vibe's making, it was jm who said he likes kimchi or stmg else to taeyang to which they made plan of jm going to his house yet jm kept it on hold even tho that man is someone jm has admired for yrs as an idol and he went taeynag's home later when he got a little time from his promotions. Point is if he can keep that dinner (or lunch) on hold at taeyang's home u can tell how busy he must have been. I mean he literally prepared 2 albums in all that time, jm is workaholic nd he's been preparing for albums since the time they were on ptd tour. He was Hardly not working. So if he asked jk that he'll meet him after promotions then you best believe he did.

Jk was ready to go to jm's home that day just for a live yet jm's stopped him saying we'll meet after your promotions end. His thoughts are always about well being first. It's easy for him to say yes yet he's very considerate. That's why jk says jm's charm is him being considerate and refers to kind acts as him copying jimin. Did the same when tae started the live during jk's live nd jm was like let him do it. He's different than others that's for sure. If two ppl are home buddies you best believe their meet up mostly would be at home.

The person who's blog that is i have seen them sharing jaymina's tweets as proof or as reference so you do know damn well how it goes.I read their post about what makes them think tk are real than jk and i gotta say there's literally nothing they said that could make me go "oh they have a point" cause it's just their pov and how THEY see tk but like there's no difference in there?? Armys are such loosers

Ngl but if my frnds left without even telling him i would be Little bit upset that they didn't think of telling me. Although i think pjms got it wrong that the boys didn't heads up to their home but mostly to the place they were supposed to be eating so ig the other three headed towards the place but they could atleast tell him that they're heading off. Idk man it's maybe i have different kind of friendships where we treat eachother different than the way members do.

And armys even bigger loosers that they're calling it karma for the prank they did on hobi, when it was jin's idea to prank on hobi and jimin was literally the first person to hug hobi for pulling that prank even tho it wasn't his idea.

Idc if anyone calls me an anto or dramatic but one thing i know after years being here is that no one in BTS is capable of getting to jimin's level of empathy, love, support and understand his eq nor is the fandom capable of understanding his heart or what kind of person he is. It's because they have never seen someone as sweet as jimin. They love call it fake but i know his kind cause i have family where all of us are similar in nature with jimin's level of eq, love, support. My dad especially is so much like jimin in that way. This fandom is just not emotionally sensible to get him at all neither are the members at his level. Sigh...

TGK are the last people I expect any extra consideration from, so I don’t have any real strong emotions about them leaving without saying anything to Jimin. Cause again I don’t expect much from those 3.

The thing that actually did irritate me is that this is just another example of armys trying to nullify any potential wrong doings of the other members actions towards him in general. I don’t like that it’s a precedent they’ve set where they disregard things. (Even when it’s not specifically pertaining to the other members) because it’s either “they’re friends it’s not malicious.” or “it’s not that deep, jimin’s fine with it.” It just comes off as a way to absolve the others because it’s more important that they don’t get labeled as rude/to villainize jimin or to act like he hasn’t faced any adversity in the grand scheme of things.

Armys and Jkkrs normalized the hate on jimin, i feel jkkrs played their role in getting hate on him. 1) Shipping non-existent couple in a way they always be on ass of tkkr i.e provoking just like jjks on pjms (i see something here) & 2) They started anti-v too, when asked they give validation "tkkrs hating jimin for same reasons". Btw jimin is frnd with v but god forbid if pjms are disliking jk for any reason then they are anti-jimin because pjms hating his frnd/bf/love (hypocrisy, aren't they?). I despise jkkrs n their fave solos jjks more than ever and armys are useless fandom who are here for sexualizing jk and see him as some trophy just like bts.

Jikookers don't really care about Jimin hate, and that's it. Most of them don't care. They're Jungkook biased or even borderline Jungkook solos, so why should they care that Jimin's life has been threatened and he's been harrassed and defamed for years? It's not precious Jungkookie after all.

I've already talked about this soooo many times, I swear. I just don't really save my posts. But jikookers have also weaponized Jimin's affection for Jimin. I mean what you're saying about them "provoking" taekookers, because that's literally what they've done for years. In all of taekookers' hate tweets you'll always see jikookers bringing up moments where Jimin was being affectionate with Jungkook and use it as a "gotcha moment" that they think proved jikook real. Just to piss taekookers. And the only person getting the short stick out of that has always been Jimin.

They get off on the hate Jimin gets because to them it's validation. "Jikook get hoes mad" "they're threatened" "they hate them because they see there's more" - no, they don't. They hate it because they hate JIMIN. I saw this mostly on twitter, but the most delusional jikookers here also use the same logic. "If they're hating it's because they see more". Sometimes people just hate. This was never a reversed psychology case. "They're gonna be crying" no - they will be sending death threats to Jimin and trying to tell the military that he's gay.

Even today, can you believe that? Even today with JK solos tagging the military and everything, jikookers were on report tweets saying that their love got people mad or whatever. Talking as if they were doing that because they want to break up the jikook couple. No, they're literally doing that because they hate Jimin and they hate that he's not a straight man like Jungkook. Jikookers see Jimin getting hate and to them it's validation for the ship. I kid you not, it makes them feel better. It makes them feel like the ship must be real if it's getting hate. Earlier this year, I don't remember what happened and I saw on twitter a jikooker say "taekookers hating again WE'RE SO BACK".

Literally yesterday I said that jikook has never brought anything good or useful for Jimin, and look what happened today. I will die on this hill. I don't say it just because, I say it all the time because I've been here long enough and I've seen it happen over and over again. If you'd asked me in 2018 or 2019, I would've also told you that jikook was never good for Jimin because I've had to watch the reactions and cry and get angry for years.

The only person ships ever benefitted and still benefit, is Jungkook. It doesn't matter if it's jikook or taekook or even namkook, it all benefits Jungkook the most, sometimes he's the only one of the pair getting anything good from it like with jikook.

Even now with this reality show that was so conveniently arranged to start filming when seven was released, and now there's a whole public schedule filming again in the same week some other Jungkook thing is apparently happening lmao. It's textbook marketing.

Jikookers got angry when I said people shouldn't support Jungkook (jikook content in this case) because to them, getting less engagement would send a message to the company that people aren't interested in jikook content and they were shaking and throwing up over the prospect of not getting more jikook content provided by the company. They said that it would mean Jimin is not attracting audience and it would make the company think there's no demand for him. W T F. The company doesn't give a flying fck about Jimin, to begin with. They could've realized there was demand for him when people spent 8 months asking for a CD restock. I personally don't want anyone to think Jimin is in "demand" because his ship content gets engagement, thank you very much. Taekook already exists. Half or even more of those jikookers are gonna be liking the clips on twitter and then streaming and voting exclusively for Jungkook, just like taekookers are doing. They can keep their engagement.

I'll tell you a story you did not asked for. So i have two frnds both of them are like besties who were bench partners in college so they're pretty close to e/o. One of them is close to me too say the name as A. Now since A nd B were from same class and bench partners everyone knew they're pretty close and always together so they used to say anything to e/o and all used to joke all the time and now in that B has many times said things which hurted A but A never ever said anything about that to B so the things always continued like that. Thing is even tho A and B are Clearly very close to e/o there are still many things which B said to A that made A angry, sad and hurt many times and A still never said that to B but A used to tell me those things so i know what things hurted A nd all. But whenever they meet e/o they're still besties who used to be bench partners in college and talk all the same. Point is just because someone never says something about your some insulting remarks as a frnd does not mean they don't feel hurt or insulted. Everyone needs to know their limit and should stay in that cause you never know what could her the next person.

Someone rebloged this post on my tl and i went through it and can i be honest? I'm not hating here but i just wanna point out that every single one of these things has been done by me for my friends like not even close or my regular but even like classmates so i don't find these things as big...? Like yes it's sweet he did all that but is it different for everyone? Like do people usually not do that for anyone other than their bestie or something? Because for me I'd meet you for the first time and I'd still offer you food from my plate if we're in a group hangout and you're a frnd of my frnd nd i met you for the first time.

Firstly, thanks for bringing that post to my notice. It's very detailed and well documented. ( I don't fully agree with all points, but it's still a very detailed post)

You are right in saying that most things that friends do to care for each other are more or less same as what couples do. Except physical romantic affection (kiss/sex) everything that besties do is common with a couple. Including flirting! Except when couples flirt, they fully mean it.

But as you can see the post, you'll notice that JK never lets Jimin feel insecure about his cooking and infact insists that he enjoys the food jimin makes. Other 5 members are friends and besties too right? They could have done the same. Why didn't they?

That's why Jungkook's treatment towards Jimin is exclusive. Normally, i would simply make fun of my friend for cooking bad, in a non-serious way of course.

And many a times, Jungkook has defended Jimin at the expense of offending his hyungs. Age heirarchy is so important in S Korea, but there are only 2 times when JK blatantly denies that heirarchy. One- he doesn't consider Jimin as an older person, rather as someone of same age or even younger. Two- when he is defending Jimin and openly says or does something to his hyungs he would normally not do.

There have been instances like this because I'm not just speaking from compilation videos, i am speaking from original content. JK's behaviour towards Jimin has always been very soft and exclusive. I'm not saying he's not soft with other members, but none at the same level as with jimin. And that makes all the difference.

Also, i do believe we should fully love and take care of our besties and openly show affection to them. Good for you if you are that way. :)

Yk, like sometimes, the greatest fault parents do? Think that "yes only i can know the best for my child." While abusing and neglecting and overwhelming them INSTEAD.

Like today was my PTM, and ibgot low marks because of favoritism of teachers with class toppers and because of my stress.

My parents have the greatest hand in my stressed depressed self. They have put me through SOO MANY classes, just because their frnds were like " oH mY cHiLd DoEs ThEsE tHiNgS! hE's ReAlLy TaLeNtEd!" Like to match with the other kids, my parents put me through hell!

I am indian. So we have many types of dances. And all these dances are taught at my dance school. So i do many things at once:

Tuition: Maths and Science

And then comes school! There aremany programs of school. And i had went up to even NATIONAL level of AFS EAC SPORTS CHAMPIONSHIP and came 4th in TT 🏓 and my parents are still NOT satisfied.

It's overwhelming me a LOT. And my parents are like:

"But we couldn't do it before so we are making you do them!"

"But it's good for you!"

"Shut up with you stress-talks! There is nothing called stress!"

"How can you be so stressed? You are so young."

"You have no problem with yourself you don't need therapy"

LIKE I NEED THERAPY I HAVE ATTEMPTED SUICIDE FOR THIS 7 TIMES AT GRADE 8!! I DEVELOPED DEPRESSION AND MENTAL ILLNESS AT A YOUNG AGE OF 9! I HAD CUT MY ARMS AT THE AGE OF 11 AND 12, JUST FOR THESE.

AND PARENTS EVEN BEAT AND SCOLD AND NEGLECT THEIR CHILDREN WHEN THEY DON'T GO THE WAY THEY WANT TO!

And then comes school. Fake frnds. Education stress. Pressure. Feels like hell and jail. Grades. And so many other things!

It's a very simple thing that even if jimin and jungkook are sleeping in different rooms with the people who has same duties as them that still mean they're in the same living area even if the platoon nd squad is different. Like they're still in same unit so they can easily meet eachother and have eachother around for their comfort. If they didn't even want to see eachother there wasn't any need of them to enlist through buddy program like they could simply go enter MS individually and have chosen their own jobs and be at safer place than frontline.

The jjks and tkkrs trying to drag jkk saying "omg jk is finally free" like girll he had a chance of freeing himself from jimin for 18 months so that he don't have to see jm for long time yet he chose to see jm daily for 18 months. Like jk is still in close enough distance to jm that he can see jm every day meet him whenever he wants something he can't do with any other members and can meet them during their vacations only that is also if their vacations align with other members or if the members are doing 9-5 job like yg whom he can meet anytime he go on vacation if he wants.

What i don't get from tkkrs is how you gonna drag jkk saying omgg he's free when jk is still there in the same unit as jm and can meet jm daily and has chosen doing it by himself something he didn't do with tae and he can't meet tae daily (my sound rude for that) like you have some bigger fish to worry about cause it's still jm who's gonna be the first person to comfort jk and be his frnd who jk can talk with face to face, meet with, and can comfort eachother with someone tae is not there to do so physically so literally nothing they trying to drag jkk can be drag when jk used buddy program to enlist together with jm and not with tae. Like where the heck is drag? Is it really a drag that he can't sleep in the same room with jm when thing is he's in same unit and livin' area as jm something tae is not?? Is that honestly a drag even?? Be honest with yourself and tell me if you would not be happy if tae and jk were in same unit that not being in same div or company at all? Than being kilometres away from eachother??

It's honestly funny to see them run around along with jjks to say "jkk using Buddy program is the biggest prove of them not being a couple cause the govt don't allow homos" and yet trying hard for the past 4 months to find any small thing to cope and say they're not together lol. It's same as them trying to drag jkk saying jm didn't visit jk for his b'day (we don't know the exact truth tho cause they both never said it but could be right) but if i ask them tell me atleast one single time tk celebrated their b'day together like jkk did then would they have anything to show me at all?? NO. Second example is them trying using that one ss of jk teasing jm saying no when jm asked him to come visit more often (even tho right after that he said yes 😭) i mean he atleast went to see jm rehearse but if i ask show me when he went to tae's any rehearsal mv shoot when tae was working on his solo debut album what would they show me??? Like it's always dragging jkk over something tk has never even done together (things that someone who's couples would atleast do ) but yeah let's drag jkk, honestly lame and clownery.

Rosie you were asking why we're sure jk is doing this job is i think as other anons said there were rumours going around him being a cook and jm doing different job and now that he mentioned cooking and cleaning it's just you know inclines more towards that rumours and the military accounts said looking at his post looks like he's a cook or kitchen police. and since then jjks and tkkrs started their insecurity that jm and jk are not together and are in different place when we all know by officials that they're in same unit. The only thing could be that they're sleeping in different rooms and again they could still be sleeping in same room we will never know until jkk shares the news or some other Soldiers shares their story and all.

Thing is from all the posts and videos i have seen regarding buddy program we can't say that every pair that enlist through buddy program goes to same experience cause for some people even their units and div are different despite using buddy program (i have seen ss shared by people who's relatives has been in sk's military, meaning served there) like everyone is going through different things one is not always same as other. Atleast in jkk's case they're in same div and same unit. Now they're are ppl under buddy program who did diff jobs and slept in different rooms but there are also people under buddy prgrm who did diff jobs yet slept on the same bed so important thing to note here is that we cannot be sure unless until jkk shares it by themselves or their colleagues. We can't be like 100% sure like "oh he went through this meaning jkk will go through same" cause it can be 100% same and it cannot be same also.

All in all they're in same div same unit (we established that already after their training but some ppl are trying to refuse even that lol) only thing is they might be doing different job but they're in same unit so same living area cause of Buddy prgrm only difference could be their sleeping arrangements like i said before they could be sleeping side by side or in different rooms near one another (which shouldn't be big deal but have seen ppl talk about it hence telling) so the base is they're still together and get to see eachother daily when they have free time of the day and all or could see while jm is going to eat his meal and all. And this job think might keep changing based on their promotion as they progress so yeah that is also there.

Ahhh i did something hugee today!!! Though its not that big but am very proud of myself (its not something to be proud of too)

I really wanted to watch animal but knowing my parents will not agree to go to theatre i downloaded and watched tha pirated version. I loved that film and seeing all those Instagram posts gave me fomo of the theatre experience. Yesterday me and my frnd devised a plan and decided to go without informing our parents. Both of us lied the same thing. We told our parents that we have a project submission tmr and we have lot of work to do so we'd have to meet at each others house. But considering the runtime of the film we can't go in the evening. So we told that the other person is going to a wedding in the evening so we'd have to meet in the afternoon. I put my savings for the ticket and booked for an afternoon show.

But we had another problem. The show starts at 2:30 and our school will be done by 1:30. Though we missed the starting a bit it was worth it. We managed to come back home without them knowing anything.

I have never done something like this before and it makes me feel so good i just wanted to share it.

For your first question: I think this is a really good example of how talking through other people isn't the best solution. Do you have any way of getting in contact with your cousin directly? Because things are definitely going to be changed and exaggerated if you are talking through your aunt and dad. Once you talk to her, be truthful. Be sincere and tell her how important she is to you. I'm betting she'll come around.

With the guy- I know it sounds cliche, but if your friend likes him, stay away. I've been there. I've seen friendships fall apart. It's not worth it, especially since you're not even sure of your feelings.
