------------------------------------------------------------------------------Chan sighed, using his last strength to finally be done with the song, checking the clock to only reveal the light of the words 'three AM' on it with a groan.

He regretted even going to italy with the other members at this point, wishing he just could have lied that he was sick. BUt now, here he was, stuck with a pile of work that only he could take on.

He hasnt told any of the other members about it tho, becayse he didnt want them to feel bad for leaving him with so much work.

He was alone in the studio, Han and Changbin had stormed out earlier that night because Chan was so stressed and tired, that he regrettably took it out on them.

Chan began feeling so overwhelmed, and slowly but surely, tears started to roll down his pretty face (he is so pretty tho, no joke-). His plump lips formed into some sort of pout, before letting broken sobs break thru them.

He lowered his head, feeling the weight of everything pressing him lower and lower into the deep darkness of sadness, he felt like he was somehow drowning without being able to breath.

But then, a sort of hope appeared from the door to the studio, in form of an angry looking Minho. He was probably there to curse out Chan for hurting Hans feelings, which he pretty much did.

"I cant even belive you right now!-" Minho began, ready to go on a rant. But instead, he stopped. His face turned into a mixture of confusion and concern at what was infront of him. Chan looked at him, his voice weak and his face filled with tears and puffyness

"Im so tired..."

------------------------------------------------------------------------------Minho was sitting on the couch, the older in his lap, sipping on some iced coffee from a straw. He hasnt spoken since what happened before, which was only just twenty minutes ago to give him a break.

The dancer didnt even know what to do either, just slowly rubbing Chans back while humming to him soothingly. When Chan seemed calm enough, he began speaking

"So, you wanna tell me whats happening now?" His voice was calm, but also stern, showing that he wasnt playing around with this and wanted answers.

"I..i guess i just got so overwhelmed by all the sudden work, i couldnt handle it..." Chan sighed, feeling like he sounded pathetic for not being able to do what he has done for years.

The younger hated it when Chan was like this, too stubborn to ask for help from the others, and then feeling bad for not being able to handle it. Bangchan may be the oldest, but he could be such a little child sometimes.

Minho decided to set a stop for this once and for all, knowing that another meltdown like this could put Chan in a really bad spot with his own mental health. His hands that were rubbing the elders back turned into claws, and he began to scratch up and down instead, making Chan twitch and lean from side to side. Fine, if he was gonna act childish, why not use childish methods to stop it.

Minho leaned his head to Chans neck, speaking into his ears while continuing his little soft scratches. "Whats wrong, big baby? cant handle some little scratchies?" Man, Minho could be a brat sometimes.

Chan began twisting from side to side, trying to soothe one side, only for it to get worse for the other side. He let sound some small giggle like sound, which sounded better than music to Minhos ears. "mhmhm..it tihickles, Minho..."

Minho chuckled, loving how cute his very annoying but weet leader could be. he began turning on the action, digging his nails into the space of Chans sides, tasering the fleshy skin to pull some loud and clear laughter from him. "Ahahahaha!- Plehahahahse, i cahaHAHnt tahake IhiIT theheEHEre!..."

"Too bad, love~ This is a punishment for being a child, for hiding how youve been feeling these past few days, and for taking more than oyu can handle~ Its a tripple win, if i may say so myself~"

Minho teased in a bit of a mom voice, his hands going higher to find the small crevises between his ribs, making sure that all five of his fingers got in there on every side. Chan began twisting and squirming, letting out his iconic squeaks which he alwasy got embarassed about. "Pleahahase stahahahp! Ihihim sohohory, plehahahse thihihis is embahahrasihihng!.."

Minho grinned, loving how Chan was such a muscle giant, but still had one of the most cute laughs in the group. "Aww, youre like my very own chew toy, 'squeak,squeak!' am i right?~" Chans face heated up, and his loud laughs turned into embarassed snickers, the squeaking following him either way like a shadow.

"And do you know what cats do to chew toys?~" Minho asked, knowing what was about to happen. The tickling kind of mushed Chans brains, making him let out a curious "whahahat?" while still giggling. Minho answered in a voice that quickly sent a shiver down Chans spine. "They chew."

Minho quickly bit down on Chans neck, while also shoving his hands onto the spot where the olders thighs met his hips, squeezing that spot with favor while also nibbling and blowing the loudest raspberries he could onto Chans neck.

Chan went insane, feeling like he might die in that moment. Tears ran down his face again, but not from sadness, but from happiness and smirth. He wierdly didnt feel like he was suffocating anymore, he felt free, and able to breath. "NOOOHAHAHAHAHAH! GAHAHAHAD PLEHEHEhAHAHASE NOHOHOHO! NOHOHOT THEHEHAHAHAHAHA!"

Minho winced by the volume of the older, feeling like a siren was placed right on his ear. But he smiled thru it, digging his fingers deeper into the death spot. "Whos a perfect squeaking leader and a lovely person!?"

"MEHEHEHEHEHE!" Chan screamed out, the tears straining hid neck and the collar of his shirt.

" And whats your name!?" "C-CHAHAHAHAN!" "NO your full name!" Minho teased, pushing in even deeper and blowing the loudest adn sloppiest raspberry he could muster up. He wasnt the best at it, but it seemed to work because Chan was howling like a dog.

"CRIAHAHAH- CHIHIHISTOHOHOFER BAHAHANGCHAHAHN!!"

"And who is Christofer Bangchan!?"

"A-A PEHEHEHERFEHEHEHECT SQUHUHUHUEHEHAHAHKY LEHEHAHAHDER AHAHAHND A- A LOHOHOVELY PEHEHEHRSOHOHOHON!!!! NOHOHOW STAHAHAHP!!!" Chan screamed out, his voice hoarse and his face red from having a hard time breathing.

Minhos hands slowed to a stop, and he used his cheeks to wipe away all the saliva from the raspberries off of his neck. Chan slumped against Minho while panting, his weight making both of them fall down onto the couch.

"Now, remember. You said those words because its true, and not just yo get out of tickling, right?" Minho asked in a fake stern voice, gently scratcching at his side. Chan giggled weakly, pushing his hand away before burrying his body against the youngers. "yehehes..i mehant them all..."

"Good, now, wanna go home and apologize to Han and Changbin?.." Minho asked Chan, pwtting his head affectionetly. Chan wanted to do that so badly, but he wrapped his arms around MInho, closing his eyes.

"Can we just stay like this for a while first?...Just an hour,please?..."

Minho Chuckled at thw cute antics off his leader. He wrapped his arms lazily around Chan, and they both slowly fell asleep like that, all alone and in silence, showing each other how much thye loved one another.

"Whatever you say, best leader..."

im very new here, what exactly is the runaway au im Very Curious now :eyes:

Hiii okey so basically is an au where the beta trolls (humans here) help Karkat escape from the people who kidnapped him a year ago and are going around the country in a van, trying to find a way to separate Karkat from the alien he has been fused with before things start to become worse for him.

And extended summary of the start of the au is:

Karkat has been missing for around a year before he was pressumed dead after his jacket covered in blood was found in the woods close to the last place he was seen. It was assumed he got attacked by an animal and thats why his body was never found.

The start of the story occurs at his funeral, from Vriska's point of view as she decides to attend the funeral even after she hasnt been friend with the group for around 6 years. They got in a Big fight at the end of highschool and all of them went on their separate ways, theyre 22 now and it's the first reunion as a group after the fight.

The funeral is, depressing as you can expect, Vriska is feeling akward as she is not really friendly with anyone in the group, she tries to talk to Kanaya as she was one of her closest friends when they we're younger but she is a mess emotionally because she was the last person who saw Karkat before he disappeared.

Anyway a lot happens and the funeral is almost over and all of the beta kids are reunited in a room just, not really talking. They tried to but it starts to become an argument until Kanaya's stops them and tells them that if they don't shut up she is kicking them all out because she really can't handle their garbage today.

They calm down and Vriska propose that they go to their old hanging spot, an old abandoned cabin they used to frecuent, and leave some things for him there because it would probably be less depressing that being here. And all of them agree and get inside or Vriska's van. They buy some burgers on the way and arrive at the place.

They go inside and kind of explore the place but decide to just sit and eat like the old times, they talk about old memories, and then Karkat. Things get emotional again and they decide to look for some of his old stuff to see if theyre even there.

Nepeta goes to the back of the cabin, to a room they hadn't check yet, it's dark in there and she uses her flashlight only to see a BIG fucking EGG in there, a slimy and broken egg full of a strange liquid. She is about to enter to investigate but stops herself, she smells blood, she points the light to the ceilling and sees a person, upside down, covered on blood and with eyes completely white.

She screams as that persons starts attacking her. She is fighting back but the person is trying to kill her, thankfully the others come upstairs after hearing her screams and starts to help her.

They fight and it's chaotic and some of them get injured badly but theyre able to tie him up and things calm down. They try to find out what's going, going from a possesion to aliens.

Then the person wakes up, now more calm but very confused, asking what the hell is going and where is he. He then sees the people in front of him and says "KANAYA?" and they get silent, they recognize that voice, it sounded more tired than what they we're used to, but it was Karkat

The one who they just had a funeral for, the one who just attacked them and the one who looks a minute away from dying.

Lets say things got chaotic after that. And thats all of the summary, for now lol, there's still more about the start but I want to draw it :3

i just read a little life and here's a messy review of the book by saying my opinion on people's takes on it

i want to start off by saying that this book is like willem's movie "life after death"; either people absolutely loved it or people hated it. and i fucking love this. would i be rereading it? probably not. but would i think of jude for the rest of my days? yes.

the thing i keep reading about from the people who didnt like it is that a) it's a trauma porn, b.) it's lengthy with various of unnecessary parts, and c.) its just a sad book with a sad ending.

something that i dont really understand is people's need and urge and want to always, always read a book expecting a happy ending. ("and books lied, they made things prettier"). spoiler alert: life isnt like that! its ugly and u cant always run away from its ugliness, no matter how hard you try. no matter how hard jude tried. and i always had this hunch, when i was first reading it, that it wont end the way i'll like it, but still i hope and hope and hoped for jude and for all of them, and thats just the Human part of me. my in denial.

as someone who struggled from mental health, i actually guiltily thought in the middle of the book, "why hasnt he k!lled himself yet?" even before jude's attempt. i cant handle the thought of putting myself in his situation and pushing through, and that's the reality as well. you thought about it and yet , complying to it somehow makes you think that the hyenas won. that brother luke won, that dr traylor won. and the thing about jude is he always try. he tried to get through life, he tried to accept romance in his life, he tried and he tries to accept everyone's devotion and help because even though he feels like he doesn't deserve it; he feels like he owes them that at least. to try.

i can see how people, especially the first ones when it just came out, may be put off by the tones and the topics of this book, but as years went by and it grows in popularity, the trigger warnings had been set. one thing ive set my mind to when i bought the book is the advice i was given: to only read it when im in a stable stage of my life, and that's why it took me almost a year before i started reading it after buying it. the triggers are listed for anyone to see. YES. those things do happen in real life. those things, esp the rape and physical mental and verbal abuse DO come in hand majority of the time. the book is not trauma dumping or a trauma porn: it simply tells. (imo, its on YOU if u think this is a trauma porn. imo, it says a lot about you as a person).

the book is lengthy because it is intended to be, the "unnecessary parts" are not just fillers but a stepping stone to unraveling jude's past, to fully grasp the situation. they are there for a reason. you can skim through the book if you want to avoid them: but believe me when i say you wont fully get the book if you do. the book is not meant to be enjoyed. its meant to tell a story, to make you feel things for the characters, may it be pity or joy or anger.

jude is not meant to be understood or to help or to be pitied at, hes meant to exist. and those things are something that was given to him willingly by the people he loved. and the characters are all flawed. andy is a bad doctor, willem is lovable and maybe had too much love, malcolm is perfect (i love him so much), jb is infuriating most of the times, harold shouldve pushed more. they all shouldve pushed more, but they cant. because the way they love is also flawed and it gets in the way, because judy is also flawed. hes stubborn and confusing. but those are traits that makes them all human.

ive reblogged this before but ill say it again: ik its a meme, but not everything can be solved through therapy. again, it took jude YEARS to finally tell willem his past– willem. willem who jude probably trust with his life, who he lets help him and seeked out for him when he was bleeding to death from cutting too much. you think jude would talk to a shrink he barely knows? someones whos literally paid to talk to him? not even jb and malcolm knew.

smth i wanna address that i rlly dont get is people who claims it's homophobic, and i really and genuinely cant see it, as a lesbian person myself. every talk about sexuality (if there even is any thats worth noting for this part), had come naturally. everyone existed how people exist with each other. even when willem and jude got together, theres barely any talk about willem's sexuality. also, hot take (/s): sexuality is confusing!! not everyone wants to label themselves. ive known multiple ppl who majorly likes girls only, but have fallen for their recent boyfriend. it happens, surprise! not everyone wants to put themselves in a box.

in conclusion: i think people expects this book to turn out for the better as a psychological response. surprise, it doesn't. my opinion? it's not meant to be enjoyed. i dont recommend this to anyone but only because it IS devastating and im a sadist if i want people to experience those feelings the book will brought. however, the characters, the delivery of the story and the pacing, and hanya's god bowing writing style are what makes this book GREAT. great ≠ happy ending, just like how sad ending ≠ bad book. thanks!

Had another au idea for tsctir that involves HYJ going back in time (about 5-6 years) using the wishing stone, like before, except the wishing stone requires a payment of equal value to the wish (in this case, its at the cost of most of his remaining life) and he goes back in time with his current body.

So, HYJ shows up in the past (scars, injuries, leg injury and all) several months before the awakening broker incident can take place and desperately tries to get in contact with his brother. When he finally does (im thinking that HYJ manages to get HYHs attention cause hes waiting around his brothers guild for him to get back from a dungeon), HYH is shocked (his face twisting with dread? And maybe HYJ notes that the HYH of the future wouldnt have made the mistake of letting his emotions show on his face which makes him feel a bit nostalgic) to see his hyung in crutches and carrying injuries that he shouldnt have and looking older? more exhausted and worn down? than his hyung should be and he’s livid cause, what the hell happened while he was in the dungeon?

The change is too sudden and too severe for HYH to ignore and he has HYJ brought into his guild to get to the bottom of it. HYJ goes through the process of apologizing to HYH and talking and HYH has HYJ explain whats going on cause his hyung looks older, has injuries that couldnt have healed this much while he was in a dungeon, and his hyung uses his crutches like hes had them for a long time, and the notifications hes gotten of his hyungs current state doesnt match up with the hyung hes seeing in front of him; so HYJ gives a, very lacking, explanation (just enough to explain that hes from the future thanks to a wishing stone) but HYH accepts it cause HYJ is able to prove that its actually HYJ and not someone else using some kind of disguise.

So, due to everything surround his future hyungs situation (and how could he abandon his hyung when he looks so Tired?), HYH has HYJ live with him.

Its, awkward. At first. But HYJ is nurturing by nature. He knows he doesnt have long left to live. Hes not trying to get anywhere with the time he has left. Hes just, trying to do what he shouldve done for his dongsaeng. So, this time around, he doesnt hold back and he doesnt mind (though he does get bored) being confined to the house.

HYJ tells HYH lots of things about the future (his way of making it up to HYH for all the stress hed caused him pre regression) in order to help him grow his guild much more easily. And “all hyungs are equal” HYH is happy to have HYJ living with him again. His, significantly older, hyung who stays home and worries over him, cooks him meals that remind him of when they used to live together, and who dotes on him with lots of love and affection. His hyung who looks at him fondly, even if sadly at times, and treats him like a child (even more so than usual, which he blames on the larger age gap, even tho hes an adult, but its a dynamic thats oddly comforting).

During this time, HYJ realizes that he hadn’t seen HYH smile in the 8 years that they had been apart (except when hed died protecting him) and seeing his dongsaeng smile so easily and freely now just. Breaks his heart. HYH smiling an enjoying himself in his hyungs company is what gets HYJ to break his silence on what happened. He starts by apologizing, which confuses HYH cause his future hyung hasnt done anything? But the way HYJs voice wavers has HYH feeling concerned, but HYJ continues. “I dont know how id never noticed it before. Have you really not smiled in all the time we’ve been apart? Have you been happy at all?”

How had he gone so long without realizing a single thing? “I’m sorry I didnt notice how miserable youd been. I’m sorry for failing to be a proper hyung.” And maybe HYJs crying (but trying really hard not to) and HYHs trying to comfort him saying “It’s not your fault; i didnt explain anything” but “I should’ve noticed. You hadnt smiled all that time. It’d been 8 years. I dont think Id ever seen you look happy. How could I have been so blind?” And maybe he’s hugging HYH by this point and rambling “I was so caught up in my own anger after you left; so focused on how i felt that it took-“ he pauses “Yoohyun-ah. You died trying to protect me from an ss class lauchitas dragon that showed up in a d class dungeon i was in. It took you sacrificing yourself for me to realize you still cared. It took you dying for me to realize just how much i needed you in my life. How much i missed you and wanted you in it. I’m sorry for getting mad when you interfered. Im sorry for resenting you all those years. I’m so so sorry. I wish i could take all of it back. You didnt deserve any of that. I should’ve been supporting you. Im sorry. I’m sorry.” And, by this point, HYH knows that future HYJs been in dungeons and had awakened but he hadnt known all of this, but he does know that his future self wouldnt have regretted dying for his hyung. His hyung was his whole world; his life wouldnt have been worth living if hed lost his hyung. He doesnt say it though. Its not what his future hyung would want to hear.

HYJ, over the course of living with HYH (and sometime after the above scene), ends up convincing him to explain everything to the HYJ of this time. His relationship with HYH had been bad but he could still make a difference for his brother now so he does. So, instead of lecturing HYJ about the awakening broker incident (it helps that he knew it would happen ahead of time and why his hyung would even think to do such a thing), HYH apologizes and explains the situation. He explains why hes been getting in his hyungs way; why hed left; why hes cut off contact (seeing future HYJ as distraught as he was before gives him the push he needed to actually be honest about everything) . They end up talking for a long time and their conversation ends with their first hug in 3 years (and maybe an award winning act that resembles what had happened in the original timeline to prevent people from realizing anything’s changed) and a promise to keep in touch and hang out from time to time (albeit discretely; just until HYH has the best guild in Korea). And maybe HYH, at the recommendation of future HYJ, gives past HYJ an envelope containing a lot of cash and tells his hyung to pursue what he really wanted to do with his life; to get the education he had given up for HYHs sake? Idk

When future HYJ sees HYH return home, he looks much more relaxed and like a weights been lifted off his shoulders. It also makes him feel horrible again for not realizing just how much hed made his dongsaeng worry over him —how self centered and uncooperative hed been. It leaves a touch of guilt, bitter in his chest, lingering. But he also feels happy knowing that HYH wont have to suffer the way he did in the pre regression; that things wont have to get as bad as they did.

Of course there’d need to be scenes where HYH gets to enjoy being spoiled and HYJ cant say no to HYHs puppy eyes (especially cause a 20yr old is easily still like a kid in the eyes of a 30yr old); i just dont know what kinda scenes to make happen for this yet (pls let me know if you guys have any ideas)

As HYJ starts to reach the end of his life, the effects of the sacrificial wish stone starts making itself known. HYJ starts to get weaker and weaker; he tries to brush it off telling HYH not to worry, but the first time HYH comes home to find HYJ collapsed on the floor, HYH panics and forces him to see a doctor. When the doctors cant find anything wrong, HYH is about to start going off (to ask for more tests to be done), but HYJ stops him saying theres something else he needs to come clean about regarding his situation. And, when the doctor leaves, HYJ explains that the wish stone was actually a sacrificial wish stone, and he’d sacrificed most of his life in order to go back in time. This information leaves HYH feeling really distraught and he tries to find ways to increase his hyungs life span or improve things in some way, but nothing works. HYJ paid the price before regressing. But, he was able to do what hed wanted, so hes not too upset. His main worry is that HYH would feel sad, so he talks to past HYJ about everything and makes sure that he wont make the same mistakes that hed made (makes sure that his dongsaeng wont be alone this time).

When HYJ reaches the end of his life, hes already bed bound. Hed lost the strength needed to carry himself but now hes having a hard time moving his arms and anything more than talking drains him. He knows hes going to pass soon. HYH takes a vacation just to spend all of his time at his hyungs side. HYH tries to smile and keep things light hearted for his hyung, but, when HYH thinks HYJ isnt looking, HYJ catches HYH looking so sad. Then, one morning, HYJ Knows hes not going to make it to tomorrow and he lets HYH know. HYH tries to hold it together at the news and doesnt leave his side. HYJ doesnt miss the way his hands tremble at the news. The past HYJ is brought over at future HYJs request (he wanted someone to be there for HYH) and, when the time comes, HYH is sobbing and trying to give HYJ some of his own life force to keep him around but HYJ is like “No. I’m ready to move on now. Thank you for giving me the chance to make up and thank you for taking care of me and i love you and im so proud of you.” And he tells the other HYJ to take proper care of his dongsaeng and to be there for him and past HYJ nods and thanks future HYJ for helping to mend their relationship.

And, this time, HYJ is the one who gets to smile softly as he looks at his dongsaeng for the last time.

considering that this process seems to drop him most specifically in versions of the Parable where the narrator and Stanley are are in far more antagonistic/abusive relationships (and there are some considerations about that, about perhaps the fact he keeps getting dropped where he's "needed most") no, not really, to all three of these.

there's definitely some stanleys that are.... wishing their narrators could get along with them. but it's been framed by their narrators that it's their faults theyve been treated so poorly.

sometimes the Narrator wonders if he's being brought to places he's needed and that's why he hasnt run into a kinder iteration similar to himself, or if he really is the outlier and he wasn't supposed to ever change this much. maybe this is his fault and his punishment for wanting to be more.

then he decides "well, so what??? Im not going back! Im not going back to who I was before, I don't like that person!" and commits fully.

yes, absolutely. some of them are just.... terribly sweet Stanleys who deserved much, much better. and he is so himself with them; gentle, fond, happy to bow to their every request and whim. when those ones leave, he tends to need longer to recover before beginning again.

he misses and loves his Stanley so much. he expects that someday Stan will move on from him and want to be with someone else, but he knows he's never going to be able to move on. every Stanley who reminds him of his Stan just reinforces that.

maybe 5-10 "escapes" in. he notices the patterns by this point and knows that he needs to get a feel for the relationship and general power level of the narrators he's dealing with before getting too intensely distracted helping a Stanley.

by the time the group is formed, there's at least 30 or so Stanleys who have gotten out. probably more; these are just the ones who span America, the UK, and Canada.

also aang's oops moment and now the earth kingdom army know about iroh and there's guards? are guards good or bad or both? im unsure i trust none of these guys. and then of course sokka losing his cool at the general the chapter before hasnt really been addressed either? like what happens when sokka sees them again (or if he finds out jet's involvement...thoughts and prayers jet you'll be so fucked). also the earth kingdom did definitely torture zuko. i don't think team avatar and iroh will love that too much when it comes to light.

and best part for last: the reunion?!?!? oh my god?!? zuko may be on his death bed but will always be conscious enough to tell someone not to touch his man. love that. and then sokka just sitting and talking to him was great and everyone in that room was likely kinda confused and getting some hints about how close they really are- but it doesn't matter!!! they're together again!!! 🎉🥳 pop the champagne!

the parts with the blood were so gross tho oh my god. i could like feel it in my belly. (which is what body horror like imagery should do. you were v successful lmao) i was back and forth between my body cringing at the blood parts and then smiling and happiness because aw theyre cute. a wild reading experience for sure. 10/10

and yeah!! i do have a couple of wips i want to rant about kajfhkjah

the first ima shout about (it also might be my favorite but shhh) is a 3rd life renaissance faire au :D its currently treebark and dogwarts centric and is quite literally full of half formed sentences and contextless dialogue, but theres three pages of worldbuilding and plot and im really happy with it so far :D, rens the king of dogwarts (the kingdom the faires set in), and the dogwarts army are, well, the knights of dogwarts. and you know martyn's creeper prank? he makes goose noises instead cause its hilarious and it still scares the crap out of everyone but scott asjkjafh. and ima stop there i dont want to reveal any more cause spoilers askjfhas

another wip is post-canon joel's empires s2 finale!! he is regretting a lot of things and theres three more joels than usual. its likely going to be multichap and full of angst (if i can actually make angst without adding puns into it asjksajfh) with a happy (?) ending :D

a third im hyped about is a waterpark au of sorts, based off of ethos old turf war minigame, The RipZone!! its mostly mycelium resistance centric, purely because i have more of a grasp on writing them than the hep. im not quite sure where to plots going for this one, but i have just enough planned out to be insane about it askdjfaskjfh. theyre highschool ago and its set in australia, at the end of the year, so its the beginning of summer and schools just let out (prime waterpark time babayyy)

and the last is another limited life coral kids fic woooo!! the working title is 'whats your favorite constellation?' and i feel it captures the vibes im going for surprisingly well. its barely written and im hoping it wont be as long as the last lmao, im thinking only about 1k words, and it also wont be explicitly romantic. im playing off of the concept of giving each winner being assigned / associated with a symbol (sun, stars, moon, etc.), and the general fandom confusion on what to give to martyn. and wait i wrote a lil synopsis thing for this like two days ago hold on

'centred on scott and martyn, ties tower has just (or is being) constructed, scott's built them a base, the chaos of bread bridge hasnt quite begun. and, while laying on their beds under the sky, scott talks about the stars above them, lamenting about a past life. martyn and scott discuss the dilemma that is the death games. scott doesnt want to win again and they wonder if martyn's going to win this time. martyns not sure if he wants to (he does). they mostly talk about the stars though, and their favourite constellation. its supposed to be nice and calm, fairly reminiscent of the calm before a storm.'

i edited it a bit, but i reckon its still got the vibes down pretty good :D

oh and also, the fics im probably most proud so far are htgth, really the podcast au in general, and surface of the seas :D

i chose htgth / the podcast au quite a few reasons! theyre the first works i ever finished and published, and, excuse my ego /hj, but, im so happy with the way i got the bad boy's voices to fit really well!! i was (and still am honestly) shocked on how well i wrote them!! (also i really like htgth cause i set myself up some plot points im excited to build up on whenever i get back to writing it akhkfasjhf)

and surface of the seas, partly bc im just really proud of myself for writing that much ksfksajdfh. i think i mostly like it cause the little narrative comparisons and bits of lore just scattered around it :D also when i was almost finished, tying up the loose ends n stuff, it was at around 3-4k and the word count just kept going up its funny now but it was quite daunting when it was happening askfjhahfs.

oh and also maybe ive lost a piece of me, almost purely because of the puns :D
