I am thunking about N. Tell me your thunks on him pwease -🪲

My first request yay!

Most of my headcannons about the disassembly drones are about their functions so I'll try my best for N specific ones:

DD cores crawled out of their old like hermit crabs and then grew a new shell over the top

They all have trauma :)

N's crush on V was entirely due to some memories leaking throught from the mansion

N never tortures his victims, being too kind for that

N is secretly intimidated by Uzi (even before she got her solver form)

N likes to eat worker food, even if it does nothing for him

N's love language is entirely based on physical touch

He's pretty obvious to when people like him

He can acctually keep secrets but only when they really matter

Him and Uzi were unofficially dating since about episode 4 and there were rumours from after the prom

N shuts down entirely when someone asks about Uzi

N finds the extra eyes on the top of his head really overatimulating sometimes

N doesn't have the best grasp on sarcasm and has bitten Uzi far too many times for it to be just a misunderstanding at this point

He carries rocks in his pockets

Whenever N's sad he somehow squishes himself into Uzi so she can hold him

N's finally learned not to hang from the ceiling at sleepovers with Uzi

N's body has the same proportions as J and V, it's just hidden under his coat and he's quite protective of this information (There's someone's art of this somewhere in my favorites although you might have to scroll for a while)

Uzi tells him quite often that he'll regret saying "I love doing anything" so often one day

N is weirdly bad at sports despite being stronger, faster and more agile than eveyone in the worker drone colony except V

N made a dog fursona after seeing CrowUzi at the mansion

N can't cook (he sets whatever it is on fire, every time)

N once tried swapping his feet for J and V's peg legs (he fell over)

N always forgets how tall he is and bumps his head on doors

He thinks Khan is wierd (and definitely laughed when he learned Uzi's last name)

So yeah... current thoughts about serial designation N.

A lot of this is going to be in my future murder drones fan fic that is currently being worked on :3

I don't understand even slightly when people (YouTube mostly) see Brad MQ and are like 'Abed', etc etc. Like as someone who is literally rewatching community for the first time (genuinely consecutively after my first watch) and watching MQ for the first time SIMULTANEOUSLY with Abed and Brad as my favs in both respective shows, I literally cannot conceptualise them as the same person even if I try. Like if you put them in the same room I'd be like 'oh cool seems legit. How do they know each other' like. DO U GET WHAT I MEAN. i don't look at Abed ans think of Brad I don't look at Brad and think of Abed that's just how it is. AND I'M LITERALLY WATCHING THEIR SHOWS LESS THAN TWO HOURS APART FROM EACH OTHER

The head canon that I made up and absolutely refuse to let go of is that Tim Stoker is unknowingly an avatar for the stranger. (In my head Tim was marked and then became an avatar around the time Danny was taken.)

Okay, now the head canon. We all know that Tim Stoker is canonically hot. BUT WHY?? And how when everyone has so many different ideas of what attractive is!

Well you see he looks different for EVERYONE! The stranger makes his appearance special for each person <3! He is the most beautiful person you can imagine.

Oh you like cleft chins? Tim’s got one. Have a thing for lithe tall people that remind you of black cats? Broad shouldered golden retriever energy? That SO describes Tim! You like large noses? Small noses? Blue eyes? Brown?

The stranger feeds off the energy of people getting confused by trying to describe Tim. But also through the power of Fear Magic™️ no one ever seems to notice! Not even Tim himself who just thinks he’s hot like everyone else!

That is my head canon! In my head, it IS canon.

Decided I'll just block people I see tag their art with "not ship art" "don't tag as ship" and the like.

It's not that I care whether it's ship art, or whether the artist intends it platonically or romantically.

It's that it shows a deep, fundamental misunderstanding of how art works. Art is not meant to be interpreted to the exact dictation of the artist. Art is meant to evoke thoughts and feelings *beyond* what the artist intends.

The audience, viewing, completes the experience by supplying interpretations based on their own unique experiences.

If someone doesn't get that, then they're too mentally shallow for me to waste time on their art. Why would I? There's nothing for me in it--I'm not permitted to have my own thoughts or feelings about the art after all.

Viewing art as complete, immutable product that the audience exists only to "consume" without thinking is the mentality that enables the hideous conversion of "artist" to "content creator".

Besides, the artist has admitted they can't clearly communicate ideas or scenes, since they feel the need to clarify something that should be obvious 99.9% of the time.

Day seventeen: Shelly and Gordon

This is one of my FAVORITE scenes from the whole show. It’s such a lighthearted scene amidst all the doom and gloom of the terrible Windom Earle plot line. Gordon is hilarious, Shelly deserves the attention, the music score in the background is wonderful, and I even find the interaction between Coop and Annie sweet (though overall I find their relationship feels rather forced). “YOU ARE WITNESSING A FRONT THREE QUARTER VIEW OF TWO ADULTS SHARING A TENDER MOMENT ...acts like he’s never seen a kiss before!”

Thor: IT’S HAPPENING

Background: I spent all of Wednesday night on TV Tropes feasting my eyes on glorious analysis and have learned Quite A Lot about these films actually, at least where Loki is concerned. But the actual plot and definitely the chronology of events in this one remains A Mystery, so I’ve been looking forward to it.

More relevant update: I am 30 minutes in and while was vaguely aware that they were connected to this universe because I’d seen them in gifsets and/or promos, I guess I never really fully processed that Natalie Portman and Kat Dennings are BOTH in this film??

Honestly Daemyra is one of the only things I’ve shipped that’s actually canon and it feels weird. I mean, you could argue thramsay is canon in a way, but I mean something less strictly dark and, uh, totally non consensual. Also less subtext.

I guess I was writing Reylo for a hot second(when I could still imagine it was incest after TFA lol) but let’s stick to ASOIAF. Obviously looking at fandom stuff it’s a very different vibe from the sort of content I’d been consuming before (tho as a side note it’s been wild to log back in and see thramsay stuff is still being created…if you remember me and don’t hate me due to years old drama & slander feel free to hmu or follow lol)
