This is really interesting. It would seem I almost always start with a character’s name and movement, especially if I’m not starting with dialog. I said in the last ask I feel like I almost have a problem with that. Like I can’t just let people talk. Someone always has to be doing something too. Book of Dares almost shouldn’t count because the beginning is taken right from the show and the book.

Your imagined appearance in my mind is fluid and mostly undefined since I don’t think about it much, but I’ll mention a few things:

Hair: I automatically assign any shade from medium brown to dark brown/black at any given moment. Short to medium length; slightly wavy, perhaps.

Eye color: Any color except green. (Because science and genetics. Lol)

Personal style: Mostly undefined, but I could see you liking to wear a variety of colors and avoiding too many neutrals.

Lol okay so fun fact, when you said my appearance was "fluid" and eye color was "any except green" my brain automatically imagined me being able to shapeshift the color of my eyes at will and it was SUCH A COOL IDEA and augh I wish I could :D I really like all your guesses haha. Eye color is right ;) You're super close on the hair, but it actually is very long :) And yessss I love wearing a variety of colors. I don't avoid neutrals though, and actually I wear them often, because I really like pairing other colors with the neutral tones so the bright colors pop! ✨

that article going around abt firefox's new ad program is annoying bc it's phrased as though "mozilla has finally TURNED on its people and is SELLING YOU OUT for cold hard cash!!" when. that's not what's happening. it is specifically being implemented to discourage tracking behavior, and literally all the data they are giving to advertisers is aggregate and anonymized, which is like, the opposite of what that post wants you to worry about, lol

idk if anyone else felt this way, but in the Shapeshifter ep of Dungeon Meshi, it's treated like a joke that all the copies of Laios are super obviously not him, but isn't it kind of fucked up that Laios's closest companions don't seem to view him as... whole?

None of his companions had an accurate view of him as a person! One of the copies was a stupid, drooling mess! And on top of this, they all believed that because Laios struggles with social cues he wouldn't be observant to them as people. They just... fundamentally don't understand him.

I think the really accurate copies of the rest of the party was drawn from Laios's mind. His powers of observation and analytics are his strength, but that's not the same as being good with social cues.

Anyway. It made me really sad. I know his party cares about him, but it's so isolating to know your friends don't know you.
