Write a letter to the person who hurt you the most.
You prepared me for the worst in everyone with your personalities changing with the direction of the wind. Just when I had learned to quiet my footsteps my breathing was too loud.
Still I adapted and sought your approval just for the consequences to grow in capacity and the strikes to become harder. You gave me the life you never had and called me ungrateful when you had simply provided the bare necessities.
You opted out of breaking the trauma chain and instead added more links feigning ignorance. You are walking proof that your abusers succeeded.
