"You're so clingy when you're drunk" you remark, barely suppressing a smirk as you look at your best friend. He's practically plastered, his body slumped against you like a drunken pile of limbs. You can't help but wonder how he managed to get this wasted.

"You really need to learn how to handle your alcohol, King of Curses" you tease, gently poking at his cheek.

Sukuna, unsurprisingly, scowls, his features twisting into a displeased pout. He lifts his scarlet gaze to meet your amused one, his grip on your waist not budging an inch. "Tch, shut up" he grumbles, his words slurring slightly. "I can handle my alcohol just fine."

The air between you is thick with familiarity and shared history, your banter as natural as breathing. Despite his current state, you can see the hint of a smirk playing on his lips, a rare softness in his usually cold eyes.

"Oh really?" You challenge, your smirk widening into a full-blown grin. "Then why are you clinging to me like a koala right now, hm?" You gently nudge his cheek again, clearly enjoying yourself.

Sukuna lets out a low, almost petulant growl, clearly not appreciating being called out on his current needy behavior. "I'm not clinging" he denies, though his actions belie his words as he nuzzles his face into the crook of your neck, drawing in a deep breath.

You can't help but chuckle at his denial. "Right, because burying your face into my neck and wrapping your arms around me like an octopus is totally not clinging" you tease, your voice dripping with sarcasm. "What,are you in love with your best friend or something?" you laughed. Sukuna immediately snaps his head up at your words, a mixture of surprise and irritation flashing in his scarlet eyes. "W-What!?" he splutters, clearly caught off guard. "In love with you? Don't make me laugh" he huffs, though his face is noticeably more flushed than before.

"Yeah,because if you really loved me that would be disgusting" you joked a bit bitterly giggling waving your hand.

Sukuna stiffens, his grip on your waist tightening involuntarily. Your words cut surprisingly deep, causing his face to tighten and his eyes to darken momentarily. He looks away, a flicker of… something crossing his features. Disbelief? Hurt? Anger? He couldn't put a name to it.

When he speaks, his usual tone is edged, trying to mask the emotions brewing beneath the surface. "Love you? Don't flatter yourself" he sneers. "thats what i'm saying,we will never love eachother,and i don't love your nor i will ever will" you said unconsciously has you sat on the sofa turning on the tv.

Sukuna's heart clenches painfully at your words, an unexpected ache spreading through him. Deep down, a small part of him had hoped… had thought maybe you loved him, even a bit. But no, you just confirmed that it wasn't possible.

He grits his teeth, swallowing down the lump in his throat. "Good" he grumbles, refusing to look at you. "I don't want your love… or anyone's, for that matter. It's useless."

Despite his words, you notice the slight tremor in his voice, a hint of vulnerability that he tries to hide. Sukuna may appear aloof and uncaring most of the time, but behind that rough exterior, he's more sensitive than he'd ever admit.

Leaning back against the sofa, you watch him through the corner of your eye. He's tense, his shoulders tight, and his gaze is fixed on the TV, though you're not sure if he's actually watching or just avoiding looking at you.

The silence between you feels heavy, the air thick with unspoken words. Neither of you speak, the tension palpable. Sukuna's mind is a whirlwind of thoughts and conflicting emotions, his heart warring with his pride. He wants to say so much, to confess the true depths of his feelings, but fear and denial hold him back.

He steals a glance at you from the corner of his eye, taking in your profile. You look peaceful, your attention on the TV, completely oblivious to the turmoil inside him. He grits his teeth, torn between the desire to blurt out the words on the tip of his tongue and the ingrained habit of hiding his true feelings behind a facade of indifference.

"Hey" he mutters, his voice gruff and low, almost inaudible over the sound of the TV. "I, uh… need to use the bathroom."

Sukuna stands, swaying a little, and heads towards the bathroom, leaving you alone. As soon as the door closes, he leans heavily against it, his chest heaving as he tries to regain control of his tumultuous emotions.

The silence of the bathroom is deafening. He runs the cold water, splashing some on his face, hoping it'll sober him up and calm his racing heart. But it doesn't work. The image of you, sitting on the sofa, not looking at him, is etched in his mind, fueling the storm inside him.

He grips the edge of the sink, his knuckles turning white. Why does it hurt so much? Why does it sting to hear you say you could never love him?

Sukuna clenches his teeth, anger bubbling up beneath his pain. "It's just the alcohol" he mutters to himself, trying to convince himself that his emotions are just a byproduct of the inebriation. "It's just the alcohol making me think nonsense… feel stupid things."

He looks at himself in the mirror, his reflection blurry through his intoxicated haze. He scowls, a bitter laugh escaping his lips. "Foolish. You're being foolishly sentimental, King of Curses" he chides himself.

But no matter how much he berates himself, no matter how much he tries to will the feelings away, the ache in his chest persists. He splashes more water on his face, the coldness doing nothing to soothe the fire inside him.

And then, the sound of a knock on the bathroom door jolts him out of his thoughts.

"Oi, are you okay in there?" Your voice filters through the door, laced with concern. Sukuna freezes, his mind racing. He can't let you see him like this—weak, vulnerable.

"I'm fine" he barks, his tone gruff and defensive. "Just… give me a minute."

There's a moment of silence on the other side of the door before you speak again. "You don't sound fine" you say, your voice softer now. "Let me in."

Sukuna's breath hitches slightly at your words. He's torn—part of him wants you to come in, to see him in his vulnerable state, to know what he's really feeling. But the other, more prideful half, wants to protect himself, to maintain his cool, indifferent facade.

"No" he says firmly, though the word lacks its usual authority. "I don't need your damn help."

"You're being stubborn" you reply, your voice filled with both annoyance and concern. "Just open the door." There's a note of finality in your tone, like you won't take no for an answer.

Sukuna glares at the door, weighing his options. Part of him admires your stubbornness, the other resents it. But he knows he can't keep you at bay forever.

With a frustrated huff, he wrenches the door open, standing there in all his disheveled, drunken glory. He's a mess, but he tries to maintain his usual intimidating glare. "Happy now?" he sneers, crossing his arms across his chest.

You step forward, your eyes roaming over him, taking in his disheveled appearance. There's a flicker of something in your expression—sympathy, maybe?—but it's gone before he can be certain.

"You look like a toddler who hasn't napped all day" you remark dryly, reaching out to gently push some of his unruly hair back into place.

Sukuna flinches at the unexpected touch, his body betraying him by responding to your gentle caress. He glares at you, trying to mask the way his heart skipped a beat. "Don't touch me" he growls, but his voice lacks its usual conviction.

You ignore his protest, continuing to fix his hair. Your fingers are gentle but firm, deftly untangling the knots and setting his locks back in order.

"You need to sober up" you tell him, your tone matter-of-fact. "Sit" you order, pointing at the edge of the bathtub.

Sukuna scowls, but he obeys, albeit reluctantly. He perches on the edge of the bathtub, his arms crossed over his chest. He tries to appear nonchalant, but the effect is somewhat ruined by his obvious lack of balance, the way he sways slightly even sitting down.

"I don't need to sober up" he mutters, more as a matter of principle than anything else.

"You can't even sit straight" you note, your tone a mix of amusement and exasperation. You grab a glass from the sink and fill it with water from the tap.

"Here" you say, holding the glass out to him. "Drink."

Sukuna takes the glass, his fingers brushing against yours briefly, sending a small shiver up his spine. He brings the glass to his lips, taking a few sips, the cool water running down his throat.

He avoids your gaze, his face still set in a scowl, but he can't deny the fact that he does feel a little calmer now.

Then you sighed walking out of the bathroom sitting on the sofa "if you need to throw up hit the toilet"

Sukuna trailed after you, his steps slightly shaky but managing to maintain his trademark swagger. "I don't need you to tell me that" he grumbles, collapsing onto the sofa beside you. He takes a cushion, placing it strategically in his lap.

"I'm not gonna throw up" he insists, though there's a hint of doubt in his voice.

You raise an eyebrow skeptically. "You sure about that?" you say, a hint of amusement in your tone. "You've never been good at holding your alcohol."

You look at him, noticing the way he clenches the cushion in his lap, the tension in his shoulders.

"really,i never saw you acting like this,it's makes you look so stupid-"You were interrupted when Sukuna suddenly threw the pillow,raging, "It's because I fucking love you! don't you understand that?!"

The pillow sails past your face, hitting the wall behind you with a soft thump. Sukuna's shouting startles you, his sudden outburst surprising.

"L-Love…me?" you stutter, unable to hide the shock in your voice. You get up, turning to face him, your mind reeling from his confession.

Sukuna stands, his face flushed, his eyes locked on yours. He looks like a man on the edge, all his usual composure gone, replaced by raw, unfiltered emotion.

"Yes, I… dammit, I love you!" he repeats, his words filled with a desperate ache. "I've loved you for ages, but I… I didn't know how to tell you, how to make you understand��" He steps forward, closing the distance between you, his hands reaching out to grip your shoulders, his fingers digging into your skin.

"And tonight, hearing you say that you could never love me… it hurt. It hurt badly. I can't stand it, I can't stand the thought of you never loving me back, of losing you…" He lets out a shaky breath, his eyes pleading.

The room is filled with silence. You look at him, your heart racing, your mind swirling with a million thoughts. Sukuna, your best friend, the powerful Curse, is confessing his love to you. It's a lot to process.

You reach up a hand, gently cupping his cheek, feeling the heat radiating from his skin. He leans into your touch, a needy sound rumbling deep in his chest.

"I…I don't understand" you murmur, your thumb rubbing soothing circles into his cheek. "I thought… we were just best friends."

Sukuna huffs a bitter laugh, his eyes never leaving yours. "That's what I told myself, too" he admits. "I thought I could keep my feelings hidden, that I could just be your friend, that it would be enough… but it's not. It never was."

He steps even closer, his body now mere inches from yours. He towers over you, his presence overwhelming, but there's a vulnerability in his eyes that you've never seen before.

"You mean everything to me" he whispers, his voice hoarse. "I can't imagine my life without you in it. I don't care if I'm supposed to be a Curse, a fearsome lord… you make me feel human, something I haven't felt in centuries. I want to be with you, no matter what it takes."

Your heart pounds in your chest, your thoughts a whirlwind of conflicting emotions. On one hand, fear, uncertainty, the risk of losing the friendship you'd nurtured for so long. But on the other, there's a flutter of something… hope, happiness, love?

You look at him, taking in his confession, his raw, desperate emotions. A thousand words dance on the tip of your tongue, but what comes out is an uncharacteristic stutter. "I… I don't know what to say…"

"Say you'll give me a chance" he says, his voice low and gravelly. "Say you'll let me prove my love for you. I know I'm not perfect, far from it… but I'll try my damned hardest to make you happy if you just let me."

His grip tightens on your shoulders, his thumbs tracing aimless patterns on your skin.

You chew on your lower lip, the enormity of his words sinking in. It's a lot to take in, a lot to consider.

"And if it doesn't work?" you ask quietly, your voice wavering slightly. "If… if it doesn't work out, what then?"

Sukuna's eyes narrow slightly, a flicker of determination in their depths. "It will work" he says, his tone leaving no room for argument. "I won't accept any alternative. I'll make it work, even if it kills me."

He leans in closer, his face inches from yours. You can feel his warm breath on your skin, sending shivers down your spine.

"Trust me" he murmurs, his voice a soft, velvety whisper. "Please, just trust me."

He cups your face in his hands, his touch surprisingly tender considering the rough, calloused nature of his palms. His thumbs gently stroke your cheeks, an almost reverent gesture.

His eyes search yours, looking for any hint of refusal, any sign that you're about to push him away. But he finds none. Instead, there's a mixture of emotions there—uncertainty, fear, and yes, there it is, a spark of hope.

Sukuna leans down, slowly, his lips hovering just above yours. "Can I… can I kiss you?" he breathes, the question carrying a world of meaning.

You hold your breath, your mind racing. His lips are so close, mere millimeters from yours. You can almost taste the whiskey on his breath.

In that moment, you make your decision. You nod once, a tiny, almost imperceptible movement.

The permission is all Sukuna needs. He closes the final gap between you, capturing your lips in a kiss.

His lips are surprisingly soft, a stark contrast to his usually hard, callous demeanor. The kiss is deep, hungry, a mix of desperation and yearning. He wraps his arms around your waist, pulling you close, his body molding to yours as though you're meant to fit together like two puzzle pieces.

His hands roam over your back, his fingers tracing invisible patterns on your skin, leaving trails of fire in his wake.

The kiss is intense, consuming, and despite the alcohol clouding both of your judgments, neither of you pull away. His tongue demands entry into your mouth, which you willingly allow, the sensation sending shivers down your spine.

His hands tighten on your waist, almost possessively, as though he's afraid you might slip away if he doesn't hold on tight.

He breaks the kiss, coming up for air, his chest heaving against yours. His eyes are darkened, almost feral, as he gazes down at you.

"You taste even better than I imagined" he murmurs, his breath hot against your skin. "How long have I been waiting to do that…"

" Oh.." 

You, Yuuji and Megumi's eyes are wide as Nobara spills her cup of coffee on Gojo sensei's blouse. You don't doubt that it was most probably unnecessarily expensive.

" Shoot." 

" You've done it now, Kugisaki. This is Gojo sensei's, right? " 

Yuuji's words are not very helpful as he holds the blouse, a sweatdrop on the side of his head as he inspects the stain.

Nobara stares down at it, seemingly thinking about what to do.

A moment later, she's drawing on the white board, some kind of explanation going on.

" On one hand, we have Ijichi, who entrusted us with this freshly dry cleaned blouse-" 

You blink at her words, leaning your head down on your palm.

Where exactly was she going with this?

"- And then there's me who spilled coffee on it. Who's really at fault?"

" You."

All three of you speak at the same time, causing Nobara to pout.

" Really Y/N? I thought at least you'd have my back in this." 

You give her an embarrassed smile. Usually, in any other  situation, you would. But this really was her fault. You couldn't possibly defend her from this.

" Let her be. Don't pressure her because of your mistake." 

You, Yuuji and Nobara blink at Megumi in surprise.

Yes, you were aware that this universe Megumi seemed to be fond of you, but now he was even standing up for you! ( He doesn't even do that for Yuuji.) 

He glances at all three of you in an annoyed manner.

" What?" 

All three of you simply blink in response, not elaborating.

Moments later, all four of you are working to get the stain out of Gojo sensei's blouse.

" You gotta dab it like this. Dab. Dab." 

" That's what I'm doing!" 

It's not working. Roughly 20 minutes later, you're all staring at the blouse, which is positively ruined.

" Does anyone have Dasty? We might be able to get it out with that if we soak it for a bit and then throw it in the laundry again." 

Yuuji blinks at your words.

" Really?" 

You shrug,

" It works for most stains. I'm not a coffee drinker though so I've never had to fix a coffee stain before."

Nobara appears to not be listening, her eyes fixated on the shirt before she suddenly speaks.

" You think it could pass for a Marimekko design?"

" That would be an insult to fashion." 

Nobara huffs, before turning to Megumi with a smirk.

" C'mon, I'm sure it's cheap anyway. Fushiguro, look up the brand." 

You cringe.

" I wouldn't be so sure about that, Nobara." 

It's kind of what you expected, but somehow even more expensive.

Megumi doesn't look surprised as he shows the price tag, seemingly unbothered by it. Nobara and Yuuji both wear grave expressions, while you bite your lip.

¥ 250,000 That's a lot of money for a blouse.

Ouch.

" A-after tax?" 

" Before. Does it even matter?" 

Nobara sighs, before hardening her expression.

" Fine. I'll put in ¥ 90,000. You guys can put in a little more than  ¥ 53,000 each." 

" Hue?!" 

You agree with Yuuji.

However, right at that moment, you hear the doors of the classroom open.

Your eyes widen, before you take the blouse and shove it in Megumi's face.

" Quick, hide it in your zip up!" 

" What?! Why can't you hide it in yours?!-" 

" You're taller! Gojo sensei's here already!" 

To your utter surprise, he actually does it.

You didn't expect him to listen.

" Morning! Ijichi said you guys had my shirt?-" 

Gojo sensei's smile slips off his face, his blindfolded gaze on Megumi.

You pretend to look innocent, while Nobara and Yuuji are working hard to hold their laughter. 

" What's the matter, Megumi?" 

He's shoved the blouse in his zip up so quickly, that it's caused a huge bump to form.

" It's nothing." 

He looks mildly annoyed as he speaks, but he's still not pulling out the blouse just yet.

Both Yuuji and Nobara break out in laughter, and Yuuji can't explain in any other way but to pull out the blouse from Megumi's collar. Their dynamic causes you to grin. Even if Megumi is irritated by what's happening.

And now, Nobara is dead.

Tears are streaming down your face as you find yourself rooted to the ground, unable to move.

" Kugisaki..." 

Yuuji is on the verge of panicking, of giving up, of calling it quits. And Sukuna knows. 

However, he finds himself unable to move. The marked boy is stood rooted to the ground, one arm still tight around your waist. You're not calling out to him, but he knows that he's the only thing keeping you grounded right now. The only thing keeping you from collapsing completely.

He wants to help Yuuji. He knows he has to, but he fears he's powerless. The Sukuna of this universe is merciless, a true evil. In Yuuji's eyes, Itadori Sukuna is nothing but a bad reminder of the monster who lives inside him. He doesn't recognize him as the asshole brother he is.

Death rarely shakes Sukuna. It was something that has always been that way. Sukuna always seemed to have some kind of error. He didn't have the emotions other people had. He truely cared about very few people, yet didn't mind going out of his way to help another. Yuuji and you are one of the very few people whose death he would actively mourn if it were to happen.

Nobara, one of your best friend's, is dead. But this wouldn't hit Sukuna until he had proper time to sit down. And even when he did, it was a true question whether he'd mourn her.

Sukuna swallows, before softly shaking you. He's toughing up for the two of you. he doesn't know this cursed spirit, doesn't know what's going on in this universe, but if he doesn't step up, Yuuji will get his ass beat and you'll be stuck in your head in a cycle. 

There's no time for that.

Sukuna's eyes widen as the curse, Mahito, closes in, it's focus on Yuuji and Yuuji alone.

" Y/N." 

He continues shaking you, trying to catch your attention. You blink through your tears, trying to regain your attention.

Yuuji gets hit with black flash by the curse. Sukuna shakes you more feverishly, trying to wake you from your numbness.

You finally snap back to Sukuna when Yuuji gets thrown into a wall.

" I need Light Fury." 

Your eyes are wide, taking in the scene, taking in what's happening.

" He needs you.." 

You're back, fully aware again, finally out of your shocked state.

Sukuna shakes his head, his hold on you loosening, before his arm fully slips off you.

He sighs as he faces you, wiping your tears with his thumb.

Sukuna's neutral expression was intimidating, but you have always been able to see through the way he carries himself, has always seen him as him.

And Sukuna knows he could never bring himself to be mean to you when you're crying like this.

Leaning down, he presses a short kiss to your forehead.

" I know. We can't allow their deaths to be in vain. Get me Light Fury, sweetheart. Focus on healing nobara as far as you can. I refuse to believe she dies easy."

You nod, glancing up at him. You're so glad he's here. So glad he's come to save you. So glad you're not alone in this mean universe.

You reach out beside you, focusing on your reverse cursed energy. Some kind of portal opens up behind you, the hilt of a white katana visible. Just like Megumi's shadow follows him everywhere, water is in the very air surrounding you as well. Light Fury is a weapon capable of killing special grade curses. It's loaded on reverse cursed energy. It was originally a regular weapon before Yuta brought it to you with the idea.

Sukuna rips it out of the small portal, allowing it's energy to attract Mahito's attention.

The two of you split up. You take a deep breath before focusing, drawing your ring of water with every last drop you can physically find around you as you drop to your knees besides Nobara's body.

Sukuna was right. Your best friend is tough, You couldn't accept her death just like this. She was too stubborn for that. 

You focus, really focus, finally. Your eyes close as you focus on her vitals, on keeping her alive, or forcefully keeping her body going.

Meanwhile, Sukuna joins the fight.

Mahito seems impressed, avoiding Sukuna's newfound blade with an interested expression in it's eyes.

" Oooeh, you wanna join in on the fun? Found a new toy?" 

Sukuna doesn't react, his eyes sharp on Mahito as he calls out to Yuuji.

" Yuuji. Get up. Stop crying. We need you. We don't have time for that." 

Sukuna could never be soft with Yuuji. Not during training, and not while they might be fighting to their deaths either.

Yuuji shakes his head. He's completely given up. Completely gone. Sukuna would be one of the last people who can save him.

" You should leave. You and Y/N both. I already almost accidentally killed her. This isn't your universe. Go home." 

Sukuna rolls his eyes in annoyance, a vein popping in his head. Did he really have to act all depressed now?  (  Yes, Sukuna, was nowhere near soft on Yuuji. Ever.)

he doesn't need to fight Mahito long. Within seconds, he's suddenly moved to a completely different spot, his place taken by what appears to be a loose rock.

He only knows one asshole with that technique. Todo.

Meanwhile your nose has started bleeding. You're really demanding a lot from your body today, demanding a lot from both your curse energy and reversed curse energy. At this point, you're fighting to stay awake. 

You're exhausted. You don't even know if Nobara is dead or alive anymore. You're fully focusing on healing her, even if it proves to be aimless. You've reached a point where your head hurts, your energy is reaching it's limits, and you can't feel her vitals.

" I- Are you okay?" 

Nitta Arata is both amazed and terrified. You're surrounded by reverse cursed energy, as is Nobara's body.

His call to you makes you blink. Your vision is already hazy.

" Huh?  Who are you?" 

" My name is Nitta Arata. I'm here to help. My technique can stop injuries from getting worse.-" 

Nitta stops talking as you collapse. The ring of water is completely gone, dissipated in Nobara's skin and the air surrounding you. Nitta watches it happen with wide eyes before rushing over. He treats you first, before deciding to apply his technique to Nobara as well. He doubts she's alive, but you had been too focused to not do that. Nitta glances at you one last time before leaving.

That was without doubt the most powerful reverse cursed technique he's seen in his entire life.

Moments later, he arrives at Todo's side.

" I've finished treating the girls over there. One's probably dead though." 

Sukuna's eyes widen as Light Fury dissipates.

Had you collapsed?  

Todo opens his mouth as he takes a good look at Sukuna, and behind him Nitta tenses up as well.

" I'm from Y/N's universe. I'm not going to bother explaining. We have shit to do, get to work." 

Sukuna's eyes are sharp as he passes by Todo, their heights matching. 

Todo can feel this Sukuna is not a threat. He has no cursed energy after all. He respects him as he passes by. Sukuna's brown eyes flit over Nitta hotly for a second, but he doesn't say anything. Moments later, he finds you, seemingly sound asleep near Nobara's side.

He huffs, leaning down and picking you up with ease. He notes the blood that seemed to have run down from your nose. You must have gone beyond your limit.

" Always getting into fucking trouble. Now I have to go find a stupid nasty Shibuya river again." 

He grumbles, complaining to himself as he carries you out of the metro station, taking one last look at Nobara before sighing.

He doesn't want to leave her body behind, but he has no choice.

He glances down at your sleeping form in his arms, before shaking his head, and finding his way outside.

" So much trouble for such a little shit." 

Yuuji is better off in Todo's hands.

Summary: When the hotel double-books Lex's reservation, will he be able to survive a week of sharing his bed with Clark? Will Clark?

A/N: written for the Year of the OTP challenge.

To think, Clark had been happy and carefree just a minute ago when he and Lex had stepped into the hotel lobby. He had a week off from classes after a grueling round of midterms, and Lex, seeing that Clark desperately needed an excuse to get away from the co-ed campus as Valentine's Day crept closer, had invited him on a sort of bachelor retreat. At a luxurious resort on the California coast. He'd found he didn't mind heights so much, not when he was sitting in first class, with Lex beside him working his way through his second glass of scotch before the plane even started down the runway.

Now, as he stood next to a Lex who was growing increasingly irate with the apologetic check-in clerk, he felt his stomach rising up into his throat.

“What do you mean they double-booked our suite?! You do know who I am, don't you?”

“I-I’m sorry, Mr. Luthor. I really don't know how this happened, but there's only one room left.” The harried young woman typed away at the computer, her gaze flitting nervously between the monitor and the angry businessman staring her down. “Everything is full for the holiday, and not just here. I've looked to see if I could find you alternative accommodations at any of the nearby resorts, but they're booked solid. The nearest hotel is a Holiday Inn thirty miles down the coast.”

Clark watched Lex shudder and scoff at the notion of having to stay at such an inexpensive hotel.

“Fine. At least tell me the room has two beds.”

“It's a single. A queen. There is a couch, though.”

Lex looked like he was just barely holding himself back from letting the curses fly and causing a scene. Clark knew that only the prestige of his environment was keeping him from showing off the more colorful side of his extensive vocabulary.

“Lex, it's fine, really. I don't mind sleeping on the couch for a few nights. Especially in a place like this.”

Lex looked over at Clark, and sighed, deflating.

“I finally get a chance to give you a gift you can't return, and it gets screwed up anyway.”

“If the room is anywhere as nice as the lobby, it'll be perfect. Heck, Lex, we could stay at a Best Western and I'd be happy. Getting away from Metropolis was the point, spending time with you, it doesn't matter where.”

The receptionist looked between the two young men and wondered to herself why they would even need two beds, anyway. If the young Mr. Luthor couldn't see the way the brunette was beaming at him, maybe he wasn't quite the shrewd businessman all the papers claimed.

“Sir? Will you be taking the room?”

“Yes, yes, alright. We'll take it.” Lex pinched the bridge of his nose, and shook his head. As the woman resumed typing, he fixed his gaze back on her. “You wouldn't happen to know who it is that got my room, would you?”

“I'm sorry, sir, we're not at liberty to divulge information on other hotel visitors.”

“Right.”

The receptionist handed Lex a pair of key-cards and he passed one over to Clark as a bellhop came up behind them to help with their bags. Clark shook his head in disbelief, still not completely used to being waited on. Typically, when he hung out with Lex, he kept things as close to normal for Clark as he could manage. Minimal staff had been kept in both the mansion, and later, the penthouse. When they went to dinner every other weekend, respective workloads allowing, Lex would alternate between the fancier restaurants with menu items that Clark still had some trouble pronouncing, and the diners and burger joints that Clark had discovered since he had moved to Metropolis. Outside of Lex dragging Clark to some important gala or a new exhibit in the Luthor wing of the Metropolis Museum of Art, he didn't overly flaunt his wealth and privilege with Clark. This trip was definitely the most money Lex had thrown around for Clark's sake in quite a while, and it was a bit of an adjustment to take in the splendor of the resort and the way the hotel employees were so attentive.

He and Lex followed the bellboy into the elevator, and Lex had to stop himself from pressing the button to the top floor, switching at the last moment to two floors below it with another heavy sigh.

“I'm sure it'll be fine, Lex. How many times have I fallen asleep on your couch watching movies? I think I can manage it here.”

“I know, Clark. I just wanted your first trip out of Kansas to be perfect. Your own room with a giant bed, more living space than that pitiful dorm of yours…”

“Lex. If that was the point, we could have just holed up in your penthouse for the week. This place is huge. It's amazing, and I've only seen the parking lot and the lobby. We fled Metropolis to have fun, and spend time together where we wouldn't be hounded by overpowering women who won't take ‘no, thank you’ for an answer. Stop worrying so much.”

The bellboy watched them discreetly in the mirrored walls of the elevator, trying to figure out why the tall brunette was consoling Mr. Luthor about the lack of his own room. From the way they had interacted since walking through the lobby doors, he had no doubt that by the end of their stay, neither would be worried about it. Maybe he should get a betting pool going with the rest of the staff on how long it would take these two to finally give in to whatever the hell it was that radiated between them.

The elevator dinged its arrival to their floor as the doors slid open, and Clark and Lex followed the bellhop out and down the hall to their suite. Lex scanned his key-card and stepped back to allow the young man in ahead of them to roll in the luggage rack. Once the suitcases were set aside, Lex handed the man a tip as he rolled the rack back out, Clark wandering further into the room to take stock of his surroundings.

As the door snapped shut, Lex went in search of Clark. As he stepped into the living room portion of the suite, he came to a stop behind the younger man, another sigh issuing from his lips.

“That's not a couch, that's a love-seat! I'm two inches shorter than you, and I wouldn't be able to fit on that horizontally. Hell, Chloe would get a crick in her neck sleeping on that!”

“Well, the lady downstairs did say the bed is a queen, right? That's more than big enough for two people, and we're both adults, we can share a bed for a few nights without being weird about it. Right?”

Lex pinched the bridge of his nose, jet-lag and undue stress starting a headache behind his eyes. He looked at Clark's nervous, expectant face, and gave him a weak smile.

“Yeah. We'll make it work. Just do me a favor? Next time I want to plan a trip on my own, remind me of this disaster so that I let Anna handle it.”

Clark broke into a sunny smile and picked up the suitcases, heading towards the bedroom off to the side. Shaking his head, Lex followed after him, half-tempted to sneak his way up to the top floor to find out who had snagged his suite. Having to share a bed with the object of six years worth of fantasies was a particular torture Lex wasn't sure he could survive.

Hunger Games & Six of Crows crossover - well, you get six of crows in HG setting. I think the author did a great job at making up the characters background so fits the world and the characters as well.

Not all of them are in one games, which is great, cos all your faves can stay alive, and the series is longer <3

Each of the arenas was very unique as well, it never felt repetitive.

Mag's War/Mag's Trilogy

Basically, the revolution and the aftermath through the eyes of Finnick Oddair, Mag's protege.

What I really like about this series is the worldbuilding that goes into fighting a war, winning it and reform the country, but more so, I like the relationships in this series.

The relationships are really a driving force for Finnick, his love for Mags, Annie, later Cashmere and Johanna. My favourite is Finnick and Johanna (qpr) in the happy end version - "this might not be the perfect ending for everyone, but it is for us"

Phoenix Fire & Mockingjays

Once again, briliant worldbuilding. Even the encyclopedias are fun to read, and the whole thing is rereading material.

There is one story from the series that is my favourite though:

My Eyes Dazzle

Absolutely horrific story of President Snow, his young wife- his obsession and paranoia that runs so deep you can feel it.

Bonds of Grey

Very elaborate canon rewrite including soulmates – soulmates of choice, platonic soulmates.

You could argue that the characters are overpowered, but it's so fun to read, on the battle field and on political courts as well.

Prince of Slytherin

It'd just feel weird not including Prince of Slytherin, I've read it multiple times. You can also see the writing style improve through the books.

Also, there's a scene of professor Snape eating popcorn at a wizangamot meeting. I think.

Oh god, not again!

Very funny time-travel fix-it. Well, fix it. (Barely anything gets fixed and several new problems are created.)

Lucius is so funny in this, obsessed with his hair, slughtly (rightfully) afraid of his wife, and pissed that the deatheaters keep breaking his fine china.

How I Would Change 4x03

4x03 is my least favorite Lone Star episode. I struggle to enjoy any part of it because I think there were so many odd choices made, including places where, to me, Carlos seems wildly out of character. However, I don't think it's completely unsalvageable. In fact, I think the overall storyline is fine and some little adjustments would improve things immensely.

Here are the FOUR THINGS I would change about 4x03:

1.Give more context for why Carlos is upset

I think it makes a lot of sense for Carlos to be feeling intensely guilty about Iris in this episode. Presumably the main reason that Carlos went so long without contacting Iris was because he was afraid of upsetting her or setting back her progress. Then, when he finally does come back into her life, it's not for her benefit or to rekindle their friendship or to check up on her. Instead, it's because he needs something from her. Then, almost immediately, Iris goes missing again and is in danger. Carlos canonically blames himself for everything, so of course he would blame himself for this!

In that context, I can better understand why Carlos would react the way he did when he finds out that TK went to see Iris and potentially upset her enough to cause her to go missing again. But also, TK only did it because of Carlos' own failure to deal with the situation, and I think that's something Carlos would recognize. I think it makes sense for Carlos to be mostly angry with himself and feeling a lot of guilt, even though that may take the form of him lashing out a little at TK in a moment where he is very upset. Ultimately, I think it would have helped this episode out a lot if there had been a moment or two where it is made clear that Carlos is mostly angry at himself.

2. Fix Carlos in the cliff rescue scene

The cliff rescue scene, despite the hilarious moment of sex doll CPR, remains my absolute least favorite scene of the series. First, I hate the way Carlos uses his cop authority to intimidate a mentally ill man. To fix this, I would simply have the detective stop Carlos before he can really approach the man. She could tell Carlos that he's too close to the situation and to leave it to her.

Then I would also fix the way Carlos treats TK here. This is the most out of character moment to me. I understand that Carlos is very upset in this scene and thinking that Iris might be dead. It makes sense that he would be distant from TK. I'm ok with that. But when Carlos says the "can't let go of a bad relationship" line...I just hate it so much. Is Carlos supposed to be implying that his relationship with TK is a "bad relationship" here? If so, I do not for a second believe he really thinks that. Instead, he's just saying it to be a jerk to TK, which I do not like. TK is upset enough as it is! And I really don't think Carlos would act like that. Or is Carlos somehow talking about his relationship with Iris? That also doesn't make sense to me. At this moment, he thinks Iris might be dead. I don't think he'd reduce their history down to a "bad relationship." Ultimately, that line is terrible and confusing and I reject it. So what I would do with this scene would be to have Carlos just say nothing. He can be upset and anxious about Iris and distant from TK. That's enough.

3. Make the scene with Iris in the ambulance way less weird

I find this scene after Iris is rescued to be so strange. I think it's the lingering shots and the awkwardness, but I don't fully understand how I'm supposed to interpret what's going on. Is Carlos still really angry at TK? If so, why? It's clear now that someone abducted Iris and that TK wasn't the reason she went missing (and Carlos has not yet been given reason to doubt Iris's story). Is TK supposed to be jealous of Iris and Carlos? I'm not sure if that's what they're meaning to convey here, but the looks shared and the awkwardness just make it weird. Also, when Carlos tells Iris to "breathe," is that supposed to be a Tarlos Push reference? I don't think it was actually intended to be one, but I've seen many people interpret it that way.

To fix this scene, I would just remove the weird lingering awkwardness. Maybe let TK and Carlos share a worried look. Do they really need to be completely at odds here? I know they wanted to build the tension and raise the stakes for Carlos going missing in the next episode, but I truly don't feel like that was even necessary. The stakes are plenty high! And take out the "breathe" line...it's just confusing.

4. Have Carlos apologize (or at least start to apologize) during his phone call with TK

Finally, I think something that would go a long way towards improving the way I feel about this episode would be a bit of an apology to TK from Carlos. I already imagine all sorts of off-screen apologies happening in these first few season 4 episodes, but it would be so nice to actually see one! Even just a part of one! Maybe at the start of their phone conversation at the end of the episode. At this point, Carlos fully believes Iris, so he knows that TK wasn't the reason she went missing. He has absolutely no reason to still be mad at TK. He has also had enough time to reflect on his behavior and on how hurt and guilty TK is probably still feeling. Sure, Carlos has a lot of other things on his mind, including the stupid thing he's about to go do, but I think at least the beginning of an apology would fit into the phone call. Maybe TK would even cut him off and tell him he doesn't need to apologize. Ultimately, just the recognition from Carlos that he has something to apologize for here would do wonders for me.

it's such a small thing compared to everything else i loved in the comic but "*road safety is important to hiyori." knocked me OUT (/positive) like. its such a small thing but really pulls you back into the context of it all especially right after hiyori talks about having lived with everyone like. aaahhhhhhh (chews my phone to bits).

also i love the way you characterize her so much. i love her little sneers and cringes and grimaces it just feels so much like a realistic way she would grow up to be. it's just so rich it really feels like a proper evolution of the characters and dynamics that existed in the source material

and then ayano's savior complex in the canon blossoming into this almost grotesque need to be idolized and approved of by her family that just goes completely unaddressed until everything comes to a boil like this and starts falling apart............... THE LITTLE DEVIL AND ANGEL ON HER SHOULDERS............ how desperately she wants everything to be "normal again" even though a secret, third, voice in her head says that something still needs to be fixed no matter how much Kano says it's fine and they should move on...... how in the end the messy love triangle with shintaro isn't even the real problem it's all the unaddressed stuff from the canon that ayano would rather leave buried and hope it doesn't come up until she dies?????.

this update was so good it hit right in the heart. ayano's insecurities and fears are eating her alive and watching her deliberate on whether to try to Fix It at the risk of unearthing things that she doesn't think she can ever be forgiven for... or leave everything buried like it has been....... AHHHHHH

and through all of this they all still love her so much. and i don't know if she knows that. orz

THIS IS ALL SO NICE.... HEEEHEEE i'm so happy u like my hiyori characterization 'cause compared to everyone else, not only does she not get a lot of spotlight but she's also really young in the source material. it's one thing to age up the 18 and 19 year olds, like yeah they're young but they're not like. small children. so it feels a lot bigger to age up from 12 to 22 than 18 to 28 (trying not to bring up AGAIN why i didn't do a 15 year timeskip like i originally wanted because this is totally unrelated shit but just know shintaro and ayano almost get into this stupid situation as very grown up 33 year olds)

i think hiyori would look at ayano's life like the worst fucking thing in the world. wow you're a single mom of 3 brats. and now ur pregnant. and ur really lame ex is the dad? eugh. if hiyori hangs out with ayano and her kids she's like adding things to her list of "why i don't wanna have kids and my life is awesome: (300 items)"

i think something that's interesting of us as Humans💗 is how quick we are to dismiss people's lifestyles or choices just 'cause we wouldn't do it ourselves. like personally i don't want kids, and when i was writing part 9 and i was drawing ayano sort of hoping she would be pregnant despite everything, i was like damn. i do not understand you fanonized ayano tateyama from my au. but i support u. get that baby i guess... i used to be a babysitter and at one point i lived with a family and the mom got pregnant (on purpose) and she was seriously like. so excited about the entire thing even though she HAD been pregnant before and i was like whoa... peace and love on planet earth. we all love and want different things huh...!!

also i'm asexual so when i'm in the whole weird sexual aspect of the situation it's like haha.. imagine being in this much emotional turmoil just 'cause u got laid. lame! *draw draw*but like i understand how relevant it still is 'cause. that's not just a thing u do there's a lot of decision making involved and someone got hurt because of it! i know kano's a weird evil twink with the most complicated views of relationships but this sucks so bad for him LOL

but making ayano the character who can't understand why other people don't want what she wants is so HEEEHEEHEEEHEHE. i'll get to this in the comics sorry for sorta spoiling sometimes but i just like talking about it *kicks rock* but it is sorta IMPLIED in part 16 so i can say it. when ayano thinks momo's ring for kido is too plain. she wouldn't like it plain. it's for an engagement. why would u get it plain! ayano understands it's because it's for KIDO, but it's the afterthought. heh. but i'll get to it further i will. and angel and devil ayanitos will come back too. in fact they weren't originally in part 16 but i LOVE the shoulder angel/devil trope because it's a very comedic way of showing a character's thoughts. like those bitches aren't real. that's all ayano! so anyways i love it so much i decided to just add them here too like yay

AUBREY!!

updated ref image, only thing that really changed was her age- the original age sheet was made (I think) before I knew Ted's canon age (44 if we follow the game's backstory timeline for him. 19 when he met that woman (ew) 5 years in Europe and then 20 years of conartistry = 44). I wanted to make them closer in age + this makes more sense for her LOL. She was previously 29, now 37, improvements babyyy.

For some Pre-AM lore, she's Mexican-American (just like me fr fr) and became a nurse (previously had her as a doctor buuut I realized that wouldn't fit the time period as well. so, nurse!!) She's very happy about the career decision, she likes helping people, and she copes fine with any discrimination tossed her way. (one reminder that she controls their medication and people usually back off)

As for the reason she's wearing roller skates: she enjoyed sports a lot, especially roller skating! She was originally celebrating a minor promotion with some skating. And then the world fucking ended, oops. (at least she looks happy here)

Post AM lore: From what can only be described as several crisis' (mortal crisis, mid-life crisis, the works) she cut her hair and her clothes. She also thanked herself for having a single roll of bandages in one of her pockets. It wouldn't help much but it was something.

she falls. a lot. Downside of being stuck in skates for eternity; one pebble and it's over. She struggles a lot skating through rock, sand, mud, and ice. The roll of bandages came in handy here.

Those are more funny things I wanted to add before getting into the more angsty meat of her story, so HERE'S THAT!! While the 5 survivors were AM's experiment on human behavior when stuck together in harsh conditions, Aubrey was the solo test. What would happen to the human mind and body when completely and utterly alone, in a post-apocalyptic earth, stuck in the core of the planet, tormented by a machine? Well, AM didn't get the exact reaction he wanted. Aubrey already had a pretty high pain tolerance and seemed to like the loneliness for the most part. That second part became less true over time, we are a social species after all. She wanted other humans to talk to, she knew they were out there, AM always complained about them. But he never let them meet. Unfortunately for AM, Aubrey is smart. She didn't want to live this miserable existence, she didn't want to be this machine's doll, and so she made a plan. 50 years into everything, she made and carried out a plan.

Every day, slowly, she gathered a pile of rock, metal, and shrapnel, putting it in a pile. AM thought nothing of it. Why would he? It didn't look suspicious. That was until, on a small rock pile she amassed, when AM wasn't looking, when he diverted his attention onto the others, the others she was sure she'd never see, she jumped. Plummeting the left side of her body onto the pile, it shredded through her skin and broke some of her bones, causing harsh damage to many organs. She knew she'd bleed out, and had accepted that death.

AM would not allow such a thing.

Though he wasn't able to stop what happened, he was quick to act. Removing her limp body from the pile he immediately began to "fix" what was "broken." Snapping bone back into place, sewing up organs, hooking up wires to her heart to send electrical currents so it'd keep beating, moving wires to replace missing and ruined flesh- he couldn't save her eye, but he didn't mind it. It was a miracle her brain was almost completely undamaged, rattled sure, damaged? Not really. After some work, when she was in stable condition, he strapped a spare monitor to the left side of her face, the final piece of the puzzle.

She woke up, disappointed and confused. How the fuck was she not dead? AM explained it all, and noted the monitor was for surveillance. She'd never be able to pull a stunt like that again because he'd be able to stop her. She immediately tried to break the monitor, but then he told her about the wires attached to her heart. He could stop and restart it as he'd like, grant her the sweet release of death just to bring her back. She sighed. "Anything else for me you psycho?" "YOU'LL FINALLY GET THAT WISH OF YOURS."

AM sent her to the others. The other survivors. The 5. It took three days and two nights but she made it. The first impression was... rocky. No one trusted her. Especially one special paranoid, who immediately questioned if she was another one of AM's AI, sent to mess with them. She drew some blood from her arm to show she was, in fact, human. This only made them slightly less jumpy. Thus began her rocky integration

Now see the funny thing about her and Ted and the fact they eventually end up together.

They HATTTTEEED each other. For a decade. Ted's paranoia worsened around her, and she didn't feel like dealing with his shit. He was whiney, and always pointing fingers, and she'd always have a snappy comeback. Aubrey had even taken one of his roles, the youngest. Now SHE was the youngest, and Ted was terribly spiteful about that. One of the only things he had going for himself, gone. Not only, in his eyes, was she a disrespectful toy of AM's, but she was stealing his place. In her eyes, Ted was a bitchboy, and she couldn't fathom being that miserable. Thus a tension formed that didn't go away until...

One particularly bad panic attack. Ted was no stranger to these of course, and the group had grown accustomed to them. He'd scare himself half to death, run off, and usually Ellen would go get him. Aubrey never understood why she did that to herself. Until one day, she was the one who went. She didn't want to, no, but what the 6 had just endured was a particularly bad torture session. Ellen was busy calming Benny, and Gorrister and Nimdok were in no shape to try and comfort Ted. Reluctantly, Aubrey went looking for him. She made her way rather far, wondering how his skinny weak-looking legs carried him so far... and then she found him. Now, she had seen him messed up before, many many times actually. But she had never seen a proper breakdown of his. She wasn't a monster, she had empathy, and what person wouldn't immediately feel bad upon seeing a man curled up sobbing and shaking? Once she made her way to him, she did her very best to calm him. He was jumpy and hesitant at first, after all he still didn't trust her, but the comfort of another human was all he wanted at that moment. Well, it's kind of hard to see someone the same after they go limp in your arms sobbing, mumbling apologies and lamenting their current feelings. After who knows how long, Ted had calmed down, but was still shaken up. Aubrey still held him, comforted him, and ran her undamaged hand through his matted, dark hair. Safe to say something became much different between them after that. The air had shifted. There was less animosity, more openness. Ted was never open with any of the others, but something about having a blank slate, someone new to talk to- it made it a bit easier. Aubrey was just happy to be able to talk. They interacted more, talked more, and learned more about each other. They stopped despising each other and, well

LOVERS!!!!

The enemies-to-lovers arc completed after about 5 years of a song and dance between the two after that initial moment. The morale of the group boosted just a bit, because they were happy, and the others got some benefits from that; Ellen didn't have to deal with any of Ted's shit anymore, Aubrey basically took over on that front. And the others didn't have to sit through his paranoid ranting. All in all, it was beneficial.

AM hated it. Greatly. There was nothing he could do about it though. No matter how much he tried to fuel Ted's paranoia, no matter how much he manipulated Aubrey- they stayed together. He was furious that the morale of the team went UP. And seethed over the fact he couldn't do a damn thing. As for how the ending changes with her there; she's the first to die. Stab from Ted, right through her monitor, he couldn't risk AM stopping him and Ellen. It was quick, painless, through the skull and into the brain. Impaled to the ground when her corpse landed. After Ellen's death, he couldn't help but take one last look at her- her face was just as distorted from shock and pain, but he knew she was happy upon death. Her body jerked a few times when AM tried to revive her, no such luck. He regrets not being able to hold her. Aaaaaannnddd that's everything so far chat, I didn't go into how she interacts with the other five, but that can be delved into later. Consider this the big Aubrey info post, she is in fact a diva, thank you for the ask :DDDD

since this is my 2nd time attempting to write this answer, I hope my points are coherent enough to follow lol. Pretty long paragraphs so I'm putting them under the cut.

I don't really know where to start, but I could talk about "Sneeze and Thank You" episode, where Voicemail plays a more important role (even tho it didn't talk much lol) rather than just a brief moment showing the Movers having a hard time getting customers. After Dave fixed it, Voicemail thanked him while also teasing (?) him by using the nickname his mom gave him. Dave just laughs it off and gives Voicemail a tap and I just thought that exchange was really cute ahahahaaah and so here we are.

After that episode, Voicemail makes another appearance in "March of the Movers", where the Movers check their messages. I just,, wanna point out that after saying there were no messages, Voicemail didn't have any sarcastic or rude remark about it. It even cooperated fine enough when the Movers wanted to change the voice message. Made me think that maybe Voicemail was warming up (?) to the Movers, or maybe when Dave fixed up Voicemail, he had also adjusted something that caused it to not be so mean now lol. It felt similar to Knit Knots' case, where he was somewhat enjoying some excitement and got along better with the Movers.

And just like Knit Knots, Voicemail doesn't appear anymore in later seasons. 🥲

Right when their character and bond were growing to be more interesting, they're gone huhu. In this case it's worse 'cause Voicemail barely appears in Season 1 lmao. Well, as a canon-compliant explanation, I'd think Voicemail broke down again but much worse condition? and Dave eventually had to reset it so it could function again, which is why the telephone/answering machine still exists after Season 1, but it doesn't have its voice or personality anymore.

Anyway headcanon time! I like to think they sometimes make conversation to Voicemail other than checking for messages, and since Dave's workbench is closer to the counter (i think?) that Voicemail sits on, he would talk to it more often.

Also this is me with my thick ship lenses on lol but in the marching episode, when Dave suggested to say something extra silly and fun for the message, it was kinda like Voicemail was overdoing it in an attempt to impress Dave hahahahah.

I think I've been reading one too many scenarios of computer/programs growing attached to their user and wanting attention from them, cuz that just basically sums up the headcanons I have for their dynamic. Either Voicemail just appreciating Dave and the Movers more after fixing it, or something in its systems was adjusted when Dave fixed it so it's not constantly berating the guys unprompted anymore.

I don't know, maybe this is sorta like how Warehouse Mouse was close to Smitty but then got along with the other Movers later on. Voicemail got along better with Dave, and he maybe makes sure it doesn't overstep in its words, and eventually got along with the rest of the team. I like to think Voicemail would like getting messages from Nina, and sometime when Nina didn't leave any messages Voicemail would ask her about it. Also, sticky notes! I remember that sometimes people would have a sticky notepad near the telephone, so that they can write whatever note while they were calling. I just think it would be cute if the Movers and Nina would leave sticky notes of reminders or just doodles on Voicemail.

I have thoughts on that one moment in "Power Play" S2 episode when Dave had multiple answering machines similarly colourful like Voicemail, but unfortunately I don't know how to articulate those thoughts into proper sentences lol.

Anyway that's uhh, probably most of my thoughts for now. Saving the more "shippy" thoughts for some other time because I don't know what to think LMAO. Also yeah these are thoughts on canon Voicemail. For human/robot Voicemail, it's kinda more straightforward in that it works at the Idea Warehouse and acts like a coworker that does their job well and gets along fine enough but also have those moments to be annoying for no reason hahah.

Hey, uh, is it okay if I like rant amd criticize for a bit? I want to post about it but I'm scared of getting harrassed.

I really should have seen this coming since I watched Helluva Boss and it's terrible 2nd season, but I blindly believed that HB sucked because Viv was too busy with Hazbin Hotel and I convinced myself that HH will be better but now here we are.

So, I just watched the first episode of Hazbin on YT, and I have some.... issues. First of all, it's the pacing. I think it went WAY too fast for the first episode and it got me seriously confused, like, the first episode is supposed to be the intro to the story, WHY IS IT SO FUCKING FAST?! Hell, if Viv intended the PILOT to be the introduction it's fine, but STILL, IT'S WAY TOO FAST! And this brings me to my next point : Hazbin Hotel is NOT newbie friendly. As someone who knew Hazbin lore for a while, the first episode already left me seriously confused, just IMAGINE how confused a new viewer, who has no idea about the lore and stuff, will be. Again, first episode = first intro, especially for NEW fans. Like LEGIT if a fan needs to get info from OUTSIDE the show itself, it isn't good.

Oh, and the whole plot of Charlie meeting with Adam? Should've been done in a DIFFERENT episode! Again, first episode = first introduction, WE SHOULD'VE USED THAT TO SHOW THE PROBLEMS IN THE HOTEL! THAT SHOULD'VE BEEN THE MAIN PRIORITY FIRST! If I could rewrite the episode, I'd do it like this :

Episode 1, it focuses SPECIFICALLY on shooting a new commercial. We can still have the whole call from Lucifer about the meeting with Adam, but instead the meeting will be held in about a week or two, which not only excites Charlie, but also adds fuel to the fire about the situation at the hotel since she wants to present the idea without any flaws to heaven. So then the episode focuses on Charlie and Vaggie trying to (force) shoot a better commercial and it can play out how it does in the canon episode. Ater that, the next three or four episodes then focuses on the problem IN hell while keeping Charlie's whole attempt at fixing the hotel's situation as a small side plot.

Then, come episode 5 or 6, we see Charlie meeting Adam and the angels about the project after she tries her best to make it work, only for Adam and the rest of heaven mocking her hard work because of their black and white mindset, and this would cause Charlie to have both some doubt in her mind about the project, along with frustration of not getting any respect despite her best efforts. And then the later episodes can be Charlie struggling with these thoughts and the season can end with Charlie regaining her confidence and motivation while accepting that even though it may not work, at least she TRIED.

Anyways, this is only my opinion and it's very much limited by the fact I've only watched the first episode (I saw some clips for the upcoming episodes and I don't think I want to watch HH anymore) so please just take it with a grain of salt. I thank you for reading this whole ordeal very much.

Well, this is definitely a LONG ask. But ya, good rewrite! I personally didn't find too many issues with the pacing, but I agree that HH isn't newbie-friendly, the show is written like a continuation of the pilot - it doesn't introduce the characters like the pilot, it just does what HGS did; just...have the characters there without telling us who they are.

I haven't seen the pilot myself but the only reason why I'm not too confused right now is because I absorbed information about it through reviews of it for a long time. So ya good rewrite!

Now that part 2 of Book 7 is out, I decided to make a post about it just like I did for part 1. Everything will be underneath the cut ^^

Following her nighttime chat with Malleus about Mickey and the mirror in her room, the next few days pass with Yuu and her sons trying to figure out the Mickey mystery and how she ended up in TW.

Meanwhile, Lilia is doing his best to deal with the Malleus situation by covertly gauging Malleus's mental state.

From Lilia's POV, Malleus seems fine, so he really finds it hard to believe that Malleus will OB even though he does trust Yuu and doesn't want to disregard her serious concern.

Unfortunately, there really isn't a lot Lilia can do in this situation since he can't just suddenly get his magic back, meaning he has to leave NRC, and he doesn't want to do anything too crazy when Malleus really does seem to be handling things just fine.

That's why, in the end, Lilia just decides that he'll play it safe by returning to the little cottage where he and Silver have lived ever since Silver was a baby, just to err on the side of caution.

This way, in Lilia's eyes, his departure won't be as hard for Malleus to accept because rather than going across the world he's returning to Briar Valley.

Of course, this is just a temporary fix since Lilia still intends to head for his original destination once he's sure that he won't have to worry about Malleus Overblotting.

Regrettably, this doesn't change things in the end because Malleus has already entered that state of mind where he realizes his time with Lilia is slowly but surely coming to an end, so while he'd be relieved to hear that Lilia is heading back to Briar Valley, he can't stop thinking about what's to come in the future.

Anyway, because Lilia still intends to leave NRC, the farewell party still gets held, just like in canon.

During the days leading up to the party, Yuu is on edge because, even though she hasn't had a vision about Malleus's impending OB, she knows it's gonna happen despite Lilia's assurances that everything will be fine.

Because Lilia seems confident that things will work out in the end, the majority of Yuu's friends, who have all heard about Yuu's concerns about Malleus's OB by this point, begin to relax since Lilia understands Malleus best.

However, there are a few guys who aren't so convinced like Yuu: Idia, Ortho, Leona, and Jamil.

Leona and Jamil trust Yuu's judgement more than Lilia's, especially since Yuu has been accurately predicting Overblots this whole time, and the two are pessimistic enough to believe things can't be solved as easily as Lilia believes lol

The Shroud brothers are skeptical because, thanks to all the manga/anime/video games they've been exposed to, they know dealing with a last boss like Malleus can't be that simple.

Plus, after they returned to NRC following Book 6 events, Yuu had a conversation with them that involved her pointing out how every time someone Overblots she always gets help from the dorm that was the focus of the previous OB, meaning she thinks Idia/Ortho will be a big help to her when Malleus Overblots.

Idia, of course, was not thrilled about that in the least lol But, in the end, he agreed to help Yuu if she should need his support cause Ortho was quick to agree to help, and Idia wasn't gonna let Ortho do something so dangerous on his own.

That's why the Shroud brothers did plenty of secret scans on Malleus throughout the days leading up to Lilia's farewell party.

In the end, none of Ortho's scans were able to detect a high enough level of blot to indicate an OB was imminent, but there was enough blot that Idia could tell that something was going on even if it wasn't obvious just from looking at Malleus.

For that reason, Idia hacks into the NRC student database so he can get as much info on Malleus as he can, like Malleus's UM, since the more he knows, the better prepared he can be.

(I'm not sure if such information is kept on file, but it just makes sense for the school to make note of such things, so I'm just gonna say this kinda database is actually a real thing lol)

Thanks to this, Idia finds out what Malleus's UM is and shares this info with Yuu, and naturally, they are not pleased to hear about this ridiculously OP UM, which would be incredibly difficult to deal with.

Yuu also later shares this information with Leona and Jamil since they told her to keep them updated.

A lot of Yuu's free time is spent strategizing with the Shroud brothers who make sure to contact their parents about this matter so Styx will be prepared for what's to come.

Thankfully, the Shroud parents take the threat seriously since they trust their sons, and they've also heard about Yuu's Quirk from the Styx employees who had helped the NRC gang take on OB Idia.

To add some levity to this super stressful period, I like the idea of the conversation with the Shroud parents being via video call, and when the serious convo eventually stops, Mama Shroud is all too eager to talk to Yuu since she's heard so much about her from Ortho and she's been dying to meet her boys' first friend.

Idia, of course, is extremely embarrassed/horrified and wants to end this video call as soon as possible, but he can't cause his mom threatens to delete some of his secret folders if he hangs up on her lol 😂

Yuu has fun chatting with Mama and Papa Shroud who really remind her of Ortho and Idia respectively, so there's at least this little bright spot in an otherwise very stressful period of time.

Anyway, moving forward, Saturday night eventually comes, aka the night of Lilia's farewell party.

The first half of the party is pretty much the same as canon since it's all about everyone greeting and talking to Lilia, so there's nothing I need to add there.

However, there are some slight changes on Idia's end. Rather than just because he just lost his online gaming buddy, Idia is also staying in his room because he, like Yuu, thinks if Malleus is gonna make his move it'll be that night, and he wants to test Malleus's UM to see if it can even reach him in his dorm's pocket dimension.

Idia would've preferred that Ortho stayed with him where it'd be safer, but Ortho wanted to pay respects to Lilia just in case nothing happens. Plus, if something does happen, he felt he'd be the most helpful at the party since he could easily communicate with Idia/their parents if necessary, and he wanted to be with Yuu to support her.

Also, Idia isn't as down on himself here as he is in canon because he does have a IRL friend who genuinely enjoys being with him, although he still finds Yuu crazy and thinks she has horrible taste in guys lol

That's another big motivator for Idia when it comes to dealing with Malleus. He's become pretty close to Yuu by this point, and he doesn't want anything to happen to her. He knows how reckless she can be at times, so he feels that he needs to look after her since chances are no one else will be able to if things turn out as badly as they're expecting.

Another change from canon is that Yuu tells Idia that, if he ever wants to contact Muscle Red, she'll help him cause, by this point, she knows that Lilia and Idia are gaming buddies. She just hasn't said anything to either of them cause she wasn't sure if she should or not.

Yuu knows this because, after she started gaming with Idia, Lilia found out about her becoming a gamer, and he was all too eager to become gaming buddies with her, so there have been times when she has played with both of them despite them being far more experienced/skilled than her.

As a result, Idia isn't as downhearted about Muscle Red's departure as he is in canon, although he still does plenty of sulking lol

Anyway, because Idia felt it was best to stay in his room rather than go to the party cause of the Malleus situation, Ortho doesn't spend as much time trying to convince him to come, so he's not late going to the party like in canon.

Instead, Ortho ends up showing up around the same time as Yuu and the other first years, and they all hang out together at the party, like in canon, with the exception of Sebek, who sticks close to Lilia when he's not eating.

Despite her best efforts to relax and enjoy the party, Yuu can't help but be on edge the whole time, especially when she realizes that Malleus is nowhere to be seen, even though she has still yet to see a vision of Malleus's OB.

A part of her wants to go looking for Malleus, but in the end, she refrains cause she sees Silver leave the party to do just that.

Regarding the scene with Silver/Malleus, it's just like it is in canon, even though Lilia is just heading back home rather than the other side of the world, because Silver really wanted Malleus to be able to see Lilia off, just in case Lilia ends up heading for his original destination before the end of the school year.

Plus, despite Lilia not being too worried about Malleus at this point, Silver's instincts are telling him that he should go look for Malleus just in case, especially since his mind won't stop replaying that scene when a tearful Yuu came to their dorm and told them that Malleus will one day OB.

Considering that a bad premonition, Silver quickly leaves the party to go search for Malleus.

From there, things proceed like in canon with that scene because, while there was some initial worry on his end when he saw Malleus was distressed enough to summon a blizzard, Silver ends up temporarily forgetting his original concerns because his emotions get the better of him when he's reminded of the fact he'll have to part from his father.

However, Silver quickly remembers his earlier concerns when Malleus has his eureka moment and starts eerily laughing. Unfortunately, he's unable to do anything since Malleus teleports them both back to their dorm in a flash.

Also, regarding Malleus's eureka moment, he only flashes back to his conversation with Lilia since he didn't have the same conversation with Yuu in part 1 that he did in canon.

Going back to the party, while Malleus and Silver are still gone, the conversations involving the first years from canon are happening, and Yuu is noticeably amused by Ortho's chat with Lilia for obvious reasons lol

One conversation that doesn't happen, however, is Lilia asking the first years and Sebek to get along with each other cause all of Yuu's sons are friends with each other by this point thanks to Yuu, although Sebek would deny it if asked and honestly so would Ace, Grim, Jack, and probably Deuce too lol 😂

Also, Lilia's conversation with Yuu is a little different since those two have talked plenty of times during the course of the school year, so he doesn't act like this is his first time in a while to have a proper conversation with the Ramshackle Prefect like in canon.

Lilia still thanks Yuu for being Malleus's friend, though, and asks her to continue looking after him. He also apologizes for all the grief they've been causing her since he knows she's still worried about him and Malleus.

It's during this chat that, like in canon, Yuu sees that brief image of Maleficent, similar to how she saw the Evil Queen right before Vil's OB.

Lilia and the first years, sans Sebek who's still getting a drink at Lilia's request, are immediately concerned about Yuu because she's gotten incredibly pale and is wobbly on her feet.

Naturally, this is because she knows this is a sign of bad things to come. Considering something like this happened right before Vil's OB, she knows it's now only a matter of time.

And of course, she's proven right. Before her friends can even get her to a chair, so she can sit down, Yuu's Quirk activates and proceeds to show her a vision of everything that happens upon Malleus's arrival to the party.

Because she had been expecting this turn of events, Yuu isn't as caught off guard as she normally is by OB-related visions, but she's still shaken nonetheless cause she's never seen her dear friend, Malleus, in such a state before and she's just devastated that this horrible turn of events really did happen.

But there's also some anger on her end since she can tell that Malleus's OB was on purpose. It wasn't cause his despair got the better of him like she had expected; he seriously allowed himself to enter such a state, meaning this could've all been avoided if he so desired, which really pisses her off since she has been so worried about him all this time.

However, Yuu gets distracted from her anger when in the vision Malleus makes a comment about how he'll give Yuu the happy ending she deserves, so she won't ever have to worry about her uncertain future again.

Much to Yuu's horror, she instantly realizes that it's not just Lilia's abrupt departure that has been weighing on Malleus, although that's obviously the major factor.

Malleus has also been thinking about her uncertain future, no doubt because she foolishly reminded him the other day of the fact that she's not from this world and of the circumstances that brought her here.

Even thought Yuu said she has no interest in returning to her world, Malleus was still negatively impacted by that conversation, like in canon, but the reason was because he was reminded of her circumstances and how, no matter how much she wants to stay in TW, there's still a chance of her being sent back to her world cause there's so much she doesn't know about her situation, and at the end of the day, she's just a frail, powerless human in his eyes.

And Malleus hates that because he doesn't want his only friend to be forced against her will to go somewhere she doesn't wanna go. Why can't someone as powerful as him be able to save her?

So, despite the conversation in part 1 being so different from canon, Yuu's situation does have an effect on Malleus's OB, because he hates how he's powerless in both her and Lilia's respective situations.

Going back to Yuu's vision, it shows everyone trying to stop Malleus and failing before he proceeds to use his UM. The last thing Yuu sees before her Quirk deactivates is everyone beginning to fall asleep thanks to Malleus's UM.

Unsurprisingly, when Yuu's sight returns to normal, all of her sons are surrounding her, including Sebek who returned while she was having her vision, along with Lilia, and they all appear noticeably worried cause Yuu is even paler now and looks absolutely terrified.

Before anyone can question her, she quickly tells Ortho to get in contact with Idia and Styx because "he" is coming.

Because of her Quirk's drawback, Yuu can't go into detail about her vision, but she doesn't really need to thanks to all the warnings she has given to her friends up until this point, which is why they all instantly know who "he" is.

While Ortho is getting in touch with Idia and their parents, Lilia is beyond shocked by this turn of events cause he really didn't think this would happen. He had really thought Malleus was handling this situation well.

Sebek is beside himself with worry and wants to go looking for Malleus and Silver, but Yuu tells him not to bother since it's only a matter of time before they show up at the party.

And when the idea of getting away from the party gets suggested by Ace, Yuu shoots down that idea too cause it's pointless. Her vision showed thorns covering the whole island where NRC is located, meaning there's no escaping Malleus's magic.

Around this time, the rest of Yuu's friends are taking notice that something is going on around the area where Yuu and her sons are, and they quickly realize that something is bad cause of how bad off Yuu looks, not to mention how anxious her sons are all appearing, Sebek especially.

Leona and Jamil quickly put two-and-two together, and it's not long before the rest of them also realize what's about to happen.

Crowley also notices something is amiss, which is why he gets distracted from telling Lilia about his carriage being ready for him, since he instead asks what everyone is getting all worked up about.

This leads to Ortho explaining the situation at hand so Yuu won't have to.

Unfortunately, before anything else can be done, Malleus and Silver arrive on the scene, instantly putting everyone on guard.

From there, things proceed like in canon with the exception that Lilia and Sebek immediately rush toward Malleus in hopes that they can get him to stop before it's too late. Silver, of course, also joins in since he quickly realizes what this turn of events must mean.

Malleus quickly realizes that his dormmates' actions must mean Yuu warned them of what he had planned, but he doesn't lose his good and instead just casually remarks that he's disappointed she spoiled his surprise.

Meanwhile, everyone else stays back and remains on their guard, including Yuu since she thinks it's best to first rely on Lilia and the others cause they know Malleus best.

Plus, Ace and Deuce both got a vice-like hold on her arms, so they clearly don't want her going anywhere near Malleus.

Regrettably, in the end, Malleus still Overblots and uses his UM to put everyone to sleep.

Well, almost everyone.

Much to Malleus's surprise, after he has his little moment following his OB transformation, he notices Yuu is still awake and is currently approaching him, walking around all the sleeping bodies on the floor to get to him.

However, he quickly realizes that Yuu is still awake because the ring he made using his magic for her as a return Christmas present is currently protecting her with a magic barrier.

Upon realizing that he doesn't just sense his magic coming from the ring, Malleus casually questions Yuu about it, and she explains how during the course of the last few days she asked all of the other guys in the OB gang to pour some of their magic into the ring, which she has been wearing all week, so she'd always be ready.

Yuu got the idea from Idia who used his magic on the ring during Book 6 events, and since she figured that the more magic she had in the ring, the better off she'd be, she decided to ask for help from him and the others.

Of course, Yuu knows Malleus is still by far the strongest mage here, so while she's awake now thanks to the ring, she knows it's only a matter of time before his magic overpowers the magic inside the ring.

Another reason Yuu is holding out is cause thanks to her alien status she has a bit of a resistance to sleep magic, so that combined with the ring's power is allowing her to remain conscious.

Thoroughly amused by this turn of events, Malleus asks Yuu if she intends to fight him like she did the others who Overblotted, but she says she won't because she has no intention to break her promise.

When he curiously asks what promise she's referring to, Yuu reveals that, in exchange for giving her some of their magic, all of the other guys in the OB gang made her promise not to try to fight Malleus on her own.

Yuu admits that had caught her off guard, especially the fact that all six of them had made the same request at completely separate times, meaning they had no idea what anyone else asked her for.

After all, you wouldn't normally expect a NRC student to ask for something like that as payment, and you definitely wouldn't expect those six guys to be on the same wavelength like that.

Naturally, it also made Yuu happy since it was proof that they were all concerned about her, although they'd never admit it outright lol

Anyway, because Yuu always keeps her promises, she has no intention to right Malleus, not that she would have anyway cause she knows under these circumstances that it would be a losing battle, and she'd rather not waste her time, especially when she has limited time in this situation.

Instead, Yuu decides to use this time to talk to Malleus, even though she knows it's unlikely that he'll change his mind at this point, because she has to do something.

Yuu: It's not like I don't understand where you're coming from, Tsunotaro. After all, back at the start of the school year, there was a time when I had been worried that this was all a dream that I would be forced to wake up from - a dream that I'd rather remain in forever cause my reality was just that horrible back in my world.

Malleus: That dream will be your reality. You have nothing to fear now, Child of Man.

Yuu: Honestly, it's a tempting offer, considering anything's better than one day being forced to separate from all the precious friends I've made in this world, but I can't accept it, not when it comes at such a high price.

Malleus: High price? There is no price for the happy dreams I'll provide you. They're free of charge since they're my special blessing to all of you.

Yuu: Of course, there's a price. There's always a price, Tsunotaro. You just haven't figured it out yet.

Malleus: And what pray tell is this price, Yuu?

Yuu: In exchange for that happily ever after you want to give me, I'd have to leave you behind all alone in this world, and of course, I can't do that when I know there's nothing you hate more than being alone.

Malleus: ...!

Yuu: And I certainly can't leave you alone in your current state when it's only a matter of time before your phantom tries to do you in, because, regardless of how powerful you are, you can't survive in an Overblot state forever. It's only a matter of time before you have to pay the too high price for that decision, the one you willingly made, I might add.

From there, Yuu lets him have it for purposely Overblotting and making her so worried about him, and she scolds him for acting like people's lives are toys that he can do as he pleases with.

Just because he's super powerful doesn't give him the right to do whatever he wants, even if he doesn't have bad intentions.

Yuu is angry at Malleus for being selfish, but more than anything, she's just sad about this horrible turn of events.

Yuu: You hate being alone more than anything, so why are you purposely putting yourself in a situation where you have no other choice but to be alone? Why are you trying to solve everything by yourself and not relying on anyone when you're so obviously suffering?

Yuu: You don't want people to fear you, right? Then, stop this before it's too late! Before you do something that you can take back! Otherwise, people will only have even more reasons to be afraid of you!

Regrettably, no matter what Yuu says, her words fail to get through to Malleus who has stubbornly decided that he's doing what's best for everyone.

So, by the time Malleus's UM finally starts affecting her thanks to the magic in her ring weakening, Yuu has made no progress, much to her immense frustration.

In a futile attempt to remain awake longer so she can keep talking to Malleus, Yuu repeatedly smacks her cheeks and tightly clenches her hands to the point her nails dig into her skin, but the pain is unable to fend off the impending drowsiness for more than a few seconds.

As a result, despite all her best efforts to remain awake, Yuu eventually falls asleep like everyone else in the room.

Before she can hit the floor, Malleus catches her and proceeds to use his magic to heal her minor injuries before wiping away the tears of frustration from her cheeks.

When he sees her injuries, Malleus says this is another reason why he's made the right decision because in this world Yuu gets hurt too often, so she's better off remaining asleep.

Malleus promises Yuu a wonderful dream where she won't ever have to suffer and feel pain again before he begins humming like he did in canon.

Unfortunately, little did Malleus know that that's a promise he won't be able to keep.

Arthritus actually prefer to call himself Arthur as he wanted his name to sound more normal when he wants to have personal or casually relationships like with Lucifer or with his aunts, uncles and cousins(yes the sins have children in this blog we'll get to that next time), same with Lucifer actually, he prefers to be called Luci instead of Lucifer for the same reason as his son,

Arthur and Charlie don't actually get along too well... Recently... Both siblings care for their people in their own different way. Arthur helps with his father in politics, social, gatherings and meetings so he will learn more about his kingdom that he will soon rule after he will crown king in the next couple thousand years, besides that he wanted to look after his people like Lucifer does and doesn't want to do jackshit about heaven, thinking about heaven, or even let his people near heaven! He doesn't have massive beef with the realm above but at the same time he doesn't want to negotiate with them because he isn't fond of the head Seraphim, the heavenly council, and the Archangels which were his father's former siblings and he rather keep his people safe away from heaven by helping his father reshape it and make it their own version of paradise while Charlie like in canon, wanted to save sinners by rehabilitating them to heaven and she's extremely naive cause right now she's in the "everyone can be redeem" mindset which makes both Arthur and Luci pretty... No... Very skeptical, because for Arthur, he doesn't trust heaven at all for he's scared if a sinner did managed get into heaven, he would fear the possibility that if the heaven hierarchy found out he or she might be treated differently like an outcast or a black sheep or something like that! He loved his sister and he still do, but he's extremely frustrated by her extreme naivety and her idealistic mindset that he just wish that she was put into his shoes to face the reality of both realms and it's denizens! As for Luci in the other hand, he was also scared for his people entering the heavenly gates because he grew up in heaven before he fell, he saw the unfairness and inhumane rules heaven has at that time, he even saw some angels get treated very badly by the others because they were assumed and deemed to be "defectives", he was scared that his people, they too will be treated as "defectives" because even though they repented from their sins, they still sinned and went to hell for their said sins. He does see Charlie's dream as a possible but only for those who CAN be redeemed and WANT to be redeem, so even though Luci sees Charlie's goal as a possibility... He still sees Charlie as really naive for seeing that all sinners can and want to be redeem plus he's scared that they will treated differently. So to both father and son, there's a fine line between a wise genius and a naive idiot... And Princess Charlotte Morningstar over her in beTWEEN THAT LINE LIKE A FUCKIN' FRAGILE JUMPROPE AND IT'S SCARING THEM!!!

Luci here in this blog actually genuinely cares about his people and all of hell, right now he's on a quest to reshape hell and it's rules and politics to make it his own version of heaven, and after he and Lilith divorced, he was depressed but he also actually felt freedom for the first time(We'll go deeper that next time) and he wanted to finally fulfill his role as Hell's King as he was destined and promised to be to fix his mistake for damning all of humanity (Well, this is actually the whole point of this blog BTW, I called it Misadventures just for shits and giggles~)

i'll be the one to make a comment about everything happening lately since it is mostly centered around me and the fact you're meant to be my member. i don't feel comfortable doing this without explaining why it was done, it just wouldn't sit right with me.

so, this is going to be rather long if you (or anyone else) cares to read it.

originally you made yunjin for me so i could finally have a member after two years of having this blog. i thought yunjin would fit you, i really did. you didn't want anyone to know it was you.. and despite me being best friends with most of the people you lied to, i chose to keep your privacy and not say anything. i did this because i was in a similar situation where i didn't want anyone to know who i was, simply so i could start over after a lot of negative things happened to me. or.. at least i thought that was your reasoning at the time.

at first it was fine. i was excited to have chaewon's canonically best friend. but then, you started tying yourself up in a web of lies for a reason i couldn't understand. the more i was around in different servers, the more i saw you talking to yourself or about yourself as nearly three different people. you kept lying to the friends i cared a lot about on how all three of those people were different. when i came and approached you about this, you then even lied to me about how the third person was your friend and not you. i knew this was a lie instantly because it's very obvious in the way you type and your tone, who you are and aren't.

given the situation i decided to come clean to jeongguk and namjoon. we have a chat of just us three since we have been through a lot together in the past few years. i didn't feel right.. like i was lying to them and everyone else because of what you were doing. i broke my promise to you. i told them who you were. that you were both dani, jennie, and yunjin. in fact, i didn't even have to finish what i was saying. both of them already were guessing that all three of those people were the same person. i apologized to them for not telling them from the beginning, then i explained why i didn't and why i chose to now. obviously, they weren't the happiest of people since you've managed to manipulate them and others to talk to you about yourself but as another person. you don't do that. that's fucking weird and wrong.

over time, it started to become more and more obvious what you were doing. i stopped talking/interacting with you because it felt strange to me. it didn't take long for everyone else to start to put the pieces together when it came to you. we were all honest about who you were and then things started to spiral from there.

i don't understand why you felt the need to pretend to be different people entirely. especially when wanted to love you as you and give you the opportunity to fix your friendships/relationships with other people. instead you decided to use these different faces to find out how others feel about you without them knowing. you decided to lie about who's who like we didn't already have it figured out. that's something i'm still struggling to this day to understand what caused you to do that. it sucks even more because i let you continue to do that while knowing it was happening and not telling anyone.

but then it gets worse. you've turned yunjin, an idol, into another blog that chases after ships and smuts which made me uncomfortable. it's so strange to see an idol flirt/fuck someone twice her age all over the dash, then proceed to flirt with an anon, and then interact with a minor. i think everyone agreed that was a little strange. resulting in most of us blocking the man and a lot of your tags so we wouldn't see that stuff on the dash without being rude to you. because, yes, even though everyone's upset with your actions, we STILL decided to give you the chance and respect your decisions.

why? i have no fucking clue because, again, you continue to make the situation worse.

you decided to go on about yourself and interact with bts blogs—and this surprises me because i feel like you've been around here long enough to understand how our blogs work. when it comes to bts, lsf, and txt, there's a mutual agreement to not interact with members outside of those few. we do that for a whole lot of different reasons. maybe you didn't know, sure, though i'm not sure how. or maybe you didn't think you were part of that.. and to that i say.. you made yunjin specifically for me. or maybe you simply didn't care.

then you decided to interact with someone that a lot of us have severe problems with. that's when it started to draw the line between uncomfortable and fuck off. it showed your lack of respect for us and how little you truly care. someone said you didn't have a loyal bone in your body and i actually agree with them.

sure, some might say well i can interact with whoever i want! that's all fine and dandy, i'll accept that; but when it comes to someone that has caused severe issues for the friend group you specifically chose to make yourself part of, that's an issue. especially when you know of this person because i know i've said things to you about it, and i know joon probably has too. it's common respect for the friends you chose, which you revealed to us doesn't matter to you.

so why should we bother to continue to care about you?

i know people are probably expecting me to make a bitchy post, but it's hard to when i thought you were my friend. i truly truly thought you were my friend. hell i even defended you against my own fucking brother multiple times because i thought you were my friend. i snapped on hobi a lot, too, for your defense. i don't know why i did that anymore, i wish i didn't. but i did because i thought you were my friend.

but instead i allowed you to put me in negative positions for your own benefit. you didn't care about making chaewon's best friend, you didn't care about any of the things i've told you about. hell, you made that blog to fulfill your weird constant smut desires. and you will continue to put that as your priority over everything else.

i hope one day you realize the friendships you've lost today.. or maybe you'll never care, who knows. i just wish that, perhaps, you will eventually learn everything you continue to do wrong, and that not everyone will give you as many chances as we constantly did before giving up.

i hope one day you grow up and understand that there's more to life than written fictional sex/relationships.. then continue to realize that all your failed relationships and friendships is because of your obsession. your obsession for self centered attention, drama, and fake porn.

Korotan D Prequel (and changes to Korotan D)

If you don't like this post and disagree with my opinion that's fine. In the end opinions are subjective and if you have your own thoughs, ideas and opinions that's awesome just don't take it personal when someone has different thoughts.

So if you don't know what I'm going talking about, basically Korotan D is a Assassination Classroom story that takes place 3 years after Koro Sensei's death and is stated to be canon by Matsui. Now if your following me then you would my thoughts on it but for those who don't I personally think it's fine, even though I have problems with it I do think it's a fine story whitch if you really want more AC content you should read it also there's @blazardragon english translation of it.

But despite this I have problems with it heck I even made a post talking about how I would change it whitch if you want you can read it here

However despite already making changes to it I do have more ways on how I would change Korotan D and if your wondering why I would make another post talking changes to Korotan D it's because of the problems with it and those being the ending where Nagisa gets scoulded by everyone for no good reason and also because Korotan D felt like it was going to confirme ships specially since there are ship teases and the story felt like it was going to confirme atleast one ship but it didn't.

I know it's stupid but again this my opinion, anyways as you can see I'm going to do something a bit different, instead of just changing Korotan D I've decided to make a prequel for it and as for why, well it's because if I just changed Korotan D it would basically be the same post I already made just with a few changes and that's boring and not to meantion that even tough I'm changing somethings I want the changes to make sence whitch is why in my previouse post on the subject I made thos changes because I wanted it feel right and also fix the problems I have with Korotan D, whitch is why I decided to make a prequel to it as it would help with the changes I would make and also no the chagnes I'm refering are not the ones I made on my previouse post, but rather new changes I would make. Anyways with out further a do enjoy.

Korotan D prequel

The prequel will take place a years before Korotan D whitch would make it take place two years after Koro Sensei's death. Now as for the story it would be focussing on Nagisa and his parents how would try to make up for the makes they made, with his mom (Hiromi) trying to make up for the abuse she caused and his dad (Matsui) trying to make up for lost time. They would also be better towards each other with them reconnecting thos old feelings they had for each other.

As for Nagisa he would be kinda deppressed as he would miss his Class 3E classmates and the times they spent togheter with Koro Sensei, he would realize that Kayano has feelings for him when he remembered the times when he was with his classmates. He would have nightmares of Koro Sensei and his friends dying, him muredring Kayano who would saying "where were you", "I loved you, I really loved you".

However despite this Nagisa would talk and hang out with his parents and friends who have time whitch would make him almost forget those nightmares, but he would still miss his friends and he feels stupid for not realizing Kayano's feelings whitch he wants to make up for when he gets the chance to see her again.

Changes to Korotan D

Now that we have the prequel covered now it's time to see how it would change Korotan D.

When Class 3E is reunited Nagisa is more than happy to see everyone again and he wouldn't even care about Karma hight difference atleast not at first and he would excited but a bit nervouse to see Kayano again as he's planing on asking her out whitch would also make him jealouse when Kayano has to do a kiss scene with Jerome but luckily for Nagisa it didn't happen whitch made him relife.

When Karma asks him if he's bothered by Kayano woeking with Jerome like he did in chapter 4, at first Nagisa doesn't know what to say but he does ask Karma he could keep something a secret whitch Karma says he can whitch made Nagisa feel a bit mire relife and tells Karma the truth but little did he know that Kayano was listening.

Here's how I imagine it playing out:

Nagisa: The truth is I'm a bit anxiouse I don't want to Kayano kissing Jerome.

Karma: Oh really.

Nagisa: Yeah and well... I realized that... Kayano has feelings for me.

Karma: Really, huh it's about time you knew.

Nagisa: Wait you knew?

Karma: Of course I did infact I and Rio tryed to help Kayano to conffes and be real it was obviouse.

Nagisa: Yeah I guess it was and I was stupid realize... whitch is why I want to make up for it.

Karma: And how are you gonna do it if I may?

Nagisa: I-I... I'm planing on asking Kayano out on a date.

Kayano: WHAT!

Kayano's outburst made Nagisa turn in shock as he sees Kayano who's red as a tomato after hearing Nagisa say that.

Karma: Well I guess I'll leave you two alone.

Karma walks away leaving Nagisa and Kayano togheter.

Nagisa: Kayano. I'm sorry.

Kayano: For what?

Nagisa: For what I said and being an idiot.

Kayano: Don't say that it's fine it really is.

Nagisa: No it's not I just wanted to make up for not realzing how you felt and... I really wanted to go out with you.

Kayano: R-really.

Nagisa: That is if you want to-

Before he could finish he's sentence Kayano grabbed Nagisa by the coler and kissed him softly, after she pulled away form him Nagisa was a bit suprised.

Kayano: Does that answore your question?

Nagisa: Yeah.

So yeah that's I see it playing out. After that Nagisa and Kayano go out and Korotan D continues on as normal only with Nagisa and Kayano daiting. And finally once it was time to do the kiss scene Nagisa was anxiouse but Kayano and Karma assured him that he shouldn't worry about it whitch helped Nagisa and luckily just like in Korotan D the kiss scene doesn't happen and after Class 3E are togheter they look at the sunset with Nagisa and Kayano siting next to each other holding hands.

So yeah that's my Korotan D prequel and the changes to Korotan D. Now again if you don't like and disagree with my thoughts that's percetly fine just don't take it personal.

I've been thinking about those deadly sins poll you did awhile back and I decided to put my two cents into who I would say is each sin

Pride - Russell - my interpretation of him is that while he is very prideful in his organization skills, he does tend to be a know-it-all and even flat out condescending, which annoys the others to no end. He also likes being the "leader" of the group and being the one everyone turns to, if someone is shown to be more organized/smarter than Russell he would definitely feel threatened. But he's not just prideful of what he does, he's also very proud of his friends and tends to brag about them in conversations sometimes "Yeah, my friend is a model AND singer. Why do you ask?" "Oh, you're the parent of that one kid with the magician at his birthday party? Yeah, that's my friend. Pretty impressive stuff, huh?"

Greed - Minka - I mean... yeah. Have you seen how she is with shiny stuff? I kind of have nothing to add here tbh :/

Lust - Zoe - I think some people missed the assignment of that poll. Guys, she gets heart eyes at some unfortunate guy that crossed paths with her and now she declares that they're soul mates, she is literally MADE for lust :(

Gluttony - Penny - ehhhhhh I really didn't want to put Penny for gluttony but I kinda had no choice. Gluttony doesn't really fit her, but it doesn't really fit any of the other pets either. It just feels... fatphobic to place the chubby one as gluttony. I'm sorry girl 😔

Envy - Pepper - >:) hehehehe. Pepper just screams envy to me. And she has been canonically jealous in the show. It's something, okay??? And I headcanon that she has a MAJOR problem with comparing herself to others. Why can't she be as smart as Russell, as attractive as Sunil and Zoe, as kind as Vinnie and Penny, or as creative as Minka. She'd be lucky if Mitzi and Clement even look her in the eye, they could turn around and date any of her friends, and she wouldn't even even blame them. Wrath - Vinnie - Anger issues for the king. I think that during one of his outbursts, he ended up accidentally hurting one of his friends. And he has never forgiven himself, no matter how many times his friends assure him it's fine and nothing a little rest can't fix. And Vinnie brings the person he hurt all kinds of gifts, their favorite things, favorite food, etc. It legitimately scares Vinnie because his outbursts are uncontrollable, and he wouldn't be able to live with himself if he hurt someone again, or worse

Yes, I absolutely think some people missed the assignment on that pride poll but oh well. There's always the chance they didn't, I guess. Still, Zoe is absolutely the most obvious to me, lust all the way, cause come on. Everyone up to Penny I gave the same reasoning pretty much so yeah, I agree.

My other conclusion is that you and I just really like when characters are envious of other cause angst material so naturally we want to give it to our favourites xD. I'll be honest though, I don't know if Vinnie was envious once caononically, Pepper though was. Part of me thinks maybe they didn't give that to him cause "haha, stupid and has no emotional range" but I might be very much wrong. Still, I agree with wrath as well. The man is Satan himself. And no, I don't know Helluva Boss lore, I just know bible lore :].

And let me talk about the gluttony one, I mean, none of the sins really 100% match anyone cause you know, they're from children's show, it's not like they ever did anything that wrong really. Gluttony means overindulgence in food and drinks, as in you consume those when others need them more but you take it all for yourself. Penny never did that of course but like, they've never been in a situation like that. Still, she's the one whose thing is eating a lot, so she naturally fits the best even if she doesn't exactly fit on her own.

And another conclusion is that sloth is just assigned at random to whoever is left cause it just fits nobody lol which I agree with btw. Like, someone has to have it, but no one really fits. Some fit better, some fit worse, but no one really fits. And yeah, Sunil might have been sleepy when his literal besite went missing, but let's be honest, no one did much to find him :/ (still salty). Plus, I'm sure if you tried hard enough you could find at least one moment for each of them when they could be considered lazy cause that's just something all people or in this case pets do.

The War is Over and We Are... by Hecate

Rating: Teen

Summary: After they beat Thanos, Steve and Tony muddle through what is left of their relationship.

Ending: Open/Ambiguous but hopeful with a hint of Happy for Now.

Why I'm Reccing: So, I'm not sure why this one comes up at the beginning of the alphabet. Maybe there's a space in the title or something, I don't know. But I am so so so pleased that this was the first fic I read upon returning to Stony fic.

I actually almost didn't click on it, and I waffled back and forth for a bit, because while this takes place after Endgame (edit: this was actually published *before* Endgame came out, but after Infinity War, but for me, it still works just fine with canon if we just ignore the last 15-ish minutes of the movie -- which I do!) , it is ultimately a Civil War fix-it. And I'm always so nervous with those, because a lot of them tend to paint Steve as being completely in the wrong and that's just very far from my own take.

But this fic doesn't do that! Steve feels guilt for the role that he played in Civil War, and everything that came after it, feels guilt about not trusting Tony more at the time -- but he also still has his own feelings about the things that Tony did (including in Age of Ultron). Not a lot of CW fix-its focus on the fact that it happened in the wake of AoU, and I'm glad that this one did, because I think it provides another necessary layer and nuance. Not that this dwells on Ultron, but it does come up as Steve is contemplating how they started to fall apart, and what he wants his relationship with Tony to look like in the future.

Y'all, this fic.... I haven't even finished reading it yet, but I had to start typing this up because I knew it was going to be my first rec. It is just an amazing character portrait of Steve (and also Tony, in a way, through Steve's thoughts about Tony) that feels incredibly in character for Steve in a way that stays true to who he is in canon, while also adding more depth to his character.

Since this is ultimately a reconciliation(ish) fic, it kinda gives those early 2012 post-Avengers getting to know one another vibes in parts of the fic (though everything is tinged with heartache and grief -- even the "happy" moments). Which I actually think is sort of a nice bookend to their relationship. And while this fic is short (only 4.5k) and so never actually gives us a complete reconciliation, we are left with hope that they will find their way back into one another's hearts, that they will work through their guilt, and their trust issues, and find a way to make it work this time.

I don't know. It just feels like a very realistic portrayal of where they would be post-Thanos. And the thing that I really like about this fic is that, in staying true to Steve's canonical characterization, we can feel him holding himself back from Tony, keeping his emotions close to his chest, and just how much it's hurting him to do that. In fact, we see a lot of Steve's recklessness in this fic, the way he's almost careless with himself. Steve is not a perfect character, he is flawed, and I wouldn't want him any other way, and this fic hits his flaws perfectly.

And look, I just need to add something. This fic is, in my opinion, extremely underrated. It only has 146 kudos, but whatever. I've read some truly atrocious fics with thousands of kudos, so kudos aren't everything. But when I went into the comments, the very first comments were from people complaining about the fic, about how Steve didn't do enough for Tony in the fic, and frankly being outright argumentative with the author (this argument made up the bulk of the fic's 18 comments), and that.... that really sucks. Cause this was a truly beautiful fic, and the author didn't deserve that. No author does, but it was especially shitty to see it on such a brilliant character study of Steve.

Anyway, if you give the fic a chance, and I really hope you do, especially if you are a Steve fan, please show the author some love.
