Whoa whoa I think I missed some stuff, is it okay to hate TW and how he ruined Thor now? I've been bitter about his treatment of the mcu and his attitude for years but never expected to see any mainstream agreement, what did I miss! (If u don't mind me asking, you seem to have better kept up with marvel stuff than I've been able to lol)

haha it's become mainstream to hate on waititi now, friend. we will not be publicly executed the way we'd have been back in 2017 when thor3 released.

i'm not sure how this came about tho. thor4 released and everyone suddenly decided that they will hate on it FOR THE SAME THINGS THEY LOVED THOR3. i don't understand this. make it make sense. the one reason people give for this is - the humor was balanced in thor3 but not in thro4. it is NOT TRUE AT ALL and these people should get some critical thinking instead of regurgitating sexist youtubers.

also, his attitude during thor4 was also picked upon by people to be unacceptable - calling thor's gf useless and boring, saying he set out to make a film that fans would hate and daring them to hate on it, saying he wanted to put cancer jokes in the film, and crapping on the vfx artists who worked to death on his trash film.

anyway, the general consensus of thor4 was that people surely want to see thor again but not at waititi at the helm at any cost. so, marvel kicked him out. fans rejoiced. moreover, marvel specifically wants the next film to be as far away from his 2 films as possible. fans rejoiced even more at this.

waititi had stated his ideas for the future of thor's story during thor4, implying he'll be stuck to thor forever. but then he also said that he'll only come back if chris does, implying that marvel will have to beg him to give his genius to them again and also take care of this side actor mr. hemsworth.

all this came back to bite him when he was unceremoniously discarded. since then, he has went in an overdrive trying to have the last word at any cost. first, saying he knew he won't be invited back and he doesn't care because he has so many films in his kitty anyway. second, backtracking and saying he said no to marvel actually. and third, saying he only made thor3 for money, taking a dig at superhero films in the process and saying he's above them.

this act in particular has incited fans the most. even people who didn't hate on him have now started calling out his sore loser act. this is why you're seeing a serious uptick of people hating on him and his beloved thor3. :)

* my personal hc is that Bickslows dolls feel a lot of what he himself feels, and also theyre kinda like birds

* so they too try to make it up to Gray, they bring him little things they find, such as shiny rocks, pins, and other tiny objects they find

* They were both fairly awkward with each other post festival but after Bickslow gave Gray an honest apology they began to turn over a new leaf

* Gray has an affinity for collecting hand weapons (swords, spears, bows, etc) while Bickslow likes taking apart and building old bombs (actual explosive grenades, land mines, smoke/flash grenades)

* they bonded over it and talked about it in public and terrified about 20 people rhat were in earshot

* theyre both a big hit with kids

* Bickslow gets added to the long list of people who barge into Gray house unannounced

* a lot of the time they will talk (coughcomplaincough) about two different things in the same convo

* Bickslow: the cops were at my door again last night because of the inactive grenade i threw in the fountain, woke me up and everything

dabi x fem!reader

it was saturday night and like always you two were sitting on the couch chilling and watching a movie for your usual marathon, commenting from time to time about the characters or the various scenes, everything was going smoothly and you both were relaxed; him sitting at your right in his usual position, elbows resting on the back of the couch manspreading while you just sat at his side cross-legged talking cheerfully about what you were watching. everything was awesome until suddenly, after a few mumbled rumbles, a loud on came from outside making you slightly flinch on the spot, something that dabi noticed right away turning towars you “is everything alright baby?”, he questioned leaning forward to have a better look at your face, you’ve suddenly turned pale and he could also see that you were slightly trembling, but despite all that your lips curled up in a trembling smile, uselessly trying to reassure him “yeah su—”, but you were cut off by another rumble that came louder than the one before, making a meancing flashlight explode outside and a scared shriek come through past your lips as you pulled up your hands to cover your ears while literally throwing yourself against dabi’s chest, welcomed by his arms that naturally went to surround your shoulders, one hand resting on the back of your head “you know you don’t have to act strong or tough around me.”, he calmly called out to you while looking down tenderly at your quivering figure as he caressed your head soothingly, hoping that would help you feel better “it’s just that– i don’t want you to think i’m overdramateek!”, you yelped once again as another thunderstorm broke out in a loud rumble, that made it seem like the walls were vibrating, your arms going to surround dabi’s torso, holding tightly onto him for dear life as you went to bury your face onto his chest.

he was taken a little aback from what you told him and also the way you were trembling uncontrollably, the way right now you were looking so defenseless and weak in his hold made him clench his jaw at remembering what you said; the raven haired villain shifted to pull up a leg on the couch, then he pulled you between them holding you even tighter while dragging you with him as he went to rest his back against the armrest while you were resting onto his chest, still trembling like a leaf “i would never mock your fears princess.”, his deep husky voice vibrated through his chest and then all over your body, sending a wave of reassurance and warmth that slowly made your trembling lessen by the second “that’s why never keep things to yourself and act tough, just lean on me.”, you relaxed your shoulders after listening to his words and lifted your head finding your faces one inch away from the other; his cerulean eyes glanced down at you intensely and you responded the same way, the second later he leaned down while you moved up to meet him midway and just like that your lips pressed together into an endearing loving kiss, molding together for a few moments before you two parted with a little ‘smooch’, never looking away from one another once your eyes locked.

you huffed a brief laugh before resting your head against his cleavage with an happy smile, an hand going to stop over his chest “i’m so thankful for your existence dabi, really.”, after this you felt his heartbeat quicken under your palm and your smile widened at hearing clearing his throat, most probably embarrassed, like every time you praised him or told him sweet words. it was simply so endearing to you.

“i’m truly thankful for your existence too, y/n.”, you opened your eyes widening them in surprise, when you were about to move your head to take a look at him though, dabi placed an hand on top of it gently pulling it down on his cleavage again “don’t... not now at least...”, dabi told you with weak voice, clearing his throat once again before he started to caress slowly and tenderly your hair, trying his best to make you relax and not think about the thunderstorm outside.

you hummed in response, conceding to the arsonist what he asked of you, smiling all giddy because you knew that right now he was beet red all over his face. dabi simply couldn’t handle all at once that amount of love, sincerity, kindness and endearingness, not without falling in love with you more as seconds goes by at least.

I don't wanna be THAT person but technically those gills aren't the ONLY way axolotls breathe! I can't remember if they have actual gills but I do know that the little frills on the sides of their head just aid in oxygen intake and help with balancing nutrients from what I've seen! (/fun fact) little man COULD still wear his curlers but he might just be a little dizzy lol

This is like a rough (lowkey scrapped) concept for Hiro and Nike's mech they pilot. I just kept forgetting to share it.

I like the vague humanoid shapes certain mechs have (esp since they are easier for me to design) so I was trying to push the concept of "protagonist mech" on the giant robot where it's not just the mech the protags pilot but also "what if a protag was a mech".

I WILL DEF push the design a bit more just to make it more fun and flow better but it is going in a direction I really dig.
