There's 2 categories of regression headcanons

You fully believe this character is or could be a regressor/cg/flip/something. There's bits in canon that you can point to and say that's why and there's reasons why they would specificially regress or be a caregiver! A headcanon or heartcanon.

For sillies. Feasibly, you could write ANY character to be part of the community! You don't actually think it would fit but you're either imagining it because you're fond of the character and there's just something about it or you're going through all the characters in your head an applying babification to them. I call these "regressorland headcanons" where you prioritise the regression over being true to canon.

Both are great Both are entertaining! But gosh it can be hard to get yourself to answer "do I actually think this would fit or am I just doing this for the sake of it/doing what i think could possibly apply"

I know I've asked about First before, but how does he relate to Sky, exactly?

Well, in lu we don’t totally know yet, though I do have some guesses. More on that in a minute though.

First is Sky’s predecessor, according to the manga (which is questionably canon, but isn’t everything in zelda?) at the back of the Hyrule Historia. He’s a good man, but is wrongfully imprisoned for several years before being freed, and is then chosen by Hylia to use the Master Sword to help defeat the demon armies currently trying to take over the land. Hylia rides a crimson loftwing, and it ends up choosing Link as it’s rider as well later on.

Link fights the demons, and ends up in a battle with a leader (its probably Demise, but it’s a bit unclear), and First is grievously injured. First ends up using the Master Sword to send his people up into the sky (this eventually becomes Skyloft) but is unable to join them because of how badly he’s injured, and finally succumbs to his wounds.

I’m mostly cutting out the bits with Hylia, but she does come here and says her whole plan of being a mortal so they can meet again in another life... which I have some lore issues with but you know. Questionably-canon manga. The story then goes to many years later with little sksw Link, who meets the same crimson loftwing First once rode, evident by the marks on its beak, and becomes its new rider.

So. The biggest connection between them, aside from the reincarnation thing (which I’m ignoring because Jojo said for lu, it’s not exactly reincarnation between the Links), seems to be the crimson loftwing. Who, in the manga anyways, is the exact same bird, ridden by both First and Sky.

Lu doesn’t seem to be going that exact direction though. Here’s my thoughts.

Remember the crimson loftwing? In the manga, it’s the same one between First and Sky, but in lu that isn’t the case. We see Sky cuddling with a baby Crimson in these doodles, so my guess is that the Crimson Sky has is actually a descendant of First’s.

My biggest proof for this? Well look at them next to each other.

Notice something similar between them? Aside from the color and all that?

The same beak markings, only fainter on Sky’s bird (which adds again to my theory of the birds being descended from each other theory).

It might just be a neat reference, but we all know how much thought Jojo puts into everything in this comic. And First, though he hasn’t been entirely confirmed to be in lu, has been hinted at more then once. (I actually have a post around somewhere that points out all the hints to him and how it’s likely he will be in lu).

theories for Generation Loss The Founders Cut!!

Starting with the diagrams for the Mask, Glasses and Hat in connection to FC and some of the new info we got :)))))

a few spoilers for FC changes!! especially for the last episode... so many important changes made damn

First, its pretty clear now that the Mall segments of episode 3 were staged by Hetch and/or Showfall. Between him saying that he was given control by the Founder and him manipulating lots of the elements of the show, this is definitely something purposeful.

The Mask is the thing that i feel confident in having an understanding in. Ranboo is never let free of control, and is always kept under it, but with various levels.

Red Light's on means complete control. Being able to do anything Hetch wants him to do and being 'in character'

Flashing means having some level of autonomy, but still in character (example: when they're at the tv asking what to do theyre not screaming and begging to escape, theyre trying to survive the cabin, not realising its not real)

No lights means complete autonomy, but the events of the story is very real to them. they can make decisions and react like its real but are still playing a role in the story. (In Episode 3, the lights are gone until the very end)

The Flashing in the finale shows that Ranboo is still in character but can also see the reality of the situation. Life or Death.

these three levels can be applied to the other characters as well. The carousel gang (Vinny, Niki, Ethan and Austin) were the third level of control. The situation was very real to them, and pleading with the audience to free them was for their real freedom.

Sneeg is different though. I believe he was under complete control the whole time, just like Ranboo was. They maintained character, when Ethan died and Austin was screaming. This is made so much more clear when Austin was yelling "Do you guys even care?!" and Sneeg says something like "Damn thats a lot of blood."

The Hat is different to The Glasses and The Mask. While Ranboo and Charlie have implants in their brains, The Hat is just some kind of interceptor for brainwaves. Sneeg doesn't have the implants the Hat does. I think different hats have different roles programmed into them? like the white hat is his Cabin character and the black mesh hat is for the Warehouse. When the two situations crossed (wearing the Cabin hat in the Warehouse), it messed up whatever brainwashing Sneeg had for the Warehouse and made him confused as to why he wasn't in the Cabin anymore. When he ran off, he could have potentially encountered something he wasn't supposed to see (prompting him to say "What kind of a place is this!?" but it could also be bcs its a Warehouse and he doesn't understand that in the moment)

OR Sneeg is a newer member of the cast. They didn't have the time to plant the electronics into his head, but Charlie and Ranboo have been there so much longer and have been more efficiently integrated into the system. Sneegs hats are temporary, and in the future (or if he rebels sooner) he'll get implants too.

WHISKEY NEAT is set during the One Piece Live Action adapatation, where Vice-Admiral Garp, reknown around the world as the Hero of the Marines and as the man who brought former Pirate King, Gold Roger, to justice, takes special interest in the capture of a fledgling pirate wearing a straw hat known as Luffy, following his crimes against the Naval Base in Shells Town and his theft of a map to the Grandline.

     This verse includes the events of season one, as well as the events before and after. Contains spoilers for the OPLA.

Verse Notes:

     Portrayal is primarily based off of what was shown from the Live Action and takes inspiration from the animanga canon. I will be attempting to refrain from any spoilers for that which is yet unrevealed in the LA.

     In other words, manga events yet to be mentioned or yet to occur in the LA will be assumed to be canon until proven otherwise, even if not directly referred to.

     Garp's belief in Justice is fundamental. He has commited his life towards its pursuit and he's determined to keep pursuing it until the day he dies. Not quite a dream, it is a promise. One he keeps physical reminders of in the form of various accessories, such as necklaces, rings, and pins; carrying his own beliefs of it with him wherever he goes.

     In comparison to his canon counterpart, following the nature of the OPLA in general, Garp carries himself with gravity worthy of his status. His eccentricities are slightly more kept for private, even if not hidden and still present.

     Primarily works within the Grandline, but takes particular interest in affairs within the East Blue for the personal reason of it being his home sea.

     He has well-earned his title of Hero of the Marines. Although he uses no weapon or devil fruit, he is a more than formidable opponent for both his experience, raw strength, and skills.

     His relationship with Gold Roger, though publically unknown beyond the superficial knowledge of them being mortal enemies, had left a permenant mark on Garp. And, although responsible for it, he continues to privately grieve the Pirate King's death.

     Following the events of season one, Garp did a background check on all members of Luffy's crew and continues to keep an eye out for news regarding them. Regardless of his cocnern, he keeps his word of no longer interfering or directly following after his grandson.

thinking about chuuya and kouyou's perspectives on the PM and what they do in it... my headcanons on them change very easily so i might do a 180 on these but still. under the cut for length

in my mind (and this is mostly how i interpret them on this blog for fun rather than what i think is canon), chuuya does to an extent believe that the port mafia is doing good for the city. it's the "dirty work" that needs to be done that no-one wants to do, controlling and organizing crime, etc. but he also is aware that he's doing bad things and could probably be called a bad person for supporting the organization - he just doesn't care, because to him, he prioritizes the people he cares about personally over the lives of other people / the "innocent."

kind of like... he thinks the PM is necessary and does SOME good, but even in the places where it's not and it's just hurting people, he still sticks with them because his family comes first. he's willing to hurt innocents/do the "wrong" thing if it means protecting them. (both physically and emotionally, and from prison, etc)

however, he does still have a moral compass, and there are things in the PM that make him uncomfortable that he doesn't want to support. so he kind of... takes a few different approaches depending on what it is - either he chooses not to care because of the above "family comes first" mindset, or he lies to himself a little and tells himself either that it's necessary; that he can't do anything about it or that he's wrong for being uncomfortable to begin with. not trusting his own judgement, basically. hopefully one day, he'll take control of the pm from mori and learn that he can make the mafia a better place, actually listen to his own moral judgements and shape the organization into something different.

(listen it may not be realistic because it's still the mafia but this is fiction therefore. i do not care. disclaimer that my views on the PM do not reflect my views on the real mafia etc. etc. lol)

kouyou on the other hand... compared to chuuya, there's far less that genuinely makes her uncomfortable in the PM (with a few exceptions), and that's part of why she sees herself as a bad person who could never be good even if she wanted to. she knows the PM does some good for the city, but that's not as important to her as it might be to chuuya - instead, her mindset is more like. even if she left the PM, it would still exist and people would still be hurt because of it - so it doesn't matter to her if she's the one doing the hurting. even if she left, she'd just be replaced, though admittedly the organization probably would take a hit - but it wouldn't ultimately change anything about how it functions.

if that's the case, she'd rather be selfish and live the life she knows, that she's grown comfortable with, and as an executive have some power over what the PM does that she wouldn't have outside it. she does want to help make the organization better with mori, but it's more for the sake of the people within it than those outside it. hopefully, her loyalty would shift to chuuya if he ended up taking over, and she'd realize that it's okay for her to want to be a little bit "good." because a big part of it too honestly is like... she doesn't think she's capable of being in the light? or that she deserves it?? and i'd like for her to change that mindset, and like chuuya, work on making the PM better than it is now.

(or they could both leave. i'd be happy with that option too. they deserve better than the PM as it is now, is what I'm saying!!)

so basically comparing them to each other - to an extent they believe the PM does some good (chuuya moreso than kouyou) but they're also aware that it does a lot of bad / that not everything it does is necessary, either. chuuya responds to this "bad" by either deciding that he cares about his family more than outsiders, or by lying to himself about his discomfort and repressing it. kouyou responds by believing that someone would be doing the "bad" no matter what, so it might as well be her. as for why they stay to begin with - for chuuya, it's about having a home and a family he cares for there. kouyou is mostly the same, but for her it's also a fear of the "light" and believing she's incapable of living that way. (though chuuya does hold this belief to an extent too...) they both have lines they don't want to cross though, and eventually with character development might come to see that they do want to be better people than they are now, and are capable of doing that, either through leaving the PM or changing it fundamentally as an institution.

ooc ; thinking about the fact that, in-game, the Triforce isn't really shown the same as before, but rather more like symbols of the kingdom and almost uniquely to Zelda's power. Also thinking about Link, in fact, not being shown to be the wielder of the Triforce of Courage.

Thinking about how easily I could write the concept of the Triforce of Courage as being dormant in Link, waiting for the right time, when he needs it, to make itself known - perhaps in a moment where his courage falters, when he loses hope, believes that he's truly failed Princess, Kingdom, and friends alike, and that's when it shines through.

Because blah blah blah "courage is facing your fears" and Link's not really shown in-game to be scared and I am a writer and unstoppable.

I know a lot of you are young and perhaps have not been part of fandom spaces since the dawn of time (circa fanfiction.net) so let's talk about some dos and don'ts with fandom, so we can keep this a happy place! Please read this and reblog to get this out to people who genuinely may not know!

📕DON'T: Write reviews of fics on Tumblr, Tiktok, or other social media. Fic writers are creating these things for FREE, and did not ask you to review. This often leads to negative discourse and can even cause fic writers to take down their fics. 📗DO: Leave kudos and ONLY POSITIVE comments. Talk about only positive things on social media. If you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all!

Edited to add: YES, EVEN CONSTRUCTIVE CRITISCISM. If the author didn't ask for it, don't give it. Some may appreciate it, but others won't. At the very least, ask permission first.

📕DON'T: Post fic ideas or headcanons on AO3. AO3 is for posting actual fanfiction or fanart and nothing else. (What I mean by this is, I've seen posts on ao3 like "Just posting an idea that someone should write, here it is!" and that's not what ao3 is for). Edited to add: You can also post original works and nonfiction works based on fandom on ao3! 📗DO: Post headcanons and ideas on Tumblr, Tiktok, etc!

Edited to change: Okay, so I feel like there's some arguments over like...what qualifies as metafic versus something that shouldn't be on AO3? So from my understanding (correct me if I'm wrong), people DEFINITELY should not be posting just a title with no work attached, which I have seen a lot lately, nor should they be posting to search for someone else's fic. However, it seems like lists, and similar metafic are okay, as well as original content, and nonfiction.

📕DON'T: Repost entire fanfictions without permission or sell bound fanfiction. Again, this causes writers to take their fics down, and can actually cause issues with fandom because it can cause allegations of copyright infringement. 📗DO: Recommend fics you like to others by talking them up and posting links! Ask permission before you translate!

📕DON'T: Send hate to authors for writing a fic in a way you don't like or not updating enough. Again, authors are doing this for free and sending hate causes serious mental harm to authors because they are people! If you don't like it, don't read it! 📗DO: Send love to authors in forms that they are comfortable with!

📕DON'T: Shame others for their ships/fics/kinks. Fandom is supposed to be a supportive space! Judging people is taking away that safe space! 📗DO: Use the block button! Block or filter out things or people you don't like!

📕DON'T: Use AI to create art or fics. This is detrimental to the creators who work hard to create their work! 📗DO: Try making your own art or fics! Practice makes perfect!

These are just a few of the things that I've seen happening more lately, but keep in mind that if you don't like something, you don't have to interact with it and fanart and fanfiction creators are people who are doing this for free. Please make sure to respect the hard work people put in, or fandom can't exist!

AU!Nanami Kento gives the last vestiges of his emotional energy to Yuuji, knowing he needs support, not wanting Yuuji to know he's struggling, not wanting to add more to Yuuji's already full plate.

AU!Nanami Kento who used to daydream about being a father one day, but now, being loved and giving love in return feels so remote and unlikely

After he meets you:

AU!Nanami Kento who tries to hide his trauma at first, afraid it will be too much baggage for you.

Hi! I've very recently gotten into writing and wanted to give it a chance, in vague hopes of writing an original story some day. I've been playing Obey Me! since literally the day the OG was released. I don't read much fanfic or do fandom stuff much at all, but it seemed fun and I wanted to try getting closer to the fandom. I am a hardcore cosplayer so whenever a convention is coming up this blog will get slow as I focus on sewing. I'm close to 30 years old, I'm ace which is why this blog has suggestive content but won't really get more intense than that. My asks are open but expect a really slow response because I am so shy hkgahkj. I take requests but no guarantee I'll write them, or it may take several months. Am also very open to constructive critique! Thanks for reading.

this is one of the first skz omegaverse fics I read and it is done so beautifully, as it says in the description of the series, it deals with more adult content than just smut, and the way it is explored is written so well, couldn't recommend highly enough!

About your building a following document you linked. I have been thinking about it, because it's something I've struggled with for a long time. I think there's something to add to it.

Being personable and talking online. You talk, and people get to know you and they want to interact with you. This interaction keeps you visible and in people's minds and also furthers them getting to know you. It's a nice cycle sort of.

That being said, I'm not sure if this is a real question that can be answered, but do you have any tips for talking online? I tend to post my art and then just reblog it a few times before posting more art a week or two later. I talk on my private twitter, but even then, not often. I'm not sure what to talk about publicly, and sometimes I back out of saying things. Of course when I do say things, I don't get much interaction, which makes sense because people barely know me. I hope I'm not sounding self depreciating or anything. I just see how you and other artists interact with people, and I want that! I want to be able to say things and have conversations! It just seems fun.

I do mention that in the doc! More along the lines of commenting on other people's stuff and generally being nice

Throwing your thoughts out into the void is fun! I wouldn't do it with the goal of trying to get people to talk to you. It should be natural if people do happen upon your account.

Then on the other end, going and commenting stuff on peoples' art, beyond the "awww cute" and "i love this!" kind of thing. It's not that these comments aren't greatly appreciated or bad in any way, but generic compliments will usually bring on generic replies of gratitude. If the person drew something you're interested in show that you're interested in it and know the subject matter! On Team Rocket or Pokemon fanart, I'm always commenting something like I like their interpretation of the characters, or that it reminds me of a bit from an episode I'd seen, etc. That tells the artist you're really engaging in what they drew and might incline them to talk more about a thing that they enjoy as well.

The nice thing about being an artist yourself is that you can draw too! My favorite comments are the ones where people add on to my drawings. Examples!!

This might just be the board artist in me but I love when people build off of the stuff I do either to punch it up or add to it in a funny way! And this doesn't only apply to drawing. Whenever I get comments detailing a little headcanon that came from one of my drawings or someone writes out a funny scenario they think would come after a comic I do, I'm in. This is the shit I live for.

Of course every person has different boundaries but that's the kind of thing you find over time~
