Tom Riddle Headcanons

First of all, he's not a psychopath, and he HAS feelings, he's a high functional sociopath.

He Actually Wrote Very Personal Stuff On His Diary!

He can not understand human interactions, he tried to and create bonds when he was younger, but it just felt frustrating because he didn't have empathy enough for it. He eventually gave up.

Now, he's just imitating social interactions that lead him to his personal goals. He shows what people want to see, making him sounds extremely charming to them.

He imitates the pureblood beliefs because he knows they're important and it'd be easier to get to power using them.

He only had sex twice in his life. He hated them both equally.

The first one was out of pure curiosity. He actually wrote about how he felt and how much he hated this experience on his personal diary. (Bonus: Ginny actually read this part, but she never told anyone because it was too personal.)

The second time it was a reward to Bellatrix. He had to fake it. He knew he had to do this because it would be the maximum reward for her and having her mad in love/loyal with him was part of the plan, but he hated every touch. He felt like a prostitute, giving his body to her.

Hardly. I wrote about far more important matters.

But yes, it was relatively common for people of any gender to keep diaries or journals when I was young. I find it odd that young men nowadays feel it is a feminine thing. Is it feminine to have thoughts, goals and ambitions? Is it feminine to record them? How else does one keep it all straight?

The line from Arthur Weasley about not trusting talking magical objects if you can't see where they keep their brain makes me so angry. It makes no sense! What brain? Where's the brain of a magical painting? And the Marauders' Map? The twins did the exact same thing Ginny did, they were just lucky nothing bad happened. I refuse to believe Arthur warned his children yet three of them did the exact same mistake.

I don't understand why I'm getting comments on Ex Nihilo asking for Ginny to be punished. She was eleven and taken advantage of by an older boy she trusted. The whole thing is just blaming the victim, and I don't think that would have happened if JKR hadn't included that stupid line that made it seem like every magical child is warned against the possibility of something like that happening when there are so many more indications of it not being true at all.

Ugh.
