In my eyes John and Karkat are very similar in the fact that either of them could be transfem but they'd look dress and sound exactly the same before and after transitioning

Trans fem John and Trans Masc Jade is great and all but consider neither of them wanting to change their identifiable features because hair sensory issues. John refuses to let her hair grow to the shoulders because it makes her neck itchy and Jade refuses to cut his hair because he gets too cold without all the hair.

Even with the dick still on there? How would surgery work on Earth C when you think about it? Do they have the advance technology like the Alternia to make genitalia possible for those who want to be the opposite gender? Would it work on humans or would it be different since trolls and humans have different biology? It's not like ectobiology. If a trans John/June dies and gets revived without being hit by the Hero/Just death because of his god tier, would he be revived as his normal self or as a trans like he died?
