I don’t actually have a face/body model for Wu. Mostly because I’ve just never found one. But also because I do think the show itself really did a pretty good job of showing us what he looked like.

In terms of the other characters...I have a few that I did some years back but let me see who else I have...

yes, i love jinpa!! he's so cool. i love how the air nomads we see in the kyoshi novels have a lot more freedom when it comes to straying from air nomad principles than aang does. jesa is the most prominent example of this freedom, as she just straight-up abandons that lifestyle, but even jinpa, who is still a monk, doesn't perfectly adhere to the values & spirituality of his culture. while still a pacifist, he is also a member of the white lotus, and that informs his philosophy just as much if not more so. he doesn't detach himself from worldly affairs, but rather situates himself firmly within, handling finances, dealing with politics, and never outwardly disapproving of kyoshi using violence to achieve her ends. i remember thinking as i was reading shadow that he sort of reminds me of if sokka was an air nomad; he values his culture to the extent that he embraces it, but he's fundamentally a pragmatist who knows the price of being involved in world affairs and making tough but necessary calls. i also just love how he and rangi immediately bond over their mutual concern for kyoshi's wellbeing. they just want her to be happy and healthy, because they care about her, but kyoshi's like "oh my gooodddd why are u both bullying meeee rnnnn this is the worst day of my liiiifeeeeee!!!!!!" which is just adorable. we stan 😌
