I just keep thinking up plot for this lad. I'm stuck between wanting to tell their tale and the inevitability of not having the time or energy to do it.

While their story is related to traveller's, it isn't in such a way that it's necessary to understand one to know the other. They're just interconnected in a worldly sense.

I have seen a post about how Emmet should be the time-displaced one in Pokémon Legends Z-A but what if instead it's Ingo again.

What I mean is that what if Ingo finds a way to cross time and space to get home but instead of immediately succeeding in finding his home he has to traverse all the future Legends games until finally being reunited with Emmet?

I mentioned this when the Adaman/Irida event happened, but I feel like this confirms it. The use of plural here refers to Rei and Ingo. With Rei being confirmed as the skyfaller and Akari being the professor's assistant (and the one speaking), the only other person she could be talking about is Ingo.

Arven and Volo share a very similar silhouette and are roughly the same height. They both like to travel prepared and seem similar somehow.

Arven has noticed that you sometimes look at him like you've got something on your mind, and your expressions seem to change for split seconds in ways that worry him. You also occasionally hum to yourself or flinch away as if recoiling from whatever had broken your train of thought. He doesn't know what to think of it, but he gets the faint feeling that he's missing something.

Sometimes you forget to think of Volo in the past tense.

pla was like hey what if you got sent back in time to a world where a bunch of people hate you for existing and think you must be evil and force you to perform herculean tasks daily just to be tolerated except there’s this one guy who seems to genuinely like you and he thinks it’s really cool that you’re an outsider from another world and he’s there for you in your worst moment when no one else is brave enough to help and then later after it’s all been resolved you find out that this entire mess was his fault in the first place he’s the reason that you’re here he’s the reason that the world was ending and you got blamed for all of that and he turns on you suddenly and reveals he was just using you to achieve his own selfish goal and after you put a stop to him he curses you for being an outsider sent here just to stop him and now suddenly he genuinely hates you more than anyone else because it has dawned on him that you are the epitome of all that he wishes he could be

Old Art October! Not sure when this one was, but pretty early. Featuring an oc taking the role of the Legends Arceus protag and Ingo.

I still haven't settled on a name for the oc, but I'm calling him Shawn currently. He's from a world like the real one in that pokemon games exist (and unlike the real one in that there are superpowers.) So when he got sent to Hisui he had vague pokemon knowledge, but not enough to identify Ingo.

Once Shawn completed the pokedex and caught Arceus, he was like hey can we get Ingo home? Because Shawn grew attached to Ingo (because he's starved for positive feedback and Ingo is generous with complements especially over battles). Arceus was like I shall send both of thee to the correct time period, and leave finding the proper place to thee. Let me know if or when thou wishes to return to Hisui.
