"it's not that deep" my brother in fandom just because we are on the surface of the Mariana trench does not mean that it's not below us. There are depths we cannot reach that will destroy our bodies inside and out. There are caverns we will never see that only the author knows about, we will always be blind to them. But they're there and just because we cannot perceive them on this boat on the surface it doesn't mean that we can't dive down a bit deeper if we have the right tools.

My Dnd party the past two sessions:

- sneak out of a dude’s house who is teaching an unseen servant how to read at 3AM in a creepy toxic-positivity cult

Blood Hunter: get on my shoulders!

Druid: great plan.

*wraps themselves in a cloak*

- proceed to be the definition of stealth despite looking like a wonky, four limbed, hooded person smashing things (mission impossible theme playing)

- get to a pond with blue glory water

- get sorted by two guess

- proceed to sway their hips SEDUCTIVELY. Their words, not mine. And succeed. The guards run off to get flowers

- dug a hole

- fall down the hole

- immediately wreck the medication (hypnosis) spa waiting for them, write a letter of complaint about therapy, and nearly fail at hangman

- hang man: take a seat :)

Players: haha. Ok! *pick up both message chairs*

So now it’s a Druid, holding a message chair, sitting in a message chair, carried by the blood hunter, still wrapped in a cloak

And our session ended with this

*blood hunter just kicked down a door to see the creeping cult*

Druid: sorry, my stomach (blood hunter) can be a little hyper
