I feel like Jack Abbot would like watching Love Island cause he gets to turn his brain off and loves watching messy TV cause he loves gossip (symptom of working with Ellis & Shen). They all talk about Love Island so he finally bites the bullet and starts watching the season with you and slowly gets more into it after every episode. He doesn’t mention that he’s watching it at work, until you’re talking to Shen about last night’s episode and Jack makes a comment on it. Nobody says anything, you blink, Ellis does a double take, Shen sips his iced coffee extra loud to be obnoxious. And Jack? Jack just shrugs.

I've been lurking at bantersnatch and your blog's since I finished the cut content as I can't wait to see what both y'all think.

The cut bianca content is making me throw up, why can't we have that? Is it canon?

i feel sick and ill and nauseous and sick and ill about it . but as for the question of what is canon and what isn't: it really is up to you and general fandom consensus i guess . there are parts of the s1 cut for time that i've adopted as canon in my mind and some parts i've rejected (i.e. david being in his 40s . which i assume was cut because it does not make much sense with the timeline) and many of my vip mutuals have also come to that conclusion .

my sort of guideline for cut for time is if it's not directly disrupting what we've seen in the show, we can reasonably consider it to be canon if we want to . hostvic calling david on the phone in the greg & charlotte intro could very well have been the instance they were referencing in the cut for time, so it is not out of the picture that that scene could be canon !

as for why these bianca scenes weren't included in the show, they filmed more intros than there are episodes and simply picked out the best-fitting ones in post .

so . unless we get some other indication that it's not, I am going to treat the bianca content as canon . but i am not The Official Judge on what's canon this is just how i treated the s1 cut for time and will treat s2's as well !!
