For the coliseum thing, that is where Jaden duels everyone for the graduation duel thing instead of in front of his dorm. He makes it a mini tournament where it is him versus the underclassmen and wants to see if anyone from the other dorms can dethrone him as King of the Coliseum before he graduates and officially has the Slifer emblem carved onto the entry way like how Obelisk has their dorm patron displayed in their duel arena.

After he graduates, Blair and Hassleberry put a plaque with his name on it in the arena and every senior who holds onto being King of the Coliseum upon graduation gets their name put there as well. The place stays Slifer property but the title becomes like one of those things people want for their diplomas because it is one of those things like being valedictorian. Crowler makes it a new tradition despite what any of the other faculty and staff say.

The Obelisks might own the dueling arena but the Slifers own the colosseum.

Again I think at least in their 2nd year the total might bounce around a little but the 3rd year Jaden holds it firmly (mainly because of how little they get to use it.)

After all the graduation duels he is still undefeated. And I love him permanently claiming the colosseum as Slifer property.

I think the next year Hasselberry is wary to use it. No one won the colosseum from Jaden. Him and Blair put up a plaque with Jaden’s name on it as the King of the Colosseum with his graduating year (next to it scratched into the wall is the runing list from season 2 of who currently owns the colosseum: Tanya, Jaden, Chazz, Jaden, The Chazz, Alexis, Jaden…. Just the endless list of current victor from their 2nd year when the colosseum duels really got going.)

Jaden and company still come back to surprise Hasselbery and hand the colosseum off to him officially. He holds onto it he’s whole senior year, before handing it off to Blair. When he graduates he’s surprised to see a little honor attached to his certification “King of the Colosseum”

he goes to Crowler and the man tells him he talked it over with the staff and the benefactors (Jaden’s family) and while the Colosseum is ‘unofficial’ matches the ability to hold on to the colosseum is an impressive feat that should be acknowledged.

(Crowler fought with the board to get it sanctioned and they said no so he went to the top, Seto, and was like ‘so your son started something and it should have been on his diploma but it’s not so can we add it for other kids??’ Jaden thinks the whole thing is hillarious)

Hasselberry hands the colosseum of to Blair. His name gets put up next to Jaden’s on the wall.

The award ‘King of the Colosseum’ is put on the diploma of whoever graduates with ownership of the colosseum but you only get your name put on it if you can keep it your whole senior year.

It becomes one of the most coveted titles at the school.

(Question Obelisk has the arena in the school. Slifer has the colosseum. What does Ra have?)

I was able to watch movies 1 & 2 but it sucks there aren't English subs for You Are Umasou 3.

Hopefully the fourth movie will drum up interest.

I thought it would be something funny-childish, but it was more like starting to watch a One Stormy Night without knowing the plot..

Since the Orichalcos boys have been mentioned: Timeaus, Critias, and Hermos all have cards for their human and dragons forms in the TCG. Would Jaden interact with their Duel Spirits?

Okay, here’s the thing.

I think Atem might actually have a break down if those cards ever return.

They left after the Oricalcos incident. “Our work here is done”

If Seto gets back his dragon, great he has a powerful card he can fuse with his traps. He doesn’t have any major trauma tied to that card. Mokuba wasn’t taken he didn’t lose anyone (Yugi but they weren’t anything special at the time) so if the card comes back he’d be fine

Joey fought for Mai but he didn’t lose anyone (Yugi yes but he wasn’t a part of the fight and his dragon didn’t fail/cause that) if he gets his dragon back Whoopee new fusion weapons!!

Atem!!!! First of would the dragon go to him or Yugi? Like yes he ‘defeated the evil in his heart’ and won the dragons loyalty back, but both him and Yugi drew that sword. They could both use Timaeus.

It doesn’t matter because just seeing those cards is going to set him off. The dragons and knights are there to fight the Leviathan. Did it return? Is the oricalcos back? Is he going to lose anyone else? What if Yugi and the others are in danger again?!?!

The man would be stressed. It’s not the cards fault but they are so tied to the Oricalcos incident and his trauma that I don’t think their return would be easy on him.

Now let’s say the dragons/knights don’t come back to their original duelist. Say they pick new champions.

Timaeus picked Jaden

Critias picks Chazz or Zane (either would be fun and they are the ‘rival’) I would also accept Aster here

And Hermos picks Jesse or Chazz (filling in the best friend role) I would also accept Hasselberry here

Most of the Gx cast uses some type of fusion deck (except Jesse but their is a fusion rainbow dragon card and I got him using the Gem knights as well) so this cards fit pretty well into their decks

But could you imagine how freaked out and stressed Atem would be at the return of the knights/dragons. Because why would they return?? Is the oricalcos back?? Until he figures that out the man is stressing so hard.

Note the idea of the Gx cast using these cards is super fun. If we use anime logic of Timaeus can fuse with any card to make it a dragon rider, you get dragon Knight Neos or FlameWingman.

Critias ability to fuse with any trap card to make a new monster

And Hermos fusing with monsters to make equipment spells like Chazz using that to play off his ojamas or level dragons. Or Jesse using it with his Crystal beast to power up his monsters, or Hasselberry making dinoweapons for dinosaurs (the funniest option)

Could make a fun side adventure

Not to mention Jaden, Jesse, and Chazz being able to talk to the dragons/knights. Hearing about the fall of Atlantis and the last duelist who used them…

If this happens before season 3 I could also shatter Jaden’s perception of Atem as he and Atem haven’t talked about the oricalcos yet (he doesn’t learn about it until after the dark world/supreme king)

This is an awesome idea but I need to think about fleshing it out and I don’t know if it would ever truly get off the ground. A side quest or filler arc (ironic since it’s all from a filler arc to begin with)

Let me know your guys’s ideas and who you think in the Gx cast would get which dragon.

I censor the brands and publishers that own TMNT as a bit of a joke to myself. My Vn project even thought derivative might use a lot of copyrighted material and like a billion companies own the rights to TMNT as a whole, so, I often joke that if I censor the names they cant find me. again its mostly an inside joke to me and a few friends but I understand a random onlooker confusion.

I need to clean the more Informative parts of this blog but I'm mostly working on the project itself atm and im but a wee adhder. but ill clean up around here soon enough.
