The Easy Way (out)

Can you overcome every desire, to take the easy way out and extinguish the fires. Consuming your life and all your desires

Or will you realize that even the worst burns heal, refusing to give up, you can change how you feel

Are you strong enough to stick around, even after life beats you down

Do you possess the will which ultimately means power, to keep getting up after every tough hour

Will you bend when the weight sets in, or hoist yourself up and continue to grin

Knowing that lifes usually hard take that and run with the realization that you have made it this far

Living and choosing to do so is ultimatley taking the hard way that is no question.

Find things to live for and change your perception

Its all a mental game that each of us play, may we grow to be champions and winners each day

The picture on the left is a few months before I started program 2 years ago. I was on the rifle rand at the last department I worked at. Fat, tired, sluggish, brain fog, IBS, acid reflux, grumpy, joints hurt and lost my passion and purpose as a cop. Working tons of OT, away from my family and I was miserable even though if you asked me, I would reply “Living the Dream” sarcastically. I also wore a smile. Talked about doing things like tough mudders and Spartans and “wouldn’t it be cool if”. Sideline dad and husband loosing time with my family I was the “later and tomorrow” Dad. Picture on the right. Released 86 lbs released in 6 months! No food prep no exercise! Then, because I learned to live a healthy lifestyle, I changed my mindset and habits. I began to build an active lifestyle, packing on muscle and being a more active dad and husband! Ran a tough mudder last year , Spartan Trifecta (3 races in one weekend) and we hosted a 5k Jingle jog! This year, started off with the tough mudder, (with 21lbs plate carrier)preparing for the Spartan races and the Bataan Memorial Death March! This program teaches you how to be healthy for a life time! Empowers you! Living out loud for accountability has gotten me and so many others results! Are you still trying to lose that same weight you have been for the past few years? Why? I did and so can you and I wont let you fail!
