spend time with those people you care about, spend time doing more things that make you forget your addiction. spend time discovering new hobbies, even if you think you won't like them or won't be good at them, try. just try.

and slowly by slowly, you will start to find the beautiful things in life to fall in love with. things that make life worth living and experiencing. things that fill you up with joy and happiness and positivity.
