On velvette giving the flags presentation: I headcannon that velvette first realised they seriously needed to have the flags talk asap after Vox was bitching over an interview he had about one of his new shows being nonsense because they kept asking about 'bisexual lighting' and 'pan-coded' scenes and how wierdos were threatening to boycott the show just for him not condoning cookware fetishism. There would be some fast backpedalling and PR management for the VoxTek.

Hola I was wondering if you are planning to dive more deep in the hypnosis headcanon, or if Vox will try it again on Alastor later on, in your fic, and Lucy will smack the shit out of him.

Like is your plot gonna have the vees as secondary villains, who tries and fail to sabotage the hotel or are they gonna totally give up on conquering hell now that the king is back?

I know Alastor made them think that he and Lucy are together, but Vox didn’t actually believed that they were a thing the first time they were presumably caught in sexual activities. I felt like he just wanted to rile Alastor up during the meeting and getting any reaction out of him, probably cause he craves Alastor’s attention…so i don’t think he fully believes that Alastor loves Lucifer still, cause in his mind Alastor is his. He saw him first kinda of logic XD

Like Imagine if Vox convinces himself that ‘his Alastor’ is being forced to do what the king wants cause of a supposed deal, made after he disappeared, So he tries to save him or whatever, always getting between Lucifer and Alastor, asking him out in front of Lucy, and overall being a gentle soul to Al which only scares the shit out of the deer, who wants nothing to do with him. Eheh I love Vox being a delusional IPad

Oooh hooo hooo twosouls out here asking the real questions. Some of which I can't answer due to spoilers, which in and of itself is an answer, I guess.

With Vox in "Damage Control," he was in a very weird, confrontational, possessive state about the whole thing, especially during the Overlord meeting. He kept going at Alastor and accusing him of things he was doing with Lucifer, and being a general out of control mess, but when Alastor more or less "confirms" that it's true, his immediate reaction is to deny it. He may have been going at Alastor, demanding to know what these rumors were about, but deep down, you're right, he didn't actually believe they were true.

He was just acting out because of his own complicated feelings for Alastor. He doesn't like this rumor and how much it's spreading throughout the city. It brought out a lot of old, ugly memories and he is not reacting to them well. Seeing Alastor face to face again, for the first time, definitely doesn't help.

As for Lucifer getting possessive of Al 😏 I guess we'll see, won't we.

All I can say that Vox and the Vee's are going to get involved later on in the series, and I'm excited to get into it.

i think vox keeps an eye on what people are saying about the vees online in general, and even though vel doesn't need him to, he screens for comments under her selfies that cross the line from "creepy" to "graphic" and scrubs them from existence before she can see

val doesn't strike me as the type to be protective so much as wholeheartedly supportive while velvette protects herself, because vox was the one who set her up on her feet & as such he feels somewhat responsible for her (+ for val too), but val has always stood beside her as a confidant and a partner in crime -- he's of the opinion that velvette does not need his protection and it'd be insulting her to offer it (he's right)

which is why whenever vox looks out for her, he never lets her find out about it because it would injure her pride. all three of them function this way actually, they can be fiercely devoted to one another but only quietly, behind the scenes, where the others can't get all uppity and hurt about it

For Bastard child au. Assuming that Lucifer finds out before the finale how would he respond to knowing Alastor got hurt fighting Adam? How would Charlie?

I've been waiting for an excuse to talk about this! Well, not this exactly, just...

Okay, so the general consensus is that Lucifer couldn't step in sooner with the extermination because he had an agreement with Heaven, and that Adam broke that agreement by targeting Charlie, a hellborn. Alastor may be Lucifer's son, but he was born on Earth to a human mother. He has a human soul and came to Hell as a sinner. An extremely powerful sinner, but a sinner nonetheless.

In other words, he's not protected under the same agreement.

But! But but but, I figure Lucifer must have been keeping an eye on the battle from somewhere, so he could know when to step in. So he saw Adam and Alastor fight, saw Alastor nearly die, and saw him barely escape with his life. In the end, Niffty doesn't need to step in to finish Adam.

"You come at me, and my family!?"

Lucifer does it himself.

They know Alastor isn't dead thanks to Husk (and possibly Niffty) but are still concerned when they can't find him in the ruins of the old hotel. Lucifer does make an attempt to look for Alastor, but he doesn't know Alastor well enough to know where to look. But his daughter is still here and still needs him, so Lucifer puts the search aside and helps Charlie rebuild her hotel.

And in the end, Alastor returns. Alastor would shove Lucifer off when he joins in the group hug, but he doesn't want to aggravate the wound he's pretending not to have*.

I think that, whether or not she knew Alastor was her brother, Charlie would show the same amount of concern for him. Wanting to know what happened after Adam broke through his shield, why he disappeared from the battle. Just, wanting to know if he's okay. Alastor just brushes off her questions and keeps her at a distance. The biggest change is really between Lucifer and Alastor, and later between Lucifer and Charlie.

The guilt is crushing Lucifer. He knows how badly hurt Alastor was, and knows that instead of coming back to the people who would help him, he hid away somewhere to heal alone. Lucifer tries to be subtle about it, but he's constantly checking in on Alastor, asking if there's anything he needs, or anything Lucifer can do for him. He's not subtle at all.

And Alastor is not at all amused. He doesn't care that Lucifer was late to the battle! He didn't ask for or want Lucifer's help! It was his own fault for getting sloppy and letting Adam get a hit in (not to mention a disadvantageous deal but he's not saying that bit), and he doesn't need Lucifer coddling him. Unfortunately, with his cane broken and his body healing slowly, Alastor is uniquely vulnerable for the first time in a long time. But Lucifer's awkward hovering and Charlie's concern is only serving to make Alastor all the more agitated. So he sticks the needle where it hurts; Lucifer's guilt.

He accuses Lucifer of waiting until after Adam had mortally wounded Alastor specifically so his 'mistake' would be erased. Of wanting him deader than dead.

Then he coldly tells Lucifer that if he can't be bothered to show up when it matters, he shouldn't show up at all.

Later, he assures Charlie he doesn't hold any negative feelings towards her even though Lucifer came running to her rescue while he was willing to let Adam nearly eviscerate Alastor. After all, it stands to reason that Lucifer would choose his real child over a bastard. The King of Hell has made it perfectly clear he doesn't need a 'busboy.' Charlie tries to speak in Lucifer's defense, but, Alastor is pleased to note, her heart isn't in it.

Afterwards, he listens from the shadows and grins as he hears Charlie asking Lucifer why he saved her but not Alastor. Lucifer telling her the terms of the agreement he made with Heaven doesn't satisfy her. Alastor's her brother, they're both Lucifer's children! Lucifer should have stepped in, agreement be damned! The recently repaired cracks in their relationship begin to widen once again and Alastor is pleased.

(*I'm going to cackle if season 2 drops and it turns out we were all wrong and Alastor's completely fine.)

The bingo was made as a compilation of theories/speculations me and @videogamelover99 discussed! I may answer most of them

The "Chuuya's original ability" was included because while I fully believe in it being true and as the author intended, some people do not. It was included in the bingo as "perhaps it will be of use later", with very low expectations.

Chuuya owes Ango for something, as he said so in both Dead Apple and Gaiden (but refuses to provide context). The whole debt thing is probably in reference to the irl authors' shared history; they drank together and fought and stuff, I forget all the details. Sadly it's been too long since we came up with this specific bingo and I forgot what this one was. All I could find again was "Chuuya's debt to Ango was about getting records of his friends that died in DHC", so I guess it was about Chuuya asking Ango, who was at the time cataloguing all the dead PM members' identities so they wouldn't become numbers on a list, something about the friends he had just lost.

"Mori being behind Arahabaki", "Chuuya turning on Mori" and "Mori and Chuuya's real dad were pals" are all ideas that bounced off each other, but could happen independently. They came from this instagram post about the origin of irl Chuuya's name. irl Chuuya's father was a doctor in the army that worked under irl Mori (see the instagram post); plus, another man that worked under Mori with him was a certain Nakamura. He could be the inspiration behind SB's professor N.

bsd Mori had a leading role during the war on how to use abilities as weapons, his pet project being the Immortal Regimen with Yosano. At the same time, N was responsible for Project Arahabaki, the study of singularities to be used as weapons. That their paths never crossed would be very surprising, their fields being so similar. From that one photograph of kid Chuuya in SB, we can see that N knew Chuuya before being in the lab, and the epilogue revealed Chuuya's dad to be an ex-military doctor. Bringing back the Mori-Nakahara-Nakamura trio from earlier, it seems likely they would all know each other on some level (though, with bsd's habit of inverting dynamics, Mori probably wouldn't be everyone's boss here).

From there, our theories split: Vee envisioned a situation where Mori was the one to point Chuuya out to N through their shared connection, making the project take form (as the initial ability to create a singularity was hard to find), while I preferred a scenario where Mori knew about N's ideas, but was busy with his own stuff. They both result in Mori seeing the King of the Sheep in Yokohama with his gravity manipulation almost a decade later and going "HUH."

Chuuya turning on Mori could happen in a few different ways, but it was originally meant to be a response to Chuuya finding out about Mori's relative implication with project Arahabaki. But, no matter the shape it could take, it would need to come from broken trust between them, much like Dazai's was with Oda's sacrifice.
