RAW..Creamy coconut & Mango Jackfruit Vegie curry.My best invention yet✊💖 RECIPE: I only sauteed garlic & onions in coconut aminos..the rest is raw. CHOP.. 4 carrots 2 medium zuccinis 1 red capsicum 3 tomatoes 1 sml mango bunch coriander 2 cans organic young jackfruit SAUCE: Blend 1/2 can org. coconut cream 1tsp sweet curry 1tsp sweet paprika 2 tsp cumin 1 tsp tumeric tbs. coconut aminos knob of ginger 1/2 tsp cinnamon 2 lemons juiced 5 drops of monkfruit or add a little of preferred sweetner. mix everything in a big bowl add the other half of can of coconut cream. I love mushrooms it's a family tradition to pick up mushrooms on rainy season 🍄 One of delicious recipes I'd like to share is Pan-seared Mushroom Ravioli 💚💛 Ingredients: Ravioli, mushrooms, spinach, vegan butter, minced garlic, olive oil, s&p. Steam the mushrooms until tender then sauté with olive oil & minced garlic. Boil the ravioli for 4 minutes then add them & spinach to the pan with mushrooms. I add 1 TSP of vegan butter & pan-seared. Once done, top with salt & pepper. Pinaatti on herkullinen ruoka-aine, jota ainakaan itse en käytä niin usein kuin voisi. Jos pinaatti on makunystyröillesi liian voimasmakuinen, kannattaa koittaa baby pinaattia. Se on tavallista pinaattia paljon lempeämmän makuista.
Spinach is a delicious foodstuff which I don’t personally use as much as I could. If regular spinach is too strong of a flavour for your liking, you should try replacing spinach with baby spinach for this recipe. It has a lot softer taste to it.
Ainekset:
250 g pinaattia
100 g kirsikkatomaatteja
1 sipuli
4 valkosipulinkynttä
½ chili
2,5dl kaurakermaa
300g spagettia
25g pinjansiemeniä
pippuria
suolaa
sitruunamehua
oliiviöljyä
2 rkl ravintohiivahiutaleita
Ingredients:
250 grams of spinach
100 grams of cherry tomatoes
1 onion
4 cloves of garlic
½ chili pepper
2,5 dl oat cream
300 grams of spaghetti
25 grams of pine nuts
pepper
salt
lemon juice
olive oil
2 tablespoons of nutritional yeast
Valmistus:
Laita pasta keittymään ohjeen mukaan.
Kuutioi sipuli ja pilko valkosipuli.
Kuumenna pannu ja lisää sille oliiviöljyä. Laita sipulikuutiot pannulle ja kuullota. Odotellessa pese pinaatti ja tomaatit sekä puolita tomaatit. Valuta pinaatti kuivaksi.
Lisää valkosipuli ja chili. Anna kuullottua hetken aikaa.
Lisää pinaatti ja tomaatit pannulle. Anna hautua hetken aikaa käännellen pinaattia. Näin pinaatti kypsyy ja kutistuu tasaisesti. Lisää pinjansiemenet.
Valuta vesi pois pastasta ja lisää pasta pannulle. Lisää kaurakerma ja ravintohiivahiutaleet ruuan joukkoon kevyesti sekoittaen.
Mausta suolalla, pippurilla sekä sitruunamehulla makusi mukaan.
Method:
Boil the pasta according to the instructions.
Dice the onion and chop garlic.
Heat a frying pan and add olive oil. Add the diced onion to the pan and sauté it. While waiting rinse and dry the spinach and the tomatoes. Also halve the tomatoes.
Add the garlic cloves and chili. Sauté for a bit.
Add the spinach and the tomatoes to the frying pan. Let them simmer for a bit while mixing the ingredients. This way the spinach will cook and shrink evenly. Add the pine seeds.
Drain the cooked pasta and add it to the frying pan. Add the oat cream and the nutritional yeast lightly stirring.
Season with salt, pepper and lemon juice.

Buffalo Broccoli Wings by @cook.vegetarian 🥦 Here's a delicious way to enjoy your broccoli! 🤩 Save this recipe and share it with your friends! 👇 Recipe Ingredients: 1 medium head broccoli 1 cup soy milk 1/2 cup all-purpose flour pinch of salt 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil 3 tablespoons maple syrup 1 teaspoon smoked paprika 1 teaspoon chili 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper 1 teaspoon lemon juice 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 1/2 teaspoon onion powder ​ Method: Preheat oven to 200°C. Break the head of broccoli into bite-sized florets. In a medium bowl whisk together soy milk, flour and pinch of salt. Dip the florets into the flour mixture and arrange on the baking tray. Bake for 10 minutes. Take them out from the oven and let cool slightly. In a separate bowl combine together oil, maple syrup, paprika, chili, cayenne, lemon juice, garlic powder and onion powder. Dip broccoli wings into the spicy mixture. Coat evenly. Arrange on the baking tray and pop them back in the oven for another 10 minutes. Protein Rich Broccoli Almond Soup Easy Recipe 🥦🥦 Nourish your body in winter with this healthy soup. Broccoli is a great source of vitamins K and C, potassium and fiber. Low on calories, but very filling. For weight loss this is the perfect lunch or dinner option. 💁🏻‍♀️ Ingredients 🔹 2 cups Broccoli 🔹 1 cup Soaked and Peeled Almonds 🔹 1 tsp olive oil 🔹 4-5 Garlic Cloves 🔹 salt to taste 🔹 1 tsp black pepper 💁🏻‍♀️ Method 🔹 Add almonds into a mixer grinder and blent it properly. Add water to make smooth puree. 🔹 Add broccoli florets into a mixer grinder. Blend to make a smooth puree. 🔹 Once it blended, add broccoli puree and add almond puree into a saucepan. 🔹 Boil it for 10 minutes. Add little water if required. 🔹 Add black pepper powder and salt.
