A member of HAMTACO spotted this on a poster at SFO. Perfect reaction image for when I want to say "byeeeeeeeee" and exit a conversation? Or for when I want to swoop into a conversation with relevant data? XD

esc 2022 semi final 1 thoughts
the camera work throughout was awful. why so many wide-shots? the hosts came across like kid's shows hosts, and her dress was ugly. however, we did at least get to witness mika and his amazing language skills!
the opening show looked like the stage version of the lion king. I think rai took notes from love love peace peace.
mixed feelings on the postcards. the drones looked a png. but I enjoy seeing italy's famous sites from different angles. and I did think the origin story of how the drone came to be was cute, I liked the pinnochio reference.
albania: awful staging, she shouted more than she sang, too sexual. it's a shame bc it had potential. 4/10
latvia: they bought pussy to eurovision. "instead of meat, I eat veggies and pussies" is my new favourite lyric, am vegetarian now. should have opened instead of albania. 10/10
lithuania: she might be the only person a bowl haircut looks good on. old-fashioned french music is a genre I sometimes enjoy. bad staging though. 6/10.
switzerland: nice staging, but extremely boring song. I almost fell asleep. I think marius himself got bored. most interesting thing was the hand movements borrowed from gjon's tears. 3/10. it gets less than albania bc at least I felt something during albania's performance
slovenia: this is last in the betting odds for some reason. I really liked it! unfortunately the camerawork was atrocious during this, but I loved the disco ball and the keyboardist's energy. 9/10
ukraine: a lot of people didn't like it, but I enjoyed the blend of rap with folk music. I think Epic Flute Guy saved it for a lot of people. the choreo was a bit awkward at times though. I wonder if the main singer could see out of his hat at all. 8/10
bulgaria: måneskin look different this year. did damiano david forget to dry his hair before going on stage? sounded like arena rock. 7/10, it grew on me after a while
the netherlands: the singer looked like a white, female bilal hassani to me somehow. very pretty girl, i adore her hair. the song had indie playlist created by spotify vibes. she was obviously nervous, but I think that actually suited the song. 7/10
moldova: this was deliciously bonkers. it had everything eurovision is about. folk music, meme potential, even a the ramones reference. I need them in the final. 9/10.
portugal: I liked the instrumental at the start, but didn't like when she started singing. sounded better when the other singer joined in. 6/10
croatia: chill, but not my favourite. 6/10
denmark: the singer was meh to me, but I lived for the drummer. she should marry me. 8/10, it gains points for drummer girl
austria: terrible vocals, okay song. 5/10
iceland: I didn't like it as much as their previous few entries, but I did like the old west theme. would have preferred ja ja ding dong though. 7/10
greece: good singing and staging, but the song is boring for me. 6/10
norway: 🐺🍌🐺🍌🐺🍌 I'm ready to join the wolf-banana cult. out of this year's "weird" songs, this had the best stage. this will be memed the most this year, I think. 7/10.
armenia: the staging looked like it was made of toilet paper, sorry 💀 she has a strong voice though. there was almost a huge mishap when the stage turned though (could the audience see her????). 6/10, didn't care for it particularly, but it wasn't the worst.

Why am I doing this? I'm making a content pack for people who can't use Makku's VB (it's a folder on google drive containing PNGs, sound clips, and a readme.

A Healthy and Delicious Recipe - Roasted Carrots with Hot Green Tahini
I have a confession to make…
Most of the time when I make a recipe on Instagram, I haven’t tried it before! I can’t imagine having time to test everything out before I make it and for the most part, the recipes turn out great! There have been a couple of flops, but all in all, I’m really pleased most of the time. I knew when I saw this recipe for Roasted Carrots with Hot Green Tahini that it would be good but…it was not only good, it knocked my socks off! When I tasted it, I couldn’t believe the explosion of flavor in my mouth! The sweetness of the carrots combined with the heat of the peppers and the combination of dill and mint with a little salt…it’s just so delicious!
I am making an effort to post a few recipes over the next couple of weeks that are healthy because this time of the year, it can be so hard to eat well and so…this is my gift to you!
The recipe came from a cookbook called The Cook You Want to Be by Andy Baraghani. I picked this cookbook up in Lexington, Kentucky while I was there in the spring and I’ve loved it! Andy Baraghani apprenticed under Alice Waters, so you know he’s a great chef…all of his recipes have so much depth of flavor. I’m really excited to share this recipe with you and to keep making more recipes from this gorgeous cookbook! I love recipes that are beautiful and delicious and not too complicated which is good for my busy schedule!
Not only is this recipe delicious and healthy, it also totally fits my criteria of being beautiful! The vibrant orange of the carrots and the green of the herbs in the sauce are stunning on a serving platter from Haand! Don’t forget to use code CRAZYBLONDELIFE to receive 15% off your order from Haand!
I couldn’t resist adding my own touch to the recipe, even thought it really needs nothing, but I like the crunch of toasted pine nuts and thought they would make a great addition, so I added a handful to the finished plated dish! You will wow your guests or your family (even my grandsons liked these carrots)! I served them with roasted salmon and it was a great combination!
These carrots are delicious leftover and the sauce is good on everything so if you have any leftover, definitely keep it or consider making extra to have on hand. It’s really such a healthy and flavorful spread to put on chicken, sandwiches or as a dip for veggies.
Serve these carrots with a sparkling Rosé, a Sauvignon Blanc or a Viognier. These wines pair nicely with the tahini as well as the stronger flavors of cumin and coriander. You should, of course use a hand blown glass from Haand for your wine!

How to make Classic Lasagna with Ricotta cheese’ at home? - Chicken Fried Receipe

How to make Classic Lasagna with Ricotta cheese’ at home?
The word “lasagna” or “lasagne” is derived from the word “Laganon” which is a Greek word for pasta. Although many of us connect lasagna pasta with Italy, some claim that it actually originated in either Greece or England. The majority of reports, nevertheless, tend to suggest that the pasta meal as we know it today initially appeared in the Middle Ages in the Italian city of Naples.
The Classic Lasagna Recipe
Ricotta cheese is a popular ingredient in lasagnas because it gives the dish a creamy texture and delicious flavor.
Prep Time: 20 minutes
Cook Time: 1 hour 30 minutes
Total Time: 1 hour 50 minutes
Ingredients
http://chickenfriedrecipe.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/12/lasagne-768x960-1-2-2.png
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. sweet Italian sausage
1 medium onion -chopped
2 garlic cloves -minced
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (15 oz.) can crushed tomatoes
2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
1/2 cup water
2 tablespoons sugar
3 teaspoons salt -divided
3 teaspoons Italian seasoning -divided
1 1/2 teaspoons dried basil leaves -divided
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/4 cup minced fresh flat-leaf parsley -divided
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese -divided
15 oz. (1 ¾ cups) whole milk Ricotta cheese
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese -divided
1 large egg
12 lasagna noodles
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
Prepare the meat sauce. Over medium-high heat, add the beef and sausage, breaking them up with a wooden spoon. Add the garlic and onion. Cook for 6 to 8 minutes, or until meat is browned. From the meat, remove the fat. Put the meat back in the skillet.
Add the water, sugar, 2 teaspoons of salt, 2 teaspoons of Italian spice, 1 teaspoon of basil, and the black pepper to the tomato sauce, crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, and water. Stir
Thoroughly to mix.
Cover and reduce the heat to low.The sauce should simmer for 30 minutes. Add 2 tablespoons of the parsley that has been minced.
Make the ricotta mixture while the sauce simmers. 1 cup mozzarella, 1 cup ricotta, 1/4 cup parmesan, 2 tablespoons parsley, 1 egg, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon Italian spice, and 1/2 teaspoon basil should be combined in a big bowl. Stir thoroughly to combine.
Cook the pasta according to its package directions.
Put the lasagna together. Add a very thin layer of meat sauce (approximately 14 cup) to a 13×9-inch baking dish. 3 lasagna noodles, 1/3 of the ricotta mixture, and 1 12 cups of meat sauce should be layered. Layers is repeated twice.
Add a final layer of the remaining noodles, meat sauce, 1 cup mozzarella, and ¼ cup parmesan.
Cover with foil that has been sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Bake for 45 minutes. Remove the foil. Bake 15 more minutes.
Prior to slicing, allow the lasagna to cool for 15 to 20 minutes.
Is lasagna healthy?
Even though lasagna is not typically considered a healthy dinner, you can add nutritious substitutes at home to boost the meal’s nutritional content. When making lasagna, choose whole-wheat noodles rather than white ones because white noodles digest quickly and raise blood sugar levels after eating.
If you’re using ground beef or chicken in your lasagna, choose 95 percent lean cuts, and rinse the meat after cooking to remove any excess fat. To cut down on your consumption of fat, use less cheese, sprinkle it on top sparingly, and pick low-fat mozzarella. Finally, add plenty of vegetables to your lasagna to increase the meal’s fiber, vitamin, and mineral value.
To acquire the nutritional advantages of veggies without dramatically altering the texture of your lasagna, try pureeing the cooked vegetables immediately into the tomato sauce before building your lasagna if you don’t like the texture of vegetable pieces.
