I have exactly two questions, of similar nature but are slightly different. This is @ anyone btw.

1) How do you come up with pairing names ?

2) How do you come up with character names?

I’ve asked these before but I’ve left the server that had the replies so I can’t see them anymore lol.

I think it’d be really, really funny if the Civilians of Twilight Town keep trying to guess what Roxas, Xion, Lea, and Isa’s deal is, trying to fit them into SOME sort of even remotely traditional family structure and end up with, like, six different competing rumors even before the polite blonde girl who divides her time between “the old abandoned mansion, which they guess she owns?” and “nowhere in the area.”

And then the visiting scientist.

And the other visiting scientist.

And the scientists’ apparent son (other son?), who spends his entire trip talking with Pence about something they’ve clearly been collaborating on for at least a year despite the fact that no one’s ever seen him before.

Xion introduces a boy who looks nothing like her, currently lives with his family (not, she specifies, her family,) and has no relationship with Roxas or Lea whatsoever. Apparently they’re both the children (okay, he says creations, but Even’s an odd one) of one of the scientists. Technically, they say. They look nothing alike. They’re pretty sure he doesn’t live with the scientist, either. He does know Namine (presumed to be the scientists’ mutual daughter) but they say they’re not siblings point blank. Someone crosses Xion and Namine being sisters off a whiteboard, then considers and puts a question mark there.

Roxas’s incredibly obvious identical twin shows up and they claim to be half-brothers. Roxas will skateboard away from all followup questions. On another trip, he’ll bring a third boy who introduces himself as “the other half of (Ven’s) heart” and then immediately refers to Roxas, Xion, and Ven (but not Lea or the other boy, who nonetheless knows him) as his siblings. He claims to have been born at the dawn of time and just after the worlds shattered and also sixteen years ago. (Vanitas knows exactly what he is doing and is THRIVING off the chaos.)

Based off similar hair colors, her apparent dislike of Lea, and sheer desperation, half the town is convinced that Aqua and Isa are siblings and she sided with him during the breakup. There’s no consensus about how Terra fits into this. (Isa’s not correcting them. About any of this. It’s not worth it.)

Seifer gets back from a journey of self-discovery and asks who the newbies are and gets shown eight different, mutually-contradictory conspiracy boards in the form of family tree/relationship charts. Lauriam and Elrena have been the source of multiple schisms among the gossip mill.

By the time Sora shows up again even Hayner, Pence and Olette are having trouble keeping everything straight, and they actually know the whole story.

had a very wild kh-related dream last night that was like a post-kh3 kinda setting where roxas, sora and ven all were laying out on the beach near each other. a lil distance between them, sora and ven were laying in the sun, but roxas was in the shade beneath something. and ven woke up to drag roxas into the sun, who yelled at him to stop, but ven just laughed while roxas was forced to be dragged into the light.

imagine roxas sora and ventus all being roommates. the shenanigans they'd get up to.......... riku goes to sora's apt one day and is like 'why are they here' and he's just like "??? they live here??????'

do you think they'd count as other people. or would only ventus and sora count. bc roxas is just sora.

sora forgot to put roxas down on the lease and so hes gaslighting the landlord into thinking roxas and ven are the same person

growing up psychotic & being constantly gaslit by people u trust is sooooo fundamentally life ruining. any certainty abt ur experiences with other people is out the window From The Jump and even trying to fact check w ppl makes u doubt urself. like what if i’m explaining the situation wrong to make myself look better? what if i’m manipulating the person i’m talking to so they lie and say i’m in the right?? did things really happen the way i remember, or am i just fuckin crazy??

even talking to my therapist (a woman who has no qualms with telling me i’m wrong, or that i need to apologize to people for dumb shit i do) is a tightrope walk of trying to convince myself that i’m not just unknowingly manipulating things so i come out the victim. it’s a nightmare!! especially!!! since!! the thing i am most anxious about!! involved someone i trusted deeply telling me that i was manipulating them & having a psychotic episode!!!!!! fuck!!!!!!!!

are u interested in designing one of X’s official looks out of the ones that haven’t been designed yet (for money ofc)?

There are a few requirements (not that many or at least things that are just established through out his looks). I’ll put it under the cut.

So the requirements :

red circle : the tubes on his neck and stomach, they are coloured to match his current look (the jade wolf having jade coloured fluid, the fuchsia axolotl having that fuchsia colour etc etc.

blue circle : those bandages might seem small but they are a necessity and are on both sides in the same placement. Two on each side. You can change up the colour tho if u wish to make it more fitting with the outfit.

green circle : he does love his gloves lol.

These are smaller details but like the glass being black on the helmet and him having gold details besides from that do whatever you think will make other trolls be like ‘yes that’s (whatever animal his dressed as)

feel free to do whatever with his clothes and his helmet, give his shoes claws if u want like with the jade wolf. tail?

Oh and do make sure to keep it within the blood colour too, it should scream ‘I am such and such blood caste’ obnoxiously,

Installed Wine on my Linux machine, so now I can use .exe applications- which means I can use yWriter again. There are three fics I have projects for, and one even managed to have its cold open written today! So since the Foretellers are going be the next antagonists and since it’s said in the secret reports that Xigbar is the one that took Subject X, and if Skuld is very highly likely to be Subject X, could that mean…

Potential temporary antagonist Skuld who, mind you, had to evacuate her world that was being destroyed and separate from her friends, lost her memories of that but likely still felt the negative emotions from it, was stuck in a cell in the basement of a castle, managed to make two new friends but then got separated from them when Xigbar took her away and hasn’t seen them for over ten years.

She is likely going to Very Angry and I am 100% down for Lea and Isa desperately trying to reconnect with her and maybe even Ven and Lauriam trying to jog her memory and get her to remember them a la Winter Soldier style.

who do u think is most likely to randomly quote memes in the ven/sora/roxas household. my money is on roxas. sora seems like he wouldn't know memes unless roxas shows them to him but is also the kinda guy to try and rickroll anyone at any given chance bc he finds it funny. ventus is a connoisseur of animal memes. to me

dont have my drawing stuff out rn so no doodles for this but yeah i agree with most of what you said. so heres my headcanons

sora is horrible with electronics he barely knows what an internet is. he doesnt know what the word meme means and nobody will explain it to him. i think he saw a 'get stickbugged' meme once and sends it to his friends like "LOOK AT THIS CUTE BUG!!!!!!!!!!!" and really likes those shiba memes because he is a little guy

roxas DOES know how to use the internet unlike sora. presumably. hes probably the most 'in touch' of the group but thats not saying much. i think he has no social media accounts whatsoever. maybe he doesnt know how to make an email maybe he just doesnt care but whatever it is he is simply observing. i forget what the word is my brain went to ghosting but i am very much thinking of a mother mother song. i think roxas would quote vines. they pass a road work sign and he says 'yeah i sure hope it does' and everyone turns to stare at him in confusion except xion (she is laughing because roxas showed it to her) lea (he is very proud because he is the one who taught roxas how to use vine) isa (he gets the reference and is disappointed in lea for what he has started) and ven (who laughs even though he doesnt get the reference either because he thinks it is funny or he wants to be included). i think he mostly uses his phone for music.

and youre so right about ventus. ventus watches funny cat videos. he spams group chats with cat pictures. he loves animals and will tell you all about this really cool dog picture he saw the other day. he is either a joy to have in group chats or the worst depending on how much you like animal pictures. he only gets memes a little bit because like sora he is very new to the internet but unlike sora he is putting a lot more effort into trying to learn. he and roxas are the only two who know what a rickroll are

If KH4 is set a year or even longer after the last game, it would be cool to see some of the other kids looking a little older too- especially Ven !
