A HELLUVA REWRITE ♡♡♡

◇ Blitzø basically started I.M.P. to support him and Loona since Verosika basically has her own money but uses some of it to support Blitzø's business.

•The emoloyees•

Millie- Blitzø met Millie during a trip in the Wrath ring. His van broke down and Millie's family basically took them (blitzø, Verosika and loona) in until the van is fixed. He told the family about his business and Millie was somewhat intrigued. She always wanted to see what earth looked like. So, she went with blitzø and became his first employee.

•The pilot•

The pilot starts with millie and blitzø figuring out how can they go to the living world and start their business since they don't know how to build a portal. Blitzø considers visiting his old friend the goetia prince himself, Stolas. He's quite scared to visit him since they weren't in good terms and if you weren't with good terms with the prince, you are up for a good ol' beheading. He tells his fears to Millie and Millie then tells him to face his fears (blah blah you get it) and lifts him towards the company van.

The rest of the pilot follows the three, Blitzø, Millie and Loona to the goetia prince's palace while also fighting some sinners on the way (woo bloodshed!!!!), and getting distracted by a carnival. They fight demons there too( woo bloodshed part 2!!!). After a few hours later, they finally arrive at the palace. They are greeted by the prince Stolas himself and gestures them to come in. Millie and Loona basically had fun in the palace, meeting and chatting with Stella, Stolas' wife, and Octavia, the daughter. While the females are having fun, Stolas pulls Blitzø aside and had a talk with him. Stolas agreed to lend him the book, much to Blitzø's relief, BUT on one condition. He gives Stolas his own soul, which means, the prince can do ANYTHING with Blitzø,(this is where the sex deal comes in)basically making him his very own puppet. Blitzø refuses at first but stolas threatens on beheading Blitzø, so, he agrees, much to a satisfied Stolas. Blitzø then exits the room, greeted by Millie and Loona. Millie asks him what's wrong but he brushes it off. Millie accepts his answer but is still suspicious about Blitzø. They go home and drink some whiskey and watched a movie. Blitzø is still paranoid about the deal.

Yes hello I just wanted to say as a massive sword nerd ily square for making Genesis actually use Rapier like a rapier—you do tend to do a lot of stabbing with rapiers because they’re so long (although you can cut with them too, but he doesn’t really have great rapier cutting form with Rapier so can’t win em all ig, video game limitations) and they actually draw attention to it in this little cutscene. Rapier is also quite a notably long and thin(er) weapon, like an actual rapier. Awesome little details that made me very happy!

Also, I think it’s perfect that they chose a specifically one-handed weapon for him, since as the resident swordmage it leaves his other hand always free to cast spells when needed without dropping his sword’s defense. And I don’t know how to describe it really but he really has a rapier person personality (fondly, ily my more rapier focused friends lmao)

Sooo do you guys think that after Angeal died, Sephiroth believed he was cursed because all his loved ones kept dying and he was the common denominator behind why he was alone? And that maybe he pushed Zack away and never fully committed to the friendship because he saw Glenn's brightness, Genesis' determination, and traces of Angeal in the sword and the honor, and couldn't stand losing them all again, or....?

Can we just talk about how bad of a father Hojo has been to Sephiroth since the OG, and how much WORSE he is in the Compilation and Remake continuities?

Between treating his own son like a science project, keeping every last cell on his body in cylinders, the entire Silver Elite bullshit, assisting him in absorbing the lifestream, etc, its clear that he's the type of guy that would make Shou Tucker cringe in disgust, right? So like why does the larger fandom rarely go into detail about this guy when talking about Sephiroth?

I'm not mad I'm just baffled.

My thoughts:

First of all it's actually good? It shows the ACTUAL plot of the show(that somehow flew away like a bird) and I enjoyed it! (And there are people who said if the show followed the original plot it will be boring like shut up).

Second of all, why would the crystal need lust to activate it???? The incubus guy and Barbie Wire from the Unhappy Campers episode didn't need lust to make the crystal work??? So??? Viv. What. Was. That.

Lastly, penguins saying slurs? Wha-

Also blitz needs some help with his feelings. The damage St*las did to this man goddamn.

i bought skyrim on the switch first and then got it on steam as well so i could play with mods, but ive never had a gaming pc and at this point i was still using the little laptop i got from my high school. the game miraculously worked, but bc i had a mod that added i think 200 hairstyles it took a *very* long time to make a character, itd need 20 seconds to flick between options. i had to save every time id enter or exit a room because there was a 30% chance the game would crash on the loading screen (just low enough for me to forget it occasionally). inigo was there. it was awesome 👍👍

On the heels of countering Angeal-hate, I'm also putting it out there that I have seen more than a few people in this community attacking/complaining about Tifa in Rebirth for

Having trauma???

Being sad about her dead dad??? (you know, after losing her mom)

Having survivor's guilt????

Having emotional hang-ups/grief about LOSING HER FAMILY, WATCHING HER HOMETOWN BURN, AND NEARLY GETTING SKEWERED TO DEATH AS A GODDAMN TEENAGER

Like seriously wtf. And these weren't even Clerith people going after her. They just thought that her being rightfully upset/depressed in certain scenarios was "annoying" or somehow taking away from Cloud's trauma or the group's or something. Like god forbid any of these characters have mental health issues that influence how they interact and engage with conflict. Seriously, Tifa is an entirely blameless party in every one of these games and the fact that I've actually seen posts where her being upset about HER FATHER DYING is somehow a detriment to her character...seriously what the actual hell. And then the same people adding on that Brian Lockhart is apparently a dick for being protective and uptight about his daughter (still legally a child at the time btw) after recently losing his wife. Like??? That's completely understandable dad behavior?????? There's literally nothing wrong with it????????

Seriously, this community sometimes smh. Characters should be allowed to have internal conflicts. They should be allowed to feel things and narratively express those feelings without everyone dogpiling on them.

The way friendship is a central theme of the Goblin Emperor, the way Maia chose Cala and Beshelar as his two closest companions in a ritual that would have them in the place of his two closest friends. The way Cala's rebuke of Maia not being allowed to think of them as friends hurt him more than the attempted coup for his throne (and in fact) may have aided in Dazhis' betrayal, as Maia did not allow himself to know Dazhis. The way Cala and Beshelar and Telimezh and Kiru cared for Maia anyway, beyond their oath. The way the resolution of the story is Maia, acting for perhaps the first time as his own person under the title of Emperor and not as the person he knows he should be, declaring his care for Cala and Beshelar despite what he should feel and acknowledging their relationship as a unique kind of friendship. I love them all so much.
