"My, my, your shyness is quite, adorable..." ALBEDO would hover his lips over yours, cupping your cheek against his palm. He whispers slyly, using the smug tone he knows you adore.

His heart would fly as he watches you clutch the hems of his coat. "What's on your mind?" He asked you, voice all breathy and eyes half-lidded.

You barely registered the movement of Albedo's arm pulling you closer to him. All you could focus on was the way his eyes reserved an overwhelming amount of affection for you; the smirk crawling on his face when he knew he managed to pull off a successful surprise—

—the aggressive valberry pink and mint blue paint that stuck out on his face like a sore thumb; alongside Klee's giggles carried by the wind in the background.

"I knew making paint bombs with the two of you would be a mistake." You managed to stammer out. Albedo leaned his forehead against yours and laughed lightly. Precious.

"Big brother! Big sibling! Let's make more paint bombs!" Klee rushed to another room, presumably to get more paint.

Once Klee was out of sight, Albedo softly rubbed off the paint off your cheeks. "You have something over here..." He mumbled.

"And you have something everywhere." You chuckled, reaching over to his hair that somehow got stained with green paint.

Albedo watched you close your eyes to kiss him, his hand automatically reaching to the back of your head to kiss you deeper—

—his puckered lips landed on nothing. Thin air. "No flirting in front of kids." Your head rested on his shoulder.

Albedo will find a way to kiss you, somehow.

"My, my! You're quite graceful." AYAKA spoke with awe.

"I stepped on your foot plenty of times though..." You trailed off, your face making a disgruntled expression when you saw a bruise forming on top of her foot.

"Hm? What do you mean? You never stepped on my foot even once." Ayaka placed her hands on your shoulders. "Now, relax your shoulders. Chin up, dear."

You followed her instructions, Ayaka cutely clapping in the background when you pulled it off successfully. "Yes! Great job!"

"Now move your arm around my waist, and I'll rest mine like this..." Ayaka demonstrated her instructions.

"Are you sure I should come to this banquet? I can barely follow your movement when we spar, much less when you dance. How can I learn how to waltz when I can barely do the previous two?"

Ayaka frowned at your lack of self-confidence. She lowered both your arms as you both stood in silence.

You were always the one who dispelled her worries when she was overthinking. You were always there to support her decisions and give your opinions about them, knowing she values the perspectives of others. You were always there to give her boosts of support when she was worried about being too uptight with the Traveler and Paimon; too formal and stiff with Thoma; or too shy to invite her brother to Komore Teahouse.

It's her turn now. This time Ayaka will do her best to become a pillar of support for you.

You yelped when Ayaka pulled you into a tight embrace. "A-Ayaka?"

Your voice quieted down when you saw the look in her eyes. "Yes, I'm sure you should come to the banquet! Unless, you don't want to, I can go by myself. We can just learn how to waltz for fun." She reassured you. Ayaka quickly picked up your hand so that both your arms were raised in the air.

"This will be exciting. Trust me."

Your face heated up. How can you not try for her?

"My, my... this is why I told you to be careful." CANDACE gently reprimanded you. The children just a few steps behind you celebrated another victory of "defeating the almighty adventurer in a race to success."

"Ack! Ugh, is that... it's Celestia! Is that a beautiful guardian I see that will guide me to my eternal rest?" You collapsed from sheer exhaustion—which was just falling into Candace arms as she shook her head fondly— further encouraging the children to run off and brag to their parents.

"You're great with kids." Candace whispered into your ears, lowering both of you onto the sand.

"Actually," You started. Candace lips curved into a smile. "They are devils. One of them was about to cry when I ran ahead of them by an inch. An inch."

Adoration crept onto her skin while watching you ramble on and on.

There was never a day where you reminded her how she was both the sun and moon. Spreading warmth and resurfacing the happiest memories; becoming a guiding light during the darkest times and representing hope like a shining beacon.

But to Candace, you were the sunrise and sunset. Fleeting moments that connected time and wind. Foremost, was the Guardian of Aaru village— but above that she was your Guardian. She promises to cherish you and cherish you and cherish you and cherish you—

"—obviously I'll feel guilty if I make a kid cry." You finished. You glanced up only to see Candace spacing out. "Uhm, you there?"

"Hm? Ah, p-pardon me."

Now if only there was a way she could picture your cute expression once you started accusing her of spacing out.

"My, my~ I knew my charms would make you all cute like this." HEIZOU would melt his body against yours, pecking your neck with satisfaction. Heizou's eyes would naturally close after hearing your bashful chuckles, his demeanour relaxing.

Languidly, his head would fall to your chest, trying to match the steady beats of your heart. (Quite foolish for the Shikanoin Heizou, but can you really accuse him when you're acting so squishable like this?)

He lazily threw one arm over your waist, attempting to bring you closer to him. You lifted his arm in the air in return and instead slung your leg over his body— dropping his arm back onto your thigh.

Heizou cheekily squeezed your thigh and chuckled when you hit his chest. "Heizou!"

"Yes?"

"You're usually touchy today." You couldn't help but comment.

"Could you really blame me?" He mused, charmingly raising one eyebrow.

You scrunched your nose in annoyance, pinching the side of his torso. A sense of satisfaction filled you after hearing him yelp.

"What was that for?"

"I love you~"

"That doesn't answer my question." Heizou hugged you tightly.

You didn't answer, only laughing airily.

Your hair was all over the place despite staying curled up in his arms the whole evening. Heizou was pretty sure he saw drool fall on the side of your mouth, but you're still such a beauty.

A lot of people claimed that you were lucky to have Heizou as your lover. But he knew better.

Heizou was, if not, the luckiest person in the entire universe to have you as his significant other.

"My, my... Who knew you had this fighting spirit in you?" KAEYA heaved his chest for breath. His back landed on the rough surface of the training grounds, some stray blades of grass tickling his cheek. "This is, quite surprising..."

You pointed your weapon towards him in triumph, beads of sweat rolling down the side of your face and neck. "Yield." A charming smile appeared on your face.

Kaeya subtly shivered from the cold his vision emitted. "Oh, you're still up for another round of our evening spars?" You teased.

The Calvary Captain's eyes soften. Your usual humble self, now standing proud and confident under the moonlight. Beams of Teyvat's moon filtered through the crevices and gaps of Mondstadt's walls, giving him a perfect view of you under the spotlight.

He closed his eyes in satisfaction. "I yield. I yield." He patted your leg.

You lowered your weapon beside him with a thud, and slowly sat down beside him. "Something on your mind?"

Then, he opened his eyes. He struggled to accept the soft feeling of your hands running through his hair; the way you looked down on him with a kind expression.

His mind then travelled to the memories of you helping him with his studies before becoming an official knight, taking care of him despite his tendencies to drink too often, inviting him for dinner— then he realised.

"—Yeah." That's what's on my mind.

"Care to share?"

Kaeya's voice dropped an octave lower. "You're amazing."

"My my... It seems that all I need to do to make my lovely dove go timid is to do this..." KAZUHA smiled against your back. He swayed you both side to side, his smile growing more prominent when you held his hands.

"Your bangs, it's tickling my me." You snickered.

"Oh? Is it, disturbing you?"

"No, not at all."

"So... you wouldn't mind if I do this?"

You were about to ask what, until his fingers slowly crawled to your sides. Hearty chuckles escaped the ronin while you guffawed.

"Stop— STOP! PLEASE HAHHAHAHA!"

"Should I stop? Or should I not?"

—Kazuha's vermilion eyes could put the canvas of Inazuma's sunsets to shame, and his platinum hair makes the first snow look inadequate in comparison.

He was gentle in nature, like the long kisses he leaves on your cheeks. At the same time, Kazuha was courageous, standing up for what he believed in despite the impending chance of failure.

Yet, your eyes could reflect mirages of past lives Kazuha swore he lived with you. He would melt into pools of wonder when you leaned in to give him a long, loving kiss right on the lips. Kazuha always finds his hands slipping inside your garments, rubbing sensual circles on your body. (His hands felt perfect on you as if he did this a thousand and thousand times again.)

You were shy, yet so breathtakingly amazing and funny once you opened up.

So Kazuha will continue doing his best to make you smile and laugh with whatever chance he gets.

"My, my! Who knew my lotus would be this clumsy." TIGHNARI would click his tongue light-heartedly, yet his eyes are filled with mirth. He would sigh fondly, watching you laugh sheepishly at the mess behind you.

His tail would swish in a relaxed manner, his ears naturally twitching in delight after hearing you apologize profusely. "Sorry, I didn't mean to hit the paperweight..."

You yelped when he flicked your forehead. "Don't apologise, it's just an accident. We can clean it together, no?"

You agreed and quickly knelt down to gather the papers. Tighnari kneeled down beside you, collecting the sheets on your opposite side.

Usually, he would sigh at the small inconvenience when he would clean up messes. But not when he did it with you.

Tighnari was familiar with the mundaneness you brought into his life; a refreshing atmosphere compared to the hectic schedules and adventures he's grown used to.

He vividly remembers the strong scent of food that would waft through the air if you prepared meals— only for him to join you and admire the concentrated look on your cute face while cooking. The times you would hum tunes in the shower as he stops his work and closes his eyes, momentarily relaxing at your unique voice.

"Alright, we're done." You sighed in relief. Quickly, you pecked his cheek as a thank you.

Tighnari pecked your cheek back.

You made the mundane so exciting in his life. Never has he felt so alive looking forward to coming home to you after a tiring day. The forest looked greener; the flowers were blooming into even brighter colours; and the time he spent with you was so rejuvenating and new.

So don't mind Tighnari if you catch him drifting just a tad, tad bit from research, doing chores alongside you.

"My, my, my Cecilia is so loving..." VENTI swore if there was ever a day he wanted to die, it would be today. Right at this moment, time, day hour minute second millisecond—

"You made food for me!" Venti sobbed.

Venti dramatically removed his hat and brought you in for a hug, the box of food you brought for him smooshed between you both. "Mwah! Mwah!"

He playfully made smooching noises and littered your face with pecks. "Venti!"

You laughed and tried to use your hand as a barrier, but it only made Venti interlock your hands together and twirl you around. Unceremoniously, you both fell to the grass, Venti using his hat to shield your head from the fall. (Not that you would have hurt yourself when he's the Anemo Archon.)

He buried your face into your chest, the food long forgotten. "Venti! The food!"

Venti giggled, the sound of bells chiming and dandelions dancing in the wind. "I guess that means you need to make some more food, ehe."

You sighed longingly. "Maybe I should stick to getting you apples only..."

"What? No!" Venti wrapped his arms around you and rolled you both around. You both tumbled on the soft grass under the Tree of Windrise.

"Joking, joking..." You placed his hat back on top of his head. "...Are you free for dinner?"

"Hmmm..." Venti thought for a second. "I have a gig this evening, but I can spare you a tune or two!" He flopped his body on top of yours.

"Thank you for taking care of me..." I love you.

"My, my... I knew you were clumsy, but not this clumsy." WANDERER would cackle at your misery, seeing you frown (cutely) at him, redoing your eyeliner for the nth time.

He stretched his back with a yawn, circling behind you as you leaned forward to see yourself clearer in the mirror. "Hurry up, will you? Why do you even bother fixing your eyeliner? We're going to be late meeting Nahida."

"I want to look presentable meeting Lesser Lord Kusanali." You rebutted, "Now leave me alone, besides I was the one who helped you with your eyeliner in the first place."

"I didn't ask for your help."

"Yeah because I decided I wanted to help you as your partner."

"Oh, so you wouldn't help me if I wasn't your partner?"

"Maybe."

"Tsk."

"Now, now. We're about to meet Lesser Lord Kusanali, not go to war." You turned around.

"So, how do I look? Is the eyeliner even?"

Wanderer paused to take in your appearance. His eyes trailed to the soft fabrics that complimented your figure; the jewels and golds adorned on your skin; the subtle makeup enticing your features—

—the sunlight making your eyes glow brighter; the air seemingly lighter; your hands your hair your nose your smile your lips— fucking hell.

"Come closet, idiot." He grasped your chin rather gently, tilting your head slightly to the side. "It's fine." You look stunning with or without makeup.

"Let's go. Hurry up, we're late."

"My, my... now how did we get ever into this position." YELAN sarcastically remarked. "The dirt's staining my fur coat."

You both hung upside down from a tree, wrapped tightly with disgusting, slimy, ropes adventurers probably used to pull up something underground. The both of you were lucky the sun was still as bright as ever— and extremely luckier, you were investigating the empty house with both Aether and Paimon. "This suspect is getting out of hand..."

"Sorry..." You sheepishly laughed. "...Happy Lantern Rite?"

"Save that for the evening." Yelan rolled her eyes. "You're fortunate." I love you.

"Hehe..."

You leaned forward slightly and closed your eyes. Yelan followed after, giving in to the temptation. Just a peck—

"Yelan! We found something! Bring (Name) and come here!"

—Yelan pushed you back lightly with her forehead, and sliced the rope that previously trapped you both. She landed elegantly; you on the other hand fell butt first with a disgraceful "oomph"

"We're coming!" Yelan picked you up by the arm and briskly walked away.

You stood there, dazed, then screamed "I know you're flustered!" You picked up the pace to match her long strides.

Aether and Paimon didn't question why Yelan had a small quirk on her lips.

Wanderer

He can’t help but want to savour your touches and smiles for himself but he knows he can’t keep you to himself.

You made an effort to interact with him, even with his big ego and judgemental comments. So why would you cheat on him?? What would you even get from that?

Also, his newly received anemo vision represented his freedom, so why would he take yours?

He would still be annoyed, probably rolling his eyes, glaring and overall being grumpy if he’s jealous, he’s not just gonna act like nothing is happening!

Might make a scene out of it… overall pretty petty even if you don’t get what you did wrong.

Probably ends up yelling at the person he’s jealous of after telling you someone needed help (did he throw an arrow at some stupid guy that stalks your neighbour? Yes! Was it just because he needed to distract you? Yes! (also partly because the neighbour wouldn’t shut up about how they have an admirer to you and he wanted attention)).

Aether

It really depends on the situation but he won’t act on what he deems to be unreasonable jealously. He thinks it’s unfair to act in that way when he’s been flirted with by many in front of you, though you still try not to react.

If he thinks it’s reasonable then he will act, just briefly though.

Would probably ask for help with a commission, muttering a sorry and making sure to give you a loving hug.

Understands the feeling of loosing someone very well so he’d want to still make it slightly obvious that you’re his and he’s yours.

Rosaria

Would likely threaten anyone making you uncomfortable in anyway.

If she’s just feeling jealous due to you speaking with someone closely then she absolutely won’t make a scene, though most likely asking who they were and what their relationship is with you.

Might make an excuse to walk off with you..

Overall chill but quick to threaten or drag you off.

Dottore

Doesn’t really come out of his lab much unless going to other nations for fatui missions so he wouldn’t really get the chance to watch you converse with others.

Though If he does get jealous then he’d be slightly colder to you then usual.

Petty as heck (much like many other characters but way more in a ‘I’m-gonna-kill-whoever-that-was’ type of way).

If you were his lover then he’d think high of you, meaning he’d think of stuff like ‘that measly brat doesn’t deserve someone like [Name]’

Wouldn’t make contact with the cause of his jealously, instead gaining small details about them just in case.

Quickly pulls you off, glaring at the probably already scared person.

Acts normal once away, might be the tiniest bit more affectionate.

Xiao

Understanding yet one to quickly go take out anger on any unsuspecting enemies he can find at that moment.

If it’s someone he trusts then he wouldn’t go let his anger out, instead opting to give you more affection then usual.

He doesn’t want to loose you, since he’s lost so many people over the years.

Though it wouldn’t to be death, he wonders if it’d make him feel worse knowing that he’d lost you to emotions.

Overprotective but watches from afar I guess??

Albedo

He’s well aware of human emotions but I think he’d be a little confused at first, like why was he jealous so easily? Also how is he feeling such intense feelings?

Treats it as an experiment on himself, though still making sure he’s keeping any more-than-friendly remarks off anyones tongues (he’d like to hope that you wouldn’t do that but he’s prepared to be a barrier between you two anyways)

Trusts you but won’t hesitate to send a cheeky smile at the person as he plants a kiss on your hand and you become increasingly flustered.

Ayaka

Absolutely makes no scene, she’d just feel a bit self-conscious.

If you give her lots of love then she’ll easily forget about it (though it may linger in her mind for a while no matter what).

Kind and collective, openly stating her worries with you if given encouragement or if you’re worried about her.

Venti

Honestly quite chill depending on what’s happening.

Though no matter the situation, he’ll butt in your conversation by kissing you and hugging your waist with an innocent smile.

Can be intimidating but would only ever act that way when no others can see him act like that, therefore nobody would believe the person and he’d be known as a cheerful and carefree bard!

Childe

Absolute child about it (pun not intended 😗).

He will hang onto your waist whilst he hugs your back as he glares at his source of jealously.

Acts like nothing happened afterwards, dragging you wherever suits him that he thinks you’d like.

Won’t really think about it again, only feeling the need to protect you from harm or people with the wrong intentions.

Diluc

Calm as long as it’s not much of a big deal, extremely understanding and not afraid to let people know that you two belong to each other only and any objections will be ignored.

If it’s a bigger deal then that, then he’ll keep his calm facade and act relatively normal and understanding but with a small loss of patience.

Worst case scenario, he’ll threaten them without a smile in sight.

Won’t pay much mind to what happened, only focused on perhaps kissing you on the cheek or hand a bit more.

Zhongli

A man that is genuinely not that easy to make jealous, seemingly always calm and knowledgeable.

If in a situation that he becomes jealous, he’ll kindly ask to speak with you and then express his feelings.

Would easily sort out any misunderstandings between you two.

Xiao

He held you in his arms. If he wasn’t so concerned with hurting you, even now when blood slid from your lips and down your throat, he would be crushing you against his chest. But his hands cradled your body tenderly, so softly he was practically hovering them around you, not wanting to taint your already dying body with his karma.

Tears gathered in his eyes, but he forced himself not to cry when you two made eye contact. He wanted to, archons he wanted to ball when he saw the light slowly dim from your pretty eyes, the eyes he was admiring not so long ago.

“Why?” He couldn’t help but whisper. “I could’ve protected myself.”

You opened your mouth, only for no sounds to come out on the first try. You swallowed harshly, the taste of blood making you want to vomit, but you didn’t even have the energy for that. “It was instinct.”

It was then Xiao finally let those tears fall. It was instinct? The instinct to protect him? You loved him that much? He hugged you closer, pressing his forehead against your own so he could hear your breaths, your shallow, dying breaths. You protected him, you loved him, and he loved you.

Slowly he kissed your cheek. “I love you.”

Your forehead. “I love you.”

Eyelids. “I love you. I love you.”

And finally, the lips that had taken their last breath. “I love you, so, so, much.”

Childe

Fighting beside you was a dream for him. Both of you engaged in the thrill of battle, taking out enemies side by side with equal grace and power. He loved it, loved seeing you in his domain, loved seeing you kickass. It put a smile on his face knowing his lover was like him, powerful.

But everything powerful eventually falls, and you did it for him. So caught up in the heat of the battle, a rush going throughout his whole body, he didn’t notice the one enemy that was creeping up behind to stab him through the heart, but you did.

You had pushed him out of the way, the sword piercing you like a hot knife through butter, right in the heart where Childe was meant to get hit. The sword was pulled back with a metallic whine as Childe saw red. He doesn’t remember what he did, or what was happening until his body hands were holding your head and pressing down on your heart.

He was mumbling reassurances, desperate pleas to stay by his side and do everything you’ve ever dreamed of doing. Hysterical nonsense was the only thing to be heard besides your quiet breaths and the drip of blood as it painted the field alongside the bodies of the other enemies.

You used the last of your strength to cradle his cheek, accidentally smearing your blood on his pale, flushed face, but neither of you cared. You mumbled out a returning ‘I love you’ as you body went limp and Childe screamed.

Kamisato Ayaka

You didn’t know the woman in front of you, but she obviously knew you with the way she flittered about your room. Was it your room? You couldn’t recall. The memories were hazy, and your limbs were heavy. 

Ayaka had never been more scared out of her mind when Thoma had dragged you home one day saying you had gotten in an altercation with the Tenryou Commision protecting an immigrant merchant and had lost your vision. You had been beaten, that was obvious enough, but what she was really worried about was the lack of vision, with only bad things to say about the condition of those who had lost theirs.

Ayaka was right in her worry as you began to deteriorate before her eyes. You stopped knowing how to get around the house, you lost recognition of some of the house’s staff members, you would wander around, eyes glazed and thoughts foggy. It was only about time when the memories of Thoma, and Ayato, and her started to fade.

You would lean away from her kisses, struggling to remember her name, and stayed in your room when moving became too difficult. Your body was going along with your mind, becoming a corpse right in front of your forgotten lover’s eyes.

When you took your last breath, you were too weak to lean away from Ayaka’s hands. They cupped your face gently, her delicate finger wiping away tears you didn’t know the origin of. The last thing you remember was the sound of her crying, her tears dripping on your face as she hovered over you, desperate to see some last spark in your eyes before they finally went out.

She whispered to your still body. Pleas of adoration for you to come back, to open your eyes and look at her with recognition and love once more, but you couldn’t, and she knew that, and it only made her cry harder.

Venti

Your head was in his lap, hair spread across his thighs haphazardly as he caressed your face with such gentleness it felt like a morning breeze. You could feel the pain anymore, the one that had traveled through your abdomen to your heart. It had been stabbing in tune with the beat of your heart, but now, laying here, it didn’t hurt so bad.

The feeling was leaving from your feet, limbs becoming numb. You tried to twitch your fingers to reach up to your beloved’s face. Tears had begun to slide down his cheeks, but a stoic, empty smile was on his face. Why was he crying?

“Are you alright, love?” You had no idea why it took so much effort simply to speak. Your mind had begun to fog, eyes, unknowing to you, had glazed over slightly, making you look like a doll.

“Yeah.” Venti murmured, trying to make his smile more joyful, but you could hear the lingering brokenness in his voice. “Everything’s alright darling.”

“Why’re you cryin’ then?” Venti heard the slurring of your voice and had to bite down a new wave of tears. He thumbed the skin under your eye, rubbing away any lasting tears of pain.

“I’m just so happy to see you again. You’ve been off on your adventures. It’s nice to see you back home ya know?”

Venti leaned down and kissed your forehead. “Why don’t you go to sleep darling? We can do something fun in the morning.”

“Okay.” You felt exhaustion settling in your bones, going limp entirely now. Black spots entered your vision as you felt your consciousness fade. “I love you.”

Venti let out a wet laugh. “I love you too.” And with one final kiss on the cheek, you were gone.

Scaramouche/Wanderer

“You can’t do this to me!” His grip was tight, almost too tight, but you had lost feeling in a lot of your body a long time ago and now a previously bruising grip became a comforting pressure. “You can’t fucking do this to me! Are you going to betray me too? HUH?!”

He couldn’t control himself as you simply sat there, wrapped in your blankets with a content smile on your face. You were leaving him. Didn’t you understand how much it would hurt, living everyday for the rest of eternity wishing you were there?

You had been sick your whole life. No doctor had ever lied to give you hope that you would live past twenty five and so you made the most of your time before you had to move on. ✧ after you did his hair do many times, he’d gladly return the favor. he knows how nice it feels so of course he wants you to experience it. since he braids his hair every day, he knows what he’s doing. will give you your own braid and you two can match! might also put some little clips in there to make it colorful. was super proud of himself afterwards.

✧ she wouldn’t mind playing with your hair at all. if you wanted it in a style, she’d also give you a braid because she’s accustomed to it. but if you just wanted her to massage your scalp she’d do it without question. she wouldn’t put any accessories unless you asked her to.

✧ she probably offered first. she’d do a bunch of things to your hair if you let her. you’d be stuck for hours while she put it in different styles and added accessories as she pleased. her nails felt really good against your scalp though so you weren’t complaining. she honestly had the best time and would want to do it again.

XIAO

✧ he‘s got no idea what he’s doing, but since you asked he thought he would at least try. his first couple attempts at doing a ponytail were unsuccessful and you ended up having to demonstrate after he started getting frustrated. after he did it, it looked bad so he just took it down and resorted to running his fingers through your hair instead.

"this is impossible, how do you do it?"

KAZUHA

✧ you don’t have to ask him twice. he‘ll gladly sit for however long you want and comb through your hair. he knows how to braid but he’s pretty slow at it (honestly a win for you, just means he’s playing with it longer). he‘s very gentle and knows exactly how to work his fingers across your scalp, one of the best experiences you’ve ever had.

"does it feel nice? i can tell, you’re dozing off."

WANDERER

✧ he‘d reluctantly agree (he agreed after you asked one time). he wears a hat all day so he isn’t sure how to do a ponytail or a braid, so you’d have to show him. he actually listened and was able to do it after a demonstration and explanation. the whole thing felt sort of domestic, and you could tell he enjoyed it. you two actually sat there a lot longer than you had anticipated. he didn’t fuss the entire time like you thought, just sat quietly and worked on braiding some strands of your hair.

To ALBEDO, love means patience. He's well aware that he's not the most energetic or expressive person. There are moments where his social battery is low, and he needs to immerse himself in his own world more than anything. Whenever this happens, you sit in the snowy landscape of Dragonspine, watching Albedo as he drags a brush across a canvas, causing inky strokes to bleed across the intricate composition. You wait in silence, intently peering at him, observing every movement of his arm and flick of his wrist. The frigid air stings your cheeks, but Albedo's presence is enough to cease the chills that threaten to wrack your body. Once he finishes, he turns to you and smiles softly. Albedo thanks you for waiting for him. Your understanding means the world to him, and despite the fact that you insist you need nothing in return, he still feels the need to reimburse you by taking you back to his camp in Dragonspine where he cuddles you until you feel warm again.

To AYAKA, love means acceptance. After long days of being surrounded by people who idolize her instead of seeing her as a friend, your presence makes her feel like a human being instead of some faultless goddess. Although she appreciates the individuals who think highly of her, she loves how spending time with you feels so easy in comparison. With you, she has no image to maintain. Formalities and etiquette are thrown out the window when she is with the one she adores. Despite the fact that you know she's not a perfect person, you're still hers, and that makes her feel secure. You're special to her because you accept all her flaws instead of ignoring them, yet you love her nonetheless.

To KAZUHA, love means tranquility. After all the storms he has encountered in his lifetime, he needs someone who can help him calm the raging tempests in his heart, and that someone is you. Peace — it's a feeling reminiscent of the serenity that courses through his veins when he basks in the last ephemeral rays of sunlight with you by his side. It’s a sentiment that is evoked by the gentle lapping of waves on sand as the two of you walk along a pristine shoreline, hand-in-hand as the sun sinks below the horizon. And most importantly of all, it's found in the sense of stillness that settles over him each night as he falls asleep with you in his arms. The moon acts as a witness to your love, curiously glancing down at the two of you as Kazuha holds you close and whispers sweet nothings into your ear until you drift off into slumber. When he is finally left alone with his thoughts, Kazuha wistfully gazes overhead and thanks every star in his sight for leading him to you.

To TARTAGLIA, love means war. He is a fighter by nature, so needless to say, he will fight as many battles as it takes to protect you. He knows it's not easy nor safe being romantically involved with one of the Fatui Harbingers. Numerous foes have tried to take you hostage and use you as leverage against him. However, Tartaglia is always there to protect you whenever his enemies try to strike from the shadows. His love for you and his contempt for those who attempt to hurt you fuel a fiery rage that urges him to show no mercy. By the time he is finished with them, he is certain that they will never try to harm you again. In Tartaglia's eyes, loving you is like fighting a war, and although the prospect is unappealing to many, Tartaglia is different. The thrill of battle fills him with adrenaline, and at the end of the day, he finds that it is all worth it because you're still by his side.

To the WANDERER, love means eternity. It is a concept he is all too familiar with — after all, the deity who embodies the principle is the one who created him just to cast him aside, initiating the first of several betrayals to come. All the fleeting moments of warmth he has experienced in his lifetime have left him raring for more, but no one ever quite quenches his thirst for intimacy before they abandon him. He wants something lasting, but he's too afraid to voice his desires due to the dubious thoughts that riddle his mind. If the God of Eternity’s affection for him was as transient as the vibrant maple leaves that adorned his birthplace, then who would ever be willing to love him indefinitely? His burning questions are all answered when he meets you. It is difficult for Xiao to verbally convey his admiration for you, so instead of expressing his infatuation in a straightforward manner, it is instead a sentiment he administers through lingering touches and shy acts of service. His love is quiet. Subdued, yet passionate all the same, and he will forever be grateful that you never fail to pick up on what he is discreetly trying to say to you. A heartfelt "I love you" is hidden in every small moment, no matter how insignificant it seems. And the way you reciprocate his gestures by preparing his favourite dish, shyly taking his hand while you're sitting together on Wangshu Inn's roof, and inspecting his body for any injuries in what you think is an inconspicuous manner makes his heart race time and time again. To Xiao, love is not something that needs to be in-your-face; it is found when you read between the lines.

# kazuha is nothing but a humble man. he does not seek wealth, nor fame, nor anything trivial that concerns his title as the lone descendant of a noble clan, or as the inspiring individual who directly went against the narukami ogosho's blade of lighting. he only wants two things—peace and tranquillity. luckily for him, those abstracts are found in you, being the embodiment of his real home no matter where you travel. kazuha firmly believes that he belongs by your side, and he hopes that you think the same should you agree to take him up on his wish.

# candace was more than ready to answer your question, which pleasantly surprised you. with how firm she is with her beliefs of being a descendant of the renowned scarlet king with the protection of aaru village, you would've thought she'd wish for the safety of her fellow people or something...she agrees with this sentiment with a chuckle of her own. “you're right. but me ensuring the healthy being of my village is a given. i simply wished that you staying as my partner...would also be a given too.”

# cyno, the general mahamantra outright admits this within a beat of his heart. he's sure this wish of his would have drawbacks on your part—considering his frightening reputation, but he knows, and is certain that you're willing to take it on for his sake. he trusts you with his whole being that you were ready to commit yourself to him just as much as he is to you. his resilience doesn't waver a bit when you come off surprised by his sudden cheesy advance, it only strengthens his resolve to remain with you for the rest of his life...or in other words...“since it's christmas...[name], will you merry me?” (💀)

# wanderer thinks this whole thing is silly. christmas is silly. merely wishing is silly. your question is silly. and his answer is also silly—but it held absolute truth, no matter how much he denied. it was rather stupid to ask for something that was already his, but he couldn't help it when the words erupted from his throat before he could even think about it. truthfully, there's nothing he wants in this world more than you. you are his heart. you are his human. you are his lover. you are his everything. he embarrassingly sputters for an insult when you suddenly laugh at his immediate response to your innocent question, your hearty giggles filling the silence of the room you've both resided in. something inside his chest flutters when you say 'likewise' so sweetly. he doesn't regret saying it that much now.

# shenhe was never this certain before. back then she'd always have doubts when it comes to making her own decisions, no matter how miniscule, or important it may be. is she supposed to be with humans? or with the adepti? this deer is looking at her quite weirdly, should she kill it? this person did terrible things unintentionally, should she hold them accountable? is she even in a position to decide such a thing? why are you making her feel weird things, should she confront you? all these random questions make up her past self, so now, in this present, can you be hers, faithfully and truthfully? forevermore, even? you have the power to grant this wish of hers, what will you do with it?

# kaveh is brutally honest when it comes to you. with how he's snuggling up to you like you're a sole lit torch within a raging blizzard upon uttering that one, three lettered word, now isn't an exception it seems. “i want you. only [name].” his voice is muffled onto your chest with a content sigh, resulting into a smile creeping up on your face at his display of affection. caressing his blonde locks, you mutter that you're already his, and remain that way forevermore. though the peaceful moment doesn't last long when you hear alhaitham on the other side of the house puking his insides out.

“a kiss, perhaps.”

# hu tao is a cheeky one. knowing her, she would very much rather die than passing up an opportunity to tease you. which is probably why she's now making kissy faces towards you in public, making loud bilabial clicks to further emphasize on her want for that kiss she requested of you. she's living for your blushing state right now. how cute you are! just makes her wanna pinch your cheeks and bite them! but right now, she has one goal. a raging conquest—to feel your lips against her own!

# ayato is also very cheeky when it comes to his dearest. that annoying knowing smirk of his plastered onto his face as you slowly process his response. he has no need for extravagant gifts when he has nearly every trinket or item at his fingertips as a wealthy noble clan head and his position as one of the tri-commissioners, so he'll use this to his advantage and pick up your lips in the process. he's been rather depraved of your attention lately with how busy he was with the preparation of christmas arriving in inazuma, but now that everything is set in motion, he wants to spend this small vacation with you and your lips in the meantime.

# yelan is incredibly flirtatious when she's alone with you. lingering touches that rile you up in silence, hushed whispers against your reddened ears, hot breaths mingling together from the close proximity she initiated...mhm, she's merciless. she'd have to hold herself back from full-on making out with you when you become shy from her intense gaze, averting your eyes as an attempt to calm your nerves. (she would ask for more than a kiss honestly, but we gotta keep it pg here so a long, long smooch it is.)

# heizou, yet another cheeky punk. you're really considering on giving his head a light hit for him to finally stop this little game of his. “ten kisses! that's all.” and after you're done pecking and littering his face with kisses, he'll just smile innocently and say “alright, ten more!” and he repeats it again, and again, and again, and again until you finally snap as you purposely bite his cheek under the pretense of giving another kiss. he just yelps and rubs the spot, pouting towards you afterwards as an attempt to charm you out of your irritated stance. “oh, come on, just another 10 more! it's the last, i promise!“ he then proceeds to say he'll return the kisses tenfold...whatever that means.

Wanderer was plagued with... dreams. He would wake up near a waterfall, in a quiet forest, interrupted only by the gentle playing of a harp. Your harp.

You would always sit next to the water, strumming the strings, but never daring to talk. Wanderer didn't either. Though, he did ask Nahida once about it, after she noticed his thinking face.

"It seems a certain deity took interest in you!"

That was so stupid. A deity? Took interest in him? Why would anyone even do that? And yet, his curiosity piqued, he couldn't help but speak up the next time he saw you.

You stopped playing the harp and looked at him, a small smile gracing your lips. Your beauty sure was the one of a deity.

"Let's have a chat, shall we?"

KAZUHA

The flower shop was beautiful, everyone and you thought. But so was the florist working there; Kazuha was his name. You were an often guest there, always asking for flower bouquets to put in your room. You usually had a theme ready, be it a certain color, a certain feel or whatever you thought would fit the week. And Kazuha always gladly created the prettiest bouquets one could think so.

So one day you asked him to make a bouquet that he wanted to. With a charming smile he went to the backroom and some time later, came back with a bouquet even prettier than the previous ones. He gave it to you with a soft smile that made your heart skip a beat.

When you later checked the flowers and its meanings online, it turned out that every flower had some kind of a romantic meaning behind it...

And you couldn't help but wonder if it meant anything more.

XIAO

Alatus was the name he used online, but Xiao was the name you knew him with. He was a popular streamer, known for his... interesting attitude, but also for how private he was with his life. So it was a big shock when the news came that he was dating someone. Namely, you.

It was so shocking to his viewers to see someone in the background of his camera. You walked up to him and Xiao turned off his mic– or, well so he thought. The conversation between two lovers that was meant to be private, simply, blew up Twitter that day.

From that on, you became an often guest on his streams and everyone completely adored the way his eyes softened every time you walked in.

ALBEDO

Albedo had a habit you adored.

He would often take photos of you, be it when you were doing simply nothing, just sitting next to him, or maybe when you were busy watching a movie or reading. When your attention wasn't on him.

Or when you were smiling, pointing at something you noticed, wanting to capture your happiness.

You do look the prettiest when you were happy, he noticed. It was a view so precious to him, he wanted to capture it.

He never asked you to pose, no. He wanted to capture the real you, the one you allowed him to see; not the one you showed to others.

You knew about it, he wasn't especially sneaky with the photos anyway. but you had no complaints about it.

It somehow... made you feel special.

It was New Year's Eve when you noticed her, amidst the colorful lights of the fireworks. You didn't know her name or who she even was, seeing her for the first time in your life, in the middle of a park.

Even though it was dark and the only source of light were the fireworks, you swore you could see her beautiful smile. Full of happiness and warmth. You stared at her until your eyes met and, oh.

She really was beautiful.

Her eyes shining brighter than anything else could, brighter than the fireworks in the sky, she waved to you and gestured for you to come. She didn't want anyone to spend this time alone, after all.

You didn't know this stranger's name or anything about her, and yet your heart already made a verdict about her.

"My name is Yoimiya! And what about you?"

SHENHE

On ice, Shenhe looked like a princess. Movement graceful and fluid, as if skating was something natural to her. As if the ice was her second home. You sometimes felt like it was. She looked so pretty, twirling on the ice. There was no music, no spotlight on her, and she was just another skater among the others, but your eyes couldn't just leave her.

After a moment though, she skated to the railing, on which the other side of it you were standing.

She noticed your staring. You smiled.

"Just admiring you."

Her cheeks grew just a bit redder, already blushed from skating, and you couldn't help but smile just a bit wider. She looked at you for a moment before opening her mouth and speaking.

"Would you like to skate with me?"

AYAKA

She was your muse.

So elegant with her moves, everything carefully thought through, she was stealing your breath with her beauty. You lost count of the songs you wrote for her, the words singing a quiet love confession for Ayaka.

You wanted to write her a song she could dance to.

Carefully write the notes down on paper, gently press the piano keys, and with all your heart softly sing the lyrics, and so watch her move, watch her dance to the melodies of your love for her.

You told yourself that you would one day.

He likes games. He also plays hide and seek with Bennet sometimes.

He's gonna tease you with this one, because he can fly himself up with his anemo powers. In fact you feel like is useless to even play this with him.

But he's gonna make this fair for you and not use his anemo powers, in case you don't have an anemo vision or other powers that can allow you to compete with his godly ones.

Once he's not allowed to use Anemo, he's a loser. He panics and can't find a good spot in those 5 seconds. When he does, he manages to fall. He climbed a big barrel of wine, and he was struggling to climb it for a good while, with his foot on the top of it and the other leg hanging. You end up helping him by pushing him by his ass because you have mercy.

He thought he won once and proudly made a "Hehe" sound, just before a cat jumped in his head, hissing.

He's not bad at climbing trees, but the problem is that he can't get down without his Anemo powers.

He's faking that he can't climb places just so that you get to carry him and lift him. And you know that very well.

"I can't climb that. You're not gonna let me die in lava are you? :(("

You can go ahead and princess carry and lift Venti up. You probably only want to play this game for the sake of doing that. You get to touch his thighs pretty often.

"I'll lift you up Venti, don't bother your beautiful princess ankles."

He sprains his ankles.

Climbs the tables at Angel's share and gets beaten up with a broom by Diluc. He just cleaned those.

Also climbs the stair margin at angel's share and he is gliding down on it. Another broom on his back. Those were cleaned.

Cyno

Takes it more seriously than you thought he would.

He starts doing calisthenics on everything, everywhere, anyhow. He'll find a way. Somehow, he'll always find a way to stay suspended in the air.

You thought it would be impossible to play in the plain desert, with only one vertical rock around. What is he gonna do? Glue himself on the rock? There is no way he wou—

His spear is sitting with one part stuck in the sand, the other leaned against the rock, on the spear he's standing in his HANDS in perfect equilibrium, using a lot of muscle groups for that.

The desert is not so fun to play this in. But the forests and cities in Sumeru come with a lot of possibilities.

So he will always hold himself up, dead hanging, if possible, and because you want him to lose and stop being such a perfect calisthener, you grab onto his legs and dead hang too. Good workout. Now forest rangers and akademiya students are gonna walk past you and wonder what are you doing. What is General Mahamatra doing? Must be some serious workout.

It slowly becomes workout routines and you don't even realize it, neither Cyno. You're now doing calisthenics in all kinds of positions.

"Tighnari. There is this new game I like."

He is dead hanging by a tree branch, with you climbed on his legs, and he lifts his legs up, training his legs and abdomen.

Once is your turn, wether you can handle or not, I don't think you can really escape it because he's also gonna dead hang on you.

Tighnari doesn't even bother to bring this up. He ignores when he sees you and Cyno playing floor is lava with calisthenic workouts.

Tighnari

Got lured into the game by seeing you and Cyno go crazy with calisthenics all around the forest, or you convinced him.

"Don't hurt yourself."

Thinks the game is embarrassing at first.

But he's a happy fox, he's not gonna hesitate much if all he has to do is climb trees. He's good at climbing trees. He always climbs random trees at times and Cyno finds him sitting there for no particular reason.

You don't even get to find a place because you already see him up in a tree, staring down at you. He's a winner.

If you get Cyno to play with you two, Tighnari is irritated by Cyno's need to be extra with his calisthenic positions, but secretly, he likes it.

You can dead hang with him too. But he's not got such strength as Cyno to last for a long time if you're hanging by his waist or legs.

He's probably the one used as workout material by both you and Cyno. But he's a sly fox and can use you or Cyno as ladders to climb up trees. Following his own interests. You and Cyno can stay there and die in the lava, together with his jokes and everything. He hits you with the tail in the face by mistake.

You accidentally drop him in the water a few times, and when there's not enough space on a spot, you both trip and fall in the water and he swims out, and had to dry his wet tail. You laugh at his wet tail.

You then get chased by a fox with wet tail.

"I'll show you!"

Wanderer

"What the HELL is that?" You want him to play games with you? "HA! You're such a baby!" He ends up playing it. He's a baby too.

His superiority complex is pleased. He can now just rise himself above you and laugh at you, worm, who's on the ground.

You tell him to play without his anemo powers and he didn't accept it at first.

"The rules are that I don't touch the ground! WHAT DO you want?"

Once you two are playing without powers from visions, he's really agile and fast, but If you follow his place he's gonna push you down so that you fall in the lava. Then he laughs. He's so kind.🩵

He even follows you when there aren't many possibilities around, and he pushes you off! He's definitely putting you as his first priority.🩵

Sits on a Hilichurl tower with his legs crossed like a queen and looks down at you, who didn't manage to climb up. Then a Hilichurl throws an apple in his head.

You push him off as well. You pull him by the legs and grab him off. If you can't win, neither should he. So it turns into stupid fights. You grab him by his clothes and you accidentally almost pull his pants off.

You also grab his foot and the shoe slips off from how much force you were putting into, while he was holding himself by that tree with all the stubbornness in the world.

"That's what you get. Stay with the shoe."

"Now put it back." And Cinderella raises his foot for you to put the shoe on.

Xiao

Oh, another calisthenics practicer.

"Games. You want to play with me..."

He makes a promise that he'll play with you and he keeps it. You tell him the rules, and he finds it fair simple.

"Like mortals. I get it."

He just stands there prepared and waits for you to start.

He's agile and strong and puts too much effort into a simple game, because of getting used to be tense and ready to fight all the time.

"Not gonna leave you die in the lava." And he misses the point of the game by carrying you under his armpit when he finds a spot.

After playing a few times, he becomes the one to ask you to play together, which is unexpected.

"Can we play that game again? I don't remember how it was called."

You watch him doing pull ups on a bar, so you're now going crazy to hold yourself by his waist and him to easily do pull ups with you.

When it's about moving around without touching the ground, he jumps. And if the distance is too long or high for you, he's gonna carry you.

Xiao is more of a parkour practicer, like Spider-man, like Batman at night.

He is moving from hand to hand on high up bridges with wood planks.

He doesn't stand in place, he's fast. He's pole vaulting his way, Pole vault which is a sport in which you jump high with the help of a long stick.

Ayaka

If you're happy, she is happy so she doesn't mind playing with you.

She uses her ice vision to make an ice platform under the ground.

"This is not how we play? But is ice. Ice beats lava."

Instead of you two picking up different spots, fate makes it that you both choose the same one by coincidence, and you just awkwardly run together and climb together. And the coincidence keeps repeating, she's just thinking of the same thing as you.

She's a warrior with a katana so she must be physically strong enough to climb up high places.

She falls on you once. Didn't expect her to feel that heavy.

Then she comes with the idea of stepping in water. She can't lose if she's in water. You cry when you see her in the water with the socks on.

You end up racing with her to who goes first to climb up trees.

She wants to lift you up by your waist so that you reach first. Not that you can't climb on your own, she just likes to lift you.

Hu tao

She's the lava in the game.

She is making fire on the ground just to scare you, because is funny.

"Ashes to ashes! There's a 10% funeral discount if you are ashes."

She is the one to count and it makes you run for your life. She runs after you and you scream and then she screams and you scream again.

You climb on the same spot as her and she shakes you until you fall. Making things interesting.

"Come on! Let's climb the abandoned haunted houses at night and whoever doesn't climb in time has to take a back slap from the other."

You get back slapped because you didn't climb in time. Her palm is heavy.

The house roof is old and the tiles slide down with her, making noises that awakes the grumpy old man that lives near.

She swings on trees branches and stands upside down. You climb trees and houses together and is hard to get down everytime.

She lets her imagination run wild and rushes you to climb faster because the lava is coming from the east.

"We need to climb higher! The lava is raising, Liyue is covered! There is no escape, but to spend our night time on the roof till sunrise!"

You both try to move without interacting with the ground, jumping from rock to rock, using her spear to jump, walking on the margins of the houses.

If she fails she's gonna get in her role, all dramatic, and say that she's dead in the lava now. Soap opera.

People are looking at you both running in the streets of Liyue because apparently lava is soon coming to drown the city.
