However B isn't happy and straights up dumps A and goes to C, who they had been cheating on A with. So A is mortified that not only their going to have 5 kits but raise them alone.

Wctober Day 2: Creep

Fanfic prompt: considering the fact that four had to deal with shadow straight up bombing him he probably would’ve learned to just bolt whenever a shadow creature is standing menacingly in the air

All of him learned it because even when he turned to the side of good he still drops the bombs on four (so that the colors remain vigilant because he is a good friend of course )

The chain ends up in his Hyrule and they certainly didn’t learn such a lesson so when they see a shadow appear they immediately prepare for combat

But the second they see the usually fearless four start running like hell is on his heels they followed especially because he kept cursing bad enough that even Wind looked concerned

And not a second to late because immediately after running behind a bolder an explosion goes off

And while the others are still trying to orientate themselves and stop the ringing in their ears (four was the only one covering his ears because of the amount of experience he has with explosives)

And they are helpless as they see the shadow link get close with only four still on his feet

For some reason four isn’t drawing his sword

They are doomed

When the shadow strikes at four everyone is already closing their eyes to not see him be killed

When they hear four screaming they open their eyes to see four on the ground and the shadow on him

And four just starts petting him

Wait what's happening right now?!

They quickly catch themselves standing up to fight the monster

But four just picks him up and hugs him close

TELLING HIM HE MISSED HIM !?!‘!.?,.KL!.!?

the chain then gets introduced to shadow and as they stare dumbfoundedly while following four to his grandfather’s house

Shadow somehow managed to one up his antics again when time tried to say hallo

That demon hissed at him and both four and his grandpa started to tell him to stop scaring him

The chain quickly found out there exists someone who somehow was even more horrible then all their worst enemies combined

That night they were forced to sleep with one eye open because shadow was staring at them from above the wardrobe (except for some ungodly reason Wind won that monster's favor because he and shadow were both pranking the chain they were like dynamite and fire )

Shadow is like a cat with eldrich powers and always hanging of four who doesn’t even flinch when the other bites him in the arm (he just keeps petting him )

The betrayal the entire chain felt when four (whose eyes looked very violett at that moment) said that they should probably learn how to safely escape from explosives and if shadow would be so kind as to show them

Was unparalleled by any other dread they have ever experienced

(Danny 0.3 seconds away before smelling the Heroes he just met.)

So I've been pondering about how ghost have the ability to sense one another out when close enough, but now I've been thinking of something for the living. Fanon has something like this in a few fics, making it how Danny can tell who the Leaguers are in/out of costume by calling it Death Touched.

I offer: The Stench of Death.

When a person comes close to a deadly encounter, the event becomes a smell is akin to the near experience. Say if someone survived a fire? The smell would be close to burning the materials being burnt and the smoke for example.

Think like food and how you can smell all the things that go into the dish.

The more you get into deadly situations, the more smells you can pick up on as well as getting stronger. Ghosts can sense the Touch of Death on the living, but not the Stench. Danny, who is a Half alive, can. If he focuses hard enough, he can pick up the scent and sniff people out like a bloodhound.

Now take the Justice League and all their branches/allies, organizations who fight to stop bag guys and world-ending events every couple of months...their smell is prominent enough for Danny to easily pick it up.

Now enter one Daniel Nightingale who has left Amity for [reason] and in [Hero's City], trying to keep a low profile because heroes exist now, he's retired now after sorting out the business between the ghostly and living worlds, and wants to have as close to a normal life as he possibly can before taking the throne.

But one day, he stops a known rouge that would've caused some serious harm to the populace if someone didn't stop them, gaining their attention. They try to get information on Danny, but there's nothing out of the ordinary on his file, so they decided to do the next best thing; watch him.

The young man is very guarded and observing his surroundings often, so the idea of him being a new meta struggling to handle his newly awakened powers or a new alien on Earth are possible theories.

The only problem is that, when they get they close, he tends to leave the area and head home. It's like this for a while until they realize they haven't seen him in some time now and find out he packed up his things and moved to another town...a different city a Leaguer call their hometurf, so they notify that hero of Danny's presence and the cycle repeats itself a few times before Danny is getting tracked by multiple Leauge members.

The latest Leaguer is trying to keep an eye on Danny without spooking him until Danny gets the jump on them and calls them by their civilian name while peltong them with hygiene products.

Call me crazy but I think the warriors fandom has split the effects that trauma has on how someone acts, into two types

Showing signs of trauma in a "Masculine" way

Showing signs of trauma in a "Feminine" way

When a female character "shows signs of trauma in a 'masculine way'" (to the fans: shouting, lashing out and being loud= masculine) it's a display of them being "imperfect victims that should never ever get criticized"

But when a female character "shows signs of trauma in a 'feminine way'" (to the fans: literally anything besides shouting, lashing out or being loud = feminine) it's "actually no excuse for how she's "horribly treated" the cats around her and it's sooo terrifying how the fans will excuse this"

Very dumb XS AU/Fic prompt where instead of Dashi being dead he is one of Chase's fallen warriors.

Because Chase still cares about Dashi who was once basically his brother and doesn't want him dead but of course evil and knows Dashi will never join so he's now a cat, only not tiger or lion like big version of Omi cat, he can talk but doesn't much only when it's just him and Chase. (Honestly Dashi is just taking this as retirement he thought he was gonna get killed and now he just has no responsibilities he gets to just nap all day, no meetings or having to be a legend he can just sleep) plus Chase doesn't take him on any missions or anything Dashi literally just hangs around the palace.

When Wuya appears Dashi is all nervous and keeps asking Chase about her, Chase doesn't care about Wuya but Dashi is being a mopey mess about not seeing her so when she wants to 'team up' he agrees only to shut Dashi up as his annoying basically brother has not been letting him mediate in peace for weeks.

Wuya has no idea it's Dashi, and doesn't pay much attention to the cats not noticing the one who looks very different form the rest following her around constantly. When she gets her body back she's lounging around stroking cat and ranting about the past and Dashi while Dashi is just there nodding his head.

When Omi gets turned into a cat and is sulking around this other big cat that doesn't look like the others coming up and starts talking... it takes Omi a moment to realize he recognizes the voice. Cue Omi freaking out he has so many questions.

Omi: Did Chase Young defeat you also? Is he using as part of his world domination plan?

Dashi: Nah Kid this is just cause Chase is emotional inept and very possessive of people he cares about. Same as you.

Omi:...What?

Dashi: You notice we are the only one's who can talk to other people not just chase and also look all...house cat like

Dashi: Yeah he denies it but he still see's me as his brother so doesn't want me dead so this, and of course he doesn't want to kill his son/protege

So I am ponderin' an AU. And I can fully blame this on several MAPs on youtube lol.

Thinking of a DCxDP Warriors Au. Bunch of felines. Bunch of cats.

Amity Park is a bunch of barn cats, living by some human houses. Maybe a few descended or straight up ex-lab cats. Vlad is a housecat, or was, still figuring that out lol.

Gotham is all the stray cats in the town-or-city. Straight up feral with smaller not-quite clans. Like how Ivy controls the park with an iron fist, er, paw. Or the batfam, who live in the collapsed remains of a large building within tunnels of rock, who cover themselves with ash at night to hide their scent and disappear into the winding streets.

Thermiscya (or however you spell it) is still a girls-only place. It's an entire clan of she-cats only. Maybe on an island between a fork in a river.

Metropolis, Central City, all of them are clans within the wilds outside the city. Forest, an old glade, maybe even a bit of a protected area. Idk if I'm explaining well but yeah, have a lil mini rambling idea lol.
