Today we're looking at a Stainless-steel Rolex Sea-Dweller, model-number 16600, which is a traditionally styled model stemming from the 1990-1999 era. Coming in a 40mm case with a primarily satin-brushed body and bracelet, it holds a mature luster with a timeless charm.

Featuring a variety of valuable traits it has a black unidirectional diver's bezel matching the dial, aside a bold sapphire crystal. Along the face of the watch we see dot and stick hour-markers as well as polished minute, hour and seconds hands, all of which were given luminescent inserts to guide you at night. Placed atop a black dial their contrasts provide a precise clarity and a clever composition.

Other characteristics include satin-brushed links with high-polished accents on their sides, keeping the bracelet together is a a fold-over clasp secured by a safety-latch, its sweeping second-hand is an indication of its automatic movement, it has a plain date-window at 3, and as labeled on its dial it can be used up to a depth of approximately 4000 ft underwater, hence the name "Sea-Dweller"

All in all, as far as Rolex's go, this is a prominent piece that thankfully isn't gaudy in design or stature, whilst maintaining the ability to stand-out amongst other models of similar designs.
