I DONT WRITE GOOD ROMANCE BUT LIKE UGH IMAGINE IT NOW. Alastor definitely just got himself to the V’s tower and was planning on fucking with Vox only to see he had already been kinda pissed off. Alastor wouldn’t be as satisfied if he knew he didn’t cause the frustration. He realized he could just stir the pot again. Problem solved, and what better way to solve it than using his weakness against him.. being tickled.

I’m being a little silly but genuinely Vox is so ticklish. Like most ticklish person in hell would go to him if it were an official title. That’s what I’m thinking. That being said, Alastor also knows how quickly he could get him to crumble… but wouldn’t it be more fun to take it slow.

Vox notices his presence almost immediately. He tried to ignore it as he feels his face get warm. He can’t fuck this up. He takes a deep breath and turns around. “Why hello, Alastor! What brings you to our building this evening?” He said in a semi newcaster voice. He wasn’t ready to drop the act

“Well Vox, I came here for a reason of my own but then I walked by your office and you looked so sad!” He began to walk closer to Vox. “You know, t they say you’re never fully dressed without a smile!”

Vox let out a laugh that was quite clearly untruthful. “Yes Alastor I am aware! I was alone in here and so I figured I’d just save up some energy. I’m sure you understand.”

“Quite frankly I don’t,” Alastor paused, “I think maybe I could help you get that smile back.”

Vox didn’t even have to think. He knew Alastor meant he was going to tickle him. You could ask Velvette. She’s seen those two in tickle fights that lasted for DAYS. she knows what they’re capable of, or more so what Alastor is capable of.

Vox puts up a fight for maybe a couple seconds but he just loves tickles more than he can play pretend that he doesn’t <3

It works out well for them both, Alastor gets to fuck around with Vox and well, Vox gets his shit rocked!!! And he loves that more than a lot of things.

What made you ship it?

I came across 2 posts on tumblr that completely changed my life (this one and this one). @hiorintruther (I let myself tag you because you are the person who unknowingly recruited me to the Hiorin shippers group) portrayed this ship so brilliantly that I couldn't help but fall under the spell of Hiori and Rin together, and I started binge reading Hiorin fics. Thanks to you I descover the Hiorin's truth, so thank you ♡

What are your favorite things about the ship?

They are simply made for each other. Hiori is the only person Rin hasn't approached in an aggressive or passive-aggressive manner. Hiori didn't hesitate and gently approached and helped Rin. Their first official interaction is absolutely perfect. Rin had never made such a silent understanding with anyone else. Especially since they share a similar trauma related to family members. Thanks to this, they can understand themselves on a completely different, higher level. I could go on and on about what I love about this ship, but these posts, which I linked in question 1, have it all. So in short, neither Rin nor Hiori could have formed such a bond with any other person.

Is there an unpopular opinion you have on your ship?

Maybe that's naive of me. Hiorin is a rare pair, but I believe it can grow much more. So what if they have almost no interactions? Sakusa and Atsumu from Haikyuu! also had very few panels together compared to the entire series, but Sakuatsu is one of the most popular Haikyuu ships and is also in the top 100 ao3 ships (it is also my favorite ship in general). So I think that Hiorin can stop being a rare pairing and become more popular.

I need to rewatch the episodes with all the WBs again. God I get you with Fleets. Besides Spitty and Soarin she.. probably (?) gets the most attention and she's clearly portrayed as being on par with Spitfire and Soarin, if not above Soarin in terms of skill if we look back to Rainbow Falls. But yeah, she's clearly driven and ruthless. A dangerous combo together with Spitty. I feel they might pull out each other's worst traits in terms of competition lmao.

But yeah I love her lisp. I usually hc her having a bit of a softer one since it's extremely heavy in the show. Maybe on purpose for some sort of comedic effect? But yeah she's great <3 And I know I love to talk about the more intense and even negative traits but I especially love Fleets and Spitty because they also show a lot of affection. It's the tough on the outside, soft on the inside for me <3<3 Also just look how cute she looks here... I love their outfits...

I am so so weak for them.... Plus I love that they even officially do fun things in their free time like going to Las Pegasus

Fun fact, I talked with @babydarkstar about the High Winds photo and this basically resulted in a cute hc that Windy has trouble with loopings while flying and that being her weak point and what she had to train the most on when becoming a WB.

"SON OF A SIDEWAYS SALAMANDER!" I yell at my Nintendo Switch. "Kastukiiiiiii, I almost had it..." I whine, flopping against his side as a giant skeleton creature kills my Hollow Knight.

"Are you playing Hollow Knight again?" He chuckles, wrapping an arm around my waist and squeezing me closer to him. His fingers stroke my belly absently. "You told me you've never played it before. It makes sense it would take you a few tries to get it right."

"You say that, but what about you?" I poke out my lip at him and lick his cheek on principle. "You know good and well if youuu were playing..."

"I know, I know." He rolls his eyes and shakes his head, turning the page of his book. "Smartass."

"Better than being a dumbass." I giggle, which makes him grip my cheeks and shut me up with a hard kiss. "Trying to shut me up with brute force won't stop me!"

"That's not what you said last night." He teases, and I smack his arm.

"Behave!"

"Never." He twirls my hair through his fingers and turns back to his book. "Go ahead and give it another try."

. . . . .

Fifteen minutes later and I shriek at the top of my lungs.

"Kakun, I did it!" I wriggle my legs all happy. "I beat the big boy!"

"Is that his official villain name?" He taunts, before kissing my cheek.

"Maayybbee," I purr. "How's your book?"

"It's the book you recommended to me." He grunts. "I thought since it was fantasy it wouldn't be that great, but..." He trails off.

"Hahah! You like it!"

"I guess." He pouts and then shifts me so I'm curled up in his lap. "Main character's irritating though."

"Thank you!" I agree, setting my Switch to the side and wrapping my arms around his neck. "She's so annoying. I want to jump in the book and slit her throat."

"I don't know that she'd deserve the energy."

"Harsh, Katsu. Harsh." I wiggle my nose. "What do you want for dinner, handsome?"

"You think you can make some of that spicy tempura you made last time?" He asks. "That shit was tasty."

"Sure, I can manage that. But only if you cuddle me for a few more minutes." I tangle my fingers up in his hair. It's always so spiky, but that makes it that much more fun to play with as I massage his scalp.

"That's an easy request."

My request for cuddles results in me falling asleep for a few minutes against Katsuki's broad chest. When my eyes flutter open, the soft music of Zelda and the clicking sound of him pressing buttons serenades my ears.

"Katsuki?" I mewl, yawning and lifting my head up to meet his eyes. I smell something spicy and turn to look around. Spicy tempura sits on the table. "I'm sorry, I didn't mean to fall asleep."

I laugh. "You're so cute."

"Cute? Me? We need to get you some new glasses, Tiger."

"But you arrreeee! You try not to be but you just can't help yourself." I squish his cheeks and kiss him.

"Whatever." He licks his lips, eying me salaciously before turning back to the Switch screen. "FUCK!" His exclamation jolts me, but he shifts and rubs my back to keep me soothed. "Sorry. I lost. I'll try again later."

He picks me up in his arms and carries me to the charging dock to put the Switch away. When he returns to the couch, he sets me down and lifts my shirt a bit.

"Hey, Small Fry, don't repeat that word, you hear? Your mom might murder me in my sleep."

"There is no might to it. I will murder him in his sleep." I chirp fondly to my belly.

"Oh, so I'm not allowed to curse, but you're allowed to condone the murder of parental figures?" Katsuki suddenly tackles me and nuzzles his face in my neck. "I see your double standards."

"It's not condoning murder. It's teaching him to be a man of his word."

"Then I'm just teaching her a bigger vocabulary."

I narrow my eyes at him but end up snorting anyway. "Okay, I get your point." I direct my commentary to the bean in my belly again. "No one shall be murdering your father, little one, fret not."

"And I won't be using any curse words in front of you...intentionally."

"Good. Now, I'm starving, Kakun."

"Mmph, there's not a chance I can stay here a few more minutes, is there?" He sneaks a hand over my belly as his breathing gets deeper. Even though he whispers, I can hear every word. "I'll protect you and your mommy forever, okay? I promise."

My fingers rake through Katsuki's hair again, tears glittering in my eyes. I love you so much. You're going to be such a good daddy.

"We'll both protect you." I purr.

"And teach you how to fight." Kastuki adds quickly. He delivers one final kiss to the tender, taut skin and then pulls back. "Alright, time to eat. Hope you like spicy food, kid."

"If he has your attitude? There's no doubt." I smirk.

"And if she has yours, we're all in trouble."

hahah well TJ.. as you know you've been very influential when it comes to ships - especially for Naruto. First one that comes to mind is KakaGai, but there's also YamaSai and KankuSai and ShikaCho. All of them I still love <3 Also, thanks to you I shipped GaraShir before I even watched the show. And there are just countless ships from other fandoms that I'm not (really) a part of that I have a soft spot for, because you sell them so well :))

I - Has Tumblr caused you to stop liking any fandoms, if so, which and why?

Errr I guess you could say HP? But that's not Tumblr's fault - all it did was share the messed up things Rowling said and did and gradully all of the moments HP got tiny kid me through rough and lonely times started feeling like a very big lie and I can't even think of it fondly anymore.

K - What character has your favorite development arc/the best development arc?

Oh gosh, so many, but let's go for Fjord from Critical Role. All the little and big steps he takes towards learning to accept himself throughout the campaign and the way they don't come all at once but are spread out over like a hundred plus episodes, including inevitable steps backward. The strength it took for him to walk away from the one who gave him conditional power and to accept unconditional love that is extended by his friends and the Wildmother. His arc just makes me so emotional and happy every time I think about it. I love him and I love his journey and I cannot wait to see it animated.

M - Name a character that you’d like to have for a friend.

Yamato from Naruto seems like a perfect friend. He's kind and loyal and usually a reasonable, level headed person who can calm you down in stressed situations. But he's also someone you can have fun with!

N - Name three things you wish you saw more or in your main fandom (or a fandom of choice).

For Saraiya Goyou: 1) anyone other than me making stuff for it lol. Usually I don't mind it so much, but sometimes I almost desperately wish I would see the tag update and it's not something I made. 2) drawings and fics from the past are mostly for Yaichi and Masa. I'd love more art and writing for other characters and pairings (romantic or otherwise) 3) sneakily shared fan translations of the prequels and spin-offs would be great lol. They're never going to be translated officially, but scans are taken down immediately as well. I bought Futagashira but I have no way of reading it unless I learn to read Japanese myself ^^;

O - Choose a song at random. Which ship or character does it remind you of?

Shuffle produced Pulling Teeth by Green Day. "I'm all busted up, broken bones and nasty cuts, accidents will happen, but this time I can't get up." That's definitely Meg and Zagreus from Hades. They beat each other up on a regular basis lol and I was so bad at this game in the beginning I got Zag killed by her a lot (sorry Zag..) Not top 10 ship for me, but I like them well enough!

U - Three favorite characters from three different fandoms, and why they’re your favorites.

1) Matsu from Saraiya Goyou: during my first reread the manga, after I learned that he loved Yaichi, I fell in love with him through his subtle and heartbreaking expressions. That's when I really got to know and understand him more. I love that he's charming as can be for his job, but doesn't know how to behave around his friends. He's so skilled and he knows it, yet has such a low self esteem. He's just a highly skilled, very pathetic little grumpy guy that deserves all the love in the world. And I give him as much as I can. 2) Caduceus from Critical Role: perfect, big, chill cow man who has the best advice and calming words for others, but can't recognise his own problems, let alone how to deal with them. He's so dumb and wise and I love him. 3) Gerry from the Magnus Archives: he's one of those people that seems to be full of contradictions. He's so bitter and stubborn and impatient and crude, but in a way that feels friendly? His life was so full of grief and horror from the moment he was born and he just wants a break from it all, but at the same time he can't stop himself from helping people who are about to fall - or have already fallen - victim to the horrors. The fear and defiance he lived (and died) with is heartbreaking and admirable.

#onigirihusband reads SMUT for the first time!!

Omg today was such a busy day but I'm finally gonna sit down and let y'all know how my husband reacted to the Rivamika SMUT of Chapter 15!!

HAHA it has been long awaited and, mind you, my husband did not even KNOW what smut was, or that the concept of descriptively writing sex scenes in a sensory way was a thing LOL. (My story was tagged 'eventual smut' this whole time; he's read the tags but it went over his head bc that's literally how much he didn't know what Smut was LOL)

A big takeaway though? I think he actually ships Rivamika now officially 😂

Before he read, I gave him a heads up that everything I wrote was for the story, was for my audience, and to make things believable. He had a shocked af face and was like WHAT DOES THAT MEAN???? IS THERE A SEX SCENE??? In my head I was like oh honey.... it's not just sex, it's pure smut LOL

"WHAT IS IT? WHAT AM I ABOUT TO READ????"

I said "NO MATTER WHAT JUST KNOW I'M YOUR WIFE AND YOU'RE STUCK WITH ME"

"You don't have to read the full thing if you don't want to" "NO I'M READING ALL OF IT"

He began reading and had a huge grin on his face for minutes LMAO. He told me to stop looking at him cuz we kept laughing and he was getting too distracted

I watched him for any facial expressions for when he starts getting at the spicy parts (nakey Mika in the bathroom), to the escalation of the smut, but he knew I was watching his face so he threw a blanket over his face LOOOOL (eventually threw it off and said he was too hot)

I couldn't tell what part he was on (he's a slow reader too, so it was hard to guess) -- I kept thinking he hadn't reached the smut or anything yet....

Until he lowered his phone into his chest and said, "SPICY. THAT WAS SO SPICY." BAHHAHAHAH I was laughing SO hard and LITERALLY all he kept saying was SPICY SPICY SPICY. He said he was shocked, but impressed at how descriptive it was

I lol'd at the vein in his forehead protruding HAHAHHAHA I think it raised his blood pressure

We then talked about smut in general -- I told him it's a thing for some writers, and a lot of readers enjoy and want that in romances, so I delivered LOL. I asked him if he knew what smut was, and I was right that he did not know or expect it to exist, let alone me writing it (he knew there would be some sort of sex scene, he was just surprised at how detailed it was)

But he seemed to actually genuinely appreciate it!!! Like he said he's impressed at how I was able to write it and said he could see everything in detail LOL (he said EVERYTHING)

I said "but you see how it was for the story? their physical intimacy is symbolic of their emotional intimacy, and Levi being afraid of engaging in that with her is a sign of him being afraid of fully engaging emotionally too--" then he interrupted and said "no it was just because you wanted them to have sex" and I said "I MEAN YES BUT--" HAHAH

He pointed out Mikasa's "supple breasts" and it's now an inside joke we keep repeating now LOL

"So like... he finished... inside of her?? Are they gonna have a baby now?" LOOOOL

HE SAID "tell your Tumblr/twitter people that that was the most shocking part of it to me" LOOOL

"But realistically, I know they're exhausted from the Zeke scenes, but with their super strength and their muscles and all, they would probably actually have really amazing sex" (this is actually fun for him to say because I think it's the first thing he organically said that implies that he can finally see and feel Levi and Mikasa's chemistry)

HE SAID "....a lot of what you wrote between them sounded... familiar" LOOOOOOL I said well you have to write from experience right HAHAHHAHAHA shhhh

Then he went on to say "but now all your readers just read it and doesn't that give a lot of umm, insight" but I said it's not like that; that readers know that writers can and will write from even outside of their experience and that's the art of it.

So I think I successfully wrote it in a way where he um, put himself in the perspective because he was really comparing us BAHAAHHAH I guess that's a good thing right?!?! HAHAHA

He said "WHEN DID YOU EVEN WRITE THIS???" and I explained it's like in free time, etc. and he laughed so hard imagining me writing this stuff at Starbucks LOOOOOL I told him that's when I take the back corner seat so no one sees my laptop

I was dying though bc usually after the chapter he'll point out things from all throughout the chapter, but for this he couldn't stop talking about the smut

so I kinda teased and tried asking him what he remembers from the other parts of the chapter and he was FLUSTERED trying to remember non-smut things HAHA. He did, however, say he liked the "singing part" :') And that it revealed Mikasa had feelings for him all along

He also caught my Perks of Being a Wallflower reference in their dialogue, which was sweet because Perks is a very special story/movie to both of us

ALSO he said "you should draw fanart of that" as a joke AND I ALMOST BUST OUT LAUGHING because little does he know I already drew two NSFW Rivamika pieces but iono if I wanna show him HAHAHHAHA

All in all I'm thankful he read it, actually enjoyed it, didn't discourage me or treat me like I was weird, etc. He had great supportive reactions to it and it feels like a huge weight lifted off of my shoulder getting to be TOTALLY transparent with him. #onigirihusband passes the test!

There are other funny things that happened but I won't write about that LOOOL if you're curious I will vaguely and appropriately tell you through message BUT IT IS GOLD AND THE BIGGEST SIGN THAT HE ENJOYED HAHAHHHAHA

hahah you are lucky that i recently sent it to someone so I have it located. Here It Is.

Its a post that I stumbled upon randomly and at the time it made me really mad. Eventually, probably months ago, other people found it and started dragging it in the rgu tag.

Its just someone talking about why they don't like revolutionary utena, and although they make one (1) valid criticism (Anthy and Akio being the only characters of color is bad and questionable.) (But no piece of media is perfect and pristine.) they miss entirely the point of the show or the value that people find in it. its basically "this show is bad for depicting bad stuff. I will not think about whether this is because the show is looking to criticize these things. also I understand this show better than the people who have watched it in full even though I have watched only one-third of it"

I find this post funny now, and it's not worth it to pay attention to it. there are better ways to criticize Utena for its colorism or for its questionable official art.

And since he also has a huge weakness for Chifuyu, he arranges for him various "scenes" typical of shojo mangas or dramas (like "rescuing" Chifuyu from a cyclist who is riding a good few meters away from them), which are more like pranks and cause Chifuyu's irritation and frustration. at the beginning, but then Ryusei makes up for everything and Chifuyu admits that he is a very charming bastard.
