Juliet is NOT asking where romeo is. Juliet is asking why it had to be romeo, why she had to fall in love with romeo, why the man she fell in love with was romeo

Shes longing for an explanation of the unfortunate events of her life and romances

Shes not asking where romeo it's more like...

"O Romeo, Romeo, why must you be Romeo."

kjv-ism is so funny like people have to claim that a 400 year old poor quality translation of a 1600 year old book written in ancient greek, and an up to 6000 year old collection of hebrew texts which predate the EXISTENCE of the english language, is actually the only authentic version of either of these thousands of years old texts because scrupulous translations find literally 0 reference to foundational xtian doctrines like the trinity and the divinity of jesus and theyve already gone so far that itd be really embarrassing to admit that now. and people who actually speak greek and hebrew and aramaic will look at the original texts and be like ‘yeah it actually unquestionably doesn’t say this’ and people who don’t even have a complete grasp on the english language let alone anything else are just like no it does actually. trust me. and the only rzn that translation was made in the first place is cuz king james had it made to distract people from getting annoyed at his boyfriend. 100/10
