2024 will be an interesting one for you. There's a lot of focus on quality self-care and isolation away from negative energies. A life cleanse, if you will! I also see the ocean as a pretty main note, whether you'll go there or you have some sort of connection with it, either way it's going to be extra positive for you next year! There's a lot of emphasis on the online and digital world. Some tough decisions may need to be made, but you'll be a better person for it.

Recent Times:

I'm looking to get properly back into my craft. I pick up where I left off, mostly. Still looking for a permanent grimoire book, however many more candles than previously. I haven't completely disconnected, and although I need to clean it up because I made it while at work so it doesn't use my normal process, I have a new glyph. I'll remind readers that my perceptions of the craft are entirely my own and thus subjective. Most of my sigils I do call sigils, however the recent one is not fully formed and thus is a glyph, not a sigil. Additionally, more and more recently I have been working with energy based in reiki, mostly for calmness, protection and sleep. I still have my spirit of course, he has always been there and won't be going anywhere. I have not connected with any further deities, and am undecided whether I wish to work with them in future. I've also had some incredibly bad luck recently with attempted injuries - three metal items impacting against me in four shifts at work. I don't think it is a full blown curse or hex, however I would rather be safe than sorry and plan on performing a cleansing tomorrow night.

Progress:

Lavender buds: I was gifted lavender buds recently, and although I do not know how they were dried, they were given with a strong enough intent that I do not think it matters anymore.

Smoke: I collected smoke from one of my candles the last it was lit for craft reasons in order to collect it to draw upon for later sigil casting.

Researched storm witches: realised it fits me quite well (although not all encompassing).

Predicted rain, again: Tied to the above - it's barely turned from summer here and while out I looked up and knew it was going to rain, and said as much. Multiple responses of "no it isn't supposed to rain today". It was light enough that it did not land in the carpark, however I and the people I was with had rain drops falling.

Goals:

Grimoire searching

Research oils and incense types for a ready-go protection and peace bottle

Cleansing (tomorrow night)

Redraw and create simplified version of physical protection sigil

Prepare long casting of said protection sigil

Sorry I haven’t posted in a long time, I’ve been working on making a booklet!

Originally, I was going to write a whole book on tarot. I realized it wasn’t going to be as easy to learn about as I was hoping for if I made it a long book, so I am making a much shorter booklet instead!

It is 8 pages if you include the front and back covers.

Since it is a handmade booklet, I will need to charge for my time and efforts while making them. I’m not sure what would be a fair price for it. What would you pay for an 8 page paper booklet about tarot?

I will be giving updates as I continue my hard work!

My older nephew mentioned that he really liked the animal bones that were for sale when he joined his little brother to go Secret Santa shopping for me last year at a metaphysical store. (The little nephew picked out an onyx chalice, a green calcite heart, and a malachite necklace for me and I treasure them all! 🥰) Even though I'm not his Secret Santa, I still headed to @whitebuffalori in the old neighborhood, after the Solstice service at Bell St Chapel on Sunday, and picked out a little something cool for him. 😊 That store is a TREASURE I tell you! Look at this display of, just, everything 😍 I was like "one thing for someone else, & oh look at that, 2 things for me" 🤭 Isn't that so often the way when holiday shopping? Somebody stole my wallet.

I fear that perhaps I have a negative attachment to me, or am under psychic attack. I have filled out a scholarship request for this person I know that does esoteric mentoring and Akashic record work. Normally I would feel confident doing this stuff for myself but something is pushing me to look outward.

Last time I saw my twin was Friday night. We had a great time and meditated together, had deep conversations. He held me as we slept. At one point he looked me in the eyes and said “I’m sorry I’m a little inconsistent. I love you though, I really do.”

Luckily at this point I’ve learned his pattern and I know that if we have a really good day it means he will disappear inside himself for a few and recharge. I am learning that this is one of our key differences. When I am not with him, I feel his soul always. I can telepathically communicate with his soul. The idea of having a world without him it can suck the wind out of my lungs. He, on the other hand, relishes time apart and wants my presence to be the sprinkles on the sundae that is already his life, not the ice-cream. I think that maybe he is afraid to make me the ice-cream. I can feel the fear energy. I can feel the avoidance.

See, I’m scared too. Scared but bold. I can look true love in the face and know it will end in agony but sign up for that anyway because the price is something I will pay. I have always lacked self-preservation in that way, or perhaps it’s immaturity due to my trauma. Isn’t it wild how trauma shows up so differently for others?

So now I wait for him to reach out and seek connection in the material world. I am trying to use this time wisely by focusing on my spiritual practice, going to the gym, taking lots of walks. I have decided to focus on building a beautiful world for myself and wait for him to knock at the door.

How come love is so hard but it’s the only worthwhile thing we will ever do?!!?
