Like he would make maybe an extra comment or two in Jerry's direction referencing his little "play army" or something but I don't think overall he'd be that different. On Jerry's side, I could see him trying to hold his cool for a while but over time getting more and more irate until the side of Jerry we see in OFW starts to come out

I could not tell you if this would actually change anything though lol. that's a bit too much for me to try and imagine a whole convoluted hypothetical 😂 probably not much would change in the grand scheme of things tho I'll be honest

OKKK SO STREBER FIRST. Streber and marco are very fucking affectionate to eachother its normal and stuff to them since they known eachother for a long time ofc!! but when they started dating marco sortaaa got less affectionate but its because yk hes worried about things!! Hes scared hes going fuck things up and that tinyyyy voice in his head telling him streber going to do something bad like jaz even if marco knows its not true its just scary. Ok so he sorta mentions it in the manga I think or maybe the anime but he says that being born in a temple and being like a part of a temple family sorta contributed to his powers like that's what everyone thinks or assumes made him have powers but idfk be that's kinda dumb I don't think where ur born or whatever has any affect on if ur psychic or not bc we don't really know shit Abt Miko and her backstory and we don't really know what caused kusuo to have his powers or anything so who fucking knows but this is the explanation we're sorta given like maybe he just had a natural like sensitivity for ghosts and spirits etc that may have been inherited from his parents who knows but it's interesting right.

Ok and psychic abilities are a metaphor thing is so interesting bc I read and heard somewhere that like psychic abilities or like saiki k can be read as like the queer experience or like autism (I think those were two separate posts ofc but still). So it's interesting to think Abt right and it makes sense however u see it too tbh.

Stuck in love is officially one of the best movies I've ever watched. Ik the name sounds cheesy and like every other rom-com name ever but believe me it's so good. I think it was because of the great (really really great) actors and the mood-setting music. Genuinely a great watch. I personally related to it so much.

Just everything about it was...true. Real. I loved all the couples and God Rusty deserved so much better. I cried so hard during the car scene (iykyk). I could feel the emotions literally wafting off the screen. The acting was nothing short of phenomenal. And Louis's mother part was also very very good. (Like how is that possible? How do actors become the person they're portraying? It's so so beautiful.) Oh I love that they're writers too. The mother-daughter thing really really touched my heart because well I'm not the greatest child to my mother. All mothers deserve better. This one line really hit deep.

Backstory: (spoiler alert) See, she left her hushband and married another man. And her daughter is angry with her cause her dad is suffering and still waiting for Erica to come back after 3 years. Yes, the man she married was the man she cheated on her hushband with while they were not yet divorced. You can see how that would've affected Samantha. See, I'm not saying Erica herself is a good person (she is though. It's compliacated. You've to watch the movie to understand) but she is a mother and really, if you watch it, you can see that she loves her children with all her heart. And Sam is ruthless. I related so so much with her cause I get angry really quick during arguments with my mother and say very harsh things. I realised that it hurts them a 100 times worse than we intended it to hurt. That's just how mothers feel. Their children are literally all they are (I'm exaggerating but you get the point). It feels like they're dying when you hurt them even in the slightest bit cause they're living for you. You're all there is. That's what I got from the movie anyways. And i know that it's the same case with my mother.

Me and my brother, We're both leaving her soon. I'm going away for college and my brother is a senior. So, yeah. It's bad yk? She constantly says "How am I going to be without you?". Everyday.

Now, Louis's mother part. When (spoiler) she died, I felt it hit me right in the face. I imagined how I would feel if my own mother died and let's just say I was sobbing. Like hard sobs with shoulders shaking. I realised how important she is to me and how she is a major part of who I am. She's everything. Nothing makes sense without her. I'm fully meaning every word I say. My mother's life is not the best. People are constantly pushing her down. She's a home-maker. It's not fair how people treat her (by people I mean my family ofc) She's dedicated her life for me and my brother. All of us, the whole family. I can't imagine a life like that. I would not survive.

starting with the basics, i hc that bachira is bi (another part of the reason he got bullied as a kid :((((() and isagi is ace but otherwise unlabeled atm, still working out his identities

for a while, when bachira wasnt sure if isagi was straight or not but had a small crush, he sort of talked himself down from it, trying to make sure he didnt get too attached in case isagi wasnt interested so he could keep their friendship. any type of relationship, even just platonic, would be better than no relationship, yk?

isagi, however, was MUCH less chill about the whole thing and. panicked about it. a lot. he was absolutely not able to act quite normal around bachira once he realized he might have feelings beyond friendship

isagi was actually the one that confessed first, but it was sort of an accident. it just slipped out while he was rambling?

this is the first romantic relationship that either of them have been in, so there's a LOT of fucking around and finding out, but the basis of friendship between the two of them means they have a lot of fun with each other along the way

their first date outside of blue lock was a picnic! bachira was the one who had the idea, but isagi was for sure the one that provided the food (he brought WAY too much, but hey, better to have too much than too little?)

isagi is still very easy to fluster, even later in the relationship. he still heats up a little every time he holds bachira's hand :]

bachira can, will, and has beat a bitch up for isagi, much to the latter's chagrin (ofc isagi would do the same but hes just a bit more death-glare-at-them than kick-their-ass about it)

!!!!! Just one!! Well two technically but you’ll see. (Bonus disclaimer my Hades is characterized a lot more like happyk44’s than canon so bear that in mind lol)

My main one is Penny! She’s a daughter of Persephone (because I have a chronic addiction to Mary Sues lol). Her powerset is p much ur standard plant manipulation like Demeter’s kids but with a bonus boost in being able to control mushrooms & the like plus an immunity to magical emotional manipulation (like magical fear & stuff) and (natural) poisons. Also her actual name is Elizabeth but her hair turns coppery in sunlight so she’s gone by Penny for forever

Her dad (Dave) is a former park ranger who now runs a bar that they live above because of a car accident that fucked up his leg so he can’t hike. (Yk how Annabeth & such got a whole gilded cradle on her dad’s front doorstep? Well he found Penny in his back garden. Just hanging out in the dirt. He never lies abt this she just assumes he’s joking.)

She actually grows up pretty normally/without monsters because she (like all Persephone’s past kids) is “cursed” by Hades to be unable to gain fame or notoriety & therefore she doesn’t really ping the monsters radar like she should — but that also means she doesn’t really have any friends her age.

Because she’s so solidly off the mythological radar she actually gets visited by various underworld gods semi-regularly — most notably Zagreus (+ Dionysus) hanging out at her dads bar and Hermes occasionally showing up as her mailman (Bonus: Dionysus gets introduced to her as “Dennis” and she keeps calling him that even after she finds out who she is cuz “Mr D.” is a dumb name)

(The rest of this is her actual pre-canon storyline & stuff lol so under the cut it goes)

She gets to camp mostly on complete accident when Coach Hedge (escorting Clarisse) sees the random godly signs surrounding their house and busts in thinking it’s a safe place from monsters (which it technically is but Dave wasn’t rly expecting it to be taken up on yk 💀)

Obviously Dave & Penny wake up at the noise and come downstairs to find Hedge threatening Penny’s dog (Max) who’s preventing them from going upstairs (and is also a gift from Perse so hellhound in disguise. Subtlety who’s that) with a hockey stick.

Dave sees Hedge’s horns & stuff and immediately realizes what’s happening and basically goes ‘well fuck’ and makes Penny go grab some clothes & toiletries & stuff & put them in a backpack so they can go run to camp.

They successfully outrun the monsters chasing Hedge and Clarisse but by the end of it Penny is so confused & annoyed about being confused she’s speechless with rage & ends up snapping & screaming at Chiron that someone is going to explain what’s happening RIGHT NOW when she sees Dionysus. Naturally, they do and Chiron has a moment of utter panic when Dionysius says yah he knows her cuz she’s Zagreus’s little sister and takes that to mean she’s Hades’s kid.

Uhhh she decides to stay the summer -> she stays in the Hermes cabin cuz her mom doesn’t have one & befriends an unclaimed boy named Caleb -> her & Clarisse become frenemies -> Max shows up undisguised and freaks everyone out -> eventually Hermes drops by & gives her a letter from Perse telling her abt her curse -> she wins Hestia’s favor by noticing/talking to her & refusing to be called a ‘hero’ (I’m kinda fuzzy on the canon timeline but I’m picturing this around when Annabeth is 9? & Clarisse & Penny are ~11-12)

Quest time!! Because ofc. I don’t really have details on what the quest is but it ends up being her & Clarisse & Caleb traveling together except for when she has to go down to the underworld to get materials 4 her own weapon on her own lol. The important part(s) here are that weapon/Penny visiting the underworld, Penny & Clarisse ending up traumatized together bonding <3, and Caleb both getting claimed & fucking dying :).

(Caleb’s mom is Melpomene, the muse of tragedy.)

Caleb’s death scene involves Penny nearly draining herself trying to tap into the death/rebirth parts of her powers & bring him back but Thanatos (there to collect him) stops her.

After the quest is over & they’re back at camp or wherever Hades shows up & acknowledges that now she’s done all this & is in the spotlight the “curse” does more harm than good and gives her a necklace/charm that makes it so it only effects her when she wears it. She still usually does.

Canon-wise she’s just sorta in the background training & running errands for Hades (cuz the only other option is camp which would mean staying in the Hermes cabin now without Caleb) and basically only ever interacts with Percy/Annabeth/etc peripherally via Nico (who canonically doesn’t explain jack or shit)

During the final battle in tlo when Hades is trying to stay out of it she refuses to & he’s like >:(( fine take this & don’t die and gives her a helmet like his that amplifies her curse so much it makes it so she can’t be noticed and thereby basically invisible cuz I love invisible characters

In HoO it’s basically the same except she visits New Rome w/ Nico and instead of running errands she’s helping keep the underworld intact when the gods end up split

Maybe this is a stupid question, buuuuut:

I just can't imagine a world that Rhaegar comes back from the Trident, wins the war and becomes king. No, I'm not a anti Rhaegar, matter of fact I like him very much, I'm just can imagine how would Lya, little Jon, this whole affair, would settle in the capital. The norm that fics (at least those I read) tend to follow is to make Rhaegar:

1. A douche, paranoid and destiny-obessed king.

2. Completely incompetent, aloof monarch, that deep down has a heart of gold, but can't really be understood.

I mean, isn't he supposed to be a scholar since he was a kid? What's are your thoughts about it?

oh, yeah, i can totally understand this! it's is the whole point in canon actually, "the wrong man came back from the trident". you would expect a hero win against his antagonist and have a happy ending w his lady love but it doesn't happen. instead the subversion happens to them with rhaegar being killed by robert who becomes obviously a shitty king and lyanna dying after him. they were never supposed to have happy ending, they were created as tragic and doomed and dead from the beginning for the whole plot to start, jon to have his parentage mystery and dany to take the passed baton as the last dragon, prophesied savoir and the heir who has to carry entire house on her back now.

as for the realistic rhaegar wins aus that's the difficult question. tbh we just don't know enough abt their situation, plans and wishes. you see, e.g. in agot we can be right in ned's head and see his motivations, what he was thinking abt, what he was planning, what he was hoping to do. but if his story was told the way rhaegar's was i bet he would have his own crowd of haters and ~intellectuals~ jumping out every two seconds w their "hot takes" how actually all hints abt what rlly happened (ned being a good man w his own sense of honour, justice and experiences affecting him and the deal w cersei's children) doesn't matter and he was an ambitious prick, planned to grasp the power by being joffrey's regent and make his daughter sansa queen. (you can actually insert there any bullshit and still don't reach the level of stupidity of such "hot takes" this fandom loves so much lmao). also he would be blamed to the hell and beyond for being too stupid and not foreseeing the future and actions of other ppl bc ofc after everything happened it's so easy to say what was so obvious to notice. also they would say that the deaths of his men and horrible fates of his kids are 100% his fault and even straight up say he killed them lmao. i can rant abt it for hours so yeah. this is a situation w too many unknown variables bc it depends too much on actions of too many characters we don't know enough abt. the only thing it's possible to tell for sure is the fact that there couldn't be any perfect solutions since things got too complicated at this point.

okay so, im about to go ham because i truly stand strong in my shoujo fantasy.

In my opinion, im pretty sure (like 89%) lucifer tells us that whenever mammon breaks off a relationship with someone, they go broke completely after. so hes had previous relationships before, as for the rest of the boys, im pretty sure lucifer has, but nothing serious, he wont let anyone in, MC is literally the only person who has pushed past his walls and seen him for more than pride. satan, 100% he has never had a relationship, levi, has had a couple of fwbs and other relationships but they always fizzle out, never lasting. asmo has never had a serious relationship, always just flings. belphie never had a serious relationship and same with beel. i truly believe MC is their first true loves, i know what youre thinking "theyve been alive for so long, theres no way someone couldnt have been special to them" but the thing is, theyre so different with MC; their entire dynamic and relationships changed with MC, MC saw them for more than their sin and got to know them to their very core, while yes the other relationships never lasted, thats not to say the boys didnt love them; but just not in the way they love MC. i believe MC to be a true love, not just a love, the difference for me is all of the boys would gladly give up chasing MC once she finds herself happy with another brother, instead of forcing them to choose yk? the "as long as youre happy, it kills me everytime i look at you smile at him, but i love you too much to let you be miserable with me" and i dont think any of them have experienced. also, with the whole "new relationship" thing, the honey moon phase, while yes every couple has it, i feel like with MC it would just, last. not to say they wouldnt have fights; ofc they would, but its different with MC, everyday the brothers would wake up and chose the option to love and fall in love all over again, speaking further on that, i dont think any of them would truly get over MC. and i mean that; (i dont think MC is going to die, obey me devs have something planned LOL, plus theyre super powerful, like the other anon said i dont think theyd be able to really function without them, even if they do "get over" mcs death at some point.) after MC dies i feel like the family dynamic wouldnt be the same, the brothers would get quieter and would never truly forget about it? and every relationship would fail because theyre not MC (you dont have to agree but i love reverse harems), like i 100% hc that after MC chooses another brother or after they die, mammon would try and try to find new flings, even after its been decades mammon finds someone whos super similar to MC, their look, personality, etc, but one wrong move and theyre out. I agree with the Mammon part. Out of all of the brothers, i feel he is probably the easiest to get emotionally attached in a relationship, so i see him as the one with the most previous relationships. Asmo coming in second, but his being mostly flings or poly/open relationships. I’m sure Mammon has had some serious ones as well as many flings, where Asmo’s have never been overly serious and certainly never long lasting. I’m also sure Luci has had a few, some more serious than others, but he wouldn’t get overly attached emotionally. I’m sure he’d be too busy with Diavolo since arriving, being the workaholic he is. I’m sure not many partners would be willing to deal with that level of non-commitment and emotional unavailability from him.Levi I feel like all his relationships never left that awkward early stage, and his only ‘serious’ relationships would have been strictly online, maybe a couple meetups that made him nope right out of it. Satan, again, has probably just gone on some casual dates but didn’t have much interest in actually dating rather than gaining connections. i feel like Beel is the most likely candidate to have had healthy previous relationships. He is pretty well balanced emotionally and has a good outlook on love and family values. I’m sure he’s had a few serious relationships and has dated his share of people. Belphie gives me vibes of had one or two previous serious relationships that did not end well at all and now he’s a salty sob over it lmao. 

I still don’t feel like MC is necessarily their first true love, but maybe the first different kind of love for them. MC has reached them in ways no one else has, they don’t try to change anything, they fit in well with the whole family, they understand their sins etc. I have loved a few different people in my life, and each one was such a different experience for me. The first guy i loved, i consider to be my first true love. However, it didn’t work. And then i met the man I eventually married, he wasn’t my first true love, but it was a better kind of love, yk? 

And uugghh you ripped my heart out with how the brothers would feel if MC chose a different brother!!!! Because they all would be so heartbroken it’s not them, but they really truly just want mc to be happy and cared for, and they know their brother would keep them safe and provide well. 

A few asks ago, i mentioned that the brothers would move on eventually. I think there is a big difference in moving on and getting over that I maybe didn’t articulate very well. If MC were to die or choose someone else, they would move on eventually, but they might not ever really get over it. My heart hurts just thinking about how they would feel trying to move on. Like you mentioned, the empty, quiet dinner tables, lackluster parties and festivals, it would be like they lost their best friend. (i giggled picturing your mammon scenario with the pickle because that’s exactly how he’d react to something so small lmaooo)

I also agree that i don’t think the devs will kill mc off (again), that just seems like a really crappy way to end the game!! I’m curious to see how they would make different routes go if you can only romance one of them end game, vs you being able to have them all? I wonder if we’d get a choice in the whole becoming immortal thing or not?

FIN EUCLASE’S ROUTE (STEAM PRISON)

SO when I started playing “Steam prison” I fell in love with baby boy Fin immediately but I think some of you knows the problem - his route only exists on ps vita, and in pc version he’s always miserable etc... I was googling every possible ending for him but I found almost nothing so I’m making this post. For future generations! Maybe one day I’ll find any info about his actual route in ps vita version, but for now here I list all the endings for Fin Euclase in every route. I’M SORRY FOR MY ENGLISH I’M NOT NATIVE :((

ELTCREED’S ROUTE

First of all, there are Fin’s perspectives where we can see his arrival in the lower depths, Sachsen’s tortures, the murder of the hound who took Cyrus’ necklace. It’s... really painful. When Cyrus is at Glissade’s place with Ines, Fin is also here, he’s injured, he can hear Cyrus but he can’t reach her. Fin and Cyrus meet each other in Elt’s house where Fin brought his wounded comrade. Elt did not let them stay. They came back to the lower Depths, wounded hound intends to tell Cyrus’ location to Sachsen but Fin kills him. He wants to come back to her. He finds her kissing Elt and he’s going completely nuts... He stabbs Elt but he can’t fight Cyrus so he run away. Later Cyrus understands that Fin’s sword was poisoned and Elt’s gonna die. Aaaand....

Ending #1 - The Place I Must Return To (Other). I call it The Yandere One. You can try to find Fin yourself and ask him to make an antidote for Elt. He will agree, but also he will chain Cyrus in his house so she can be Forever His :)). He did the antidote btw...he kissed her, pouring the antidote into her mouth :)) He told her that’s she promised to return to him, that he is THE PLACE SHE MUST RETURN TO and now everything’s gonna be fine and he’ll remove the chains when she will sincerely agree to be his and his only.

You can avoid it if you ask Ulrik for help in finding the antidote. 

Ending #2 If you convince Elt to stay in the Depths, he will make an alliance with the Hounds. They will help to crush the rebellion in Liberalitas. Fin will sacrifice himself to safe Cyrus in one of the fights. Cyrus and Elt will lay flowers at the place of his death.

Ending #3 If you are going to the Heights with Elt, Fin will meet you near the elevator. He will try to fight Cyrus, but he’s still a baby boy and he can’t hurt her,,, His life is meaningless without her so he asks her to kill him. Cyrus kills him and he gives her necklace back. If you return to the Depths - Ulrik will burry Fin and he’ll give Fin’s sword to Cyrus.

Ending #4 If you just can’t kill Fin (that’s absolutely understandably) be ready for One More Yandere Ending, But Even Worse :)) Fin will be quite angry, but he’ll say that he will try to start a new life. When Cyrus and Elt will come back to the Depths, Cyrus will ask to visit this lady with her son Merlo(?). Their house is empty, and then Wild Fin appears and kills Elt :)) He will try to rape Cyrus right in front of Elt’s dead body... Well yeah, that was the baddest shit. 

ADAGE’S ROUTE

Same Fin’s perspectives at the beginning of the route. I forgot to mention a cute flashback where we find out that Cyrus was the one who ordered Fin a special sword from a blacksmith. So the sword is really special for Fin. He meets Cyrus in the streets when she tries to save Another Little Boy from the Hounds. He saves her, he asks if he can meet her somewhere, she tells him where she lives now (at Adage’s place). Then Fin kills all the Hounds who hurted Cyrus. He goes to Adage’s house all pretty with flowers, but he sees Cyrus and Adage in the window aaand he get jealous. He drops flowers and leaves. Cyrus will think that the flowers were left by the boy she saved earlier. Some time later Cyrus will see Fin dismembering a woman’s body in the streets. Creepy shit. 

Ending #5 Fin was doing this with dead bodies for Glissade and his ugly ass daughter. When Glissade captures Cyrus he tells Fin to find Adage and bring him to the hospital, and if Fin will do it he’ll let Cyrus go. Fin brings Adage and Glissade kills him immediately :))

Ending #6 - Property Returned (Other). After the dinner with Glissade, Adage can go to talk to him without Cyrus. She will wait for him, and Fin will appear with someone’s severed head :)) Cyrus runs away in fear, Fin pursues her. Eventually she shoots him. He’s dying in her arms, saying that he only wanted to give her necklace back... He’s trying to SAY SOMETHING (YK WHAT) but he dies. Cyrus is immediately executed for killing the Hound. That’s the stupidest ending tbh...

ULRIK’S ROUTE

Fin won’t appear here, but Cyrus will remembering him. There’s a flashback about the first time they found a dead body during the police work. Poor Fin vomited :(

INES’ ROUTE

Ending #7 If you decide not to wait for Ines near the elevator, Sachsen and Fin will appear in search of Ines’ “partner in crime”. Fin will find Cyrus AND HE WON’T RECOGNIZE HER BC OF HAIRCUT THAT’S SO STUPID I’M CRYING. Then he’ll ofc recognize her and refuse to kill her. Sachs will kill them both :))))

Ending #8 If Ines becomes a leader of the Hounds, Fin will be a happy puppy who finally found Cyrus and they’ll be working together! One of the happiest endings for him.

Ending #9 If Ines and Cyrus will stay in the Heights, Cyrus will send him a letter and propose to come back too but..... he stays in the Depths..... to help reorganise the Hounds..... welp THIS is the stupidest ending, like how can Fin refuse to live with Cyrus? Weird shit. 

YUNE’S ROUTE

That’s somehow the weirdest and the happiest route for Fin? So he will talk to Cyrus for the last time before going to the Hounds. Then they will meet each other in the lower Depths and Cyrus will notice that he changed.

Ending #10 - “A Thread Unbroken”. When Cyrus walks with Yune in the Depths, Wild Fin can appear and knock her out. He will kidnap her, then he’ll tell her all of his yandere bullshit.... Cyrus will scream for help and some dudes will appear to save the girl from the Hound. Cyrus runs away but then she understands that she can’t do it to Fin..... She comes back and fight those dudes. Fin is injured. The Dudes will come once again and shoot Cyrus, Somehow Fin kills them all...... Both Cyrus and Fin dies. That really was the weirdest of Fin’s endings.

Ending #11 When Yune is in Glissade’s hospital, in the best of routes Cyrus and Ulrik will appear to save him. Fin will let them go and promise to find them later (spoiler: he won’t do it). Glissade will ask Fin to bring them back, but instead Fin kills Glissade. Next he kills Sachsen and makes a fire in the hospital. He dies in the fire.........What was the point of this? I really don’t get it.

HERE COMES THE BEST PART. I ALMOST DIED I SWEAR.

When Yune is dying bc of love you can stay with him or leave him. Aaaand....

Ending #12 If you stay with Yune till the end, he will die quite peacefully. Tistella’s name is cleared. Cyrus becomes a politician like her father to keep Yune’s heritage. THE BEST PART! FIN COMES BACK!! AND BECOMES CYRUS’ SECRETARY!!! 

Ending #13 If you leave Yune, he accepts his existence and he will live for many years more. Tistella’s name is also cleared. Cyrus opens her fencing school to teach children. Fin comes back to work in the police, they are friends with Cyrus.

GRAND ENDING ROUTE

Ending #14 for Fin, where everything is just fine. No one tortures him, Cyrus is still his partner, love isn’t forbidden anymore..... yk what I mean... yes, chase is literally the most doting big brother that could ever exist, would move mountains for his baby sister if she asked (she would never ask because she’d figure out how to move the mountain herself), but that doesn’t stop the pair from being literally The Worst™ to each other and general public nuisances of the meme variety

side note - although nobody ever told ciel that she and chase aren’t related and are just step-siblings, she has a big brain and figured it out eventually (chase couldn’t be prouder of his genius little sister, although the difference in their ethnicities was probably the biggest tip off)

home life was not so great - stacy was constantly feeling undermined by gerald’s first wife, knowing he would always love her just that little bit more, and the more insecure she felt, the more she’d take it out on chase, and the meaner she was to chase, the more distant gerald was towards her and to ciel. it was kind of a cycle.

just before chase’s 18th birthday, ciel pointed out that they could run away, just the two of them, and take care of each other like they always do. her big brain pointed out that as an 18 year old, he could be her legal guardian

so, at 14ish (maybe 15? idk how old ciel is tbh) and 18, the pair moved out

when it became apparent that they weren’t coming back, stacy and gerald said fuck it, got a divorce since they were really only together for the kids at that point anyway, and ciel and chase were pretty much independent from then on

he and ciel even adopted a kitty named mayonnaise britney spears min - but you can call her may for short

as two teenagers they uhhh weren’t so great in the funds department and chase took it upon himself to provide for them so that ciel could focus on her studies - sacrificing his own education, he put himself through odd jobs here and there until one day shortly after his 19th he was approached by someone who told him he’d be great at ‘twilight modelling’

turns out by ‘twilight modelling’ they meant hhhh stripping

well, one look at ciel’s immaculate report card and the pleased twinkle in her eyes when she started talking about scholarships and college and stuff, chase was absolutely fuckin gone and knew he’d do anything to keep that look on his baby sister’s face so - hoo boy, here we go, ya boi turned to stripping

it actually took him a while to let ciel know, he told her he was, well, twilight modelling because he didn’t want her to know, but when she did eventually find out about one and a half years later, she help him come up with his rad stripper name - Rosir, because it’s french for ‘pink sky’ which matches ciel’s name, but also ‘the colour you turn when you’re embarrassed’, which suits him

a year into stripping, he meets tiffanny, and yk, all that stuff in the tldr, she pays for all his loans, buys him all his fancy designer brands, gives him plenty of allowance (which ya boi saves cus he’s not an idiot), even buys him a car and opens up her penthouse for the two of them

of course, when shit hits the fan, he has to give up his fancy car and leave the penthouse with ciel, now the two of them live in a shitty little apartment in palm springs because he doesn’t want to blow al their savings and since his arm was kinda uhhhh broken after the ordeal, he’s only just been able to get back into stripping (since he stil isn’t qualified for anything)

(tw:emotional abuse) before he started dating tiffany, he was pretty sure he was bisexual. tiffany had him confused for years because she told him that liking it up the ass didn’t mean he was gay and he could enjoy bottoming for a woman without being bisexual; he was totally straight, she would insist, and he started to believe that and to this day he struggles with whether or not he’s straight or bisexual because he knows he finds men attractive, but he isn’t sure if he would date one --> this was a form of emotional abuse that went on for literal YEARS

(tw:emotional abuse) should i mention that tiffany was kinda lowkey the worst and also tried to convince him to stop being a stripper several times? things like “you don’t have to strip, you’re basically my personal prostitute baby” and “you don’t need an education, i’ll always be here to provide for you, you’re all mine baby boy” and when she’s mad uhhh “you’re my little whore, got it? no one else’s” so............. yh let’s just say ciel wasn’t a fan but chase, well, he was blinded by those hearts in his eyes

but don’t feel too bad for him! chase actually kinda likes stripping now, thinks it’s made him feel much more confident with himself and his body, having always felt maybe he was too gangly and thin and awkward, and he likes the feeling he gets when people can’t take their eyes off of him

despite the fact that he’s a stripper, he’s actually real sweet and innocent. has only had sex with tiffany, has never even kissed a guy and hasn’t even really kissed many other girls except for a few awkward dates he’s had here and there - most he’s done is private dances for paying customers

so let’s talk about bellarke

SPOILER ALERT, it’s gonna be messy, because I’m so lazy, and shitty and I don’t know how to sort my thoughts, and ever since I started thinking about this, my brain went all over the place. (FYI, as you can see, it’s a kinda analysis about BELLARKE, so if you don’t like it, just scroll the fuck over. Also, even if an episode through the season was about SOMETHING ELSE, my point is to analyse Bellamy and Clarke in it. Don’t tell me I’m making the show only about them, because I’m perfectly capable of making a post about how brave and awesome Raven is if I want to at some point. That’s not the point here, tho).

So you know, now that we’re almost at the end of the season, and we’ve had TONS of unecessary plots that were dragged around, and unecessary choices that were the focus of ths show, I have started to think of WHY the writers took SOOOOOOOOOO MUCH time, making plans that DIDN’T work are aren’t even mention anymore. Well, short answer? It’s to develop Bellarke. (of course there also are plot points and other characters and you know, basically a story this whole season, but let’s delve deeper, shall we?) Let’s start with the Ark+list; that will TRULY not be used to help anyone survive. The list has been destroyed literally one episode after its creation, and the Ark was destroyed the episode just after that. NOW, what was the focus of all this storyine? Clarke, making the list. Yes, it’s part of Clarke’s individual journey, but it’s also the beginning of her “I have to save Bellamy Blake journey”: on ep3 we see Clarke sacrifice TWO PEOPLE for Bellamy Blake (places 99 and 100, because for him to be on the list, she had to add herself). Next arc of story, is the “Roan discovers about the plan” arc: who is the focus YET AGAIN? Clarke, that is faced again to the “I have to save Bellamy Blake” moment - she has to save his life, while Roan directly threatens it by having him as a hostage. Here, we have Clarke sacrificing FIFTY people for him. Then we have the episodes where they’re apart, and where it’s ALSO very interesting regarding each other, and we’ll see that later, I still think I need to see the end of the season to talk about Bellamy’s journey as a whole, and Clarke’s journey too. Next, we have the Bunker-plot; and YET AGAIN, we have Clarke choosing to save Bellamy’s life. BUT in the end, Bellamy becomes her enemy when she decides to save him; he doesn’t want to be saved in these conditions, and she still decides to save him - choosing OVER him rather than with him, that’s literally what he says when he says it’s not like the other times. And in the moment where Bellamy is the one confronting Clarke to sacrificing YET AGAIN people or him, she chooses to sacrifice EVERYONE BUT HIM. Literally the entire human race, BUT Bellamy. Because if the Bunker is destroyed by a mob of people angry at the Sky People and all, ultimately, Bellamy will die. Now I do think coming from that, in terms of their relationship, I do believe that between them, it’s settled that Clarke is more action, and Bellamy is more talk. Bellamy inspires people way more when he talks, than when he takes actions (ie, s3 with Pike, where he took action, and he lost his friends’ trust) while Clarke, all this season, while she was trying to TALK with the others (Roan, the Grounders, or even the Sky People) was failing all the time. I do think that the distance in their relationship right now, is because of Bellamy, and not because of Clarke. Clarke did her action on ep3, she put Bellamy’s name on the list, and at the moment they needed to talk, Bellamy walked away. She even made herself vulnerable to him, with the whole hand-nuzzle and he still walked away. I do think it works with what Bob said, about Bellamy steering away from love, I think he LITERALLY DID on ep3 and that’s where the “shift” in their relationship started (cuz lbr, up to this point, I was all “HECK YEAH BELLARKE” during the three first episodes of the season, they were connected). This season is all about Clarke, proving over and over again that she puts Bellamy first, while Bellamy is “failing” to ‘share’ their relationship. They don’t talk, and no matter how many times Clarke saves Bellamy’s life, it is currently my problem with Bellarke, and it’s because of Bellamy. Bellamy who walked away after the list scene, Bellamy who went out of the bunker without talking to Clarke, Bellamy who pushed Clarke away with a “nobody died today” when she asked him if HE was okay. We literally HAVE a scene of really probable “canon” happening (the beach 406) interrupted BY BELLAMY NOT TALKING. Bellamy literally acknowledged that on 410 about Octavia, and I do think he acknowledged it regarding Clarke as well. He spent too much time not saying things, while it’s the Apocalypse; something that he’s been facing for a long time - yet, his “healing process” regarding that, didn’t start before ep7, while Clarke and him were separated. Now, what I think, SPECULATION- and it’s regarding the spoilers, so if jump over that part if you don’t want to know; it’s very probable for them to “switch roles” in order to Bellarke to become canon. I’m talking about Clarke, being locked outside, about to die, taking her last chance to confess her feelings for Bellamy (as she always does with the people she’s about to lose- she did with her dad, with Finn, with Lxa; Clarke ONLY TALKS with people when she’s cornered by the events- her mom about killing her dad, cl, her and finn, even with wells, the very first thing we see clarke do is throw some truth tea at him, that she hates him, because she thinks she’ll die or something because the dropship has a problem), and Bellamy TAKING ACTION to save her. Lbr I don’t think Clarke is dying (ofc), and I don’t think they’ll get separated. I do think on many aspects, Clarke bore a lot of things this season, for Bellamy, even if he didn’t know this; it’s not because he disapproved that she didn’t tell him about her decision to take the Bunker. She didn’t want him to bear the burden with her, as he did in MW, for example. Probably because the last time he did, she wasn’t there for him, and she failed him, and she hurt him. HM, who from the Clarke’s previous relationship, did that too? Yes, Lxa. Once again, we’re coming back to Lxa. Lxa with whom Clarke felt safe and cared for because she didn’t have to take any of the hard choices, Lxa who was “overpowering her” and made her feel safe because she was not “weak” by letting her emotions drive her. Now, we know that Lxa learnt from Clarke that it’s not the answer, but she didn’t get to FIX what she did. This season, we see Bellamy being able to take a nap with Clarke - BECAUSE OF CLARKE 403 - just like we saw Clarke being able to take a nap with Lxa (s2) at some point, because she felt safe with her. That’s why I still think that Bellamy didn’t make the list with her- I do think Clarke waited for Bellamy to fall asleep to make the list, because she saw the episode just before that, that it wasn’t who Bellamy is, to take these kind of decisions (because he saved the slaves, rather than thinking “bigger”). I do think that Bellamy’s words, comparing 411 to MW, and other things they did together is the beginning of solving the problem between them, and releaving Clarke of the burden she took. Bellamy doesn’t want to be protected by someone who makes all the decisions for him, that’s literally what he said to Clarke on 410, that’s not how THEY, together do things. Now regarding Clarke on her own (ep8 mostly) I do think that Clarke doesn’t value her life, just like Bellamy doesn’t value his own (ep7); they BOTH didn’t want to be on the list for themselves, but for the other. Ultimately, I do think that- up till the end of s4, what they’ll have to do is survive for the other. Learning to live for themselves will be something that is more s5 territory. Yes, maybe Bellamy evolved on ep8 as well, and that’s why I think he will be the one having that role that Jasper had for him, to help Clarke herself. But ultimately, I don’t think they can inherently try and reconcile themselves with living without each other (um hello you know, Bellamy “having fun” with/through Clarke’s ‘clone’ wasn’t just luck), they “keep each other centered” too much for that. Now I’m not saying that they are dependant of each other, I do think that who they are right now, is through the other, because of the other, and that their journey “to hope” is too close to their relationship for them to “overcome” what they did, what they lived, if they’re separated or if one of them dies. Clarke literally lowered her gun because the human race surviving without Bellamy isn’t worth it. YOU KNOW?? The end is, WHY would Clarke want to protect Bellamy? Hm, maybe it’s because her past is made of people she loves dying, because she FAILED to protect them? She felt guilty about her father, because she thought that telling Wells was the thing that got her father killed. She felt guilty about Finn’s death because “he did it for me”/”then he dies for you”, and you know, the LITERAL FACT that she stabbed him, or the whole 208 episode, where Finn surrenders to the Grounders, so that Clarke could be saved while she’s hurt? She failed to save Lxa from her wound, while she’s a doctor, and Lxa died of a bullet that was meant FOR HER. Now, I’m not saying that BC will be canon by the end of the season, that everything will be compensated by the end of the season. I do think that everything makes sense, even the “missing parts” of Bellarke that frustrate us now (or just me? idk). I still think there is a very very decent chance for BC to become canon this season, ESPECIALLY if the scripts are real, and it still happens on screen; Clarke WILL NOT “die” without confessing her feelings, that’s not who she is- even tho lbr, she won’t die, but she still can THINK she’ll die yk. I do think that Bellamy/Bellarke CAN be the way for Clarke to be relieved of her burden by: 1) Bellamy surviving Clarke’s “confession” - so yeah, that not being the end, not being the ‘final chance’ she has 2) Bellamy saving Clarke while Clarke spent the ENTIRE season trying to protect HIM. Taking the burden of surviving out of her, is literally what he did during the list scene; it’s obvious why, and I think they can reconcile with that. I do think the writers are totally aware of the THIRST they are creating among the viewers/the BC fandom regarding them both. Idk if we’ll have everything perfect, if we’ll have truly canon by the end of the season, or if my predictions are right lol, but it’s narratively clear that at the end of ep10, the journey of their relationship IS NOT over, that Bellamy has adressed his issues with Clarke’s actions, and that it DOES have an impact between them. I do think that ep10 was still the breaking point- their turning point, and that the last two episodes will be about resolving all that. That’s why I don’t think Clarke will expect Bellamy to come with her next episode (because he has a bed “given” by Octavia on ep11), I do think that Bellamy taking charge with her, just 24 hours before the whole Apocalypse thing, will be the start of adressing their issues left opened by ep11 (soooo... I do think they didn’t do it on ep11 because of the lack of time, I do think that eps12-13 will be more about the Adventure Squad, and THEIR survival, and will allow Bellarke to have more time to be properly adressed). Turns out, I’m unable to sort my thoughts properly, so it’s just me rambling, buuuuuut-... the predictions about act6 are in my head for a very long time, I just didn’t want to write them up until now, to avoid jinxing it all.

Dickington Dickface McDikinson the third is kinda like universally loved and forgiven even though he’s done shit like: wonder out loud if poor people are capable of love (bcs ofc poor people are animals for you to study and you can extrapolate the relationship between 2 of them (out of the 3 you know) universally, they’re basically microorganisms??? right???), insinuate he’d pay a girl to talk to his friend (bcs again poor people are trained zoo seals that will dance for money and that proposal isn’t dehumanizing of both the girl and your friend at all bcs like were they even humans to begin with?) and erase someone’s humanity so completely he invalidated their existence. 

The Author explains people being like completely up Gansey’s ass as a consequenceof him as a character being super invested in people liking him and working hard for it. And like I’m not saying it might also be because white american rich boys are allowed to do anything at all in the world and people will always find a reason to excuse it but yk, it could like, have played a small part on it. 

He features some loveable character traits like 1) not understanding poor people -he’s rich what can he do? pay attention? ask? don’t be silly, rich people don’t ask we throw money around until things happen as they should-  2) and trying to solve his friend’s fear of depending on someone forever by -wait for it, wait for it, this is brilliant-getting him indebted to himself -my boy, such a mind such a brain- because ofc being indebted to him is different than being indebted to his dad and Adam being reticent to owe someone something as big as his high school fees or a fucking appartement after the incredibly traumatic relationship he has with his dad and money in general is not understandable at all. How is dickinson supposed to understand that??? by investing time -aside of money- in his friends? RIDICULOUS. 

There’s also that tiny unworthy of mention quote of “the difference between us and kavinsky is that we matter” that no one aside from me seems to have a problem with. And like, yk, maybe IT’S ME. Maybe thinking that the world revolves so completely around you if someone doesn’t matter to you they just don’t matter, maybe it’s totally normal. Maybe erasing a human being’s experiences and fears and hopes just because you don’t like them is acceptable. 

Like, I mean, dehumanizing drug addicts and insinuating anything bad that happens to them it’s their fault and they deserved it is kinda a real thing. (but i also totally hate blue and try not to read anything about her so what the fuck do i know). His holier than thou attitude comes in a nice holiday package that includes policing his friends hobbies as if his wasn’t weird as shit and also potentially lethal, not correcting people when they call his bestfriend a dog and even playing in on the joke, hanging with the literal paid killer that murdered his bestfriend’s father throwing him into a suicidal ptsd induced spiral AND then proceeded to beat up said’s bestfriend brother who dickinson is kinda friends with because can he keep is fucking nose out of someone’s affair??? unlikely!
