MATRIARCHY LAWS — REGARDING MATRIARCHAL WEDDING AGREEMENT

IN THE NAME OF THE QUEEN, HER ROYAL HIGHNESS, EMPRESS OF THE MATRIARCHY, RULER OF THE MATRIARCHAL WOMEN, MAXIMUM PRIME MONARCH IN HER RIGHT — HERE THERE ARE THE LAWS REGARDING WEDDING AGREEMENTS

Here we are going to analyse a classical wedding Agreement between a MISTRESS WIFE and Her future male domestic husband.

PRENUPTIAL BETWEEN MISTRESS WIFE  & MALE DOMESTIC HUSBAND CONTRACT

Be it known that this agreement (”Agreement”) is entered into on the [DATE] between [MISTRESS WIFE] (herein referred to as MISTRESS WIFE [NAME]), and [THE MALE DOMESTIC HUSBAND NAME] (herein referred to as [HER MALE DOMESTIC HUSBAND.])

MISTRESS WIFE AND MALE DOMESTIC HUSBAND HEREBY AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS:

1.-) PROPERTY AND INCOME OWNERSHIP.

Any and all forms of property, income and assets which have come into the possession of either MISTRESS WIFE or MALE DOMESTIC HUSBAND have become the exclusive property of MISTRESS WIFE. Any and all forms of property, income and assets which is acquired by either MISTRESS WIFE or MALE DOMESTIC HUSBAND at any time in the future shall immediately, upon receipt, become the exclusive property of MISTRESS WIFE. THE MALE DOMESTIC HUSBAND shall surrender any and all future property rights to his MISTRESS WIFE for the rest of his life.

2.-) PROPERTY AND INCOME.

MISTRESS WIFE, at Her option and discretion, may permit HER MALE DOMESTIC HUSBAND the use of any of Her property and income. Such permission may be modified or revoked as MISTRESS WIFE sees fit, at any time.

3.-) OBLIGATION TO OBEY.

THE MALE DOMESTIC HUSBAND shall unconditionally and cheerfully obey every one of MISTRESS WIFE’S commands and whishes and shall at all times conduct himself within the rules set forth by his MISTRESS WIFE. THE MALE DOMESTIC HUSBAND shall surrender all of his personal freedoms to his MISTRESS WIFE. The only personal freedoms permitted for THE MALE DOMESTIC HUSBAND are those, which his MISTRESS WIFE may graciously choose to allow him, at Her discretion.

4.-) SCOPE OF CONTROL.

THE MALE DOMESTIC HUSBAND shall surrender to his MISTRESS WIFE complete and unconditional control over all aspects of his life including, but not limited to: Financial matters; Personal matters; Professional matters; Social matters; And legal matters (to the furthest extent permitted by the Matriarchy’s law.)

5.-) PUNISHMENT ACTIONS.

MISTRESS WIFE shall be given all rights to punish HER MALE DOMESTIC HUSBAND in any way in which She desires, for any reason that She feels is appropriate, at any time, and at Her discretion. MISTRESS WIFE shall not be required to demostrate to HER MALE DOMESTIC HUSBAND that any punishment action is justified. THE MALE DOMESTIC HUSBAND shall to do his best to avoid punishment by always striving to please and obey his MISTRESS WIFE and to always strive to conduct himself within the rules set forth by Her. THE MALE DOMESTIC HUSBAND shall cheerfully submit to any punishment prescribed by his MISTRESS WIFE without hesitation.

6.-) DISPUTES OR DISAGREEMENTS.

Any disputes or disagreements that THE MALE DOMESTIC HUSBAND may have with his MISTRESS WIFE shall, by default, automatically resolve in favor of his MISTRESS WIFE’S position. MISTRESS WIFE may, at Her discretion, graciously allow HER MALE DOMESTIC HUSBAND’S position to be heard, but MISTRESS WIFE’S final decisions shall indeed be final and HER MALE DOMESTIC HUSBAND will cheerfully and unconditionally abide by them.

7.-) APPEALS PROCESS.

There exists no appeals process available to a MALE DOMESTIC HUSBAND. A MALE DOMESTIC HUSBAND is bound to cheerfully and unconditionally obey every one of his MISTRESS WIFE’S final decisions, rules, commands, whishes, and desires.

8.-) SEXUAL RELATIONSHIP.

The only sexual pleasures that THE MALE DOMESTIC HUSBAND is permitted to enjoy shall be those, which his MISTRESS WIFE chooses to provide him or chooses to allow him to experience at Her discretion. THE MALE DOMESTIC HUSBAND shall keep his MISTRESS WIFE’S sexual needs and desires as his highest priority and he will constantly strive to please Her in every way. THE MALE DOMESTIC HUSBAND shall not purposely provide himself physical sexual stimulation in any form without his MISTRESS WIFE’S explicit permission to do so.

9.-) MONOGAMY AND CHASTITY.

THE MALE DOMESTIC HUSBAND shall remain completely and faithfully monogamus to his MISTRESS WIFE in every sense of the word. Masturbation is cheating too. MISTRESS WIFE shall require HER MALE DOMESTIC HUSBAND to remain chaste and pure by wearing a male chastity device for good to ensure his monogamy and to be a pleasing sexual partner for his MISTRESS WIFE’S benefit.

10.-) CONTROL OF BODY.

MISTRESS WIFE has absolute control over HER MALE DOMESTIC HUSBAND’S body in every way. This includes, but not limited to, MISTRESS WIFE’S rights to, at Her discretion: Control what enters his body (e.g. as in eating and drinking;) Control what leaves his body (e.g. as in urination and defecation;) Adorn his body (e.g. as in choice of clothing and jewelry;) Mark his body (e.g. as in tatoos, bruises, welts, cuts and abrasions;) Modify his body (e.g. as in piercings, punctures, brands, cuttings and scarification;) Cause sensations to his body (e.g. as in the infliction of pleasure and pain;) And maintain his body (e.g. as in weight and health issues.) THE MALE DOMESTIC HUSBAND shall unhesitatingly make his body completely accessible to his MISTRESS WIFE, without restriction, at Her request, for any purpose She desires.

11.-) SEPARATION OR DIVORCE.

If a separation or divorce may occur, THE MALE DOMESTIC HUSBAND shall remain completely bound, in every way, by the terms of this and all other agreements made between his MISTRESS WIFE and THE MALE DOMESTIC HUSBAND. THE MALE DOMESTIC HUSBAND has completely surrendered any and all of his rights against his MISTRESS WIFE, including any rights to: Attempt to contest any such action taken by his MISTRESS WIFE; Seek alimony, property division or property ownership; Or to seek personal freedoms of any kind for himself.

Any and all forms of future income or future property acquired by HER EX MALE DOMESTIC HUSBAND shall immediately be turned over to his EX MISTRESS WIFE and shall belong exclusively to Her. This may be accomplished, at his EX MISTRESS WIFE’S discretion, through: Direct-deposit of HER EX MALE DOMESTIC HUSBAND’S funds into Her accounts; Or by signing over all checks received by HER EX MALE DOMESTIC HUSBAND to be payable only to Her. EX MISTRESS WIFE may then, at Her discretion, provide HER EX MALE DOMESTIC HUSBAND with a small living allowance as She sees fit.

If a separation or divorce occur, HER EX MALE DOMESTIC HUSBAND shall continue to unconditionally and cheerfully obey every one of his EX MISTRESS WIFE’S commands, whishes and rules just as if they were not separated or divorced, for the rest of his life or until his EX MISTRESS WIFE chooses to release him from this obligation. AN EX MISTRESS WIFE shall retain all of Her rights, in all forms, over HER EX MALE DOMESTIC HUSBAND as She sees fit. Specifically, EX MISTRESS WIFE shall retain the right to direct HER EX MALE DOMESTIC HUSBAND in all aspects of his life, at Her discretion, and HER EX MALE DOMESTIC HUSBAND shall not enter into a relationship with another Woman without first obtaining explicit permission from his EX MISTRESS WIFE to do so.

12.-) TRANSFER OF RIGHTS.

AN EX MISTRESS WIFE has the option of transferring any and all of Her rights over HER EX MALE DOMESTIC HUSBAND to any other Woman of Her choosing, at Her discretion. This may be done by AN EX MISTRESS WIFE in the form of either temporary or a permanent assignment of Her rights. AN EX MALE DOMESTIC HUSBAND shall be fully obligated to the person designated by his EX MISTRESS WIFE in any way that She chooses to obligate him.

If his EX MISTRESS WIFE become deceased before transferring Her rights over HER EX MALE DOMESTIC HUSBAND to another designated Woman, then HER EX MALE DOMESTIC HUSBAND shall not enter into a close or intimate relationship with another Woman for the rest of his life and shall continue to, at all times, conduct himself according to the commands, wishes, and rules that his DECEASED EX MISTRESS WIFE had previously specified for him to obey.

In case of a born child, if it is a DAUGHTER out of this marriage, all rights over him will be transferred to Her as Her MOTHER’S inheritance.

13.-) SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS.

In consideration for this agreement, many of the male domestic husbands sign at Her Wife’s discretion a prenuptial agreement before their weddings take place in which according to those agreements it may apply to this agreement as well. The male domestic husbands have to live their lifes within the terms that they signed on what a WIFE considers to be an ideal marital relationship under Her rule and very capable direction. A MISTRESS WIFE AND HER MALE DOMESTIC HUSBAND fully understand the nature of this prenuptial Agreements, into which they both have voluntarily and of their own free will entered, without any form of undue duress, force, compulsion, intimidation, pressure, persuasion or coercion from any other party.

14.-) ENFORCEMENT.

This Agreement shall be enforced with the laws of the MATRIARCHAL STATE. Both MISTRESS WIFE AND HER MALE DOMESTIC HUSBAND acknowledge that they have had an opportunity to seek the advice of legal counsel and that they are entering into this Agreement voluntarily and of their own free will. This Agreement was drafted by NOTARY MISTRESS [NAME,] with the consultation of future MISTRESS WIFE and consent of HER MALE DOMESTIC FIANCÉE. Neither party shall be entitled to claim the benefit of ambiguity resulting from its drafting. THE FUTURE MALE DOMESTIC HUSBAND has specifically waived any and all of his rights against his FUTURE MISTRESS WIFE to invalidate this Agreement due to claims of spouse abuse, enslavement (e.g. or for any such related reason) and shall never attempt to bring legal action of any kind against Her regarding such claims.

15.-) DEFAULT.

If either party defaults in the performance of any terms, provisions or obligations herein set forth, and it becomes necessary to institute legal proceedings by the MATRIARCHAL STATE to effectuate the performance of any provisions of this Agreement, then THE MALE DOMESTIC HUSBAND shall pay all expenses, including attorney fees, incurred in connection with such enforcement proceedings. THE MALE DOMESTIC HUSBAND shall continue to be obligated to the terms of this Agreement during the time that any such legal proceeding takes place until he is relieved from this obligation by a MATRIARCHAL COURT OF LAW.

16.-) TERMINATION OF AGREEMENT.

This Agreement shall remain in effect until it is revoked, rescinded, canceled or terminated by A MISTRESS WIFE or until A MALE DOMESTIC HUSBAND dies. Should MISTRESS WIFE exercise Her option to transfer Her rights under this Agreement to another WOMAN, the MALE DOMESTIC HUSBAND shall be obligated to the WOMAN designated by his MISTRESS WIFE until the designee revokes, rescinds, cancels or terminates this Agreement or until THE MALE DOMESTIC HUSBAND dies. THE MALE DOMESTIC HUSBAND has no rights whatsoever to revoke, rescind, cancel or terminate this Agreement under any circumstances.

17.-) CHANGES OR MODIFICATIONS.

This Agreement may be changed or modified only by A MISTRESS WIFE, at Her discretion. Should MISTRESS WIFE exercise Her option to transfer Her rights under this Agreement to another WOMAN, only the WOMAN designated by MISTRESS WIFE may change or modify this Agreement. A MALE DOMESTIC HUSBAND has no rights whatsoever to change or modify this Agreement under any circumstances.

18.-) UNDERSTANDING OF AGREEMENT.

Each party fully understands the terms of this Agreement and the terms represent and constitute the entire understanding between them. Any portion of this Agreement found to be legally invalid or unenforceable shall not affect the remainder of this Agreement. Each party has read this Agreement and finds it to be in accordance with Her and his understanding and each voluntarily affixes Her or his signature in the presence of TWO FEMALE WITNESSES indicated below.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this Agreement.
