A sacred text. A belovéd vampire. A tragic reminder to us all.
Acrylic, gold leaf, and silver leaf on goatskin vellum. Marginalia to come when I have time.
(Thank you to @wayneradiotv and @socpens for this incredible moment in streaming.)

I love how convoluted goals are in this game like man I'm trying to hunt a legendary monster why is a crucial step in this endeavor writing a novel
well obviously the legendary monster is gonna grade you on how good your poetry is. how do you expect to kill the vake if you can't even describe how cool mushrooms are

Percy Shelley doodling while helping his wife edit the draft of her first novel, Frankenstein; or, The Modern Prometheus (1818):

The idea for the story was devised in mid-June 1816. The draft shown here was written between August and December 1816, and it was revised until April 1817. The book was published January 1st 1818 when Mary was 20-years-old. She was only 18 when she conceived the story, as her 19th birthday was on August 30th 1816.

i did not have to go through so much 'you fans coddle lando' last season AND this year too, for max fans to defend verstappen when he was so clearly in the wrong and deserved a worse punishment.

Patron Saint of Lost Things and Quantum Moons
Solanum Outer Wilds I would become quantum with you... I based this piece on chapter 25 from @tippertot 's fic, Interpolation. I thought of her clutching the models of Brittle Hollow and Ember Twin like roses at a funeral and it was over for me.

markhelly trap markhelena on the experimental floor until they resolve their sexual tension. they can go through the rooms bc helena's blood unlocks them. yelling to banter to eventual smut.
omark tries to go up the elevator several times and imark brings him back down every time while helena is just. crossed arms leaning against the wall waiting for his brain to start working.
he yells it out at her about wrecking his life and she gets upset and stomps down the hallway and he has to rush after her bc what if someone comes and shoots at them.
first room she unlocks is something traumatic to her. plot talk about the purpose of the experiments and how much she knows about them and whether she likes lumon's vision for the world. bonus points if she's actively discovering things here and mark is also changing his opinion about her.
eventually they reach some rooms based on mark's memories, like the christmas room. by this point they've bonded enough that the sexual tension is palpable. helena gets into his personal space on purpose ("or are you scared of getting close to me because you might remember wanting me?") and the rest is herstory
