I'm still struggling with a Christmas list. It's almost December, and I've only got 4 items at most. it's stressful. My brain won't leave me alone unless I have 10 or more items. It's stressful. If only could I think of things, but I'm really struggling! Any item I could put on the list is something I could also argue against getting! It's stressful!

I know it’s a little early to be talking Christmas but…

Making Christmas lists as a kid was so fun, so endless, so easy. I saw hundreds of commercials a day and definitely did not need my parents to sit me down with the catalogs for every place that sold toys in town but they did and every year I wound up pointing out like a hundred things or more that I wanted in under an hour.

Nowadays someone asks me what I want for Christmas and I’m like- Whoa-slow down buddy… you’re gonna have to give me at least two weeks to get my list together because I honestly haven’t a damn clue. Then a stressful two weeks later I’ll hand them a crumpled piece of paper that has 6 items on it, and their all just general things you need around the house and socks.

I’ve gotten a head start this year. I’m browsing through Amazon’s hobby section and making a wish-list that I can send to the people who are internet-savvy to seem a little bit more interesting. So far it’s mostly art supplies and Lego sets… but I think that’s a little better than asking for towels and pans again, huh?
