TV Guide Dan Vol.49, October 2023 Issue ft. Kamen Rider Gotchard Cast Members Junsei Motojima x Yasunari Fujibayashi Interview (translations below)
Publication: October 20, 2023
"You two are currently appearing as rivals in "Kamen Rider Gotchard." Would you please describe each other's role?"
Motojima: Kurogane Spanner, played by Yasu-kun (Fujibayashi), is a cool and mature kind of character. If Houtarou Ichinose, who I play, has the mental age of a 10 year old, Spanner would be that of a 25 year old. I think it's interesting that they're rivals.
Fujibayashi: Well, they're rivals, but I'd say that Spanner is overwhelmingly stronger.
Motojima: No, I don't think so! In episode 3, Spanner loses to Houtarou.
Fujibayashi: He didn't lose.
Motojima: It was Houtarou's win!
Fujibayashi: Ahaha! Since the details aren't clear, we'll leave it up to the viewers to decide (laughs). Houtarou, played by Junsei, is a true to life version of Junsei, or rather, he's just as he is. He's mischievous, an airhead, and a lively person! Gotchard is Junsei's first full time acting role, so he's got alot of room to grow. I think you'll enjoy watching Junsei's growth and development alongside that of Houtarou's.
"What's the relationship between you playing these roles?"
Fujibayashi: We get along really well, huh?
Motojima: Yeah. Also, when I was having trouble with my acting, Yasu-kun would give me advice like, "Try this kind of movement here," so I really appreciate it.
Fujibayashi: I don't have that much acting experience either, and I'm not in a position to give advice, so I'm just saying what I feel from an objective point of view. Junsei has his own unique style, so he's able to express it through his acting.
"What specific scenes do you think Fujibayashi-kun's advice helped improve?"
Motojima: The one in episode 3…
Fujibayashi: Ah! The scene where Houtarou and Spanner fight with shinai's in the dojo?
Motojima: That one! For that scene, we read the script over the phone the day before filming, and before we shot that scene, we talked for about two hours in the waiting room thinking, "If we did something like this here, wouldn't it turn out better?" I never learned how to sword fight, so Yasu-kun taught me how to swing a sword.
Fujibayashi: It was really difficult to move around while saying those lines. But, both of us were determined to make it a great scene. We practiced holding umbrellas instead of swords while saying the lines. In that scene, I personally thought, "Junsei's so amazing."
Motojima: Eh! Where, which part?!
Fujibayashi: There's a scene in the dojo fight where Houtarou did a jumping head butt toward Spanner's stomach, and I thought such an attack would be absolutely terrifying and painful. Actually, Junsei squirmed the moment the footage cut to that scene. Still, I believe that the viewers could feel Junsei's determination to put his body on the line and his passion for the show. In that sense, episode 3 became an important episode for us.
Motojima: It's a scene that we absolutely can't leave out when talking about this show. Also, there's a scene in episode 5 where I did pro wrestling. I had to act as if I was in pain when I was subjected to a technique, but I didn't know what it was like when a person really feels pain. So, I asked Yasu-kun, and he told me, "When people get hit in the lower back, they arch their body and feel the pain."
Fujibayashi: We actually hit each other on the back of our thighs to see how we would react (laughs).
Motojima: That's right (laughs).
"In contrast to the relationship between Houtarou and Spanner in the show, we can see that you support and get along well with each other during filming, do you also hang out in your private lives?"
Motojima: Next time, all the cast members promised to go to an amusement arcade!
Fujibayashi: It's just a plan though. Everyone's schedules don't quite match up….However, everyone's made good progress and have become friends. Besides, I feel like the two of us will have a relationship that lasts a lifetime.
Motojima: Oh~! That makes me happy!!
Fujibayashi: Junsei's current "weapons" are his freshness and his will to "Just give it a try," and he has the most important passion for an actor. I myself have my own pride as an older person. I'm confident that we can maintain a good relationship as acting rivals even after this production is over.
Motojima: Yeah. I hope we can continue to improve each other through friendly competition.
Fujibayashi: It's still early in Gotchard's story, but looking ahead to the ending, I'm already kind of sad! But, I'm really looking forward to Junsei's growth.
Motojima: Oh, I appreciate that.
"By the way, do you know each other's views on love?"
Motojima: We talked about love once before, right? On a train ride home after filming, I asked him, "What kind of person is your type?" It was because I was curious (laughs).
Fujibayashi: If I'm remembering right, Junsei's into pretty girls, right?
Motojima: Yeah. I think Yasu-kun said that was the type of person he'd fall in love with.
Fujibayashi: That's right. Also, I guess Junsei likes quiet people.
Motojima: Yeah, I like quiet people.
Fujibayashi: I like cheerful people, so I don't really have a type at all.
"How do you go about approaching someone you like?"
Motojima: I feel like I'm a proactive person. For example, as a student, I might ask someone, "Would you like to go to the cultural festival together?
Fujibayashi: That's good! But, I'm as proactive as Junsei. I also reply to LINE messages very quickly.
Motojima: That's right, you're really quick.
Fujibayashi: Without messing around, maybe I would straight up ask her, "Let's go out to eat!" and start meeting up more often.
Motojima: I see. I really want to talk on the phone with the person I like. I'm aiming to do a "fall asleep phone call" (he awkwardly laughs).
Fujibayashi: What, that comment was too cute!
"Now then, please tell us about the benefits of becoming your lover."
Fujibayashi: Since I can speak English, I can take you on trips to various countries!
Motojima: Eh~? That's not fair! I definitely can't win against that! But, I can play the guitar. It would be nice if I play and she sings.
Fujibayashi: You're going to make her sing?! Isn't it about Junsei playing the guitar?
Motojima: Ah, I want her to listen!
Fujibayashi: Well, you know, Junsei's really cool when he plays the guitar! He has a very soft expression…When I saw Junsei's guitar video, I was so moved that I couldn't help but send him a LINE.
Motojima: Fufufu~ Well then, I'll play the guitar for you. On a beach overseas!
Fujibayashi: No, you don't have to compete with my English (laughs).
"In the future, If you were to co star in another production, what kind of production would you like to appear in, and what kind of relationship would you like to play?"
Motojima: Houtarou is also a second year high school student, so I'd like another school story.
Fujibayashi: Junsei can still play student roles. I think I'm limited to playing a college student…
Motojima: But, I'm also a college student, and it would be nice to play college classmates. It'd be fun to compete with each other for lovers!
Fujibayashi: I'd like to fight as two historical kings. Something like, "Romance of the Three Kingdoms."
Motojima: That sounds good, I want to try it!
Fujibayashi: Junsei in the form of a military commander…Hmmm, his dark face would suit it…maybe?
Motojima: Yasu-kun also has a dark face, right?
Fujibayashi: I had the opportunity to wear a wig when I performed in a 2.5D musical, but I have thick eyebrows, so I sometimes have to clean up my eyebrows with makeup. So, as a member of the "eyebrow tribe," I'm alittle worried about Junsei's eyebrows.
Motojima: Eyebrow tribe (laughs). But, I really do hope we can co star in a historical drama someday!

Someone asked me on my retrospring if I preferred the Umineko manga or VN. (I prefer the VN, for a lot of extra details and lovely prose).
But that reminded me of the manga-specific Confession chapters, which I have an incredible amount of issues with, so I'd like to talk about that a bit.
The very first problem with it is this: it goes against the fundamental principles of Umineko, not just in opening the catbox, but in how it contradicts Sayo's character.
Tumblr media
Sayo wrote her forgeries and created her entire murder mystery to confess her crimes and try to have someone understand her feelings. They feel so much shame and guilt over everything that they are incapable of openly confessing to someone about everything and must instead use this oblique method. Even Beatrice never openly confesses everything, no matter how hard she is trying to get Battler to understand her. Even when she must use the red truth to deny witches against EVA, she asks Battler to cover his ears so that he doesn't hear it.
Why would Sayo create this direct confession of everything and then put it into the sea like all their other message bottles? Genuinely... why? They are already writing their forgeries as confessions and want someone to use those to understand them. This is what multiple characters state Beatrice's goal is and also state that someone understanding her will grant her peace/happiness.
The answer is that there is no reason besides a contrivance to:
a. have Ange (and us, the audience) learn about Sayo's backstory without having love to "see" it
b. explain why Ikuko (and thus Tohya) know everything about Sayo to be able to write their forgeries (a lesser reason, but one nevertheless, that also reduces the potential effort Tohya spent to learn more about Sayo by studying her forgeries)
Also, this manga differs from how EP7 frames Yasu as a bodiless being, one without a sense of self who takes on different "roles" - Yasu becomes Beatrice, but is also separate from Beatrice in the narration, speaking of "us" but not speaking of a self as "myself" or "me". They can become their personas, but they are not their personas directly.
In Confession, we see that everyone besides "Sayo" is just an illusion or fake, centering Sayo as "the real one".
Tumblr media Tumblr media
"And when I was myself, I could actually smile and be happy" - implying that Beatrice and Kanon are not her true self, and only "Shannon" is, as Shannon isn't mentioned in the above section.
Another thing is that this chapter introduces more contradictions than just characterization ones. Nanjo mentions that Natsuhi pushed the servant and baby off the cliff.
Tumblr media
However, how does Nanjo know this? I tried to figure this out, as someone asked me about it on here before. But no one was there at the time. They had to have guessed this, or assumed this, or else somehow overheard Natsuhi talking about it.
Was this line meant to confirm that Natsuhi did, without a doubt, push Lion off the cliff? But this was already pretty much confirmed, given Lion's existence and all the discussion about it in 5 and 7.
Tumblr media
Also, it seems as though it's trying to confirm that Sayo is trans and AMAB, but Nanjo specifically says "though you could not bear children". Hopefully some weird translation thing... on the official translation... (@dainadjakyou checked her Japanese copy and thankfully this is a mistranslation; it's meant to be that Sayo is unable to have children in general).
But otherwise, well. It doesn't manage to even confirm that Sayo is AMAB, whether that line is a mistranslation or not, since if Sayo was born with ovaries and those ovaries were destroyed by the accident, Sayo's body wouldn't produce enough estrogen to have a feminizing puberty, which would be similar to if Sayo was born with testes that were destroyed (not enough T for a masculinizing puberty).
I should also mention that for whatever reason, even though it canonizes the fact that Sayo has a scar on their abdomen, this scar is never depicted despite the fact that we see Sayo's abdomen. Just didn't draw it. So it has internal contradictions, too.
Oh, it does confirm that apparently Jessica didn't know that Kinzo was dead. Somehow.
Tumblr media
It also tries to confirm or at least more heavily imply that Kinzo was responsible for the Italian/Japanese fighting in EP7.
Tumblr media
As much as Confession confirms some details, overall it contradicts Sayo's character and other depictions of them in the story while also adding some new contradictions, not managing to properly confirm several things it clearly wants to hammer in, and also contradicts itself at some points due to what I'm assuming is either artistic oversight or poorly thought out stylistic choice.
Opening the catbox didn't need to be this way. And yet, it is.

yasu paradoxically believing that men and women exist on opposite extremes and slot into particular roles and this unshakeable belief in gender roles translating to the way they act as both kanon and shannon as a result of having lived in an environment that actively reinforces these things all their life while being a person who struggles to fit into either makes lion’s existence as ideal fragment yasu and how they emphasize their distaste for gender expectations and the demands of other people immediately when questioned about their gender as well as the fact that they’re non-binary all the more special especially when combined with the fact kanon and shannon’s names, yoshiya and sayo, can be made to match the ranks of zepar and furfur in ars goetia by using japanese numbers wordplay (16 and 34, respectively) and zepar and furfur, the ones who oversee the love duels and narrate yasu’s backstory with them, are deliberately very gender ambiguous

Sakura by Yasu Matsuoka of YASU ART STUDIO
“In Spring in Japan, cherry blossom trees are in bloom for about two weeks. During this very short period of time, Japanese people enjoy the traditional activity called hanami, which can be literally translated as “viewing the flowers.”
During ancient times in Japan, the New Year was in spring, and the blooming cherry blossoms marked the beginning of the spring planting season. From this, the Japanese believed there was a relation between the flower and the rice paddy god. In Japanese, the cherry blossom is called sakura. Originally, sa referred to the rice paddy god, and the word kura meant “a seat for god,” and sakura could be understood as “a sacred place for the rice paddy god to dwell.”"

English translation for Nana 7.8 Ai Yazawa Interview (Part 2)
This are the original scans from my original 7.8 copy:
PLEASE READ THIS NOTES BEFORE READING THE INTERVIEW
NOTE 1: I'm not a professional translator, i did this the best i could, english is not my first language so there may be misspelled things
NOTE 2: This interview is from the 7.8 fanbook published between volumes 7 and 8 of Nana, when Yazawa talks about the characters you have to keep in mind what we knew about them at that point and not what they did or became latter in the story
Thank you
MISATO REPORTS - 30 QUESTIONS TO AI YAZAWA (9 to 19)
Okay, we already know more or less the author's position regarding the series, let's continue with the interview
Question 9: Which band would you prefer to play in: Blast or Trapnest?
Uh, i don't see myself on a punk band (laughs) better with Trapnest.
Question 10: And what instrument would you play?
I use to play piano, so i would play the keyboard
Question 11: Tell us about an experience at a concert
I once won tickets to see a rock band that I loved. I got first row, just in front of the guitarist i adored. Since i know what it feels like, I was inspired by that experience to draw the scene of the girls front row at the Trapnest concert.
Question 12: Do you believe in horoscope?
Normally i don't. I ignore the typical predictions that come out every end of the year. But i like that typical Japanese thing of guessing someone's personality based on the blood type they belong to.
Question 13: What do you prefer? Long or short hair?
I like both. I don't like common things (laughs) I like originality. Yasu is original.
Question 14: Which three objects would take to a desert island?
Tobacco, paper and pencil. How crazy going to a desert island to draw (laughs) Oh, and CD! I can't live without music! Oh, only three things... this is so difficult...
Question 15: If you opened a business, what would it be?
A decoration store like Sabrina, second hand items from the 60s and 70s.
Question 16: What novels do you like?
"Good moorning , sadness" by Sagan. It's my inspiration, i also like the mystery novel "Eien no ko" by Arata Tendō. I cried too much
Question 17: What films do you like?
So many...! The ones i rewatched the most are "Gattaca", "Death in Venice" and "Velvet Goldmine"
Question 18: And TV shows?
I barely watch TV. Well, i don't have time.
Question 19: Do you surf the internet?
Sometimes. Since there's a fanpage, i visit it to read the comments
Misato: There is so much new information for me too.
Part 3 of 3 coming soon

I saw someone on Twitter suggest that Tai Yasue actually looked over the KH3 translations and approved it and I was wondering what you’re thoughts on that were?
In the kh3 ultimania they specifically stated that the translation process was much more hectic than in previous titles because they were recording both the jp and Eng at the same time, which resulted in more mistakes/messiness. I’ve got the link somewhere around here but I’m too lazy to find it. Also I’ll just say that person acts in very bad faith often so I wouldn’t recommend engaging with them.
Also even if Tai Yasue did approve every single translation, why does that mean there can’t be mistakes or disagreements?? He’s not a robot. People that are so against every discussion on translations are annoying actually and I have no patience for them. Nomura has stated that faulty translation can compromise understanding of the story, so regardless of who ultimately does or approves the translation it’s still important to discuss when there are real discrepancies in the original meaning vs the translation. And yes I understand the purpose of localization- a really good localization makes the language sound natural but doesn’t compromise important context for the story or understanding of the characters even without being a literal translation! I actually think kh3 is for the most part a very good localization. Yet there are still a handful of parts that have caused misunderstandings that are worth digging into.

Ghost Hunt x My Hero Academia
Since there are lot of a avenues to explore with this crossover, I haven't quite settled on a concrete way of going about it. (And I have other unfinished projects, too, ya'll know how it is.) For now, here is a concise list of Quirks that I imagine the Ghost Hunt characters would have in the My Hero 'verse.
SPR Itself
I don't imagine Shibuya Psychic Research would be a typical hero agency.  It’s run by Naru and Gene, but similarly to the way SPR is in canon, the regulars who frequently join in on investigations are all independent Pros, not sidekicks.  Altogether, they form a collective of heroes who frequently team up and occasionally bring in outside help.  With the exception of Naru, although his has severe drawbacks, none of them have particularly powerful Quirks, but altogether, they make up an accomplished unit. They're not strictly speaking a combat agency. Their work is geared more toward investigation, similar to how Nighteye operated.
Mai
Retrocognition:  The ability to view past events through oneiric visions.  An invaluable investigation ability that recovers indisputable testimony from the deceased victims of violent crime. She also has some astral projection abilities that allow for locating missing people, and in some cases, negotiating with villains. Which ultimately makes her a little terrifying. As the old adage says, you can't run from what's in your head.
The Davis Twins
Naru’s Quirk was easy to figure out.  It’s the same psychokinetic energy he possesses in canon and with the same drawbacks.  He can barely use it without causing damage to himself, similar to the early days of Deku’s training as well as on par with Dabi’s self-incineration risk, which is where Gene’s Quirk comes in.  His is ‘Hijack.’  He’s able to affect how others use their abilities, choosing either to cancel out a Quirk like Aizawa can or he can seriously ramp it up the way the Trigger drug is supposed to work. Kinda like how an electric transformer increases or decreases voltage power.  Since Naru can’t use his abilities without significant harm, he and Gene are often paired in tandem, sharing the hero name Twofold.
Yasuhara
True to his character, Yasu’s Quirk was both easy and difficult to pin down.  He doesn’t have any supernatural abilities in canon, so the unfortunate and obvious translation of this into an ability in My Hero would be to make him Quirkless.  But then I thought, no.  There is more to Yasu’s character than being the ‘normal’ one of the group.  He is a dissembler at heart, he loves messing with people, he’s diabolical and he lovingly adds a little extra chaos to everyone’s life.  Yasu, and I say this in the most positive way, is a little shit.
So Yasu’s Quirk is ‘Switch.’  He can temporarily swap Quirks between two different people but has a limit of three different pairs total.  Pretty handy in a fight when all the villains suddenly find themselves stuck with new powers they don’t know how to use and no way of knowing when or if it’ll switch back. Think of how many people he could mess with.
Masako
Another difficult one to pin down since her thing is channelling spirits and outside of Quirk factors and the remnants they leave behind, ghosts do not seem to exist in the My Hero world.  Since speaking with ‘Quirk factors’ would be severely limited to the vestiges of One For All and the countless Quirks All For One stole, this wouldn’t be a practical ability for anyone to have, so the spirit channeling aspect of Masako’s canon abilities had to be scrapped.  Eventually, though, I came up with 'Sound Vibration.'  Masako can pick up on vibrations that resonate long after a person has spoken, enabling her to ‘overhear’ conversations that have already happened, even if it’s been hours, days, or even years.  It’s easier for her to use in an enclosed room and nearly impossible for her to use it outdoors.  This one was inspired by her ability to hear the screams of the ghost children from the Doll House Case. Hero Name:  Echo
Takigawa
Arguaby the hardest one of the group.  For a while, I thought about having his Quirk revolve around his chanting, but that seemed too close to Masako’s Sound Vibration, so I wanted to try something else.
Then I remembered his kekkai barriers.  Perfect.
Quirk:  Barrier.  Ability to place impenetrable barriers around intended targets.  Limits, drawbacks, and further sub-abilities pending.
John
Quirk:  Absolution.  Switching things up a bit, I decided to go with the idea John is not actually a Pro.  He is a priest with license to use his Quirk legally.  John is able to completely remove the feelings of guilt a person may have, but the caveat that said person’s remorse has to be sincere otherwise it won’t work.  Mostly, it’s for the purposes of alleviating victims of violent crime of their survivor’s guilt or even heroes who are particularly affected by a death they were unable to prevent.  Controversially, though, he does also use it for convicted villains on death row.  He’s gotten quite a bit of backlash from the public for granting this last minute mercy as it is viewed by many that the perpetrators of violent crime deserve their guilt.  John disagrees and has always claimed even the wicked deserve peace in their final moments if they truly have remorse.
The inspiration for his Quirk comes from the concept of sin-eating, wherein a person symbolically takes on the sins of another by eating a ritual meal representing said sins.
Ayako
Also not an official Pro but a doctor involved with SPR.  She has a healing Quirk that draws energy from trees and plantlife.  Again, more exploration needed, but that’s the idea so far.
Lin
I wanted to incorporate his shiki in this crossover, so Lin’s Quirk is 'Guardian Spirit.'  He is able to call upon five protective forces to keep watch over people in his absence.  He can distribute them among five people or consolidate their power by leaving all five in one place, same as canon.

Translation discourse for KH3 is popping up again so a friendly reminder Tai Yasue literally approved all the english dialogue that made it into the final version. When the co-director of the entire series approved the dialogue I literally don’t know what else to tell you.
I've reached the point where I just block or mute people who complain about English dubs like they're experts how work on these shows and games.

「Thank you, Commandant.」
Time: 2023-08-08
I didn't expect that you and Commandant Simon were planning something to celebrate my "activation day".
Since my body was made by the Ascendants by piecing together the remains of other Constructs, my memory's a bit foggy and I can't remember the exact date I was reconstructed. But when I was filling out my data, the staff said I could pick any date I'd like to celebrate as my birthday instead, so that's what I registered on the form.
So I was honestly surprised that you remembered and even wished me a happy birthday, even though the information I filled in wasn't exactly correct.
Honestly, this was something I should've told you back at the Gray Raven's lounge, but I couldn't say anything at the time.
I didn't realize until now but, because I've gotten so used to just surviving that I've grown accustomed to forgetting about things like birthdays, whether it be my own or others. If you hadn't reminded me, I would've most likely forgotten about it again.
So thank you; for not only remembering this special day, but also for your joy at the birthdate of this sinner.
Does this mean that I've gotten closer to and accepted by you, even just a little bit?
According to the customs of travelling merchants and traders, I should've given you something as a token of my gratitude.
But after picking out my gifts for Commandant Simon, Captain Paloma, and Lillian, I realized I knew practically nothing about you nor what you liked, so I didn't know what to get you.
Though I know there's nothing wrong with gifting someone that's of inherent value, my predecessors have always said that friendship without mutual benefactory is delicate and flawed.
Owing debts to each other is sometimes necessary between people. Good friends will bicker, fight, and then make up afterwards, repeating this cycle again and again. Only with this can we truly let our guards down and become real friends.
But I'm no longer a drifting trader. I wish to stay here, so I won't consider this as a one-time thing.
Can I see you again sometime soon?
I wish to know more about you; not from other people, but from you directly.
And when that time comes, I'll definitely prepare a much better gift for you then-- the gift known as friendship.
Of course, if you'd like to have that moment alone instead, then you can disregard this notebook or even this drawing of a starry sky.
The main reason why I drew it is because I still remember what you said that day.
Additionally: Having said that, I feel a bit embarrassed having given you a couple of useless drawings, so I went out and bought at least a few multivitamin candies since Comnandant Simon said that commandants often use these as diet supplements.
You've been working a lot lately, so it's important to not forget about regularly taking your medicine. Please don't push yourself too hard.
Good night.

Note
I think only Nobumichi's SA ranks higher but only with the stipulation that it can't actually be used to cause harm. Although I think Nobumichi mentioned Masashi as the greatest Hakkenshi in Yasu's CQ unless it's just translation error. Maybe Masashi just has better skill like Shino.
He actually did mention that Masashi is the best Hakkenshi
But idk it could just be "Little brother" privileges
And it's aslo confirmed in He is also Yasuyori Nephew just like in the novel

Yasu: Good work today! See ya'!
Joyo Male Student: Bye.
Tumblr media
Seiji: Well, don't you look happy, (Y/n)-san.
Tomoeda: I don't know what you're thinking, but it's not a good idea to hang out with a group of good-for-nothing delinquents like that who are more trouble than they're worth.
☆ ━━━━━━━ ∘◦♬◦∘ ━━━━━━━ ☆
⊳ Choice: Even good-for-nothings have something going for them
Seiji: Oh? Seems like you've gotten pretty friendly with them.
⊳ Choice: What's wrong with me hanging out with them!?
Seiji: Stubborn. Did they teach you some defiance too?
⊳ Choice: Wow, harsh. You didn't have to gut them like that.
Seiji: So you’re saying that even people like them have praise-worthy moments?
☆ ━━━━━━━ ∘◦♬◦∘ ━━━━━━━ ☆

Seiji: Kirigaya? Picking up trash? Oh my, my eyes are starting to tear up…
Seiji: Or so, I'd like to say, but it might be due to the gain-loss effect. That being said, there's a prime example right here.
Seiji: Look, Tomoeda’s unable to help his annoyance.
Tumblr media
Tomoeda: What's the point in cleaning up that abandoned place? If he has that much free time on his hands, I'd rather he change that attitude of his and maybe contribute to the school a little.
Tomoeda: Furthermore, is he even aware of how much effort the president is putting in for the sake of the school?
Tomoeda: The school has been reformed ever since the president took over.
Tomoeda: The Culture Club, which was previously a dump of lazy sloths finally started to show some results after the president's budget reforms.
Tomoeda: The president also abolished the outdated systems and eliminated useless procedures. Hence, that's why the Student Council is no longer burdened by piles of meaningless paperwork.
Tomoeda: And—
Seiji: Thank you, Tomoeda, but you're starting to pile it on a little too thick.
Tomoeda: You're too humble for your own good… I'd love for Kirigaya to take a page out of your book.
Tomoeda: Plus… he's probably only picking fights with the random thugs in town, right?
⊳ Choice: I heard that someone by the name of “Busujima” was pretty strong
Seiji: What?
☆ ━━━━━━━ ∘◦♬◦∘ ━━━━━━━ ☆
Tumblr media
Seiji: Did you just say Busujima?
Seiji: That idiot! What is he thinking…
Seiji: Going up against the “Mito’s Armoured Car” just like that…
Tomoeda: Looks like you're quite informed.
Seiji: It’s part of my job to remember the big players in our area.
Tomoeda: And that’s why you’re the man for the job!
Tumblr media
Seiji: You will tell me if he ends up facing off Busujima on his own, yes?
Seiji: Please, if you will.  I would like to keep tabs on our students, after all.
