Soulmate AU where people have different kinds of soulmate connections and TodoDeku's is sensing when the other is in danger. However, the way it manifests on the individual may differ - one may see visions while the other would have auditory signals.

For Tddk, they both have some kind of 'sixth sense' for it.

Todoroki's senses for his soulmate has always been in the back of his mind. Just a constant presence he eventually gets used to. He doesn't think much on why it often feels as if his soulmate is constantly on high alert - he figures they were just particularly clumsy.

There had only been that one time - before he met his soulmate - where his senses for his safety went haywire --where the blaring alarms in his head was almost deafening that he couldn't focus on anything else. He later finds out that this was the day Midoriya had been involved in the sludge incident.)

When they finally meet, Todoroki realises that the feeling is a constant presence because of Midoriya's anxiety. He eventually becomes so in tuned with Midoriya's trouble-magnet tendencies and learns when he's in real danger, or if the "trouble" Midoriya is in is a minor inconvenience. To the point that it becomes a running joke amongst their friends.

Now, imagine on Midoriya's side. Although it's not a constant feeling like Todoroki's radar for him, a part of his attention is still on high alert for any kind of danger Todoroki might be in. He figures that his senses only flare on certain situations because of Todoroki's reserved nature in general, so he does his best to constantly pay attention to any kind of signal from his 'sixth sense'.

But imagine an instance when Midoriya feels that sudden chill of danger, familiar yet somehow different this time. He momentarily drops his guard to search for Todoroki.

Not knowing that it was actually Danger Sense finally becoming active.

tddk hc that tdrk is the ultimate "i wanna show you off" bf. king of kissing izk in public places to tell everyone that izk is taken by him. possessive bastard. purposely lends izk his clothing and everyone can tell bc while izk is bigger width wise, tdrk has always been taller. convinces izk to leave hickeys in visible places just so he can come to class the next day, shirt half-unbuttoned, so that everyone can see. makes direct eye-contact with the business ed student who will Not stop asking izk out, as he kisses izk.

My favorite tododeku is actually one-sided love and devotion from Shoto, because the thought of Shoto either gradually or suddenly realizing just how much he owes this boy his life and that he'd give the world to him- then recognizing he's just another friend and person he saved is like...so compelling to me.

He's among your closest friends. You also scared the shit out of him around first knowing each other. Soon after that he also changed your life forever for the better. You've saved your friends and others together. Your family is also fond of him.

When he came back after running away, you earnestly made sure he was okay- asking if he'd prefer to rest and wrapping him in warmth. He's so much, he's so beautiful, he's so kind and strong, and he's taught you to be so much kinder and stronger too...but you're not the only one. Far from it. You're not special, Shoto, you're just a friend.

Stupid thought

Aphrodite Rising!Fem!Izuku (Izumi) gets confessed to by Todoroki first. I said someone else but I’m thinking that honestly, Shouto would. He just goes: I think you’re attractive and would like to date you.

Now, Izumi here is aware that Todoroki had a thing for her. Her Quirk is literally being able to gain knowledge on people if they’re attracted to her and she has OFA. She knew it. She’s also gone on a couple dates with some classmates. (Kaminari, Ashido and Sero. No spark, but they had fun kissing.) She kind of goes “Oh sure.” She doesn’t think it’ll be anything special.

BOY IS SHE FUCKING WRONG.

Shouto pulls out all the stops, sweeping her off her feet with an amazing date going to a heroic history exhibit, visiting a cafe and spending time together on a walk. She has the time of her LIFE. And he wants to do it again?!?

The kisses were also AMAZING.

Izumi is just… she’s dumbfounded by this. She’s swept off her feet and amazed. She’s running to Midnight two days later, banging on the office door of her mentor.

Izumi: IS THIS HOW YOU FELT WITH ALL MIGHT?!

Midnight: Oh sweet child…

Then of course steps in Iida and Uraraka who also do the same things. They take her on amazing dates, and Shouto is like… totally chill? The kisses are great and everything?! Does Izumi have to to choose?!?!

She catches Shouto kissing Ochako and is like: oh that’s hot… wait… wait…

Izumi:*bursts into staff room* MIDNIGHT I THINK IM DATING ALL THREE?!?

Aizawa: *accepts all the money from the bet*

Midnight: Oh you sweet summer child.

Izumi, the girl who literally can find out information about people if they find her attractive, did NOT know she was in a relationship.
