Since my hair is partially dyed pink, I went for a Mitsuri inspired look. I braided my hair, wore her shirt (that I got from the swordsmith premiere) and wore all her colors (pink white jacket, green skirt, and flower patterned socks.) Also close up of my pink hair below.

I got this idea when me and my friend were window shopping for clothes. We were talking abt which clothes the kny characters would wear and which ones our oc would wear too, so that's how we thought of doing some casual cosplay during the priemere.

My friend went for a subtle Tengen look, with a simple black outfit, since Tengen doesnt wear a haori. He also wore some jewelry as an homage to Tengens flashiness. He also loves Zenitsu so ofc he wore a Zenitsu bag.

The theater has less people and wasn't as lively as the Swordsmith premiere, probably cuz we went at the wrong time, but hey, more room for us to be unhinged without disrupting anyone tho haha. (I was sad not to see any cosplayers, we intended to bring our cosplayer friend too, but she was busy)

There was a display so we took lots of pictures. We even made sure to stand next to our fictional crushes, me with Giyuu and my friend with Tengen.

Anyways here's what I thought abt the movie so far

-first of all I LOVE IT. I have no idea how much I miss seeing the rest of the characters so much. The Hashira Training arc is an arc that I really adore, bc it's one of the few moments where we get to see the characters slow down a bit. My friend says he finds it to be the most boring arc, but idk, with all the action in KNY I dig for some "boringness" once in awhile. Also we were joking abt how this arc is like the "school festival arc" or "beach episode" of KNY, again, one of the reasons to love this arc.

-I Never thought much about Sanemi and Obanai's dynamic before. I just know they are a besties, but this filler really made me interested in them! Snake breathing and Wind breathing visuals were just sooo cool!!

-Have I mention that I miss the cast so much, but also I find myself foaming at the mouth everytime I see Giyuu 💀🤣 I noticed that there seems to be a sad piano music that's playing when he was trying to leave the meeting (I wonder if that is his ost) meanwhile my friend is foaming at the mouth everytime he sees Tengen.

-I feel bad for anyone in the butterfly estate who had to sleep next to Zenitsu and Inosuke. XD

-Also it's so nice to see some Kanao and Shinobu moment! Shinobu looks extra gorgeous I noticed. They really yassified her this season, and I'm not complaining. Also I like how even after Giyuu left, Shinobu tried her best to include him when they were discussing the pillar training. I wish they didnt cut it short though, I wanna know what they talk about Giyuu behind close doors so bad lol.

-Mitsuri's "Tanjiro speech" was so well executed and adorable, and just when I thought it couldn't get more expressive in the manga, then they even added her ost, and it was just perfect! Kanahana knock it out of the park with this one too! Even if there weren't alot of people watching. I did hear some giggles in this scene (including ourselves)

-Overall, it was a very satisfying watch. I really enjoy this arc for being some of the slower moments before the storm that is the final arc, and I think they managed to nail that! All the little things such as the filler of Tamayo being informed about Shinobu helping her, and some scenes that were rearranged, made the flow of the story go more smoothly.

-Also yes the op really slaps.

Speaking of our cosplayer friend that we mentioned before, after we were done with movie, it's almost as if there was some fate or foreshadowing going on bc we did end up stumbling upon her (though not in cosplay) and we ended up going back to take better pictures with her in it!

revolutionary girl utena – heavy breathing panting crying what a fucking roller coaster nanami the child you are anty the child you were utena the child you choose to be – just one of the true masterpieces of all anime. took a few episodes to realize that this show understood tone and comedy perfectly and wasn’t just a wonky children’s show and by golly! the nanami in season 3 gutted me unlike anything else

attack on titan: final season (for real this time) – decent conclusion to maybe my favorite anime of all time

oshi no ko – my expectations were non-existent after ep 1 but then it crept up on me. i can’t even fully put my finger on what works so well? but it does! it knows when to take itself seriously and when to be nonsense.

demon slayer s3 – best season of demon slayer to date, i actually cared

durarara!!x2 shou – this is a confession. my inner edgy teen loves durarara. i appreciate huge casts of characters acting in opposition in atmospheric tokyo.

gintama – i finally finished gintama one of my favorites of all time. the end pulls all the threads together but it does so at the expense of the laughs so loses some points

chihayafuru – amazing background anime. just consistently fun and engaging.

perfect blue – i feel stupid and uncultured to not give this a 10

vinland saga – askeladd is so hot wow

mob psycho 100 s3 - meandered a bit but the characters are forever favorites

to your eternity – the first 3 arcs are extraordinary. march is one of the great child characters of all time. the end drags.

zom 100 – crazy good first episode that earns its premise and then a slow descent into mediocrity; cool colors though!

lycoris recoil – those cute girls shoulda been lesbians

classroom of the elite – is it edgy? yes. are the quotes frustratingly misused? oh yes. is it fun? ugh yeah actually

romantic killer – pretty cute and the edge of danger at the end really sells it

free – solid watch but it left my brain like sand in a sieve

wolf’s rain – what passes as deep when children are your primary audience

The weirdest thing about the succubus comic (apparently it’s a whole series, with only the first volume set during the French Revolution) is that it vaguely seems aware that Robespierre isn’t the best candidate for manipulation by a sex demon ( but they want him because they decided Cathérine Théot could work as the Mother Superior of the succubi).

so it gives us Robespierre turning down Eleonore’s offers of making him a cup of hot chocolate and bringing it to his room (and I hate that he replies to her “vous” with a “tu” but in many ways the comic copies La révolution française so it probably comes from there, painting their relationship as one of a man and a little girl, while Eleonore was 26, and her sister Memoirs implies reciproqual tu/vous between Robespierre and the Duplay daughters)

Then he goes to his room, in which he finds a succubus in succubus attire: naked except for a see-throught, low-cut dress (tumblr will probably flag her big boobs if I post them). This comic from 2009 clearly wants to be girlboss feminism, but fails epicly because its succubi pretty much look identical except for their hair colors, are all drawn in the “male gaze” way, and “using sex to manipulate men” isn’t exactly a subversise plot. 

Anyway, Robespierre’s attitude tells us he wasn’t expecting the succubus, but that he’s familiar with her. He’s worried about people finding out about her, but completely unfazed by her nakedness

The succubus is like “Chill, Maximilien, if people find out, they’ll only say Robespierre likes pretty women”. She’s clearly making a move on him and Robespierre has the most reasonable reaction in replying with “But...I don’t know anything about you” 

And she replies to his very reasonnable reluctance with, I kid you not, something very close to “I’m hot, Maximilien. Isn’t that enough for you?” (precisely she says “what you are contemplating isn’t enough for you?”) while standing naked before him and undressing him (I’m sparring your poor eyes and not posting it, message me if you want to see the whole comic). 

Then of course Robespierre gives in (she’s a succubus, after all) and the following sex (implied, not graphic at all, just some nudity, mostly on the succubus part because male gaze) consists on him being a pillow prince President of the Convention (the scene’s on the eve of the Supreme Being festival) and her strocking his ego and probably other things telling him he’s holding France in the palm of his hand and that the Supreme Being festival will be HIS CORONATION (which is like: Top 10 things unlikely to turn real life Robespierre on)

But the interesting part is that in her little sex monologue the succubus tells us Robespierre’s been listening to her advices for quite some time now (we don’t know if it’s weeks or months, or even years) which begs the question: Why bother having sex with him if you already had him completely wrapped around your finger without touching him, girl? Cause he looks a bit like a yassified Jean Negroni and you want to? The real answer probably is: cause the comic makers wanted sex in their comic! what’s a succubus comic without sex? 

I’ll make a different post about the Supreme Being festival in this comic, cause it’s a lot XD.

tries to act cool after screaming his lungs out. he just had a dream of his dog turning into a human and bullying him for all the times that he has been embarrassed and ranted to the dog. the dream included the dog being a female and gossiping with oikawa about the kardashians and telling oikawa how much he talked and that he could be a talk show host if he had a cuter attitude 😑 the pet’s name is probably something like “zumi” or “sparkle” 💀. so the dog would then talk to oikawa in his dream about how annoying oikawa is, and that it would try to steal you away and be your protector for life. thags when oikawa would wake up in a thick sweat. “babe.. my dog is going to steal you from me”

Hello! YES Sasuke is a total mum in...almost every sense in and for Boruto. He scolds the kid, he teaches the kid, he takes him to the battlefield without asking permission to his parents, he cares about him on the battlefield, he sacrificed himself for the kid in the battlefield (this in the anime canon episodes ) and said he was like his father , he saw tiny Naruto picture in Boruto, and...i could go on

But the most important is that only he, NOT HIS MUM stupid Byakugan princess Hinata, could make Boruto reflex about his bond wit his father. Sasuke was able to make Boruto introspect on how much naruto fought for being the man he is then, and told to Boruto how he trained, his past and the person he was when they were genins. Something hinata couldnt do bc if that were the case then all this drama about father-son thing wouldnt have happened.

And about Mitsuki and Boruto sun and moon thing i see it a bit of random tbh xD For me is already random that Orochimaru has a kid and he is walking around there as nothing happened but anyway...It's random since in the anime and manga these 2 have no chemistry at all and in the manga and canon eps such as Mitsuki and Sarada have no relevance at all so its pointless . It's a bit random they put this symbolism into a kid from Orochimaru and not Sarada or even Kawaki for example. Maybe to dismiss SNS? i dont know xD But the kid is very nice and he cares for Boruto so thumbs up jaja xD PD: sakura stans do not interact.
