AAA SUMMER EVENT!! I'm late to it (18 days remaining as of today) but I really enjoyed it and wanted to draw something for it as the summer events are always my favorite ones💕🫶🫶

i made a genshin oc,, I KNOW I KNOW not very "i hate genshin" of me but,, theyre so fun to make and i cant even lie about that. i loveddd drawing this girl and thinking up a story for her (more stuff abt her under cut)

as said in the pic, her name is selvi, shes a pyro bow user (yes im giving arlecchino another pyro bow user child). ive wanted to draw a genshin oc inspired by seelies for a long while now and ive only just managed to sit down and actually draw her. i hope she looks at least somewhat like a character in genshin. alsooo ive always wanted to see a pyro character that uses blue fire so ive decided selvi uses blue fire.

i based her design mostly on khaenriahn clothes + a little sumerian, but honestly i just did most of it without references and hoped for the best.

she has zero sense of self preservation and so she has come close to burning herself A LOT after getting her vision, but thankfully her siblings at the house of the hearth have mostly kept her out of danger's way. id imagine she spends a lot of time with lyney as he helps her get better at using a bow with her fire vision, though it doesnt have to be specifically with a bow, id imagine she trains w other weapons too. meanwhile lynette is the one who does her hair every morning and help her dress, and sometimes take her with her while she runs errands for arlecchino.

arlecchino always knew selvi was kind of an odd child. between eating grass and flowers and having multiple wild seelies follow her at a time everytime she took her outside, but selvi was still treated like all the kids arlecchino took in and was given food and a roof above her head and a nice bed to sleep in. though most of the time she didnt sleep and instead was content with following arlecchino around almost everywhere around the house of the hearth for the first 2 years arlecchino took her in, and then watching arlecchino sleep (if she does) and try to cuddle with her.

also,, i was imagining some sort of event with a bunch of characters from diff nations, and albedo and klee would be there, and so would selvi. selvi and klee become instant best friends and albedo sort of takes selvi under his wing and makes her his honorary sister too for the duration of the event, not knowing she technically really is his sister, and is one of rhinedottir's newest experiments.

He’s worked too hard for this to not work.

Thick, cold ichor spelled out foreign words around an intricate octogram.

He had to go to far places for the requirements, and with Teyvat crumbling under his feet, it was getting more dangerous for either him or Klee to come out of Khaenri’ah’s haunting ruins.

It was still a mystery to him how the faded, cracking walls of the palace still held up. Maybe Teyvat itself knew.

A red claw from a Daemon, a broken-off, shining horn from a Dragonoid not unlike an opal, an elemental spirit trapped in a jar, a broken vial of blood from a True Giant, the atlas bone of the last Divine Ancestor, a feather of a Fallen, the heart of a Demonoid, and simple slime condensate from a Hydro Slime.

All of them are covered in syrupy, cold divine blood, and they thrummed with power not native to Teyvat.

Not that Albedo cared. He simply wanted the godling in the golden cocoon alive and well.

Ha may not have had any ties to the Creator, but Klee does. And maybe, he’ll find his answers and gain another little sibling.

All eight requirements sat on their respective corners of the Octogram, and as he quietly whispers unfamiliar words into the ruins’ stale air, the Octogram glowed brightly.

Klee peeks her head out from behind one of the pillars.

Albedo stands a little ways away from the Octogram, his back to his little sister.

“Are we going to be okay?”

“..yes. It’s okay, Klee. We will be okay. And we’ll get a new friend.”

Elven ears perk up. “Will they like Jumpty Dumpty?”

A timid, tired chuckle. “I’m sure they will.”

The golden threads around the icy body started to move, like they’ve woken up.

The blood bubbles and evaporates, not leaving any mark on the dirtied and faded royal carpet. the eight requirements on the eight bloody corners vibrated and dissolved into blue pixels.

Albedo sighs quietly. “Come, Klee. Let’s make something for the Creator, okay? I’m sure they’re hungry.”

Klee perks up and skips over to her tired brother., giggling happily.

Your eyes flutter, and you wake up surrounded by now-inanimate golden thread in a dilapidated throne room. You blink blearily and and sit up, looking around to lock onto Albedo’s worried gaze.

Albedo quietly offers you food and a glass of water. “Good afternoon, are you okay?”

You sniffle in a pitiful manner and accept the shared food, before shaking your head no.

His arms wrap around you while you eat, Klee offering her hugs as well, and the three of you huddle for comfort in the palace ruins.

Teyvat’s destruction halts to a stop. Your cheeks go damp with sparkling tears.

And despite him lacking both warmth and chill, you find comfort and safety wrapped in his arms.

A part two was requested by three people, and i was like, okay, but i really just wanted that drabble to get out of my drafts already because its been in there for almost a half year. no beta we die like teppei

ok to understand klee, you have to understand that her relationships are intrinsically linked to the way her character's written. i think a lot of the viewing of her as just a comedic relief character comes from the mistake of viewing her separately from where her character is intended to shine (in tandem w others!) yes, she is very obviously a comedic relief character, but that’s not all there is to her!

there's so so so much intention behind her:

her simplicity klee being simple both reinforces her youth and makes her an even better foil to the complex characters she interacts with because it makes her contrast with them! it also serves as a benchmark for what they were like/what they could have been before whatever situation shaped them. additionally, the way klee's story is right now feels like a set up for a grown up version of her that's more similar to the characters she foils!!! cant you see the version of klee where she does become her own main character where her brother's sacrifice and her mothers love and her guilt over constantly accidentally messing up/hurting others is used as something the expands her motivations for bringing others happiness?

her youth klee’s simple childhood naivety is the whole point of her character that’s why she’s a good foil. the point is that she’s at a point where all of her issues haven’t set in yet because she’s surrounded by so much love. i think it’s kinda obvious how alice not being constantly there is going to influence her. shes not introduced as someone important or someone w a potentially sad story. BUT SHE IS!!!!!!!!!!!! THATS THE POINT!!!!!! her youth also completes the familial narratives she fulfills as someone representative of second chances (re: her being a foil, mhy's general tendency to treat the youth as a second chance)

her connections w fairy tales her being an elf, her weapon being a spell book, her events often having things to do with fictional stories or plays or books, etc etc. all of these tie back to the hexenzirkel and their literary allusions!! we could also argue her bunny theming fits in w alice as a potential reference to alice in wonderland! also note how the hexenzirkel have a history with venti who's a bard and also heavily associated w fairytales.

ARAGGRRAG.. klee's character circles familial themes and love...

family! the person she looks up to most is her mother, alice! all of her summer events have had something to do with alice!! she even references her mom w her skin! and in return, alice loves her back so so so fiercely!!!! but for the majority of the time, alice is not home!! this is so so important bc it sows the seeds for her as a foil for characters with familial issues (primarily albedo, kaeya, razor, jean). her youth comes into play here bc it lets her fulfill this role as someone representative of each of these character's second chances, making it so so so impactful when these characters treat her w so much patience and kindness and love and even moreso when she returns all of those back! there's this one line from the secret summer paradise event where the group is watching as these three quarreling brothers were trying to make klee happy together and kaeya says, "Klee hasn't realized it yet, but her innocent, childlike nature is very powerful. It can inspire and even help heal others." (also note how the first GAA event brought together siblings in mond and how klee makes the KoF her family. re: her character stories) i could also add a whole section on her and albedo alone because oughhh... dear god. she is his little sister! in their first introduction alice, who literally asks albedo to call her mom, tells albedo "We'll be a family from now on, treat her like a real younger sister!" and klee acts as his primary link to mondstadt and humanity, literally drawing him away from his isolated lab and back into the main city because of her habit for making trouble (literally in his character stories btw). she thus becomes representative of humanity to him, something important because albedo has already decided that if he ever succumbs to durin's corruption, he would rather die than hurt mondstadt (also note how albedo's character is intertwined with an exploration of life and humanity and family). klee and alice's relationship also acts as a parallel of albedo and rhine's relationship. both alice and rhine being gone and yet so so so important to their children's lives to the point where both their outlooks and personal motivations are spurred by them! even alice's words mirroring albedo's musings on rhine!! ("My wish is simple: I want Klee to grow up with a curious yet kind heart. As long as she so desires, she can do anything and go anywhere." || ""I hope this isn't just wishful thinking, but… when parents speak to their children about 'the meaning of this world'… surely they just mean the pursuit of a happy life?" and "In such a long life, parents are but a child's first connection. Even though we don't want to be separated, there will come the day when you must walk your own path." || "Reach the far side of philosophy, and create a new destiny for myself and your brothers…"). klee's relationship with albedo also works as a foil for albedo's relationship with durin! (both being sources of heat from the sheer cold, both being naive and reckless, klee being lucky and durin's remains being cursed, klee connecting albedo to alice while durin connects him to rhine, klee being the reason albedo comes back to mond and albedo's lab literally overlooking durin's remains..) extra section for her and razor :'') iirc this is when traveler first learns of klee. this is important because, again, razor's story heavily deals with family, whether it be his biological parents, his lupical, or his found family in mond. klee fits here because klee is the first person (not wolf!!) that razor calls his lupical (from his character stories).

mondstadt! i would honestly argue that klee's intangible from mondstadt and plays such a necessary role both bc of her being apart of the hexenzirkel's story through alice, and for the family narratives and how that ties in w venti and/or the traveler! (venti playing a parental role over mond and traveler going through a typical hero's journey where the story will end the same place it all started.) the familial themes in mondstadt are important since its the first nation, and w the hero's journey, the last nation the traveler visits. obv the traveler's story is also about family, making mondstadt's familial themes tying nicely w the traveler's as well.

symbolism! clovers and rabbits being associated w luck, her clovers being made out of four hearts as a reference to the fact that she's brought up on love <- note how theres also a heart on the back of her bag on her skin, her having a long life span fitting in w her birthday falling in summer where the days are longer, summer also being a season heavily associated with youth and playfulness, her celestial imagery (comparisons to the sun and stars) being indicative of her liveliness and capabilities of healing/growth (again, see the kaeya line from above and the sheer cold effect).

dear god she's literally the sweetest little girl in the world. i feel sick i forgot to say how caring klee is do you remember when she offered to give mona snacks in her backpack because she thought she was hungry? do you remember when she apologized to diona bc she thought she was mad at her and diona instantly deflated and told comforted her? do you remember when she busted out kaeya bc she thought he was grounded? do you remember when she got so excited at the thought of lisa making more board games but then reeled herself in because she was worried lisa would get tired? do you remember when she said goodbye to her mom and turned so that dodoco could say goodbye too? do you remember how she literally went home at night during the event because she promised she would :’)))) do you know how genuinely careful she tries to be with her bombs???? do you remember how in her story quest she literally goes straight to jean and tell on herself, even though she hates solitary confinement, because she felt so so guilty over hurting someone? (she literally goes ,"Mr. Fluffball was only a thief. He didn't deserve to blow up.") she left cat food outside under a sun umbrella when it started getting hotter because she was worried about the heat. when asked what she planned to do with her magic she says. actually lemme just copy and paste this whole quote:

"Klee... wants to make everyone really happy!" But with these words, the mage suddenly realized the problem with this desire— Those who are unhappy surely have their reasons for being sad. Would a smile forced upon their lips through magic be even more painful and ugly than tears? Fortunately, her little mind worked quickly, and she soon found her answer: Then I'll use my magic to get rid of everyone's troubles! "For example, magic could make everyone never get sick again, and never have to worry about Mora! Everyone could eat fish for every meal, and be healthy, and just happily play all day!" But that didn't seem like enough. Klee rested her cheek in her hand, and looked out over the azure sky and white clouds in the distance: "I want... I want to hear everyone's wishes, and save them, and then use the most amazing and powerful magic, to give everyone the happiness they want the very very most!"

Summary: While travelling across the vast lands of Teyvat you decide to take a break and spend some time with your little friends by inviting them into your Serenitea Pot!

Pairing: Qiqi, Klee, Diona, Sayu, Nahida and Yaoyao x Gn-reader! (Platonic!)

Warnings: Paimon is included! Written with Fem-reader in mind! Reader is referred to as "you/she/her" or "Traveler" or "Honorary Knight"! It's long! Possible grammar errors as I'm lazy and this is long! (Sorry!)

Adventuring throughout Teyvat was extremely rewarding, yet exhausting. Lately it hadn't even been that rewarding, both you and Paimon were quite tired of searching each and every corner of Teyvat only to end up empty handed despite your best efforts... It was high time you took a small break from adventuring and had a relaxing vacation in the comfort of your Serenitea Pot!

You arrived swiftly inside and were greeted with the familiar sight of your house and all the things you had placed outside to make the place more homely! Your eyes roamed through it all as a proud smile rested on your lips. Soon your attention was caught by a particular quest of yours that stood under the shade of a tree, she stood there with some finches happily chirping by her side - one of them even settled on her head! With a smile you approached Qiqi, careful to not startle her or her bird friends.

“Hello, Qiqi!” You greeted her with Paimon following your example and doing the same.

“Hello, Traveler and Paimon...” She slowly greeted back.

Only after looking up did you notice you weren't alone, as Sayu was laying on one of the braches deep in sleep without a care in the world - though you couldn't help, but worry that she would fall down! But hearing the front door to your mansion open your attention was brought elsewhere as you turned around to see Yaoyao along with Diona rushing out with their hands filled with snacks and drinks.

“Hi, Traveler!” Yaoyao greeted you with a big smile.

“I'm sure she didn't ignore you on purpose.” You poked her side playfully.

“Hey! Paimon's here too you know!” Paimon crossed her arms, clearly offended.

“Hey! Do you plan on just standing there or are you going to help? My hands are full you know!” Diona huffed.

You quickly acted and took half of the drinks from her into your own hands - even for a bartender it was too many drinks for one person to carry, you weren't sure how she managed to carry them this far by herself! Diona let out a sigh of relief when freed from half of the glasses before greeting you like the others had previously.

“So are you guys having a picnic or what?” Paimon asked curiously.

“Yes we are! We were planning to just have a snack together, but then the others asked for some too!” Yaoyao explained.

“Others?” You and Paimon asked in unison.

“Oh, they haven't returned yet.” Yaoyao started to look around for someone.

“Klee went to look for a picnic blanket and Nahida said she'd clean up the kitchen before joining us.” Diona explained.

“I should go help her clean up!” Yaoyao offered.

“It's okay, I'll go help her.” You interjected.

“Then I'll go help Klee!” She smiled.

“You really can't sit still.” Paimon joked.

The three of you entered the mansion, but split up as Yaoyao went to seek out Klee and you headed for the kitchen with Paimon. There you found a very puzzled looking Nahida as she stared at the dirty dishes and left over materials that Diona and Yaoyao didn't yet put away.

“Hi, Nahida! Need some help?” You broke her train of thought.

“Traveler! It's been a while, how have you been?” She excitedly approached you.

“Just fine! Paimon and I decided to take a vacation for a while and came to help you clean up!” You explained.

“Oh, I see... I'm sorry Traveler, I haven't washed dishes before and I didn't want to mess up.” She slumped her shoulders.

“It's okay Nahida, Paimon doesn't know how either!” Paimon proudly declared.

“Right! We're happy to help.” You pat her head gently in reassurance.

With a nod of understanding from the young Archon you asked her to take care of putting things away while you would do the dishes; Paimon opted to help out Nahida instead of helping you wash the dirty things Diona and Yaoyao had used to prepare the feast you would soon be joining.

Time flew by as you caught up with Nahida; telling her about your recent adventures, in turn you asked her how she and Sumeru were doing lately. Doing the dishes might not be your favourite chore to do, but with good company it was akin to relaxing. Soon enough the kitchen was as good as new and the three of you were able to finally join the others outside!

“Miss Honorary Knight and Paimon!” Klee shouted as she ran towards you full speed.

You were barely able to react and catch her when she jumped into your arms, tightly holding onto you. Despite her young age and small size she hugged you with incredible strength! You hugged her back while trying your best to not pass out due to lack of air getting into your lungs.

“Uh, Klee? Paimon thinks you're suffocating her!” Paimon stated in worry.

“Oh - sorry!” She giggled and relented her grip.

“It's okay. Hello to you too Klee!” You greeted her while gasping for air.

“Can we get to it already?” Diona sighed.

“Yeah! Paimon wants to eat already!” Paimon begged.

“Okay, okay! Let's start with the blanket.” You calmly put down Klee before picking up said blanket.

Klee, Yaoyao and Diona were quick to come to your aid, each of them picked a corner of the blacket and helped you spread it out evenly on the grass. Everyone helped place the drinks and food on the blacket before sitting down together to enjoy - well everyone except you.

“Sayu! Sayu come down for some snacks!” You shouted gently to not startle her or hurt Diona's sensitive ears.

The little ninja stirred awake and yawned loudly while stretching, she skilfully and quickly got down from the tree while still quite sleepy. She rolled over right next to you with her head soon falling against your arm, poor thing was still waking up and could barely hold her own head up. You didn't mind in the slightest and tried your best to stay as still as you could to not disturb her if she wanted to continue sleeping.

After eating you all decided to play some hide and seek to release all the energy the little one's got from the sugary drinks and food! Paimon opted not to join the game and istead stayed to eat any left overs she could, she truly had an abnormal appetite... Some activity like this wouldn't be bad for her at all, but you didn't wish to force her to join against her will.

You were chosen to be the first seeker while everyone else hid, you were looking forward to their hiding spots! You had designed the teapot yourself which gave you an advantage over them, but you were certain that some like Sayu would make it quite a challenge for you. Soon you reached the count of thirty and the hunt began!

You only had to turn around to see Nahida peeking at you from behind a tree not too far away... You wanted to leave her be so she wouldn't lose so quickly on the first round, but it wouldn't be fair to the others to do so. With a heavy heart you approached her and told her to come out from hiding.

“I've never played this game before.” She laughed awkwardly.

“Don't worry, I'm sure you'll do better bext time!” You encouraged her.

She nodded and ran back to the picnic blanket to wait for the game to end. Your next target wasn't even hiding as Qiqi stood on the porch right next to Tubby looking starstruck. You probably should have expected that she might get distracted or even forget about the game all together, but like before you approached her and told her to go join Nahida.

This time it took you a bit longer to find someone, though you couldn't help but chuckle when you spotted a pair of cat ears peeking ever so slightly from a bush. Diona was disappointed from not winning, but she cheered up a bit after hearing she wasn't the first one to be found.

Once again it took you some time before you were able to find Klee, she was hiding behind a large structure and thus you were unable to see her before you went behind it - which you didn't think to do before since you wanted to check the obvious spots first; just in case!

Now the only one left was unsurprisingly, Sayu. You were expecting this of course, she is a ninja after all! It felt like you were looking for her forever... You had looked everywhere twice, every stone and tree - you just couldn't find her! You were ready to give up until you heard something, the sound of soft snoring that was coming from above - from the roof!

After an arduous clim you were able to safely retrieve the sleeping Sayu and bring her down from the roof to join the others... Seeing how exhausted everyone were after eating and playing you decided to take a nap power together.

Sayu was sleeping next to you already and despite how much energy Klee had, she was able to calm down enough to crawl next to you as well. Diona was happy enough near your feet where she could have her own space and Nahida was on the other side looking the most exited about the idea of dreaming. Yaoyao and Qiqi were on your left together and Paimon was on your right, next to Sayu.

You closed your eyes as the sun began setting in the distance making everything glow warm yellow, the air was warm with a gentle and cool wind brushing over you occasionally. The soft snores didn't bother you in the slightest with how relaxed and at peace you felt... You wished moments like these would last forever.

Albedo is not aloof person at all. He's just indifferent to things he's not interested in. Moreover, he is very polite and elegant to ordinary people, and will communicate to the best of his abilities. After all, we know that our Albedo is a successful homunculus who can blend with humans. We also know that he is quite popular and received love from many people. And he also has a cute little quirk of a scholar. I really recommend to rewatch all events with him. Looking at all our interactions with him it feels like Albedo in the pop-up pictures and has stepped out, gradually getting to know you and becoming one with you, and only showing to the Traveler his mischievous side that others can't see. For example, in the event "Hues of the violet garden" he asked Lumine: "Hehe, can't I come and see you when nothing is up?" referring to their conversation in his first story quest when Albedo asked Lumine if he can solicit her help again when need arises and she answered: "Sure, even if you just want some company, find me anytime". He is so considerate! Like Lumine! Or when during his first story quest he asked her to make him a meal as part of test but in reality Albedo was just hungry. Or when Albedo, Lumine and Paimon were making scary stories in the event "Shadows Amidst Snowstorms", Albedo said that he finds Paimon's story about replacing the victim amusing and said that he would like bring it up in the future conversations. Paimon: "Do you want to scare ppl with it?" Albedo: "Yes" (nodding). Paimon: "This guy has a real mean streak!" Albedo: (I will meet Lumine in the city and will deliberately hide the mark on my neck. Looking forward to it). The victory expression of a successful prank! He is so funny! Lumine was smirking back and found his behavior amusing! Just get married you two! He is keeping a polite distance with others but with Lumine he is different. Albedo always talks about how interested he is in her and how he wants to spend more time with her (esp by themselves). He is slowly opening his heart to her. And is evolving because of her. He confessed his love for Lumine sweetly in his teapot lines and asked for a date. Albedo suggested for Lumine to live with him on Dragonspine in the end of event "Shadows Amidst Snowstorms".

I think the plot of his character overall is pretty good. It's nice seeing that he is gradually gaining more friends. Albedo is definitely not a flat, cold person as some may think.

During "Midsummer Island Adventure" event Albedo knew from the start that the "evil" Dodo King is Alice but didn`t tell anyone about that because he thinks that the game shouldn't be ruined, let people discover the warm surprise. He's nice and patient with Klee and is a kind brother to her. He appreciated Cyno's jokes. He promises to protect Lumine on numerous occasions.

In short, Albedo is a charming character. An elegant gentleman but a silly little man with Lumine and likes to tease her.

:D ANOTHER SPARK AU ASKK!! [*happy feet tappies*]

Quarter is gonna show up again, but uhhhh, real close to the last two-three chapters, and yes, he will be with Demo and Kree. :3 I have a silly scene planned- XD Cause I wanted the three to interact just a little bit more, before The Spark (first edition) was brought to completion. :3

SPECIES NAME, can't say yet. It's a surprise. I have one, I'm SO HAPPY WITH IT, my sister Meara helped me come up with one, and there are technically two names like how we are Homo Sapiens, but are referred to as humans. Chosen and Second are known as a double-word species title, with a single-word title as the generic more commonly said name.

Second has a core, at the very least. Which, uh, is not the same as superpowers as I have previously explained. But whether or not that core has the capacity for abilities like Chosen's is unknown to the audience for the time being.

Any and all mercenary-related possible lack of or possession of powers is also a surprise.

SS!Vic's current relationship with SS!Agent? ...Friends? Vic doesn't know how good on terms he is with Agent. Vic hasn't seen the guy in years, not even when he dropped off the gift in Arc One. Sure, Vic has heard from his brothers that Rocket is doing well, and so he gathers that Agent accepted the position Vic gave to him in the letter. But other than that, without Agent reaching out to contact Vic, Vic is left a little in the dark [:3] about where they are at, relationship-wise. Does Agent still consider him a friend? Is he perhaps okay with Vic now, but still mad for Ballista's sake and has decided to avoid Vic?

In reality: Agent is just- SO BUSY. He's running a whole corporation now, and there are quite a few promblemsies. We're actually super close to that point in the plot, where I start to add in little scenes that explain more specifically what's up with Agent and Hazard at Rocket.

Chapter 8 does include a Hazard scene!! [what does he do, i wonder] :D Little information sneaky peaky for you patient readers, I'm so sorry that this chapter is taking me so long-

What Vic ends up doing after his sentence is done with, is all up for debate at the moment. I can't reveal that information yet. Partly because I'm still considering my options to bring out the best in Arc Two's potential, and partially because spoilers. :3

Vic joining in on the heroing as "[*announcer voice, with echoes*] the Silver Ladybug!" or something like that-

XD I love it, I really do. I just can't say whether or not he actually will in the end of things. I mean- It's likely- Knowing what things I tend to favor over others, uh- XD Hollowhead brother fluff and bonding is just really up there on that list, so it's not gonna be a :O SURPRISE! exactly if at the conclusion Vic joins the Ladybug brother squad.

Anyway, back to Agent and Vic's relationship cause you asked and then I got distracted reminiscing and pondering on possible Vic hero shenaniganery-

Agent is totally okay with Vic. He watched the expression on Vic's face as the grey hollowhead approached Agent and Hazard's doorstep with the gift. He picked up on the wistful nature that the letter tone was written with. He understood that Vic had thought about what he had been doing and was trying to start anew and make ammends.

Mono is very understanding and always has been. He's completely forgiven Vic. BUT HE'S REALLY BUSY RIGHT NOW- XD SO SO BUSY- I legitimately have fluff scenes planned where caring-cousin-Hazard has to MAKE Agent rest and take care of himself because he's overworking himself trying to get everything running smoothly. [Specifics on what problems exactly are plaguing Rocket, are actually very lore-heavy and will be elaborated upon later: in the plot itself-]

Agent and Vic's roles being swapped around is another thing to think about, if Vic officially joins the Ladybug brothers by his sentence's end. Mentor-figure Agent and Vic being the one on the field. It's something to think about that now has me really excited for bringing Arc Two to it's conclusion!! :D I'M ALL HYPED UP!! Why am I thinking about the end- I have to do the middle still- And only I can do it, because only I have the knowledge of where things are going- jrbgkeralgkjerjgelkaqgqwrne

It will be worth it once I figure things out and start proceeding with the story again on a smoother basis than how it is now. Even if my brain is just a little bit more hyperfixated on The Spark-

i have experienced eldae myself a few times, usually hypnagogic, sometimes more abstract, sometimes more concrete (although it's part of the quality of the vision that you can't really tell), only lasting a few minutes, and not having the 'projected' open eye quality of Dick's vision. et contra Dick hypotheses non fingebam.

i think i vaguely recall some references to it in the esoteric literature, coded as the "storehouse of images" in yes🟣d or something, but nothing stands out.

what's remarkable to me is that it is exactly like other perihypnotic imagery i have experienced, and like other yesodic imagery expressed artistically by other people, presumably from eldae of their own, in that it is captured almost perfectly by early 2020s deep learning RRNs. i have seen montages produced by rrns, directed to interpret random vectors in latent space, with the exact sensibility of eldae, and of course the usual kind of ldae is drawing on that "schizo" sensibility too.

it must mean something significant that the faculty of the imagination is capable of carrying out, and has an (inducible? I don't really believe Dick's biochemobabble) tendency to fall into carrying out a similar random search of latent visual space.

Aether is one of my favourite characters to write, I'm reminded of that every time I start on fic for him. I don't think about him that much outside of actually writing, but when I write him, his character just comes so naturally to me and I'm reminded of how much I love this boy.

Klee's little appearance was one of my favourite things to write!! I love her dynamic with the traveler in canon (hello yes, nice to meet you, you are now my new big brother/sister) so I have to sneak her in where I can!

Mona had been an age regressor for a while now, she had just never told anyone about her regression, she had been taking care of herself

She felt ashamed for it, but it was her coping mechanism And she couldn’t control her regression

As years went on and on, she started regression less. that was until she met kazuha! Kazuha was just so.. Kind, soft and gentle like how a mother would be.. She couldn’t help but yearn for a mother figure.

After so long.. She finally felt it. the fuzzy feeling once again, she couldn’t regress in front of kazuha! She couldn’t.. she wanted to but.. What if kazuha judged her?! What if she thought she was weird?! What if she hated her?! What if… what if.. all those terrible thoughts got to her head, She felt tears prick her eyes.. oh nono.. She couldn’t start crying.

But it was to late.. She had been crying, Why couldn’t she have regressed alone.. Why did it have to be like this.. Kazuhas gonna make fun of her for crying, This was so humiliating to her.

The first time mona called kazuha ‘mama’ her heart absolutely melted and she was gonna start crying “Yes yes! Little star, I’m mama!” Mona didn’t think too much of it, but kazuha absolutely adored it. She was Mona’s mama! That was her official title by little mona!

Mona is friends with little Diluc and little Lumine {from past fic} lumines the oldest out of all of them, Dilucs the second oldest and Mona’s the baby! But they all love having play dates with each other {sometimes Diluc invites klee}

If mona doesn’t have her paci, she will chew on anything {“Little star what are you doin- NO! Don’t chew on that! It’s yucky!” Mona chewing on her baby toys “nom”}

Mona always feels cold, she doesn’t like the cold! But there’s a solution to that, her blanket! It has little cats, cherries and stars! {like in The picture} plus cuddling her mama works aswell

Klee’s first club day

~ Mountain Lover’s Club ~

This is part two of @tokamiart 's, @berribabyyy 's and my MCs in their respective clubs at Night Raven College. All of them are first years experiencing their first day at club.

A nervous smile was painted on Klee’s lips as he made his way to the main street. The hiking backpack felt heavy on his shoulders, but it was a good kind of burden to carry. He had made sure to pack everything he needed: his camera, notebooks for all three - flora, fauna, fungi - as well as a few older books in case he wanted to add anything to his herbarium. He had prepared a nicely arranged lunchbox for the club especially and was looking forward to eating it in a quiet corner within nature.

Klee took another peek at the information paper he had printed out for today. The group would be navigated by its club leader, namely a “Jade Leech”, through the Mirror and into a forest Klee hasn’t been in before. That fact alone had Klee excited all day, he had made it his personal quest to investigate every forest there is in Twisted Wonderland.

Truth be told, however, Klee was a bit unsure about going there with many other students that he most likely didn’t know. It might turn out great, since they must be fellow nature lovers like him, but also, he couldn’t think of a time where people had actually… supported his hobbies. Shared his fascination. Other things had always been considered “cool” and “interesting”, like sports, theatre…

Klee shook his head to ban the thought from his head. He shouldn’t be worried either way. After all, people would usually form their groups to hang out with sooner than Klee could even consider joining any of them, so he was sure he would be fine.

Stepping onto the main street, the Ignihyde student was surprised to see… no one, except for one tall figure in similar attire as himself. Since that student was looking around curiously, he was quick to spot Klee, approaching him immediately.

“Ah, there you are!”

Klee couldn't identify his dorm in that getup, instead mustering the male's appearance as a whole: his hair had a teal colour, except for a darker strand that cupped his left cheek nicely. His getup matched his hair, dressing him in earthy colours that here and there took on marine tones – was that a tiny mushroom dangling off the zipper of his jacket?

As the student came to a stop in front of him, Klee also noticed his eyes were heterochromatic, one yellow, one olive.

He also was REALLY tall. Klee had to throw his head way back to acknowledge the smooth, pale skin of his opponent.

“Judging by your equipment" The student spoke up, mustering Klee himself. "I take it that you’re Klee?”

His odd eyes were decorated with a polite smile… that however began to fade as he somehow didn't seem to receive a response. He blinked in confusion, seeing as Klee was definitely staring at him, his mouth slightly opened but not answering. "... Hello?"

“... Beautiful ” Klee breathed.

“Pardon me?” The student tilted his head. “Did I perhaps mistake you with someone else?”

Klee flinched out of his stare in a sudden.

“NO” Klee blurted out. “You are sorry, I am beautifu- I mean, YOU’RE beautiful and I am right-'' His face contorted into a stressed mess. “I… I am Klee, yes” he finally said, breathing quite heavily from the inner stroke he just had. Nodding a few times as if to reassure he did make clear what he wanted to say, Klee then looked up, surprised to see a grin on his opponent's face. “... And you are?”

“‘Beautiful’, as it seems” his opponent grinned deviously, flashing his pointy teeth that had Klee’s curious eyes widened once more. “However, you may refer to me as Jade, your clubmate.”

"Ah… okay" Klee mumbled, not hiding at all that he was still attentively analysing him, which Jade on the other hand mustered in amusement. "So you are the club leader?"

Jade chuckled. "Seeing as I am the club's founder, you could say as much, yes." He straightened the backpack on his shoulders. "Shall we get going, then?"

Klee tilted his head. "Aren't we going to wait for the other members?"

"We're the only members," Jade explained, his smile now curling bittersweet. He moved his head to point at the way ahead, so now the two of them started making their way to the hall of mirrors.

“Oh…” Klee didn’t quite know how to feel about this. He assumed he was happy about having more privacy, yet his heart was beating faster somehow…

Wasn't that… kind of…

… romantic…?

Jade kept throwing his new club member curious looks. “It is sad, truly” he let out a sigh. “No one seems to appreciate the abundance and the beauty of what surrounds us. The nature on land has miracles to offer like I have never witnessed under the sea, yet neither of my childhood…” Jade’s voice drifted off, seeing that Klee’s sparkling pair of eyes had been glued onto him again. He couldn’t help but chuckle at the sight. “You’re quite the gazer, aren’t you?”

Somehow, the teasing tone in Jade’s voice completely missed Klee. “You’re a merman?” he asked instead, gasping in awe when Jade gave a nod. “I’ve never met one before…” Several thoughts crossed Klee's head, so many that he ended up not voicing anything of that fascination within him.

The two had reached the hall of mirrors, where Jade opened one of the mirror’s gates to their destination for today. When he turned around to make sure Klee had read the flyer and knew where they were headed, he was surprised to see the freshman rummage through his stuffed backpack.

“Is something the matter?” Jade asked, impressed to see the plethora of equipment peeking out of Klee’s bag. Finally, the Ignihyde student pulled out a small notebook and got back on his feet.

“Here” Klee started. “This is my forest to-do list. It’s not completed, but I remember the places I haven’t visited yet, and a compiled list might be more useful for you.” He handed Jade the notebook. “Since you probably haven’t been able to see that many yet. And since you’re merfolk and… I’m not. Y-you don’t have to take it, but… yes.” he gave a shrug upon having realised he said all he wanted to and kept quiet afterwards.

Truly surprised, Jade skimmed through the pages. In addition to the forests’ names and locations, Klee had made an effort to note especially rare sights to look out for in each of them. Some plants or animals were highlighted with exclamation marks or little hearts, and next to a few fungi, he noted a reminder to bring enough bags to collect mushrooms for dinner.

Jade’s odd eyes jumped between this remarkably organised list and that boy who could barely see between the messy strands of hair cupping his face. Who seemed like he was both, overly aware and attentive of his surroundings, but also so far, far away, somehow.

Another smile creeped up Jade’s face. This one was genuine, however.

“Thank you,” he said. “I will take only the greatest care of it.”

Klee’s lips curled into a tiny smile of his own. “Okay, that's good.” He peeked at the mirror. “We can get going now, I’m ready.” He didn’t notice that Jade’s eyes were holding onto him for a little longer. Then the Octavinelle student gave a nod before he turned to the gate, too.

“Splendid” Jade hummed. “Then, hereby, I would like to officially welcome you into the Mountain Lover’s Club. I am looking forward to venturing through nature’s beauty with you, Klee.”

It took a moment, in which Klee’s expression was unreadable, pondering…

… then, he flashed a wide grin.

“I am looking forward to it, too, Jade.”

I turned this in for Spanish (in Spanish) and got an A so here it is. It's a slightly more fleshed out version of the one I already posted. I did not turn in this ending though.

Ever since he was a child, Kaeya Alberich never quite felt at home anywhere; a stranger, a contradiction. He was the prince of a kingdom destroyed by the gods centuries prior, a nation of ruins called Khaenriah. He was sent by the Abyss Order as the final hope for his people to Mondstadt as a spy, where he was adopted into the Ragnvindr family, though they did not know the truth of his past. He joined the Knights of Favonius alongside his adoptive brother, Diluc. And that is where he met Albedo.

Albedo spent most of his life with the famous alchemist Rhinedottir, traveling and searching for the truth of this world. She had been able to do the impossible, creating an artificial human being from chalk using alchemy. This creation was Albedo. After some time, though, she left him and a letter for the Knights with a friend of hers in Mondstadt and disappeared without a trace. Albedo went to live with the witch Alice and her young daughter Klee. 

 Kaeya fondly remembers the day he met him. He was doing knight training with his friend Jean when he saw a tall, beautiful witch approach the door to the Knights of Favonius headquarters. She had platinum blonde hair and was dressed in crimson and scarlet robes resembling flames with a matching wide-brimmed hat, and standing next to her was a boy who seemed to be about his age.

“Hello, is this the Knights of Favonius Headquarters? I need to speak with Varka,” she asked.

“Yes,” Kaeya replied, “he should be in his office right now.”

Later that day, Varka made an announcement in front of all the knights.

“Everyone, we have a new chief alchemist. This is Albedo,” he gestured to the boy Kaeya saw earlier, “He studied alchemy with the fabled Rhinedottir, but he does not know anyone in Mondstadt yet.  Let's give him a warm welcome”

“Hi, I’m Jean and this is Kaeya.”

Albedo smiled shyly. “As you already heard, I’m Albedo.  I am excited to start working with you”

Albedo seemed very shy and reserved at first, but overtime, he warmed up to Kaeya. Although he for the most part preferred solitude and had few friends, Kaeya became one of the closest. Albedo liked to draw, and Kaeya was his favorite subject, using him as a reference many times when they bumped into each other at Angel’s Share. 

Years passed, and Kaeya’s world changed again. But this time, he had Albedo as a constant. He lost his father on Diluc’s 18th birthday, and the following fight they brothers had left Kaeya alone again. Albedo did not consider himself good at dealing with emotional situations, but he was what Kaeya needed.

Kaeya was sitting in a meeting for the Knights of Favonius, trying to pay attention to what Jean was saying. Thankfully, it was nothing important, because Kaeya was more focussed on the view of the mountain through the window.

“Kaeya, is everything alright? You seemed worried about something,” asked Jean.

“It’s just that our usually punctual chief alchemist is absent. As much time as he spends in his workshop in Dragonspine, he always shows up for meetings. Sucrose, you’re his assistant, have you seen him lately?”

“I went to his workshop and I thought he had already left,” she said.

“I don’t think we should be too worried quite yet,” said Jean, “but I think we should look for him to make sure he is ok. Kaeya, you’re his friend, so you should be in charge. You might have a better idea of where he could be.”

“Let’s start by checking his laboratory in Dragonspine. Even if we don’t find him, there might be clues about where he is.”

The group left for the mountain.  There was no sign  of Albedo on the path over; there were no footprints. When Kaeya got to the foot of the mountain, Sucrose confirmed that the weather had been unusually good and it had been a while since the last snowstorm. A series of tracks leaving the mountain confirmed that. They marched up through the cold and snow, looking for any sign of the lost alchemist. When they got to his workshop, Kaeya had a bad feeling in his stomach.

“I’ll go in first. I’ll call for help if I need it, but Albedo will probably react better to me alone than to the group.” 

he walked in. The warm torches were almost out, and there were books and bottles scattered about. Not unusual for Albedo when he’s working, but he always cleans up when he’s done.  The room was eerily quiet, the only sound Kaeya could here was the faint wind and his own breathing. He walked further in. 

“Albedo,” he called. 

there was no answer. 

“Albedo? Albe-“

On the ground, propped up against the book shelf was a lifeless Albedo. 

Kaeya rushed over. He checked for a pulse. He found nothing

“Maybe it’s the gloves,”

he checked his neck, but there was still nothing. Kaeya looked down at his hands, in shock of how the last thing he loved was gone. On his glove was a fine white powder.

“Is this chalk?”
