Gender - nonbinary they/them (okay with she/her and he/him also) Sexuality - queer/unlabeled they’re p much good with anyone lol Age - 28 Race - Altmer Religious Affiliation - started with Stendarr (raised by priests of Stendarr in Lillandril after being abandoned), branched out and tried to explore more when they arrived in Skyrim and weren't so sheltered, settled in with Auri-El after going through the initiate journey in the Chantry and overcoming that lifelong internalized belief that Auri-El wasn't "for" them as a hulkynd Altmer and this continues to drive their love for pursuing the betterment of all skills and exploring new things, interest in Sotha Sil (admiration for his knowledge and engineering abilities), some minor affiliation with Azura (I'm an enjoyer of Azura's sphere including transitional periods including trans people)

Aside from magic they dual wield axes, use an axe and a shield, use a war hammer, and use a crossbow

My jack of all trades character. They’re a hulkynd Altmer, cast out of a likely very high class Altmer family at birth for not being “perfect” enough. They were taken in by the Temple to Stendarr in Lillandril and became a Vigilant. When they were sent to Skyrim they were exposed to so many new people, books, and ideas that would’ve been suppressed back home. So now they’re essentially traveling around and trying to learn as much about everything and anything that they can. They’re trying to get involved with any guild they can join (even the darker natured ones not out of malice but curiosity), any quests and adventures they’re sent on, and trying to talk to as many people as possible. They’re even involving themself with Daedra so that they can form their own thoughts based on experience rather than just what they were taught. They read every book they find. Though they can be a little naive from their sheltered upbringing, they’re highly intelligent and inquisitive. They’re also no stranger to snark when warranted.

They love to tinker and invent. They built their arm on their own, incorporating the aetherquartz calian from their coming-of-age into the back of the hand. It’s not static, so they can roll it to stim lol. It’s powered by a soul gem in the forearm which opens like a hatch. Sotha Sil was a big role model to them growing up and they collected any book they could find with him in it lol. I feel like they also built alternate arms for various aesthetic, functional, or fun reasons. They’re willing to take risks and face danger for knowledge. They love improving their skills and want to master everything. They have a fantasy of being the first hulkynd Altmer to be granted their alaxon sphere for gaining a degree of perfection, maintaining that even the god intended to embody perfection was imperfect and elitist Altmer would've cast him out if they didn't know.

They love fashion, nail polish, and makeup too. I’ll try to add more hair/makeup/clothes ideas later. They like flowy clothing with nice colors and bold colorful makeup. Their hair is long, so if they’re fighting or working it’s usually tied up/back in some way. They rarely bind or use magic to take the appearance of having a flat chest, but when they do it’s often because they felt an outfit would look better that way. Despite their already impressive height they also love wearing very tall heels and platforms. I feel like they’d like those platform heels with the heart shaped platform very much lol. Their earrings are soul gem inspired since it’d be a little dangerous to have real soul gems dangling by their face all the time.

I think they have a tooth gap too lol also when they aren't duel wielding a spell, they prefer to cast from their right arm (enhancing their magic through the soul gem in that arm)

ABOUT THE CHARACTERS:

This is just for those that will be drawing from their own imagination (or just want to know more)!

Master Hua / Lin Meixiu

Former Goddess of War. In her human life, she used to be a general, who got gravely injured during war and decided to spend her last moments with the people, leading to her hearing how everyone was grieving losses or dying from injuries, cursing the war, the rich and the generals themselves. A strange man saved her - the (then) God of War - and appointed her as his disciple. She trained under him and after his demise, she became the new Goddess of War, with everyone praising her strength and intelligence. After the Great Heavenly War against the devils, Goddess Lin Meixiu concentrated on trying to protect peace, so no more wars would ever happen. Her companions, the other Gods, took in disciples after that, yet she was the only one who refused any disciple, stating that the best God of War is self-made and only by being strong enough to defeat her can anyone hope to replace her. This angered a student who desperately wanted to become her disciple, to the point where he'd train every day and challenge her every year - but he would always lose. He and his friend (who turned out to be the son of one of the devils she killed in war) hacked a plan to get rid of all the current Gods and replace them. Their plan was successful, and after watching all of her brethren die, Lin Meixiu was prepared to join them, but (because of her great inner strength) she survived, injured and weak. Instead of returning to the Heavens, she stayed in the mortal realm and lead a simple life there.

Xiao Shuilong / Guo Xifeng

Her true form is that of a dragon, but she has successfully cultivated a human form. When she was little, her dragon village faced a great disaster. The Heavens blamed the dragonfolk so they sent the Goddess of War to investigate and kill them. When she arrived, however, she quickly understood the situation and saved the dragons, instead. Before she left, she performed a dance for them, as a gift to the young hatchling of noble blood. The dragons then swore their undying loyalty to her. When Guo Xifeng grew up, she decided to pursue her lifelong dream of becoming the Goddess' disciple, so she headed to the heavens to sign up as a student. She won every competition and caught the eye of all the Gods, who allowed her to choose any God she wanted as her master (assuming that God agreed to it, as well). She instantly asked for Goddess Lin Meixiu, but was informed of her passing. During her moment of shock and horror, she was appointed as the disciple of the current God of War, instead. Every day, she would ask about her Goddess, but no one gave her a truthful answer about her passing. One day, long into her training, she overheard her teacher discussing the matter of Lin Meixiu's death, in which she found out the truth. In a fit of rage, she decided to avenge her Goddess by murdering the two Gods, but she was defeated and sent to the dungeons. There, the devil's son poisoned her with his demonic energy and she went mad, turning into her dragon form and destroying half of the place before being defeated again and sent crashing down to the mortal realm, heavily injured and with amnesia.

THEM

The injured dragon was found by a woman, who helped heal the dragon enough to give it a human form and drag it back to her home to further heal it. When the dragon lady woke up, it was obvious she had lost her memories. The strange woman introduced herself as an ordinary flower spirit named Hua. She named the dragon Xiao Shuilong, since she was found in the waters outside. Although Hua wanted to continue living her life, Xiao Shuilong was determined to retrieve her memories, so the two of them started investigating her origins. Every so often, the demonic energy in Xiao Shuilong's body overwhelms her, making her go crazy and turn into her dragon form - but Master Hua found that with dual cultivation, she is able to suppress demonic energy and bring Xiao Shuilong back to sanity. This might have heavy consequences later down the line... The rest you'll just have to read when the novel comes out 😉

Schedule

I work a few different freelance jobs and so my schedule is constantly in flux. I usually stream weekday at 11:00 AM or 12:00 PM in the EST/EDT timezone. I'll attach my weekly schedule for the current week below:

Content I Stream/Create

I usually stream otome visual novels or joseimuke mobile games. Some of my favorites are Ensemble Stars!! Basic and Music, Bandori, Taisho x Alice, Tears of Themis, Hatoful Boyfriend, and BUSTAFELLOWS.

Sometimes I'll stream variety content such as JRPGs, scuffed karaoke (yes it is always scuffed lol), baking or decorating desserts (rare because this is messy and requires lots of planning!), crocheting, and cozy chatting content. I like to experiment with my content when I have more time in my schedule!

I'm currently working on a larger video project where I summarize the entirety of the Ensemble Stars story backlog and lore on YouTube. The series is still very much a work in progress but I do have a livestream VOD where I explained some basics about the game universe and characters which you can watch here:

I also really love music! I try to hold karaokes as much as I can and I've recently start recording covers songs! You can check out my first cover song below. It would mean a lot to me if you gave it a like as well!

Other than that I do a bit of voice acting, sometimes while I'm playing VNs I'll even try to voice over the characters. But mostly I just record short voice clips and post them to YouTube and TikTok.

They’re kind of like next gen snack pack? I dont have a good group name for em yet tho

Birch: Poppy and Branch’s oldest, therefore making them the heir to Pop Village. As an overprepper, you can always find Birch stressing over the flow of the party rather than enjoying it(if she’s hosting that party in the first place). But despite his ability to prepare— or over prepare— for any situation, their responsibility is always thrown into question. So to test his responsibility, Poppy assigns her the task of befriending and teaching Buzz the Party Crasher how to be nice and get along with others— which proves to be harder than expected.

Buzz: Having heard of the previous group of runaways and how free they lived, Buzz tagged along with the new emergence of the Party Crashers. They were successful in their run of 7 years before the Country Trolls put a stop to their tricks during an attempt to crash their hoedown, which failed because they caught on to the scout fairly fast. Buzz had no significant position in the group but did manage to get everyone to stand their ground in refusing to go home. As Poppy has dealt with previous Party Crashers before, she volunteers to help with the Country Troll’s situation of 17-24 year olds refusing to even leave their jail. Buzz has a strong sense of leadership but poor strategic skills. She doesn’t back down from a challenge and tends to charge in without prior thinking. Shes described to be a tough shell to crack.

Demi: Despite his very pastel appearance, Demi is a very big fan of hard rock, but still proudly parades his classical side by playing the saxophone, his very first instrument. When not partying, singing, or hanging with his friends, he’s overworking himself through practice in true classical style. He maybe always on the verge of collapse after a particularly long and hard practice sesh, but he’s always sure to be on time for whatever event he’s promised to go to, never the type to cancel or skip out on plans. His rock side shines best when seated behind a set of drums.

Wheaton: A lot like his dad Milton, he’s very kind and gentle— to critters anyway. His social interactions with other trolls could be worked on, especially when he intends to go into the medical field. Like anyone on his maternal side, he’s very strong and passionate about his workout routine. Although he tends to forget his own strength. His best friend is and always will be his twin brother Mouse, but according to him you’d have to hogtie him and string up like a piñata in order for him to admit this to Mouse’s face.

Mouse: When he was 8, he went to his first rave after being invited to a birthday party by a classmate and ever since he’s been a big fan of techno. He combined both pop and techno together and calls it electro-pop. He’s pretty chill going until you mess with one of his friends. Wherein his strength will show along with the rare showing of his temper. He’s a hopeless romantic. Whether or not she really does improve, Mouse vows he will never trust Buzz even if she saves all of troll kind.

Groovy Flo: New to Pop Troll Village, Groovy Flo is half funk/glitter [pop] troll desiring the need to learn about the other side of her family. Although her true desire is to bring back disco, having taken a fascination with the extinct genre after reading up on them. While taking to the “old fashioned” way of baking without the assistance of funk technology very easily, she hasn’t mastered scrapbooking, much to her dismay. She claims her highly accurate memory is thanks to her hours of reading history books. She has a kid sister back in Funk City and misses her dearly, her baby sister being her “best friend in the whole known universe”.

Hey psst, After Effect update and news after eons

After Effect's 3rd birthday/anniversary is coming up, November 16th

So in celebration, I've begun making new refurbished ref sheets for everyone, we have a new main cast that isn't JUST Night and Killer, and the story is updated and in the process of getting loosely written out so drafts can begin, though I might end up asking someone to outsource writing Dream idly, I am NOT confident enough to write him accurately.

Its been ages but, this is your regular reminder regarding AE. This is a self indulgent sort of 'hurt/comfort' story, post Nightmare getting uncorrupted and donning the name Night, treating Nightmare as no longer his name due to what was done with it, and a slow burn romance story between Night and Killer. I'm doing my best to stick to each respective's canon but I can't promise perfection, though I treat Night as demiromantic which isn't exactly canon per say. Its safe to say this story is ""ship heavy"", though its just a driving force for me to create this story in the first place, the plot is more than just that.

The name is still sort of a pun, the story IS an after effect of one big detail changed in Dreamtale, and the multiverse's, story. Nightmare getting uncorrupted. But it also works for other background or side plots. You'll just have to be patient and find out.

Our new main characters, without giving much away, are Night, Killer, Color, Blue, Lust. Only teaser regarding the new lineup you'll get is Blue and Lust are married but not legally. They chose not to. Blue isn't just any old Underswap sans, he's the same one Killer stabbed in the eye in the one comic. Its been years since that took place, though, I'm sure Killer being his husband's best friend is no issue, right? Color might have a heart attack over Night and break out his old therapy routine, he's already handled Killer once before, surely Night will be easier, right?? Right?

Night is still plagued with night terrors, and occasional hallucinations of the creature that stood in his place for centuries. It isn't real, but he'll grow numb to it eventually...right?

He is a mage who specializes in Conjuration and Destruction, but dabbles in everything. He is a necromancer, too. Despite this he tries not to use necromancy magic on anyone undeserving of it. He doesn’t believe that any magic or knowledge should be off limits. He wants to learn everything he can about anything, but especially anything to do with magic. He also works with alchemy. Neloth is a huge role model for him. He prefers to stay at a distance with his magic, but when he’s running low on magicka or feeling it, he does have his mace. In addition to Neloth, he enjoys studying and learning about Mannimarco and Dagoth Ur (after he got over his childhood fear of his creatures) and their magical pursuits. His face paint is a nod to Mannimarco (red, wormlike) while being subtle. Sotha Sil is also an inspirational subject of magical study.

He grew up in Blacklight in Morrowind with very strict Redoran parents. They don’t really approve of his magical pursuits, because they feel that magic outside of combat is for taking the easy way out of things and is a sign of laziness or an inability to work with his hands. He left home without informing them, or his older brother or twin sister, and has been traveling Skyrim since. His bandages are practical but they also conceal a self-made Sign of Expulsion on his right hand, created when he ran off as an act of personal rebellion. He wants to learn in the College of Winterhold, seeing as it does not restrict necromancy as harshly, and overall he wants to learn via traveling.

He is reserved and collected. Smiles and laughs are rare, as he is very internal. He mostly keeps to himself, and he likes it that way. Despite his parents’ lessons, he does not do very well in highly social situations. He doesn’t shy away from snark and cutting remarks to those who deserve it. His humor is dry. He keeps journals to document his journey and his various studies. He is sleep-deprived because of these studies. Essentially, he will forget to eat and won’t sleep until he crashes, because he gets so absorbed in his work. He uses tea and incense from home to soothe himself, and just because he enjoys them. He is also a very clean person and doesn’t like much physical contact until he’s very comfortable with a person. Part of this is because of his fear of illness (nosophobia) stemming from him looking into books on the Blight and Dagoth Ur’s work a little too young.

I feel like he handled top surgery and hysto with magic on his own or with the guidance of experienced mages. He doesn’t have very visible top surgery scars. If there are any marks, they would probably be closer to keyhole.

Hey everyone~ @bigenderteruki here!! I wanted to dive in and submit at least one oc of mine to this blog👍 i dont have a ref sheet, but hopefully the two fullbodies are enough?

So, here she is~ Seasoning city's very own ghost-busting magical girl Kitty Meow Meow!! (aka Mie Shigahara, an otherwise average 4th grader)

Esper Ability: Psychic Empathy (always) Exorcism (only as a magical girl) Telekinesis (only as a magical girl)

Likes: Milk candy, magical girls (duh), playing the melodica

Backstory (warning for brief mention of injury and hospitalization!! ... And s3 spoilers lol):

Mie was born in Seasoning City, and has lived there her whole life. Prior to the events of the ???% arc, she was lethargic and lonely. During the ???% arc, Mie was injured. She caught a glimpse of ???%, believing him to be an evil spirit. While hospitalized, Mie has a dream that she meant to be a great hero.

After being discharged, Mie meets Whisker. Mie continues to think about her dream, and Whisker suggests she becomes a magical girl after the two of them watch Precure together. Mie dismisses this, as she believes she does not have what it takes to be a magical girl.

Some time later, Mie finds herself in a haunted underpass. An evil spirit appears, and Mie becomes frightened, remembering the events that had previously hospitalized her. Before she can come to any harm, however, Mob appears and exorcises the spirit. Mie is amazed by this feat, but Mob did not even notice she was there until he finished the exorcism. He walks her home and tells her to be more careful.

Mie is inspired by Mob, and decides to become a magical girl after all. She buys a toy wand with her pocket money, and chooses the name "Kitty Meow Meow", as whisker resembles a cat. She begins to exorcise spirits with her newfound power, but runs into Reigen while he's in the middle of an "exorcism". Mie realizes there is no spirit and tells the client this, causing them to leave irritated. Reigen is annoyed with this, and Mie is equally annoyed by Reigen charging for exorcisms in the first place.

After her first week as a magical girl, Mie declares her ultimate goal: To exorcise ???%, unaware that he and Mob are one and the same.

if you drew him i think i would go into an animalistic state of running around in my room on all fours howling with excitement BUT!!!

he's not really based off any fish/monster in particular but i would be lying if i said i wasn't more influenced by the creature from the black lagoon (they're both sea monsters. get it) but you can find better references for Scotty on the tag ive got for em (i really need to just draw a ref sheet for him huh)

some other things i thought about for him is that his species is gender neutral straight right off the bat. everyone has the same fishy genitalia and like that one episode from TNG (i think it's called the outcast or something) where everyone is gender neutral and just kinda float towards whatever gender they feel more comfortable with (the goods are also tucked inside like a sheath so he can walk around completely naked and be smooth like a Ken doll)

he hibernates! like actual fish, when the water gets frozen over they sleep for a long time, so around winter Scotty just sleeps the entire season away in bed wrapped up in 3 blankets

he has a green tongue. for what purpose? to be silly ofc
