the Sokka one is major because him thinking women are weaker and men are stronger was literally important for him to go on a self journey to realizing that women are capable and stronger then men or even equal to them to why he became an ally

it's like if they were to rid of Zuko being loyal to the fire nation, loyal to his father, Fire Lord Oxai, to make him proud to then going on his self journey

slowly realizing he has been fighting on the wrong side and eventually wants to redeem himself

if they don't add that in then there's no point for the netflix show to exist

same with every show and movie that has an adaptation from

When i played basketball i watched a cis girl ram into another cis girl and break her arm.

once while watching my cis cousin play volleyball i saw her knock into another cis girl and the later got a pretty serious concussion.

I watched a soccer game where a cis guy got trampled by another cis guy and broke his leg, a compound fracture, y'know where you can see the bone.

Heck, a month ago at church we were playing ultimate football a cis gal jumped another cis gal and she dislocated her knee cap, and ended up having to have surgery to get everything back in place.

it's sports, they're not always safe, People accidentally hurt others all the time. The girl who got hurt bc a trans girl spiked the ball too hard IS NOT UNUSUAL I know FOUR PEOPLE who had long term migraines from concussions and neck problems bc they got hurt while playing volleyball; WHERE BOTH TEAMS WERE ALL CIS WOMEN.
