So my head canon about how magic works in KH is that it's literally tied to emotion. It's tied to your heart. My only support of this is that only Donald Duck has the pure unrestrained rage needed to fire off a Zettaflare.

I had the thought for a meme which was Dion as Bahamut firing Zettaflare with the caption:

"Does a gay little beam that pisses you off"

But there are no good pictures of Zettaflare that work.

You know, I have to imagine if the rest of the TWEWY cast and such DO exist in the Kingdom Hearts universe in some form, KH!Minamimoto was pissed to hear some duck used Zettaflare before he could.

This assumes KH!Minamimoto is unerased, of course, but let’s assume he is, if we ever DO see them back again it’ll almost certainly be Neo looks so he can hang out with the Wicked Twisters.

As part of his lessons, Crowley always issues a crazy group project for the end of the year.

For their project, the first years decided to pair up, dividing their tasks;

- Jack was in charge of translating a love letter Levan wrote for Meleanor an ancient script;

- Epel had to create a poison from scratch with only the knowledge of its antidote;

- Sebek was tasked with writing a cohesive battle strategy based on a given situation;

- Ortho had to direct a commercial for NRC.

- Ace, Deuce and Grim were given what was considered the easiest task: estimating the power and destruction caused by a Zettaflare attack. All they had to do was research the topic and write a report.

Naturally, all first years received help from their upperclassmen. Leona helped Jack with translating, Vil aided Epel, Lillia used all his knowledge as a general to teach Sebek, Vil was the star of Ortho's commercial while Idia helped with editing, and so on.

Unfortunately, Riddle is never one to half-ass homework.

He helped Ace and Deuce with researching. Then went and LEARNED Zettaflare, just to make sure their estimations were correct. He blew up a nearby mountain (Jade was LIVID) and passed out for a day.

Adeuce and Grim covered up the accident (and dyed Riddle's hair back to red because it became white again) and everyone aced the assignment.

Straight up had Project Destati on shuffle, it played ALL the sad songs at the beginning- Roxas, Xion, the Other Promise, Organization XIII, Sacred Moon, before jumping to KH2 and DDD. Hits me with some sad Vanitas, Aqua, and Terra, but hey, I was having a good time, drawing, typing, jamming to Waltz of the Damned, Mysterious Tower, Gummy Ship Rhapsody, Darkness of the Unknown, Night of Fate, Bounce o’ Rama, and then BAM.

So in Kingdom Hearts III Donald fucking Duck casts Zettaflare which made him the most powerful mage in Final Fantasy history but now in Final Fantasy XVI there is finally a second instance of the spell being cast and I absolutely love this video edit about it XD

Sir Terence (FF16) is Ultimate Boyfriend Material right there. Dion is totally lucky to have him as a partner, a friend, a loyal subordinate and supporter. I cannot emphasize this enough.

Also yes, I’ve personally taken to calling him 자기 / jagi (darling/honey). He’s def 오빠 / oppa material but I realized I don’t really like using that word? Haha.
