Alchemy, the untouched friend of Witchcraft
Tumblr media
If there is something interesting that is nearly not used on mostly of the witch community, is Alchemy, and is something from which we could take some few useful stuffs.
As always, disclaimer first, I’m not an expert on the subject and I barely if I read a couple of books about the topic (from another 10 untouched ones lol), so as always in life, take what I say with tweezers. This is meant to be a light superficial view to open a door of possibilities in a mix of Witchcraft and Alchemy, is not a thesis. Saying that, to the core of the question.
Alchemy use elements. A lot of them.
The three primes or Tria Prima (the basic 3 materials): Sulfur (Related to the Soul and the principle of combustibility, so it has volatility, can burn, explode, combust), Mercury (Related to the Spirit, the principle of fusibility so the material can be fused together and volatility so a substance vaporizes), and Salt (Relate to the Body, the principle of non-combustibility and non-volatility).
Our beloved Four basic Elements: Air, Earth, Fire, Water.
The Seven Metals associated with the seven classical planets: Lead, corresponding with Saturn. Tin, corresponding with Jupiter. Iron, corresponding with Mars. Gold, corresponding with the Sun. Copper, corresponding with Venus. Mercury, corresponding with Mercury. Silver, corresponding with the Moon.
The 13 Mundane Elements and Later Metals: Antimony, Arsenic, Bismuth, Cobalt, Magnesium, Manganese, Nickel, Oxygen, Phlogiston, Phosphorus, Platinum, Sulfur, Zinc (All of them with a lot of interesting properties and functions, in and out the alchemy world).
The 10 Alchemical Compounds: Acid, Sal ammoniac, Aqua fortis, Aqua regia, Aqua vitae, Amalgam, Cinnabar, Vinegar, Vitriol, Brimstone (All of them also with amazing properties).
And what interesting me the most (at least to my way to do witchcraft), The 12 Alchemical Processes:
Calcination (Aries): The thermal treatment of a solid to removing impurities or volatile substances.
Congelation (Taurus): Term used in medieval and early modern alchemy for the process known today as crystallization. Process by which a solid form into a structure known as a crystal, by precipitating from a solution or freezing.
Fixation (Gemini): Process by which a previously volatile substance is "transformed" into a form (often solid) that is not affected by fire.
Solution (Cancer): Homogeneous mixture composed of two or more substances. In such a mixture, a solute is a substance dissolved in another substance, known as a solvent.
Digestion (Leo): A process in which gentle heat is applied to a substance over a period of several weeks.
Distillation (Virgo): Separating the components or substances from a liquid mixture by using selective boiling and condensation.
Sublimation (Libra): The transition of a substance directly from the solid to the gas state, without passing through the liquid state.
Separation (Scorpio): Converts a mixture or solution of chemical substances into two or more distinct product mixtures. Process of distinguishing to two or more substance in order to obtain purity.
Ceration (Sagittarius): Chemical process, by continuously adding a liquid by imbibition to a hard, dry substance while it is heated. Typically, this treatment makes the substance softer.
Fermentation/ Putrefaction (Capricorn): A metabolic process that produces chemical changes in organic substrates through the action of enzymes/ Decomposition of organic matter by bacterial or fungal digestion.
Multiplication (Aquarius): Process to increase the potency of the elixir or projection powder, in order to increase the gains in the subsequent projection.
Projection (Pisces): Process to transmute a lesser substance into a higher form; often lead into gold.
Damn, alchemy even have symbols to Units: Month, Day, Hour, Dram (Unit of mass between 1 and 3 grams), Half Dram, Ounce (Unit of mass, weight or volume of 28 grams, Half Ounce, Scruple (1 grams), Pound (500 grams).
So just with this simple 2 pages of basic Wikipedia info, we have a ton of new things to use. Everything here has specific properties, some more physical and chemical oriented, but others (like the 3 Tria Prima and The 12 Alchemical Processes) have a lot of correspondences with the witch life itself.
The 12 Alchemical Processes could be absolutely used to represent an desired outcome.
Calcination uses thermal treatment, so it can boost the Fire element of a spell. It also “removing impurities or volatile substances”, so can be applied to generate a mild fever to get rid off the flu, or to boost the organs that clean the body (kidneys and liver mostly)
Congelation turns a solid by freezing, can boost the Water element, so all the “freezer spells” can be boosted with this.
Fixation? A volatile substance is transformed into a solid form? Sound pretty much to grounding, or to help to focus an ADHD head as mine, or to put down to earth someone who is VOLATILE AND VIOLENT. Also, Earth element.
Solution? Homogeneous mixture of two or more substances? It sounds like an aid to make two people on conflict to get into an agreement, or to boost a new business by mixing the opportunities with the action. Air element.
Digestion. A process in which gentle heat is applied to a substance over a period of several weeks? It sounds like something that can help any process that need digestion (bad news must be “digested”, hard choices must be “consulted with the pillow”), and the “gentle heat” sounds comforting. Someone is grieving? Maybe Digestion can help them to overcome the awful times.
Distillation. Separating the components or substances. Anything that need to be separated can be helped with this. Relationships that must end, breakups, cut the ties with older things or habits.
Sublimation. The transition of a substance. I heard trans rights? Can this maybe help with your hormones? Or even to transition from what you previously left behind with the distillation, to focus in a new better future.
Separation. Process of distinguishing to two or more substance in order to obtain purity. How to choose from two or more choices? How to pick the better one? The one with purity? Separation maid aid.
Ceration. A hard, dry is heated to make it softer. Make that person less frigid, make the boss less bitchy, make your chronic pain less hurtful, make your bills less heavy, all that you can think in make softer.
Fermentation/ Putrefaction. I personally love this one. Produces changes in organic substrates and decomposition of organic matter by bacterial or fungal digestion. Prime element to curses. All what you want to rid off in the most disgusting way. May their flesh get rotten under a car in a hot summer.
Multiplication. Process to increase the potency of the elixir in order to increase the gains in the subsequent projection. MONEY MONEY MAKE MORE MONEY, all what need to be increased and all what you want to multiply, go go go!
Projection. Transmute a lesser substance into a higher form “lead into gold”. Perfect to get better as a person, to learn to adapt, accept, to grow compassion, love, etc.
At this you can add the Units, the metals and mundane elements, the 4 elements, the tria prima, your crystals and herbs and sigils and all. And your spells will be filled with components and correspondences.
What’s better, a lot of the physical elements are not too hard to get (some yes, they are, but you are not here to make lead into gold with a full set of chemistry), but alchemy use a lot of symbology, so even if you don’t have the physical element, you can use their properties with the symbol, just as any other sigil.
Salt is easy. Tin in a food can. Antimony in mostly all the rocks. Arsenic in apple seeds (technically no but still). Cobalt and Manganese basically everywhere. Magnesium in your own body. Nickel in coins. Oxygen in the air., Phosphorus, Zinc and Sulfur in food. Acid in anything acid lol. Aqua vitae in alcohol (especially Whisky). Vinegar in vinegars.
Long story short, if you feel that maybe you are lacking something, check some books about alchemy would maybe help. Don’t pick super chemical specific pro books and don’t be discouraged by the terms, pick what can be useful to you, and I hope this open some doors and bring more curiosity about this amazing topic.

Semiconductors: Zinc oxide
An inorganic compound used in a wide variety of applications, zinc oxide (ZnO) also finds applications as a semiconductor. Pure ZnO is a white powder, though the naturally occurring mineral (zincite) often contains impurities that have it varying in color from yellow to red. It has two main crystal structures, hexagonal and cubic, and in addition to being a semiconductor is also piezoelectric and thermochromic.
As a semiconductor, ZnO is considered a wide band gap semiconductor (typically n-type) with a value of around 3.3-3.4eV at room temperature. As such, it is often used in higher temperature and higher power applications. Tuning of ZnO's bandgap is usually done by alloying the materials with magnesium or cadmium oxides. Dopant atoms typically include group III elements (such as aluminum) to substitute with zinc or group VII elements (such as chlorine) to substitute with oxygen. Doping with transition metal or rare earth elements can provide interesting optical properties as compared to pure ZnO and as such applications also often include optoelectronics.
One advantage ZnO has over other some other semiconducting materials (such as gallium nitride) is that it can be grown in bulk as single crystals. However, ZnO typically displays n-type superconductivity and doping to produce a p-type semiconductor has proven to be very challenging, which limits the current applications of the material. Primarily, as a semiconductor, it is used in LEDs and lasers as well as transparent contacts.

What Is Hemp?
It’s A Trillion Dollar Cash Crop.
youtube
Hemp is a name given to a strain of the cannabis plant.
Hemp is a name given to cultivars of the cannabis plant (Cannabis sativa) that have been selected over many generations for fiber and seed production. Most hemp cultivars contain less than 1.5% THC, a narcotic compound that has the potential for abuse in high concentrations. Cannabis sativa cultivars selected and developed for their drug properties, referred to as marijuana, or dagga, can have a THC content of 3%-25%.  Hemp is a bast fiber, producing its fibers in the stalk similar to flax, kenaf, and sun hemp.
Multiple Uses
Hemp fiber and seed are used to produce a wide range of commodities including food and beverage products, fiberboard, insulation, paper, composites, textiles, carpets, animal bedding and feed, cosmetics, body-care products, soaps, paints, fuels, and medicines.
Hemp Seed Food and Beverage Products
Hemp seed contains about 25% protein, 30% carbohydrates, & 15% insoluble fiber. Hemp seed is reported to contain more easily digestible protein than soybeans. Hemp seed contains all 8 amino acids essential to human nutrition. Hemp seed is high in calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, carotene, sulfur, iron and zinc, as well as Vitamins A, E, C, B1, B2, B3, and B6.
Hemp seed imported into the United States or Canada must be steam sterilized at between 180 degrees F and 212 degrees F for 15 minutes to prevent sprouting. Many US facilities receive imported viable seed under customs bond, steam it, and release it to the consignee or customer with a Certificate of Sterilization.
Hemp food and beverage products include hemp oil and seed, flour, pasta, cheese, tofu, salad dressings, snacks, sweets, hemp protein powders, soft drinks, beer, and wine. Hemp beer can be made from the seed, flowers, sprouts, and seed cake that is a by-product of oil pressing. Hemp beer is produced and sold in Europe and the United States of America.
Hemp Oil
Hemp seed is 25% to 35% oil, and is one of the oils lowest in saturated fats (8%). Hemp seed oil is the richest source of polyunsaturated essential fatty acids (80%). Hemp seed oil is the only common edible seed oil containing Omega-6 Gamma-Linolenic Acid. Hemp seed oil is very fragile and not suitable for cooking.
Pressed hemp seed oil must be bottled immediately under oxygen-free conditions, and must be refrigerated in dark, airtight containers.
Fiberboard
Hemp fiberboard tested by Washington State University Wood Materials and Engineering Laboratory proved to be two and one half times stronger than wood MDF composites, and the hemp composite boards were three times more elastic.
Hemp herds can be used in existing mills without major changes in equipment. Russia, Poland and other Eastern European countries already manufacture composite boards from hemp and other plant materials.
Pulp and Paper
The major use of hemp fiber in Europe is in the production of specialty papers such as cigarette paper, archival paper, tea bags, and currency paper. The average bast fiber pulp and paper mill produces 5,000 tons of paper per year. Most mills process long bast fiber strands, which arrive as bales of cleaned ribbon from per-processing plants located near the cultivation areas.
Composites
Until the 1930’s, hemp-based cellophane, celluloid and other products were common, and Henry Ford used hemp to make car doors and fenders. Today hemp herds can be used to make new plastic and injection-molded products or blended into recycled plastic products. Hemp fibers are introduced into plastics to make them stiffer, stronger and more impact resistant. Hemp plastics can be designed that are hard, dense, and heat resistant, and which can be drilled, ground, milled, and planed.
Hemp plastic products currently made include chairs, boxes, percussion instruments, lampshades, bowls, cups, spectacles, jewelry, skateboards, and snowboards.
Hemp Animal Care
Hemp horse bedding and cat litter are produced and sold in Europe. After oil is extracted from the hemp seed, the remaining seed cake is about 25% protein and makes an excellent feed for chicken, cattle, and fish. Chickens fed hemp seed on a regular basis have been found to produce more eggs, without the added hormones used in most poultry plants.
Fuels
Hemp seed oil can be combined with 15% methanol to create a substitute for diesel fuel which burns 70% cleaner than petroleum diesel. Hemp stalks are rich in fiber and cellulose, making them conducive for conversion into ethanol and methanol fuels that have a higher octane than gasoline and produce less carbon monoxide. These biomass fuels are also free from sulfur, and do not require the addition of lead and benzene used to boost octane and improve engine performance in fossil fuels. Ethanol holds condensation, eliminating oxidation and corrosion, and is reported to reduce carbon dioxide emissions by more than 30%.
Hemp has been studied in Ireland as a biomass fuel to generate electricity. Hemp has been reported to yield 1000 gallons of methanol per acre year. Hemp stalk can be converted to a charcoal-like fuel through a thermochemical process called pyrolysis. Henry Ford operated a biomass pyrolitic plant at Iron Mountain, Michigan in the mid-20th.
Paints and Varnishes and Binders
Until the 1930's, most paints were made from hemp seed oil and flax seed oil. Hemp oil makes a durable, long lasting paint that renders wood water-resistant. Hemp herds have the potential to make glues for composite construction products that are non-toxic and superior to binders currently used. With this technology, industry can produce composite products where all components are derived from hemp.
Markets for Hemp Pulp
Some paper manufacturers already have the equipment to process decorticated hemp fiber into paper. The leading European supplier of non-wood pulp, Celesa, currently produces about 10,000 tons per year of pulp from hemp. The use of hemp pulp in blends with recycled fiber of other non-wood fibers is growing. Tests by several European pulp and paper producers suggest that hemp pulp may replace cotton cost effectively in several specialty paper applications.
Potential Markets for Medical Application of Low-THC Hemp Cultivars
Many cannabis medicines have been produced using cannabis cultivars high in THC, and there has been medical research into cannabis that is low in THC and high in CBD.  CBD is a cannabinoid that does not have many of the psychoactive effects associated with THC.  CBD has been used to treat the following medical conditions: epilepsy, dystonic movement disorders, inflammatory disorders, pain, chronic insomnia, chorea, cerebral palsy, and Tourette's syndrome. According to a July 1998 report by the National Institute of Health, CBD may hold promise for preventing brain damage in strokes, Alzheimer’s disease, Parkinson’s disease and even heart attacks and has been found to prevent brain cell death in an experimental stroke model.

would soil from zhongli’s meteor be able to grow plants
Oh a question about my favorite Genshin man and plants... hmm lets see.
Now, I'll preface this by saying I'm not a space scientist so I don't know every detail about meteorites, but from what I could scavenge one type of meteorite has metals such as iron, which plants need to grow, and scientists have been conducting experiments to grow plants on ground up meteorites which seem to be showing promising results. It seems that the composition of meteorites can support plant growth, so the question now is if we can translate this to a fictional character.
Tumblr media
Clearly Zhongli's meteor does not resemble a typical meteor, looking more like a glowing six-piece burr puzzle. And while his meteor and his pillar look to be made out of the same material, there is no information (from what I could find) about what they could be composed of. However, that does not discourage me because while I was studying meteorites, I did stumble upon the Esquel meteorite:
Tumblr media
I don't know about you, but the dark stone surrounded by yellow gems that glow when hit by light... looks awfully familiar to me. I would be willing to say that, all fictional logic aside, that if Zhongli's meteor was real that it would be made out of the same stuff as this meteorite.
So, what are Esquel meteorites made out of? Well, they belong to the class of stony-iron meteorites, known as pallasites, which means they're mainly comprised of an iron-nickel mixture. Those gems embedded in the meteorite are peridot (birthstone shout out). This gives us a lot to work with in terms of chemical composition. We already know that there will be iron and nickel, but the peridot adds magnesium, another essential plant nutrient. Some other components of Esquel meteorites are schreibersite, troilite, and phosphates, providing phosphorous and sulfur.
This makes up a lot of the essential nutrients plants need, except two big ones are missing; nitrogen and potassium. Another component of Esquel meteorites are pyroxenes, and since no specific pyroxene was mentioned we can assume they could add a lot of other beneficial nutrients, such as calcium, zinc, and manganese but not quite what we were looking for. Turning to what else could compose the stony-iron component of the meteorite, carlsbergite contains CrN, or chromium nitride, and feldspar, which has a potassium variant, can also be found.
Putting all of this together, we have all of the major nutrients and most of the micronutrients that plants need. However, there is another component to this that I have not discussed; the availability of each of these elements. For the plants to have a base to grow on, we'd have to assume that Zhongli's meteorite has eroded into a soil-like composition, but just because big rocks turn small does not mean that their compounds are automatically available. These plants would almost definitely need some sort of bacteria or other microorganism to break out whatever compounds don't leak out into the water, or even produce it themselves so the plants could survive. Microorganisms have been seen living on meteors, so in a completely isolated environment this is not out of the question. Regardless, assuming that the meteor landed on Earth or somewhere similar, then microbes from the soil it lands on could colonize the meteorite, helping to support the plants when they land later.
So, to sum this analysis up, I believe that after erosion and with the help of a few microorganisms that yes, plants could grow on Zhongli's meteorite.

This machine is suitable for npk production line. With the help of a double-roller granulator, the high-quality ammonium phosphorus and potassium fertilizer granules are rolled into shape at one time. In other words, it can help you improve your granulation efficiency.
Our twin roll granulator has wide applicability. It can also granulate raw materials for chemical, pharmaceutical and metallurgical granules. In addition, since our double roller granulator adopts the method of physical extrusion, the nutritional content of these raw materials can be preserved after using this machine.
How does double roller granulator work in your fertilizer production? You can put the mixed materials from the feed hopper into the twin-roll granulator, and use the strong power of two counter-rotating rollers to squeeze these materials. Under the strong extrusion force, the mixed material can become a cake. Through the conveyor chain, the counter-rotating crushing rollers crush the lumpy mixed material. After screening, the high-quality granular fertilizer can be discharged from the discharge port. At the same time, raw materials are mixed with new materials and re-granulated. The granulation process is completely completed. In addition, because the material continuously enters the feeding hopper under the action of the driving motor, the twin-roller granulator can achieve the purpose of mass production.

You can address the following medical conditions by including bananas in your diet on a regular basis.
Bananas And Diabetes
The components of each meal must be carefully considered by those who have diabetes. The majority of the time, eating bananas in moderation is safe for diabetics.
According to a 2017 study, fruits with a lower GI are a better choice for diabetics and can lessen a person’s chance of getting diabetes in the first place. The glycemic index of bananas is low (42–62, depending on the ripeness).
Consuming a banana coupled with an unsaturated fat source, like almonds or walnuts, may help control blood sugar.
Typically, unripe bananas have less sugar than ripe bananas. Additionally, unripe bananas include more resistant starch, which is harder to digest and causes blood sugar levels to rise more slowly and comfortably.

Bananas Good For Constipation
Bananas are sometimes blamed for constipation, although others believe that they actually prevent it. Due to the fact that it depends on the type of bananas you eat, both claims are actually true.
Constipation relief and prevention have long been associated with fiber. One medium banana has roughly 3.1 grams of fiber, making bananas another fruit that is relatively abundant in this nutrient.
Soluble fiber keeps feces mushy and thick by absorbing water. Your digestive tract may transfer stools more easily as a result.
Furthermore, sorbitol, a naturally occurring sugar alcohol that might have laxative-like effects, is also present in bananas. Since sorbitol is poorly absorbed, it can hasten the GI tract and increase stool water content by drawing water into the gut. The sugar alcohol can therefore aid in relieving constipation.
Prebiotics are abundant in green bananas. Unfortunately, they can induce severe constipation because they now contain the highest proportion of difficult-to-digest starch.
Banana Benefits For Men
Men’s nutritional requirements differ from women’s for a few specific medical disorders. Men require certain nutrients in order to retain their muscle mass, and avoid prostate cancer, and other things.

So, eat a banana every day, preferably at breakfast or just before working out at the gym.
Banana Benefits For Women
A fruit that is nutritious is vital to a woman’s general health because it supports her body’s efficient operation and lowers her risk of contracting certain ailments.
Many expectant mothers experience anemia or low iron levels. Consuming bananas might increase your body’s iron levels.
Bananas’ high fiber content can aid in preventing constipation during pregnancy. There is some evidence to support the claim that early in a pregnancy, vitamin B-6 can aid in reducing nausea and vomiting.
Some menopause symptoms, including night sweats, hot flashes, mood swings, and sexual dysfunction, can be lessened by eating bananas.
Try eating one or two bananas every day throughout your period if you’re looking for a natural remedy to relieve your menstrual discomfort. The potassium and vitamin B6 found in bananas may help to lessen bloating and cramps.
As mentioned above, bananas are a good source of vitamin B6, which has been shown in several studies to have a negative correlation with the risk of breast cancer.
Bananas Are Good For High Blood Pressure
Many people all over the world are affected by the prevalent health issues of high blood pressure and hypertension. Consuming a balanced diet full of fiber-rich foods is essential for controlling high blood pressure.
The increased sodium content of the body is one of the key contributors to high blood pressure. The American Heart Association (AHA) claims that potassium lessens the effects of sodium and eases tension in the blood vessel walls. Because bananas contain a lot of potassium, eating them lowers blood pressure.
The body’s sodium levels are regulated by potassium. Your body excretes more salt the more potassium you consume. Additionally, potassium aids in the maintenance of the body’s fluid and electrolyte balances in the cells, which lowers blood pressure.
Before increasing their potassium consumption, individuals with kidney failure should speak with a doctor because too much potassium can be dangerous.
Bananas Good For Heart
A higher intake of potassium has been associated with a reduced risk of cardiovascular diseases such as high blood pressure, heart disease, and stroke.
In addition, potassium helps muscles contract and nerve cells respond. It helps keep the heartbeat regular and lessens the negative effects of salt on blood pressure.
Bananas and other foods high in potassium can prevent deadly blockages and prevent the hardening and constriction of arteries.
Fiber, potassium, folate, and antioxidants like vitamin C are all present in bananas. These all promote heart health.
According to an analysis, people who consume more fiber in their diets are less likely to develop cardiovascular disease than those who consume less. Additionally, those who consumed more fiber had lower LDL, or bad cholesterol, levels.
The three natural sugars found in bananas sucrose, fructose, and glucose provide you with a source of energy that is free of fat and cholesterol. One of the causes of heart attacks is being overweight. With increased energy, you’ll be more active throughout the day, which aids with weight management.
Banana Benefits For Urinary Tract Infection
If you have a urinary tract infection, including bananas in your diet can help you treat it naturally at home.
Regular bowel motions can prevent bacteria from growing in the urinary tract and increase pressure there. Bananas promote regular bowel motions and relieve strain on urine flow, both of which help to prevent urinary tract infections.
Additionally, bananas are rich in vitamin C, which increases urine acidity and helps stop bacteria from developing in the body.
Siderocalin can prevent dangerous germs from infecting the urinary system when the pH is in a healthy range. Fruits like bananas can be consumed to maintain a healthy PH.
Bananas include the water-soluble vitamin B6 which helps the immune system by triggering the release of antibodies that fight the microorganisms that cause urinary tract infections.
By eating well, urinary tract infections can be easily controlled or completely avoided.
Conclusion
Popular fruit called bananas has vital nutrients that help people stay healthy. It is important to note that not everyone may have the same effects from eating bananas.
Bananas can be added to a variety of sweet foods, including smoothies and desserts. It can be eaten both raw and ripe.
This curved golden fruit is associated with a wide range of health advantages. Bananas maintain healthy bowels, correct heart rhythm, and bolster the nervous system in addition to helping you lose weight.

A sex hormone called testosterone has an effect on:
Testosterone declines with age, but other factors, such as certain medications, high body fat levels, and certain health conditions, can also result in low testosterone. Sex influences bone and muscle health, as well as sperm production. blood cell production
When testosterone levels fall below 300 nano grams per deciliter (ng/dL), low testosterone, also known as hypogonadism or low T, occurs. Hypogonadism is very prevalent and can be medically treated with testosterone replacement therapy. In point of fact, hypogonadism affects approximately 40% of men over 45 and 50% of men over 80.
For optimal testosterone levels to be maintained, a healthy lifestyle, including a healthy diet, is essential. According to some studies, diets low in nutrient-dense foods and high in ultra-processed foods may lower testosterone levels.
Foods that boost testosterone:
Greasy fish
Vitamin D, zinc, and omega-3 unsaturated fats, all important for hormonal health, are abundant in gritty fish like salmon and sardines.
Even though some people's testosterone levels have been linked to certain high-fat foods, like fried foods, research has also shown that low-fat diets may be bad for testosterone.
2: Dark, leafy greens
Dark, leafy greens are a great source of micronutrients like magnesium, a mineral that is important for keeping testosterone levels high, especially in older men.
Because magnesium reduces oxidative stress, it is believed that magnesium boosts testosterone bioactivity in the body. An imbalance between the body's antioxidant defences and free radicals is called oxidative stress.
Introducing nutrients that combat oxidative stress may help maintain healthy testosterone levels because oxidative stress and inflammation can reduce testosterone.
 Cocoa products:
Cocoa products like cocoa powder and cacao nibs contain a lot of flavonoid antioxidants and magnesium, both of which are necessary for testosterone production.
Plant compounds known as flavonoids have potent antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties.
Certain flavonoids, including cocoa flavonoids like quercetin and apigenin, have been shown to increase testosterone production from Leydig cells, cells in the testicles. Healthy fat, which is important for hormonal health, can be found in avocados. Additionally, studies have shown that avocados' magnesium and boron content may increase testosterone levels.
Avocados:
Boron is a trace mineral that may prevent testosterone degradation and appears to influence testosterone metabolism in the body.
Although a few studies suggest that taking a supplement with a lot of boron may help boost testosterone in some people, the results of other studies vary. To fully comprehend the effects of boron supplements on testosterone, additional research is required.

A Comprehensive Guide for Understanding Health Benefits of Dark Chocolate
Dark chocolate is one of the most nutrient-dense foods on the planet. It contains substantial amounts of important minerals like copper, magnesium, manganese and zinc. It is also loaded with polyphenol antioxidants, especially flavonoids like catechins and proanthocyanidins. These substances can have various health benefits, from improving heart health to boosting brain function. It is very high in antioxidants compared to other foods. In fact, it is one of the highest dietary sources of antioxidants known to man. The polyphenol content of it is even higher than in red wine or green tea. What's more, darker chocolate contains more polyphenols than lighter or milk chocolate. Eating it regularly has been associated with lower blood pressure and a reduced risk of heart disease in several observational studies. Dark Chocolate is related to its high antioxidants levels. Some key way benefits heart health include reducing oxidative stress, lowering "bad" LDL cholesterol levels, improving blood vessel function, lowering inflammation and reducing platelet aggregation. When consumed in moderation by healthy individuals, appears to offer protection against cardiovascular disease and can be considered a healthy part of an overall heart-healthy diet. It Boosts Brain Function and Mood The antioxidants in it make it great for brain health as well. Several studies link flavanols (a type of antioxidant found abundantly in it) to improved cognitive performance, including enhanced verbal fluency, visual-spatial ability, working memory and attention. They seem to increase blood flow to the brain and protect neurons from damage. Eating a small amount of it daily may help keep your brain more youthful as you age. It can also boost mood by increasing endorphin and serotonin levels. This brain chemical combination can offer feelings of pleasure and well-being for several hours after eating it. Dark Chocolate Promotes Weight Loss In contrast to popular belief, enjoying some may actually be beneficial for weight control. The complex blend of antioxidants, stimulants and other compounds in good-quality dark chocolate can boost metabolism and curb appetite. Studies show it can significantly reduce levels of the hunger hormone ghrelin while increasing levels of hormone PYY, which signals fullness to your brain. This makes you feel more satisfied and prevents overeating. The stimulants in it like theobromine are also thought to burn extra fat and calories after consumption. Taking advantage of these effects in moderation as part of a balanced diet and lifestyle may aid long-term weight loss. It Lowers Diabetes Risk The flavanols in it have impressive benefits for regulating blood sugar levels and insulin sensitivity. Several cell and animal studies link cocoa consumption to enhanced insulin signaling, blood glucose disposal and protection of pancreatic beta cells from oxidative stress. Meanwhile, clinical studies show eating a modest amount of high-flavanol dark chocolate daily lowers the risk of developing diabetes by up to a third. The mechanisms aren't fully understood, but it seems capable of improving whole-body insulin sensitivity and inhibiting the onset of type 2 diabetes when incorporated sensibly.
