felt like drawing my favourite skylander from each element. just for fun, i guess.

i'm really happy with how the lineart turned out so i've stuck the lineart on its own under the cut if for some reason someone feels like colouring it in in their own style (if by some chance you end up colouring it please show me!)

got one with a white background and one with a transparent background.

There are spells that simply imitate fire as a way to proliferate or shed light, and there are spells that are simply designed to start fire; a burst of thermal energy that's highly concentrated but gone in an instant; or you could be talking about primal, elemental fire, which is more a study of heat energy than anything else."

"My advice is to start hanging out with some dragons! Many of them might not be the sort to study this sort of thing, but interacting with them can lead to many valuable insights that studying by yourself probably won't give you. My theory is that it has some of the same connections to their emotions that a unicorn has to their own magic!"

Thanks everyone for your patience! This bit took me a really long time because there were so many figures and new poses and effects to draw!

In the intervening time, I did really enjoy seeing everyone's speculations as to who the off-screen character was! Nobody managed to connect the dots that they'd seen this font and text color before!

Anyway I hope to do a couple more entries like this where I can sit back and let the story tell itself. I'll even try drawing some action sequences maybe but hopefully I can avoid drawing too many spiders.

I already can hear all of you being like oh it's okay moyo you don't need to apologize! But I still wanted to say something. Apologies for lack of gameplay the last few days and for a while probably.

Our sweet lil old man Zook is pretty sick and has been to the vet everyday this week. We're waiting still for definitive results but he's on a boat load of medications and getting lots of love and lots of treats. That being said, he requires constant supervision while at home with us. So I've not been able to play at all as actually playing the game (whether it's sims 2 or sims 3) uses a lot of focus that I just don't have right now.

But instead I've been working on more CC to share because that uses less focus and is a lot easier to do while watching a snoozing cat over the corner of my laptop.

He's doing pretty good tonight, he's eaten more than he has all week and keeping it all down so his medications are doing their jobs. His sister definitely does not mind the influx of new treats 😹

SUPER SCOPE ZOOK

Some plantfolk would be horrified if they were suddenly imbued with mechanical enhancements courtesy of the Tech element, but Zook has just taken it in stride. While his rockets can now track their targets, his new scope means that they usually hit the mark without even needing any extra tracking.

Being trapped in a dune ball is already no fun, but being trapped in a dune ball full of violently swirling sand is even worse. After getting on the wrong side of this beetle, you’ll never want to see a desert again.

SKY HIGH BOOMER

Who thought giving Boomer a jetpack was a good idea? Because they were absolutely right! Taking to the skies and now throwing rockets instead of dynamite, the Air element has given Boomer the ability to bring even more explosive mayhem to any battlefield. Any evildoers had better remember to look up, because by the time the rockets start raining from above, it’ll be too late.
