Disney is afraid of my TRON fan story as it simply slays too hard. They could never handle it.

It is actually embarrassing how much lore, scripting, thematic throughlines, designs, and character arcs I have for this story. It's more fleshed out than many of my original works.

I would make it into a comic if I had any energy. Perhaps one day.

The protagonist of a comic I've been working on in the background.

Her story is that she is corporate assassin robot in a cyberpunk future. Carrying out he missions with no remorse or second thought. Who one day, in the midst of a intense battle, finds out she is in fact a human being. or at least used to be.

She then sets out to try and uncover the gaps in her memory. While reconnecting with her family and navigating being a "normal" person.

That's a vast over simplification. I need to get better at summarizing. Its technically a magical girl narrative too. And I didn't even get to the angelic robot cult leader. He's so important! It's a wild story ya'll.

Nimue Itron: Divination Wizard and aeroarcheologist of the Aether Storm.

I've been going though a lot of mental health issues lately. Due to this, I've felt so uninspired to make art, and when I do I found myself so disappointed in my results.

Today I reworked an old illustration. The outfit reference of my beloved D&D character Nimue. A tiefling wizard in a sky pirate campaign. As this was a clothing reference, I never did a refined take on her face. So that is what this is. A refined cleaned up portrait of her.

I'm not entirely satisfied with how she turned out, but I'm glad to be making anything. I miss the joy of drawing and I am trying to find it again.

Happy New Year! This is Ana, a lovely vampire heiress from the mind of Lady Spotted Ray. We swapped old characters, and each took a turn giving them new life.

Ana is the youngest sibling of a long lived vampire family. It was such a fun challenge to illustrate a character who is both immortal, yet still an adolescent.

This was a drawing I originally made to map out my plans for an upcoming Ghost-Spider/Spider-Gwen/Gwendolyn Maxine Stacy cosplay.

I combined some of my favorite details from a whole rolodex of various Gwen. I even drew flats to see the seams and shapes laid out! Though I did not illustrate them in the "proper" style. Yes, my fashion illustration teacher would look upon me with shame.

Fantasy X Runner

When I was a preteen, there was an IOS game named "Fantasy X Runner". I was obsessed with the art and character design of this game. Especially the character known simply as "Princess". Sadly at some point the game was delisted, but I never forgot. I still think about it once in a blue moon.

And you know, In this era of micro trends, search engine optimization and floods of generic AI generated images proclaiming to be art, you have no choice but to rebel.

Sometimes you have to make fanart for something with 0 traction and 0 audience. You must make art for the joy of making. Sometimes you need to make fanart for your preteen self.

Seriously, do it. I highly recommend it.

Flame Princess isn't even in the new Fionna and Cake series, but she is my favorite.
