Our newest athlete kicking ass! @joe_mcneil7 ・・・ I can't remember having a chest workout that has been more intense than this one.. Haha it's always good to train with a partner so you can have more incentive to push outside of your comfort zone on certain exercises. Here I managed to get 405 for 6 on a mild decline bench.
