We’re off to the beach, the sun is shining and we’re on holiday so why not! We are lucky enough to visit three beaches on our visit to Cornwall, all of them were dog friendly so here they go.

  Sandymouth Beach

Probably our favourite beach of the three.  This beach is part of the National Trust, so if you are a member parking is free.  You make your way along the path and then down some stairs…

Easy Fruity Cupcakes

It’s the beginning of the week and Mondays are…sometimes not fun.  We’re brightening up the evening with easy cupcakes!

These are my own constructions, I hope you enjoy.

  Ingredients

50g Unsalted Butter 100g Sugar 100g Frozen Raspberries (I’m sure you can use fresh, frozen ones are cheaper) 130g Self Raising Flour 2tbs Milk

As promised, our chutney recipe!  I amalgamated 3-4 different recipes to adapt to what I had in the cupboard.

Chutney Recipe

Ingredients 700gm Apples chopped and peeled 4 Onions roughly chopped 4 Tomatoes roughly chopped 300ml White wine vinegar 300gm White sugar 1 tbs salt 1 tbs Mustard seeds 2 tbs chilli flakes 3cm of ginger finely chopped
