Delayed onset muscle soreness (DOMS) is pain and stiffness that is felt in the muscles after unusual or strenuous exercise. Does your body hurt after the workout???? The reason is coz of the soreness… People think that until and unless it will not pain after the workout it won’t help, no it’s not right … Muscle soreness is related to muscle damage, which can promote, but is not required for, muscle growth. In short, unless your goal is to feel sore, then you don't need to be sore after every workout. It pains because of the micro-trauma to the muscle fibres.. It can be after the doing a new physical activity for the first time, or medication side effects. It lasts for 2-5 days and no medication is required for this. If you continue your usual exercise regimen even when you're sore, you're not giving your muscles enough time to heal. Plantar fasciitis is basically the overuse of plantar fascia which becomes irritated and inflamed. This cause pain in the heel and arch of the foot.. Heatstroke is caused by your body overheating, result of prolonged exposure to or physical exertion in high temperatures. It occurs as a progression from milder heat- related illness such as heat cramps, heat syncope(fainting), and heat exhaustion. It is caused by the dehydration also. Try these cooling strategies: 1️⃣ Fan air over the patient while wetting their skin with water from sponge or garden hose. 2️⃣Apply ice packs in armpits, groin,neck,and back. Because these areas are rich with blood vessels close to the skin , cooling them may reduce body temperature. 3️⃣Immerse yourself in a shower or tub of cool water. 4️⃣If a person is young and healthy and suffered heat stroke while exercising vigorously—what’s known as exertional heat stroke— you can use an ice bath to help cool the body.
