Restricting and exercising is easy for me, I've done it before. I've been a 16 BMI girlie before recovery. What I hate is how long it takes. Weeks to months of waiting for your desired results sucks 😭

My current favorite safe foods available in the US :)
Rice cakes (40 cals / cake) & Crispbread (35 cals / piece)
Great with canned tuna / chicken on top for a meal under 200 cals
Any lean cuisine under 300 cals - super filling with lots of protein and the fuel your body needs 🖤
This dressing with carrots / cucumbers is so good umf - soooo much better than Walden Farms
Put these bitches on the rice cakes / crispbread so good
Hear me out... Air fry a giant bowl of broccoli and season it with garlic powder & pepper then put a tbsp of spicy mayo and soy sauce on. So good and filling and tastes like Chinese takeout junk food
