Its kinda crazy, inhavent fasted in 50 days. I wld have to do a 12 hr fast then a 24 hr and build from tgere, on a whim yesterday i started a fast and im not wven hungry and im 13 minutes away from 24 hours. I cant wait to see how long i can keep going.
I wish i could go to the gym right now but id feel so gross, i wouldnt be able to shower tonight cuz my tape ins havent fully set yet and wont be set till mid day tomorrow.
Im finally stopping birth control. People arent joking when they say birth control fucks with your eating. I was one of the unfortunates who ended up w bc making me hungrier and my binge ed was damn near at its worst. Ive been off bc for 2 weeks and i already feel so much better.
I cant wait to see the progress.

16 hours into my fast and i ended up so stressed cuz of some of my friends, being alone for 2 days, and sleep deprivation. So i walked a mile to my boyfriends house and smoked 4 cigs. Atleast i feel full now and got some exercise 😭

🎀How to stay motivated for the gym🎀
🎀 DO NOT GO EVERY SINGLE DAY
Going daily in the beginning is how you loose all motivation. Start with going 1-2 times a week and if youd like to you can build from there !!
🎀 Get yourself excited to go !!
Get yourself cute gym clothes, a cute water bottle/cup, cute shoes, anything ! Make it an exciting event :)
🎀 Look up easy work outs !!
For your first few weeks while you’re building the habit, find easy/low intensity work outs, dont push yourself too much while you’re building the habit !
🎀 SERIOUSLY DONT PUSH URSELF
If youre already deep into your diet do not over work yourself, thats how you faint !! Even if youre just starting out with your diet, if youre in the middle of a f@st you can seriously hurt yourself. You cant be your dream self if youre in the hospital!!
🎀 Bring a work out plan
They gym is intimidating, without a plan you may feel anxious and may have no idea where to start !! Not the goal. A plan either written on paper or notes app is super helpful !! You can even just look up videos if youre gonna be doing floor /dumbbells.
🎀 EARBUDS AND PLAYLIST
Making a workout playlist is one of the best things ive EVER done, that way youre not sitting there skipping a bunch of songs that are just in your liked. Also earbuds/headphones are a must!! You can go the wired rout if needed but i find bluetooth to make life so much easier, plus the gym is how i broke my last wired earbuds 💔
🎀 Eat before the gym !
If you’re not f@sting, eat BEFORE the gym, give yourself energy!!
🎀 Remember, NOBODY IS JUDGING YOU
In the gym nobody is judging you, if you are on the heavier side nobody cares, if they even notice you theyll just mentally be like “good for you”. The gym is go to is very non judgmental, ive heard gyms like planet fitness arent great tho. EOS ontop.

🎀Remember to drink water, take your vitamins, brush your teeth, and recovery is always the best option !! Once you’ve built a gym habit you can take the steps to recovery and stay fit :)🎀
🎀If you cant afford the gym, going on walks, bike rides, and doing at home floor workouts are your best friend!!🎀

Ive been so depressed lately its insane.
I feel bad, i was so much smaller when me and my bf got together and ive let myself go. Its unfair to him. If im not gonna get smaller for myself i need to get smaller for him.
Also my mom has been accidentally making me feel worse. The last 2 times ive seen her shes talked about how my little sisters have lost weight. I cant help but feel like shes trying to make me feel like shit. I refuse to be the biggest in my family.
I cleaned my room so im feeling alot more motivated in life. Unfortunately yesterday i fucked my sleep schedule is just fixed and woke up today at like 1am. Its ok tho rn ive only drank water so its a good way to start. Im gonna pop my vitamins and begin my f@st.
Since my binge 3d has been back im gonna just try to make it to 12 hours, eat maybe like 300-400 cxls and then f@st for 24 hours.
I need to finish off my chai tmmrw tho so i can go back to strictly green tea.
Im so exhausted and tired of binging. Ive lost almost all progress ive made. I need to find a way to distract myself. I need melatonin so i can just sleep. Im gonna make a post ab things to do instead of eat. At this point my binge 3d is back to how it was years ago before i fixed it. Ive overcame my bul1m1@ so ive been just digesting all the insane amounts of c@ls.
Ive always had the idea to make a fitness page known either tiktok or YouTube, issue is id have to pretend to be healthy while r3str1ct1ng.. itd keep me busy and id be forced to stick to it. Itd also be a great way to deter my family and friends from suspecting @n@ to be back. The absolute dream wld be some clout and get the brand deals for the diet tea and shit haha. Idk i probably wont as that would include showing my body off to the internet and im terrified of that.. also id probably get canceled 💀 especially if my 3d were to be found out. Idk i managed to hide my 3d from everyone before 😭😭.
Im feeling alot better after thping on here, im gonna maybe make some more posts, scroll thru my tags and then read idk.

These are from personal experience and usage from when I was sev€rely und€rwe!ght. These are mainly distraction tips!
Chug a glass of water before any meal and drink water in between bites.
Look at th!sp0 as often as possible
Find distractions that will keep you occupied for a while. I personally just play Roblox, scroll on Pinterest, use Tumblr, or play really any other video game (MC, Roblox, and Fortnite are my go-to's).
Listen to new albums that you've never heard to distract
Watch videos about lore from your hyperfixations
Watch WIEIAD videos
Do "speed-walking" laps around your house. You'll be able to go for longer than running. If you live with your parents or smth, like I do, you can do this when you're home alone
Bring your phone EVERYWHERE so that it logs your steps, unless you have a watch of course.
Eat a lot of low calorie foods. My fav are carrots cause they fill me up really well for few calories. Watermelon and strawberries are also good.
SMOOTHIES ARE YOUR BEST FRIEND. You can make low calorie smoothies with fruit of your choice, water, and ice and it's super filling.
Learn to love the feeling of being hungry. You're so light and empty when you're hungry so why would you not love it?
