Sevika frequently taunts (more like torments) VI with her and Felicia's relationship when they were younger. The worst part is about how inexplicit she is everytime. The imagination is probably worse than the truth, the imagination being a vivid image of Sevika banging Vi's mom

Its super hot and humid in Zaun so Caitlyn (from the relatively cooler Piltover) and Powjinx (who's spent 5 years in a cold jail cell) are both just malfunctioning in the sweltering summers whilst VI and Ekko laugh at them

1. Police brutality against criminals is, shockingly, still police brutality. Caitlyn's excessive force is (albeit breifly) made an example of with her uneccessary aggression with heenot, which even scares Vi

2. You just contradicted yourself. How can it be Ambessa's doing if she merely suggested it? She cannot implement the martial law by herself. Rematch the PTTB montage and tell me whos symbol is flying all across Zaun, acting as the face of the new apartheid state?

3. Shimmer is established to have healing properties. In season one, Caitlyn uses it to heal Vi. It borderline revives Jinx from the dead. And even in season 2, we see it being used to heal Salo's legs (at least somewhat). Point is, Shimmer (in season) was nuanced, like drugs and addiction are in real life. Shockingly, "burn the only source of medication whilst we're actively releasing cancer gas into the city" isn't a very effective protective measure

4. Oh wow, you just explained the entire issue with Caitlyn's arc narratively word for word. Its almost like having a character being actively excused at every angle for all the horrible things they do by the story makes for a shitty character. Especially when that character is representative of sensitive themes grounded in real life.

You're SO close to the point. Come on, think a little harder.

First, it was defending police brutality. Then, it was defending martial law. And now it's circled round to defending the war on drugs. I told yall, that hot wasian cop has officially introduced a whole new generation of mfs to the alt right pipeline 😭

( context : caitlyn and vi stans on twt basically reinvented the war on drugs argument to defending caitlyn gassing zaun )

hello! i hope you’re having a good day/night! i was wondering if you had any writing tips or what personally helps you write? i’m currently rereading the switch!au fic and i LOVEEE ur writing style & how you describe things 😭😭😭

Omg thank you I'm so flattered!

1. I get a LOT of inspiration from my surroundings. Everything I consume in terms of media will probably find a way back to the AU (or whatever my hyperfixation is at the time). Hell, I use a lot of my real life experiences to contribute to the story either for ideas or character traits. The second half of the story I have planned was majorly inspired by a bunch of epic the musical songs — obviously expanded on but they're great for inspiration. Watch shows, listen to music or any of your hobbies through the lense of what you're trying to write. It helps majorly!

2. In terms of ACTUALLY writing, I write kinda like how I draw. I'll have a super barebones layout of the story — like straight up just simple sentences — and then just keep going over it and adding more in depth. I also like describing things like how you'd paint a canvas. Just slowly adding more and more visuals until you cover the page.

3. Don't be afraid to get meta or "unprofessional". Everyone has their own writing tone. I can't count on my fingers how many times I've felt like the reader was a friend and I was just messing around with them. Or that I'm poking fun at the characters. You're allowed to have fun, dont worry about being cringe.

4. General writing tip, don't stress about reusing words. You're the only person who noticed, lol

Uhhhh but yeah thats some of my writing tips and stuff that helps me write! Probably pretty generic but hey it's popular advice for a reason !
